Abstract
本发明公开了一种腰带扣的制作方法及其腰带扣,所述方法包括:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材冲压形成骨架,将骨架放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑后形成用于固定并系紧腰带体的前扣;根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成配件,将配件组装后制得用于连接前扣和腰带体的后扣;将前扣和后扣连接为一体形成腰带扣。本发明采用模内注塑工艺制作前扣,其使用金属冲压件做骨架,强度好,重量适合,注塑精度高,造型能力好,并且注塑后产品无需打磨抛光等工序,产品外观造型美观、精致、表面平整顺滑整齐均匀;采用金属板材冲压制成后扣,产品成型后棱角分明,曲面造型干净利索,且无需打磨抛光的工序,提高了产品的品味,并降低了制造成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及腰带扣具技术领域,具体是一种腰带扣的制作方法及其腰带扣。
背景技术
随着服饰行业发展,在服饰领域中的配饰产品领域产品样式越来越多,产品越来越精美,尤其在腰带行业领域,对其产品的要求越来越高,不仅在腰带的质地、做工方面,尤其在腰带扣上的要求越来越精湛、腰带扣体现的皮带配饰的灵魂,也体现着个人穿着中的重要点睛之笔。
在现有的腰带扣加工制作方面有着各种五花八门的制作方式,主要都是以锌合金压铸的工艺方式制成,锌合金制作腰带扣的方式,主要是采用压铸模具成型,然后再靠人工或者打磨设备进行打磨抛光后,在进行电镀处理的传统工艺。由于涉及到人工打磨进行处理,因此存在很多的不稳定性因素,产品品质不一,打磨容易出现塌边或者不平整的外观效果导致产品的档次和品味的降低,虽然不影响穿着和佩戴,但是却形成制约腰带行业产品精致度发展的因素之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种腰带扣的制作方法及其腰带扣,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种腰带扣的制作方法,所述方法包括:
S1:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材冲压形成骨架,将所述骨架放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑后形成用于固定并系紧腰带体的前扣;
S2:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成配件,将配件组装后制得用于连接所述前扣和腰带体的后扣;
S3:将所述前扣和后扣连接为一体形成腰带扣。
进一步的,所述S2包括:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成后扣扣身、后扣过桥以及后扣压板,将所述后扣扣身和后扣过桥组装后焊接为一体形成后扣扣体,将所述后扣压板连接在所述后扣扣体上形成后扣。
进一步的,在后扣压板上穿设铆钉,并将铆钉穿入后扣扣体对应的铰接口内以将后扣压板连接在后扣扣体上形成后扣。
进一步的,所述方法还包括,
S4:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理。
进一步的,所述S1中,注塑包括注塑造型和/或外观。
一种腰带扣,所述腰带扣采用上述的腰带扣的制作方法制作而成。
进一步的,所述腰带扣包括针式腰带扣、板式腰带扣中的任意一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用模内注塑的工艺制作前扣,其使用金属冲压件做骨架,其强度好,重量适合,模内注塑精度高,造型能力好,并且注塑后产品无需类似锌合金压铸产品那样需要打磨抛光等工序,注塑后成型的产品外观造型美观、精致、表面平整顺滑整齐均匀;采用金属板材冲压制成后扣,产品成型后棱角分明,曲面造型干净利索,且不用类似锌合金压铸后需要打磨抛光的工序,提高了产品的品味,并降低了制造成本;
2、腰带扣的前扣和后扣均可采用相同的构架和原理制得,制作简单、产品精细度高且制作成本低。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示:本发明提供一种腰带扣的制作方法,所述方法包括:
S1:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材冲压形成骨架,将所述骨架放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑后形成用于固定并系紧腰带体的前扣;
S2:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成配件,将配件组装后制得用于连接所述前扣和腰带体的后扣;
S3:将所述前扣和后扣连接为一体形成腰带扣。
S4:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理。
下面针对几种常见的腰带扣的制作方法进行说明:
具体实施例一:
如图2~图3所示,本实施例提供一种针式腰带扣的制作方法,该针式腰带扣包括前扣1和后扣2,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101:根据前扣1的形状,采用1-2mm的金属板材精密冲压形成金属冲压骨架100,将所述骨架100放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑造型和局部外观面200后形成前扣扣身11,采用金属板材精密冲压形成前扣扣针12,前扣扣身11和前扣扣针12构成前扣1,该前扣1用于固定并系紧腰带体;
S102:根据后扣2的形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成后扣扣身21、后扣过桥22以及后扣压板23,将所述后扣扣身21和后扣过桥22组装后焊接为一体形成后扣扣体,在后扣压板23上穿设铆钉24,并将铆钉24穿入后扣扣体对应的铰接口25内以将后扣压板23连接在后扣扣体上形成后扣2,该后扣2用于连接所述前扣1和腰带体;
S103:将所述前扣1和后扣2通过锁紧机构连接为一体形成腰带扣;
其中,锁紧机构包括转轴31,所述后扣前端设置有安装槽32,所述前扣1的扣针上设有旋转槽33,所述转轴31穿过安装槽32和旋转槽33,且转轴31的两端固定在前扣1前端的两侧壁上;
S104:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理,
例如进行钻孔、攻牙、电镀、拉丝、磨胶、镶钻等,使得腰带扣显得更加精美。
具体实施例二:
如图4~图5所示,本实施例提供一种板式腰带扣的制作方法,该板式腰带扣包括前扣1和后扣2,该方法包括以下步骤:
S201:根据前扣1的形状,采用1-2mm的金属板材精密冲压形成金属冲压骨架100,将所述骨架100放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑造型和局部外观面200后形成前扣扣身11,采用金属板材精密冲压形成前扣扣钉12,前扣扣身11和前扣扣钉12构成前扣1,该前扣1用于固定并系紧腰带体;
S202:根据后扣2的形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成后扣扣身21、后扣过桥22以及后扣压板23,将所述后扣扣身21和后扣过桥22组装后焊接为一体形成后扣扣体,在后扣压板23上穿设铆钉24,并将铆钉24穿入后扣扣体对应的铰接口25内以将后扣压板23连接在后扣扣体上形成后扣2,该后扣2用于连接所述前扣1和腰带体;
S203:将所述前扣1和后扣2通过锁紧机构连接为一体形成腰带扣;
其中,锁紧机构包括转轴31,所述后扣前端设置有安装槽32,所述转轴31穿过安装槽32,且转轴31的两端固定在前扣1前端的两侧壁上;
S204:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理,
例如进行钻孔、攻牙、电镀、拉丝、磨胶、镶钻等,使得腰带扣显得更加精美。
具体实施例三:
如图6~图7所示,本实施例提供一种自动扣板式腰带扣的制作方法,该自动扣板式腰带扣包括前扣1和后扣2,该方法包括以下步骤:
S301:根据前扣1的形状,采用1-2mm的金属板材精密冲压形成金属冲压骨架100,将所述骨架100放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑造型和局部外观面200后形成前扣扣身11,采用金属板材精密冲压形成前扣自动扣12,前扣扣身11和前扣自动扣12构成前扣1,该前扣1用于固定并系紧腰带体;
S302:根据后扣2的形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成后扣扣身21、后扣过桥22以及后扣压板23,将所述后扣扣身21和后扣过桥22组装后焊接为一体形成后扣扣体,在后扣压板23上穿设铆钉24,并将铆钉24穿入后扣扣体对应的铰接口25内以将后扣压板23连接在后扣扣体上形成后扣2,该后扣2用于连接所述前扣1和腰带体;
S303:将所述前扣1和后扣2通过锁紧机构3连接为一体形成腰带扣;
其中,锁紧机构3包括转轴31,所述后扣前端设置有安装槽32,所述转轴31穿过安装槽32,且转轴31的两端固定在前扣1前端的两侧壁上;
S304:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理,
例如进行钻孔、攻牙、电镀、拉丝、磨胶、镶钻等,使得腰带扣显得更加精美。

Claims (7)
1.一种腰带扣的制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
S1:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材冲压形成骨架,将所述骨架放入模内注塑模具中进行注塑后形成用于固定并系紧腰带体的前扣;
S2:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成配件,将配件组装后制得用于连接所述前扣和腰带体的后扣;
S3:将所述前扣和后扣连接为一体形成腰带扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腰带扣的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S2包括:根据预设的产品形状,采用金属板材分别冲压形成后扣扣身、后扣过桥以及后扣压板,将所述后扣扣身和后扣过桥组装后焊接为一体形成后扣扣体,将所述后扣压板连接在所述后扣扣体上形成后扣。
3.根据权利要求2所述的腰带扣的制作方法,其特征在于:在后扣压板上穿设铆钉,并将铆钉穿入后扣扣体对应的铰接口内以将后扣压板连接在后扣扣体上形成后扣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的腰带扣的制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,
S4:对所述腰带扣进行表面处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的腰带扣的制作方法,其特征在于:所述S1中,注塑包括注塑造型和/或外观。
6.一种腰带扣,其特征在于:所述腰带扣采用权利要求1-5任意一项所述的腰带扣的制作方法制作而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的腰带扣,其特征在于:所述腰带扣包括针式腰带扣、板式腰带扣中的任意一种。
