The plurality of secondary detonators 102 are electrically connected with the foot lines of the electronic detonators 8 in the networking through the bus 7, the primary detonators 101 perform connection tests on the plurality of secondary detonators 102 through wireless or wired lines, and after all secondary detonators 102 detect no errors, the primary detonators 101 confirm explosion, so that the explosion range can be enlarged according to explosion requirements.

Claims (10)

1. An initiating system for networking operation of detonators, which is characterized in that: the electric detonator comprises an exploder (10), an electric detonator (8), a bus and a foot line, wherein the exploder (10) is connected with a plurality of electric detonators (8) in a networking way through the bus (7) and the foot line;
the detonator (10) comprises a single-shot detection module (1), a detonator networking module (2), a networking detection module (3), a detonation control module (4), a blasting management module (5) and an additional function module (6);
the single-shot detection module (1) verifies the blasting authority of the single-shot detonator in real time and performs function detection and authorization self-detection of the single-shot electronic detonator (8);
after the electronic detonator (8) is accessed to the network, the detonator networking module (2) inputs networking information of the electronic detonator (8) and establishes a detonation delay scheme;
the networking detection module (3) detects the electronic detonators (8) which are in disconnection, misconnection, unauthorized and authorized without errors in networking, performs electric leakage detection and position marking on the networking network, and issues a delay scheme;
the detonation control module (4) receives a delay scheme to perform network detection, authorization verification and control of the charging and detonation of the electronic detonator (8) before blasting again;
the blasting management module (5) checks blasting history information and authorized file management, including blasting record, authorized file downloading, blasting data uploading and position information;
the additional function module (6) performs other modules including network setting, parameter setting, communication data record backup and auxiliary function adjustment.
2. The detonating system for a networking operation of detonators according to claim 1, wherein: the single-shot detection module (1) consists of an authorization verification module (11) and a counting module (12), wherein the authorization verification module (11) detects the electronic detonators (8) one by one, and the counting module (12) respectively accumulates the number of the electronic detonators (8) which are successfully detected and problematic.
3. The detonating system for a networking operation of detonators according to claim 1, wherein: the detonator networking module (2) consists of a detonator information input module (21), a delay scheme modification module (22), a hole site modification module (23) and a detonator insertion/deletion module (24).
4. The detonating system for a networking operation of detonators according to claim 1, wherein: the detonation control module (4) is further provided with a charging capacitor voltage supervision module (41) and a safe discharge module (42), the charging capacitor voltage supervision module (41) monitors and controls safe charging voltage and capacitance of the electronic detonator (8), and the safe discharge module (42) receives problem feedback and performs safe discharge on the electronic detonator (8).

A detonation method for networking operation of detonators is characterized in that: the detonator comprises an exploder (10), electronic detonators (8), a bus (7) and leg wires, wherein the exploder (10) is connected with a plurality of electronic detonators (8) in a networking manner through the bus (7) and the leg wires;
the detonator comprises a single-shot detection module (1), a detonator networking module (2), a networking detection module (3), a detonation control module (4), a blasting management module (5) and an additional function module (6), and the working flows of the modules operate according to the following sequence;
s1, checking the blasting authority of a single-shot electronic detonator (8) in real time by the single-shot detection module (1) and performing function detection and authorization self-detection of the single-shot electronic detonator (8);
s2, after the electronic detonator (8) enters a hole for networking, the detonator networking module (2) inputs networking information and establishes a detonation delay scheme;
s3, the networking detection module (3) detects the electronic detonators (8) which are in the networking and have no authorization by losing connection, misconnection and downloading, performs electric leakage detection and position marking on the networking network, and issues a delay scheme;
s4, the detonation control module (4) receives a delay scheme to perform network detection, authorization verification and control of charging and detonation of the electronic detonator (8) before blasting again;
s5, the blasting management module (5) checks blasting history information and authorization file management, wherein the blasting history information and the authorization file management comprise blasting record, authorization file downloading, blasting data uploading and position information;
s6, the additional function module (6) performs other modules including network setting, parameter setting, communication data record backup and auxiliary function adjustment.

The method for detonating a networking operation of detonators according to claim 5, wherein: the single-shot detection module (1) comprises an authorization verification module (11) and a counting module (12), wherein the authorization verification module (11) detects the electronic detonators (8) one by one and the detection result is as follows: detecting that the file is qualified and is not in the authorized file; or, detecting that the file is qualified and is in the authorization file; or, no electronic detonator is detected;
the counting module (12) respectively accumulates the number of the electronic detonators (8) which are successfully detected and the number of the electronic detonators which are in question.

The method for detonating a networking operation of detonators according to claim 5, wherein: in S2, the detonator networking module (2) consists of a detonator information input module (21), a delay scheme modification module (22), a hole site modification module (23) and a detonator insertion/deletion module (24);
the detonator information input module (21) adopts a detonator foot line input mode or a laser two-dimensional code input mode for information input of the electronic detonator (8), wherein a single-shot input mode adopts electronic detonator foot line input, a networking input mode adopts laser two-dimensional code input, an incremental input scheme is set when the initial input quantity is zero, and a decremental input scheme is set when the initial input quantity is a final value;
the delay scheme modification module (22) is used for modifying the delay scheme of the initiation of the electronic detonator (8) in batches;
the hole site modification module (23) modifies the detonation information of the electronic detonator (8) in each hole site, including delay scheme modification;
the inserting/deleting detonator module (24) can insert or delete information of the electronic detonator (8) in networking information, input and establish information of a newly added electronic detonator (8) in the networking information when inserting, and remove information of the electronic detonator (8) in the networking information when deleting.

The method for detonating a networking operation of detonators according to claim 5, wherein: and S3, the networking detection module (3) detects networking information of the electronic detonator (8), performs authorization verification, establishes and issues a delay scheme, and performs online authorization request verification on the electronic detonator (8) which is not detected or authorized.
9. The method for detonating a networking operation of detonators according to claim 5, wherein: s4, the detonation control module (4) carries out short circuit and automatic detection of the short circuit on the electronic detonator network before detonation, detects that the electronic detonator (8) is normally charged, and enters into detonation countdown after charging is completed, so that detonation is completed;
the detonation control module (4) is further provided with a capacitor voltage supervision module (41) and a safe discharge module (42), the capacitor voltage supervision module (41) monitors and controls the safe charging voltage and the electric capacity of the electronic detonator, and when the detonation is started or stopped, the safe discharge module (42) receives personnel instructions or problem feedback and performs safe discharge on the electronic detonator (8).

A method of detonating a networking operation of detonators according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein: the initiator (10) is provided with a single-stage mode and a cascade mode of networking of a master initiator and a slave initiator, wherein the cascade mode comprises a master initiator (101) and a plurality of slave initiators (102), and the initiation method of the cascade mode is consistent with the initiation method.
