本发明涉及石油开采设备技术领域,具体为一种管道调节阀。
背景技术
油气田是指受单一局部构造单位所控制的同一面积内的油藏、气藏、油气藏的总和。如果在这个局部构造范围内只有油藏,称为油田;只有气藏,称为气田。2016年1月29日,中国石化西北油田称,中国石化西北油田先后在塔里木盆地新区顺托、顺南、顺北区块发现三口高产井,油气双丰收,三个区块可望建成年产超百万吨油气当量的大油气田,让西北油田新区接替战略取得实质性突破,油气田产生油和气,为了将这些资源采集输送到外部,需要输送泵将其输出,在开采原油时,在不同的地质结构中,通常含油岩层中除了原油外,还会有各种气体及大量的水。
然而,现有的石油开采调节阀在使用时存在实现对阀杆底端转动角度的控制,对阀座内部石油流量的调节管控不能临时对石油进行输送的功能,导致阀座在维护检修时的便捷性能较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道调节阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的石油开采调节阀在使用时存在实现对阀杆底端转动角度的控制,对阀座内部石油流量的调节管控不能临时对石油进行输送的功能,导致阀座在维护检修时的便捷性能较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种管道调节阀,包括阀座、侧支管以及阀杆,所述侧支管嵌入安装在所述阀座外部两侧,所述阀杆嵌入安装在所述阀座内部顶端,所述阀杆与所述阀座内部之间通过调节机构固定连接,所述侧支管外部一侧嵌入安装有维护机构,所述侧支管内部一侧嵌入安装有排气机构,所述调节机构用于对所述阀座内部底端流量进行调节,所述维护机构用于对所述阀座维护时临时对石油进行输送,所述排气机构用于进入至所述阀座内部的石油液体中混有的油气进行分离。
进一步的,所述调节机构包括驱动盒、限位拧杆、驱动气泵、主动齿板、固定齿环以及手轮,所述驱动盒嵌入安装在所述阀座外部顶端一侧,所述限位拧杆嵌入安装在所述阀座外部顶端另一侧,所述驱动气泵嵌入安装在所述驱动盒内部,所述主动齿板套接安装在所述驱动气泵顶端,所述固定齿环固定套接安装在所述阀杆外部中部,所述手轮套接安装在所述阀杆外部顶端。
进一步的,所述限位拧杆与所述阀座之间通过螺纹连接,且所述主动齿板顶端开设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内径等于所述限位拧杆的外径。
进一步的,所述维护机构包括U型连管、链条盒、主动阀板、从动阀板、驱动电机以及伸缩套杆,所述U型连管套接安装在两个所述侧支管外部,所述链条盒嵌入安装在所述侧支管外部顶端,所述主动阀板嵌入安装在所述侧支管内部,所述从动阀板嵌入安装在所述U型连管内部一侧,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述主动阀板外部顶端,所述伸缩套杆嵌入安装在所述主动阀板外壁一侧。

本发明通过设置调节机构,通过手轮可以手动对阀杆进行转动,并通过驱动盒内部的驱动气泵驱动主动齿板进行运动,由主动齿板与固定齿环之间的啮合,使得阀杆进行自动转动,并根据实际使用需求,通过限位拧杆对主动齿板的限位阻挡,从而实现了对阀杆底端转动角度的控制,对阀座内部石油流量的调节管控。
通过设置维护机构,当阀座内部发生堵塞故障时,通过驱动电机和链条盒可以依次驱动主动阀板在侧支管内部进行闭合,从动阀板在U型连管内部进行开启,通过U型连管对两个侧支管之间连接对石油进行输送,从而实现了在阀座进行维护检修时,临时对石油进行输送的功能,提高阀座在维护检修时的便捷性能,装置使用灵活可靠。
通过设置排气机构,当石油进入至分离管内部时,通过过滤网对石油中的杂质进行滤除,并通过吊桶可以对石油中含有的气体进行收集,气体过大使得吊桶上浮时,由浮板处的密封胶球可以对排液口进行闭合,侧支管临时闭合,并通过排气孔逐渐将气体排出,吊桶内部水在重力下排出,从而再次将排液口开启,从而实现了对进入阀座内部的石油液体中的油气分离,解决了气体过多,存在安全隐患和阀座内部容易发生故障的问题,提高了阀座使用时的安全性。

维护机构5包括U型连管501、链条盒502、主动阀板503、从动阀板504、驱动电机505以及伸缩套杆506,U型连管501套接安装在两个侧支管2外部,链条盒502嵌入安装在侧支管2外部顶端,主动阀板503嵌入安装在侧支管2内部,从动阀板504嵌入安装在U型连管501内部一侧,驱动电机505固定安装在主动阀板503外部顶端,伸缩套杆506嵌入安装在主动阀板503外壁一侧,当阀座1内部发生堵塞故障时,通过驱动电机505和链条盒502可以依次驱动主动阀板503在侧支管2内部进行闭合,从动阀板504在U型连管501内部进行开启,通过U型连管501对两个侧支管2之间连接对石油进行输送,从而实现了在阀座1进行维护检修时,临时对石油进行输送的功能,提高阀座1在维护检修时的便捷性能,装置使用灵活可靠。
伸缩套杆506内部套接安装有活动内杆10,活动内杆10外部顶端与伸缩套杆506内部套接安装有压缩弹簧9,活动内杆10外部底端套接安装有刮杆11,活动内杆10内部嵌入安装有电加热芯12,当主动阀板503在开启时,伸缩套杆506和活动内杆10进行伸出,并通过压缩弹簧9对活动内杆10进行活动支撑,刮杆11可以密封阀球8内部进行搅动,电加热芯12对阀座1内部进行加热,从而解决了阀座1内部石油冷却容易附着堵塞的问题,改善了阀座1内部的防堵性能。
阀座1外部一侧嵌入安装有电控板7,驱动气泵403、驱动电机505以及电加热芯12的电源输入端均与电控板7的电源输出端电性连接,通过电控板7可以对阀座1内部的电气元件进行控制。
排气机构6包括分离管601、过滤网602、吊桶603、排气孔604、浮板605、密封胶球606以及排液口607,分离管601嵌入安装在侧支管2内部一侧,过滤网602嵌入安装在分离管601内部底端,吊桶603安装在分离管601内部顶端,排气孔604开设在吊桶603外部顶端一侧,浮板605活动安装在分离管601内部顶端一侧,密封胶球606安装在浮板605外壁一侧,排液口607开设在分离管601外部顶端一侧,当石油进入至分离管601内部时,通过过滤网602对石油中的杂质进行滤除,并通过吊桶603可以对石油中含有的气体进行收集,气体过大使得吊桶603上浮时,由浮板605处的密封胶球606可以对排液口607进行闭合,侧支管2临时闭合,并通过排气孔604逐渐将气体排出,吊桶603内部水在重力下排出,从而再次将排液口607开启,从而实现了对进入阀座1内部的石油液体中的油气分离,解决了气体过多、存在安全隐患和阀座1内部容易发生故障的问题,提高了阀座1使用时的安全性。
综上,本发明提供的一种管道调节阀,在工作时,首先,当石油进入至分离管601内部时,通过过滤网602对石油中的杂质进行滤除,并通过吊桶603可以对石油中含有的气体进行收集,气体过大使得吊桶603上浮时,由浮板605处的密封胶球606可以对排液口607进行闭合,侧支管2临时闭合,并通过排气孔604逐渐将气体排出,吊桶603内部水在重力下排出,从而再次将排液口607开启,从而实现了对进入阀座1内部的石油液体中的油气分离。
接着,通过手轮406可以手动对阀杆3进行转动,并通过驱动盒401内部的驱动气泵403驱动主动齿板404进行运动,由主动齿板404与固定齿环405之间的啮合,使得阀杆3进行自动转动,并根据实际使用需求,通过限位拧杆402对主动齿板404的限位阻挡,从而实现了对阀杆3底端密封阀球8转动角度的控制,对阀座1内部石油流量的调节管控,当主动阀板503在开启时,伸缩套杆506和活动内杆10进行伸出,并通过压缩弹簧9对活动内杆10进行活动支撑,刮杆11可以密封阀球8内部进行搅动,电加热芯12对阀座1内部进行加热。
最后,当阀座1内部发生堵塞故障时,通过驱动电机505和链条盒502可以依次驱动主动阀板503在侧支管2内部进行闭合,从动阀板504在U型连管501内部进行开启,通过U型连管501对两个侧支管2之间连接对石油进行输送,从而实现了在阀座1进行维护检修时,临时对石油进行输送的功能。

Claims (4)

1.一种管道调节阀,包括阀座(1)、侧支管(2)以及阀杆(3),所述侧支管(2)嵌入安装在所述阀座(1)外部两侧,所述阀杆(3)嵌入安装在所述阀座(1)内部顶端;
其特征在于,所述阀杆(3)与所述阀座(1)内部之间通过调节机构(4)固定连接,所述侧支管(2)外部一侧嵌入安装有维护机构(5),所述侧支管(2)内部一侧嵌入安装有排气机构(6),所述调节机构(4)用于对所述阀座(1)内部底端流量进行调节,所述维护机构(5)用于对所述阀座(1)维护时临时对石油进行输送,所述排气机构(6)用于进入至所述阀座(1)内部的石油液体中混有的油气进行分离;
所述调节机构(4)包括驱动盒(401)、限位拧杆(402)、驱动气泵(403)、主动齿板(404)、固定齿环(405)以及手轮(406),所述驱动盒(401)嵌入安装在所述阀座(1)外部顶端一侧,所述限位拧杆(402)嵌入安装在所述阀座(1)外部顶端另一侧,所述驱动气泵(403)嵌入安装在所述驱动盒(401)内部,所述主动齿板(404)套接安装在所述驱动气泵(403)顶端,所述固定齿环(405)固定套接安装在所述阀杆(3)外部中部,所述手轮(406)套接安装在所述阀杆(3)外部顶端;
所述维护机构(5)包括U型连管(501)、链条盒(502)、主动阀板(503)、从动阀板(504)、驱动电机(505)以及伸缩套杆(506),所述U型连管(501)套接安装在两个所述侧支管(2)外部,所述链条盒(502)嵌入安装在所述侧支管(2)外部顶端,所述主动阀板(503)嵌入安装在所述侧支管(2)内部,所述从动阀板(504)嵌入安装在所述U型连管(501)内部一侧,所述驱动电机(505)固定安装在所述主动阀板(503)外部顶端,所述伸缩套杆(506)嵌入安装在所述主动阀板(503)外壁一侧,所述伸缩套杆(506)内部套接安装有活动内杆(10),所述活动内杆(10)外部顶端与所述伸缩套杆(506)内部套接安装有压缩弹簧(9),所述活动内杆(10)外部底端套接安装有刮杆(11),所述活动内杆(10)内部嵌入安装有电加热芯(12);
所述排气机构(6)包括分离管(601)、过滤网(602)、吊桶(603)、排气孔(604)、浮板(605)、密封胶球(606)以及排液口(607),所述分离管(601)嵌入安装在所述侧支管(2)内部一侧,所述过滤网(602)嵌入安装在所述分离管(601)内部底端,所述吊桶(603)安装在所述分离管(601)内部顶端,所述排气孔(604)开设在所述吊桶(603)外部顶端一侧,所述浮板(605)活动安装在所述分离管(601)内部顶端一侧,所述密封胶球(606)安装在所述浮板(605)外壁一侧,所述排液口(607)开设在所述分离管(601)外部顶端一侧;
在工作时,首先,当石油进入至分离管(601)内部时,由过滤网(602)对石油中的杂质进行滤除,并经吊桶(603)可以对石油中含有的气体进行收集,气体过大使得吊桶(603)上浮时,由浮板(605)处的密封胶球(606)可以对排液口(607)进行闭合,侧支管(2)临时闭合,并通过排气孔(604)逐渐将气体排出,吊桶(603)内部油在重力下排出,再次将排液口(607)开启,从而实现了对进入阀座(1)内部的石油液体中的油气分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道调节阀,其特征在于,所述限位拧杆(402)与所述阀座(1)之间通过螺纹连接,且所述主动齿板(404)顶端开设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内径等于所述限位拧杆(402)的外径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀座(1)外部一侧嵌入安装有电控板(7),所述驱动气泵(403)、驱动电机(505)以及电加热芯(12)的电源输入端均与所述电控板(7)的电源输出端电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(3)外部底端安装有密封阀球(8),且所述阀杆(3)外部中部与所述阀座(1)内部之间嵌入安装有密封胶垫。
