Claims (10)

1. A detonation system for detonator networking operation is characterized in that: the detonator comprises a detonator (10), electronic detonators (8), buses and leg wires, wherein the detonator (10) is connected with the electronic detonators (8) in a networking mode through the buses (7) and the leg wires;
the detonator (10) comprises a single-shot detection module (1), a detonator networking module (2), a networking detection module (3), a detonation control module (4), a blasting management module (5) and an additional function module (6);
the single-shot detection module (1) checks the single-shot detonator blasting authority in real time and performs function detection and authorization self-detection on the single-shot electronic detonator (8);
after the electronic detonators (8) are networked in the holes, the detonator networking module (2) records networking information of the electronic detonators (8) and establishes a detonation delay scheme;
the networking detection module (3) performs disconnection, misconnection, unauthorized and downloaded scheme electronic detonators (8) and network leakage detection and position marking, and issues a delay scheme;
the detonation control module (4) receives the time delay scheme and carries out network detection and authorization verification on the electronic detonator (8) before blasting again and controls charging and detonation of the electronic detonator (8);
the blasting management module (5) checks blasting history information and authorization file management, including blasting record, authorization file downloading, blasting data uploading, position information and the like;
the additional function module (6) is used for carrying out network setting, parameter setting, communication data record backup and auxiliary function adjustment on other modules.
2. The detonation system for the initiator code-scan networking operation of claim 1, wherein: the single-shot detection module (1) is composed of an authorization verification module (11) and a counting module (12), the authorization verification module (11) detects the electronic detonators (8) one by one, and the counting module (12) respectively accumulates the number of the electronic detonators (8) with successful detection and problems.
3. The detonation system for the initiator code-scan networking operation of claim 1, wherein: the detonator networking module (2) is composed of a detonator information recording module (21), a delay scheme modification module (22), a hole site modification module (23) and an insertion/deletion detonator module (24).

The detonation system for the initiator code-scan networking operation of claim 1, wherein: the detonation control module (4) is further provided with a charging capacitor voltage supervision module (41) and a safe discharging module (42), the charging capacitor voltage supervision module (41) monitors and controls safe charging voltage and electric capacity of the electronic detonator (8), and the safe discharging module (42) receives problem feedback and carries out safe discharging on the electronic detonator (8).

A detonation method for networking operation of a detonator is characterized in that: the detonator comprises a detonator (10), electronic detonators (8), a bus (7) and leg wires, wherein the detonator (10) is connected with the electronic detonators (8) in a networking mode through the bus (7) and the leg wires;
the detonator comprises a single-shot detection module (1), a detonator networking module (2), a networking detection module (3), a detonation control module (4), a blasting management module (5) and an additional function module (6), wherein the work flow of each module carries out operation according to the following sequence;
s1, the single-shot detection module (1) checks the blasting authority of the single-shot electronic detonator (8) in real time and performs function detection and authorization self-detection of the single-shot electronic detonator (8);
s2, after the electronic detonators (8) are networked by holes, the detonator networking module (2) records networking information and establishes a detonation delay scheme;
s3, the networking detection module (3) detects the lost, misconnected, unauthorized and downloaded electronic detonators (8) and the electric leakage of the networking network, and issues a delay scheme;
s4, the detonation control module (4) receives the time delay scheme to perform network detection and authorization verification of the electronic detonator (8) before blasting again and control charging and detonation of the electronic detonator (8);
s5, the blasting management module (5) checks blasting history information and authorization file management, including blasting record, authorization file downloading, blasting data uploading, position information and the like;
and S6, the additional function module (6) performs network setting, parameter setting, communication data record backup and auxiliary function adjustment on the other modules.

The detonation method for networking operation of the detonator according to claim 5, wherein: the single-shot detection module (1) comprises an authorization verification module (11) and a counting module (12), wherein the authorization verification module (11) detects the electronic detonators (8) one by one, and the detection results are as follows: detecting that the file is qualified and is not in the authorized file; or, the detection is qualified and the detection is in the authorization file; or, no electronic detonators are detected;
and the counting module (12) respectively accumulates the number of the electronic detonators (8) with successful detection and problems.

The detonation method for networking operation of the detonator according to claim 5, wherein: in S2, the detonator networking module (2) consists of a detonator information recording module (21), a delay scheme modification module (22), a hole site modification module (23) and an insertion/deletion detonator module (24);
the detonator information input module (21) inputs information of the electronic detonator (8) in a detonator leg wire input mode or a laser two-dimensional code input mode, wherein a single-shot input mode adopts electronic detonator leg wire input, a networking input mode adopts laser two-dimensional code input, an incremental input scheme is set when the initial input quantity is zero, and a decremental input scheme is set when the initial input quantity is a final value;
the delay scheme modification module (22) modifies the delay scheme of the detonation of the electronic detonators (8) in batches;
the hole site modification module (23) modifies the detonation information of the electronic detonators (8) in each hole site, including time delay scheme modification;
the detonator inserting/deleting module (24) can insert or delete information of the electronic detonator (8) in networking information, information of the newly added electronic detonator (8) is input and established in the networking information during insertion, and information of the electronic detonator (8) is removed from the networking information during deletion.
8. The detonation method for networking operation of the detonator according to claim 5, wherein: in S3, the networking detection module (3) detects networking information of the electronic detonator (8), authorizes and verifies the networking information, and establishes and issues a delay scheme, wherein online authorization request verification is performed on the electronic detonator (8) which is not detected or authorized.

The detonation method for networking operation of the detonator according to claim 5, wherein: in S4, before the detonation control module (4) detonates, the short circuit and the short circuit of the electronic detonator network are automatically detected, the electronic detonator (8) is normally charged by detection, and after the charging is finished, the detonation countdown is started to finish the detonation;
the detonation control module (4) is further provided with a capacitor voltage supervision module (41) and a safe discharge module (42), the capacitor voltage supervision module (41) monitors and controls safe charging voltage and electric capacity of the electronic detonator, and when a problem occurs or detonation is stopped, the safe discharge module (42) receives personnel instructions or problem feedback and carries out safe discharge on the electronic detonator (8).

The detonation method for networking of the detonators as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein: the initiator (10) is arranged in a single stage mode and a cascade mode of master-slave networking, the cascade mode comprising a master initiator (101) and a plurality of slave initiators (102), and the initiation method of the cascade mode is consistent with the above.
