When the film clamping cylinder 54 clamps a film to the position of the feeding port 8, the second cylinder b1 is started to push the third cylinder b2 to move upwards, and the bag expanding plate b3 of the third cylinder b2 enters the film, the cylinder shaft of the third cylinder b2 drives the bag expanding plate b3 to move towards the inner surface of the film, so that the bag expanding plate b3 supports the inner surface of the film and opens the opening, the ejecting device 9a ejects the plastic cup into the film, and the inflating device inflates the film through the air inlet b 4.

When the packaging machine is used, when the filling of the cylinder film is completed, the fourth moving mechanism 60 drives the fourth moving seat 61 to move towards the position of the feeding port 8, when the holding block 65 reaches the packaging position, the holding block 65 holds the packaging film to be connected with the plastic cup under the driving of the double-head cylinder 64, the film clamping cylinder 54 is loosened and reset at the moment, the film sealing device 7 seals and cuts the upper end and the lower end of the packaging film, the packaging plastic cup is completed, the fourth moving mechanism 60 drives the fourth moving seat 61 to be far away from the position of the feeding port 8 and move towards the blanking device, when the blanking groove is reached, the double-head cylinder 64 loosens the holding block 65, and the plastic cup after the packaging falls into the blanking device.
The blanking device comprises a blanking channel and a blanking platform connected to the blanking channel, a material pushing cylinder is arranged at one end of the blanking platform, a cylinder shaft of the material pushing cylinder is arranged towards the blanking platform, so that a plastic cup used for packaging the blanking channel is pushed into the blanking platform, the blanking platform is arranged in an inclined mode, and one end of the material pushing cylinder is inclined back to the blanking platform.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in another alternative embodiment of the film sealing and packaging machine, the film sealing device 7 includes a fixed seat 70, an eighth cylinder 71, a sixth movable seat 72 and a film sealing protrusion 73, the fixed seat 70 is oppositely disposed on the vertical pillar and the first movable mechanism 51, the eighth cylinder 71 is fixed on the fixed seat 70, a cylinder axis of the eighth cylinder 71 is disposed toward the opening device 4, the sixth movable seat 72 is connected to a cylinder axis of the eighth cylinder 71, the film sealing protrusion 73 is connected to the sixth movable seat 72, and a heating pipe transversely penetrates through the film sealing protrusion 73;
specifically, in the present embodiment, the film sealing devices 7 are disposed oppositely and respectively disposed on the first moving mechanism 51 and the vertical support, wherein the film sealing device 7 at the upper end of the vertical support is provided with a cutter for cutting the cylindrical film.
When the film sealing device is used, the eighth cylinder 71 is fixed on the fixed seat 70, the eighth cylinder 71 drives the sixth moving seat 72 to move towards the direction of the film, the film sealing lug 73 at one end of the vertical support is in contact with the film sealing lug 73 on the first moving mechanism 51 during film sealing, the tooth-shaped structures on the film sealing lugs 73 are matched with each other, the heating pipe in the film sealing lug 73 is heated to 100 degrees for film sealing, and after the film sealing is finished, the film cutting cylinder is started and the upper end of the film is cut off.
A film cutting cylinder 74 is arranged on the fixing seat 70 positioned at the upper end of the vertical support, the film cutting cylinder 74 is positioned above the eighth cylinder 71, the cylinder shaft of the film cutting cylinder 74 is arranged towards the opening device 4, and a cutting knife 75 is connected to the cylinder shaft of the film cutting cylinder 74.
The film sealing and packaging method implemented by the film sealing and packaging machine comprises the following steps:
installing the sealing film into the film supply device 3, and pulling the head end of the sealing film onto the opening device 4 for opening, so that the head end of the sealing film forms a square opening;
the film pulling device 5 clamps the sealing film with the square opening and moves downwards until the head end of the sealing film with the square opening reaches the position of the feeding port 8;
the plastic cup enters the sealing film through the feeding port 8, the material carrying device 6 moves to the position of the feeding port 8, and the plastic cup and the sealing film are tightly held together;
the film sealing device 7 is started, the sealing film at the upper end is cut off, and then the sealing film is heated;
the material carrying device 6 holds the packaged plastic cup tightly and moves to a blanking position for blanking.

The invention is an integrated machine for opening bags, sealing films and packaging, which realizes the purposes of automatically opening bags of a cylindrical film, automatically filling a product into the bag, automatically filling nitrogen or ozone, and finally automatically sealing and discharging the bag; in addition, the film sealing and packaging machine has low operation noise and low operation cost, and can meet the requirement of large-batch product packaging.

A film sealing and packaging machine is characterized by comprising a film supplying device, an opening device, a film pulling device, a material moving device and a film sealing device, wherein the opening device is positioned on one side of the film supplying device, the film pulling device is positioned on two opposite sides of the opening device and is close to the bottom of the opening device, the material moving device is arranged on one side of the film pulling device, the film sealing device corresponds to the film pulling device and is provided with a vertical support, the film supplying device is connected with the opening device through a strip-shaped sealing film, and a feeding hole is formed in a machine table between the film pulling device and the material moving device;
the bag expanding device is arranged at intervals around the feeding port and comprises a second cylinder and a third cylinder, the second cylinder is longitudinally fixed on the machine table, the third cylinder is connected to the cylinder shaft of the second cylinder, the cylinder shaft of the second cylinder faces the opening device and penetrates through the machine table, the cylinder shaft of the third cylinder faces the feeding port, a third moving seat is connected to the cylinder shaft of the third cylinder, a bag expanding plate is connected to the third moving seat, one end, close to the feeding port, of the bag expanding plate bends and extends towards the opening device to form a bending portion, a ventilation pipeline is formed in the bending portion, an air inlet communicated with the ventilation pipeline is formed in the side wall of the bending portion, and an air outlet communicated with the ventilation pipeline is formed in the top of the bending portion.

the film sealing device is started, the sealing film at the upper end is cut off, and then the sealing film is heated;
the material carrying device holds the packaged plastic cup tightly and moves to a blanking position for blanking.
