When the traffic cone is required to be placed in an oblique line, the automatic winding and unwinding device 6 moves slowly according to the set direction (leftwards or rightwards), at the moment, the vehicle also drives in an oblique line, and after the movement in the two directions is combined, the oblique line placement of the traffic cone is completed. When the traffic cone needs to be linearly placed, the automatic retraction device 6 and the vehicle run linearly, and then the traffic cone can be linearly placed.
