3) in the process of extrusion straightening, a toothed ring (12) is meshed with a gear (16), a first driving motor (15) is started to drive the toothed ring (12) to rotate, a round pipe-shaped section can rotate at a constant speed, a square pipe-shaped section can be correspondingly extruded according to the number of end faces of the square pipe-shaped section, and steel is uniformly pressurized and straightened under the driving of the toothed ring (12) turning for one circle, so that the straightening operation is completed.
