Abstract
The invention discloses a cooking control method and a cooking device, wherein the cooking control method comprises the following steps: when a cooking starting instruction is received, acquiring the initial temperature of the inner container; comparing the initial temperature of the inner container according to the standard range of the initial temperature of the inner container; judging whether the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition or the delayed working condition according to the comparison result; and when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the delay working condition, adjusting the initial temperature of the inner container so that the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition. The cooking control method solves the problem that food is not cooked or burnt too much when the cooking device cooks for the second time at different environmental temperatures, makes the control method more intelligent, avoids the problem that the cooking effect of the cooking device using an intelligent menu is not consistent under different environments, and improves the user experience.

Background
The existing cooking device, such as a steam oven, is often subjected to the temperature factor of an inner container caused by the last cooking in the continuous cooking process, so that the initial temperature of the secondary and even later continuous cooking is too high, and the food is too scorched.

s2, comparing the initial temperature of the inner container according to the standard range of the initial temperature of the inner container;
s3, judging whether the initial temperature of the liner meets the normal working condition or the delayed working condition according to the comparison result;
s4, when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the delay working condition, namely the initial temperature of the inner container is out of the standard range, adjusting the initial temperature of the inner container to enable the initial temperature of the inner container to meet the normal working condition;
and S5, when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition, namely the initial temperature of the inner container is within the standard range, starting the heating component to cook food in the inner container.
For example, the experimental environment temperature of the steaming oven is 25 ± 5 ℃, and the cooking parameters are the set temperature, the cooking time and the like for obtaining the corresponding food materials in the experimental environment. The lower limit value of the standard range of the initial temperature of the inner container is equal to the experimental environment temperature of the cooking equipment, so that the lower limit value of the standard range of the initial temperature of the inner container is 25 ℃. The upper limit value of the standard range of the initial temperature of the inner container is 50 ℃ through experiments.
The initial temperature of the inner container is regulated, and the inner container is divided into two types according to the specific conditions of the initial temperature of the inner container:
s41, when the initial temperature of the inner container is smaller than the lower limit value of the standard range, starting the heating assembly to heat the inner container; the time required for the temperature raising operation does not enter the cooking time.
And S42, when the initial temperature of the inner container is greater than the upper limit value of the standard range, starting the heat dissipation assembly to cool the inner container.
The startup heat dissipation assembly comprises: reminding, automatically opening the door of the box, and driving the air cooling assembly, wherein any one or combination of several of the components is/are combined.
The above cooking control method is directed to a cooking apparatus having only one kind of heat generating component. The steaming oven shown in fig. 3 has two cooking modes of steaming and baking, and correspondingly has two heating components, a baking heating component and a steaming heating component. In order to ensure the initial temperature of the inner container to be detected accurately, the steaming oven is provided with a baking temperature sensing module 11 and a steaming sensing module 12.
Because the electric heating tube plate as the baking heating component is arranged at the top of the inner container, the baking temperature sensing module 11 is arranged at the upper side of the inner wall of the inner container.
Since the steam generator as the steaming heating component is connected to the bottom of the inner container, the steaming sensing module 12 is disposed at the lower side of the inner wall of the inner container.
Accordingly, for the steam oven, the cooking control method further comprises:
and S0, selecting the detection module 1 according to the current cooking mode, and sending a cooking starting instruction to the selected detection module 1.
Thereby ensuring the accuracy of the detected temperature. The selection of the cooking mode is the prior art, and this embodiment is not described again, and generally selects through an intelligent menu on a screen.

And the control module 3 is also used for sending a cooking starting instruction to the heating element assembly corresponding to the current mode when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition.

judging whether the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition or the delayed working condition according to the comparison result;
and when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the delay working condition, adjusting the initial temperature of the inner container so that the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition.

when the initial temperature of the inner container meets the normal working condition, the heating component is started to cook food in the inner container.
