The stirring shaft 22 can drive the first blade 231 and the second blade 232 to rotate, wherein the first blade 231 is used for stirring the materials, so that the paper scraps are fully contacted with the liquid medium, and the softening of the paper scraps is accelerated. After the shredded paper gets into softening case 21, the part floats on the liquid level, and second blade 232 can be at the rotation in-process and constantly pat the shredded paper on the liquid level for the shredded paper can be moistened by liquid medium completely, has solved the problem that the shredded paper floated on the liquid level, when having improved softening efficiency, realizes the abundant softening to the shredded paper.
The stirring shaft 22 in the embodiment is driven to rotate by a stirring motor 24, and the stirring shaft 22 is in transmission connection with the roller shaft of the crushing roller 12 through a transmission mechanism. Referring to fig. 4, the profiling device comprises a rotary conveying unit 3 and a profiling unit 4, wherein the rotary conveying unit 3 is used for receiving the material falling from the softening tank 21 and conveying the material to the position of the profiling unit 4, and the material profiled by the profiling unit 4 is conveyed to the position of the blanking device.
Referring to fig. 5, the rotary conveying unit 3 includes a bearing table 31, a rotary table 32 and a plurality of material frames 33, the rotary table 32 is located below the softening box 21 and is rotatably connected to the bearing table 31, two end openings are opened on the upper and lower ends of the material frame 33, the material frame 33 is fixedly connected to the rotary table 32, and the plurality of material frames 33 are annularly distributed around the axis of the rotary table 32.
After the paper scraps are softened, the rotating table 32 is rotated relative to the bearing table 31 to convey a material frame 33 to a position right below the discharge port of the softening box 21, a valve at the discharge port of the softening box 21 is opened, and the material in the softening box 21 falls into the material frame 33 through the discharge port. When a sufficient amount of material is contained in the material frame 33, the rotating table 32 is rotated again to transfer the material frame 33 containing the material to the position right below the profiling unit 4, and then the profiling unit 4 performs profiling processing on the material in the material frame 33.
The material falling into the material frame 33 is a mixture containing paper and liquid media, and pressure needs to be applied to the material in the profiling process, so that the liquid media in the material are extruded out, and the paper is shaped. In order to recover and reuse the liquid medium and reduce the resistance of the pressing unit 4 during pressing, the liquid medium needs to be transferred out of the material frame 33 in time. In this embodiment, the material frame 33 penetrates through the rotating table 32, a plurality of water permeable holes 311 are formed in the bearing table 31, the water permeable holes 311 are located on a profiling station of the profiling unit 4 and can be communicated with an opening at the lower end of the material frame 33, a liquid collecting box 61 is further arranged below the bearing table 31, and the liquid collecting box 61 is communicated with the water permeable holes 311 through a pipeline.
Thus, when the profiling unit 4 acts on the material in the material frame 33, the liquid medium can enter the liquid collecting box 61 through the water permeable hole 311 after being extruded out, so as to realize the recovery of the liquid medium.
Referring again to fig. 5, the rotary table 32 in this embodiment is driven to rotate by a rotary drive mechanism. Therefore, after the rotary driving motor is started, the rotary driving motor drives the rotary shafts to rotate, the rotary shafts are driven by the gear chains or the belts to rotate in the same rotating direction, the rotary shafts rotate to drive the chain wheels 35 fixedly connected with the rotary shafts to rotate, the chain wheels 35 keep meshed with the transmission chains 34 in the rotating process, the transmission chains 34 are driven to rotate, and the transmission chains 34 are fixedly installed on the rotary table 32, so that the rotary table 32 is driven to rotate.
The profiling unit 4 is used for profiling the material conveyed by the rotary conveying unit 3 to convert the material from a loose state into a compact formed part. Referring to fig. 6, the profiling unit 4 includes a profiling frame 41, an expansion member 42 and a profiling plate 43, the profiling frame 41 is mounted on the bearing platform 31, the expansion member 42 is mounted on the profiling frame 41, the expansion member 42 may adopt a power device such as a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, and the like, a fixed end thereof is fixedly mounted on the profiling frame 41, and a piston end thereof is fixedly connected with the profiling plate 43 for driving the profiling plate 43 to perform a lifting motion in a vertical direction.
When the rotating table 32 drives the material frame 33 to move to the position right below the contour plate 43, the telescopic piece 42 drives the contour plate 43 to slowly descend, and after the contour plate 43 is contacted with the material in the material frame 33, the material in the material frame 33 is gradually pressed, so that the liquid medium in the material is extruded out.
Referring to fig. 9 and 14, in some embodiments, the rotating table 32 includes a rotating table main body 321 and a surrounding block 322, the rotating table main body 321 is rotatably connected to the bearing table 31, a water through hole 323 is formed in a middle portion of the rotating table main body 321, a fixing shaft 62 is inserted into the water through hole 323, the fixing shaft 62 has a tubular structure with upper and lower ends opened, an upper end of the fixing shaft 62 is located in the water through hole 323, a lower end of the fixing shaft 62 sequentially passes through the water through hole 323 and the bearing table 31 and then extends into the liquid collecting box 61, and the fixing shaft 62 is connected to the bearing table 31 through a bearing 37. The caterpillar tracks are arranged on the peripheral wall of the rotating table main body 321, a plurality of mounting holes 324 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the rotating table main body 321 are further arranged on the rotating table main body 321, the plurality of mounting holes 324 are annularly distributed relative to the axis of the rotating table main body 321 and are matched with the material frames 33 one by one, so that the material frames 33 can be correspondingly mounted in the mounting holes 324 one by one; a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the material frame 33 in a penetrating manner; the enclosure 322 is a cylindrical structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, is fixedly connected to the rotating table main body 321, and is located outside the mounting hole 324; still be equipped with seal assembly between revolving stage main part 321 and the plummer 31, seal assembly is used for preventing the liquid medium of limbers 323 department from outwards diffusing through the clearance between revolving stage main part 321 and the plummer 31.
In this embodiment, the peripheral wall of the material frame 33 is provided with a through hole in a penetrating manner, when the profiling unit 4 acts on the material in the material frame 33, the liquid medium in the material can be separated from the solid paper material, so that the liquid medium is respectively discharged from the water permeable hole 311 and the through hole in the material frame 33, and the separation efficiency of the liquid medium and the paper material is improved. In the working process of the profiling unit 4, the liquid medium in the material frame 33 is continuously extruded by the profiling unit 4, and compared with the design that the water-permeable holes 311 are only formed in the bearing platform 31, the resistance of the profiling unit 4 acting on the material can be reduced, the energy loss of the profiling unit 4 is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
The revolving stage main part 321 in this embodiment and the enclosure 322 cooperate to form an isolation chamber, and after the liquid medium is discharged through the through hole in the material frame 33, the liquid medium is limited in the isolation chamber, so that the liquid medium on the revolving stage 32 is prevented from being thrown off to the bearing table 31 when the revolving stage 32 rotates, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the surface of the bearing table 31 and facilitating the cleaning of the whole equipment.
In this embodiment, the fixing shaft 62 is installed at the water through hole 323 in the middle of the rotating table main body 321, is fixedly connected with the rotating table main body 321, and is rotatably connected with the bearing platform 31 through the bearing 37, on one hand, the fixing shaft 62 can connect the bearing platform 31 and the rotating table 32, so that the rotating table 32 can stably rotate relative to the bearing platform 31 for a long time without movement dislocation, and stable proceeding of subsequent pressing and blanking processes is ensured; on the other hand, the liquid medium in the isolation cavity can flow back into the liquid collecting box 61 through the tubular channel of the fixing shaft 62, so that the liquid medium is prevented from being accumulated on the rotating platform 32, the rotating platform 32 does not need to be cleaned after long-time work, the automatic recovery of the liquid medium is realized without any external tool, and the design concept is ingenious. In addition, since the weight of the rotary table 32 can be maintained within a relatively stable range, the rotary drive mechanism can smoothly drive the rotary table 32 to rotate, and the power is abundant.
Further, referring to fig. 14, the upper surface of the rotating table main body 321 is a cambered surface, and the height of the outer side of the rotating table main body is higher than that of the middle part of the rotating table main body, so that a cambered groove is formed on the rotating table 32. The liquid medium in the isolation cavity can flow from the outside to the direction close to the middle water through hole 323 along the arc-shaped groove, so that the flowing performance of the liquid medium is improved, and the recovery efficiency of the liquid medium is improved.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the seal assembly includes a first seal ring 381 and a second seal ring 382, and the upper surface of the carrier 31 extends downward to form a first annular groove and a second annular groove, and the second annular groove is located outside the first annular groove; the mounting hole 324 of revolving stage 32 is located the clearance department of first annular groove and second annular groove, revolving stage main part 321 lower surface extends upwards and is formed with third annular groove and fourth annular groove, third annular groove and fourth annular groove pair the setting with first annular groove and second annular groove respectively, first annular groove and the cooperation of third annular groove form first annular, second annular groove and the cooperation of fourth annular groove form the second annular, first sealing washer 381 and second sealing washer 382 clamp respectively in first annular and the second annular, just first sealing washer 381 and second sealing washer 382 all have the plane that contacts with revolving stage 32.
Thus, the first seal ring 381 and the second seal ring 382 are both fixed to the bearing table 31, and when the rotary table 32 rotates, the rotary table 32 is in surface contact with the first seal ring 381 and the second seal ring 382, and the two rotate relatively. Further, the bearing table 31 has a wear plate assembly for improving the sealing effect between the rotary table 32 and the bearing table 31. The wear plate assembly comprises a wear plate 39 and a compression spring 36, and the carrier 31 is configured to have a cavity for mounting the wear plate 39 and the compression spring 36. Specifically, in this embodiment, the upper surface of the bearing platform 31 extends downward to form an assembly cavity, a plurality of limiting holes communicated with the assembly cavity, and a clamping groove communicated with the assembly cavity and coaxial with the rotating platform 32. The wear-resisting plate 39 is installed in the assembling cavity, the bottom of the wear-resisting plate is provided with a plurality of protrusions 391, the protrusions 391 correspond to the limiting holes in a one-to-one mode, the wear-resisting plate 39 can only move up and down relative to the bearing table 31 in the vertical direction, the wear-resisting plate 39 is provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove, the pressure spring 36 is sleeved on the periphery of the fixed shaft 62 and is located in the clamping groove, and two ends of the pressure spring abut against the wear-resisting plate 39 and the bearing table 31 respectively.
Because the first seal 381 and the second seal 382 are located between the wear plate 39 and the rotary table 32, relative friction occurs between the rotary table 32 and the two seals as the rotary table 32 rotates, resulting in some degree of wear of the seals. The pressure spring 36 in this embodiment is always in a compressed state, and after the seal ring is worn, the pressure spring 36 can compensate the wear of the seal ring through elastic deformation, so that the upper end surface of the seal ring can be always abutted against the rotary table 32, thereby ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of sealing.
During the pressing of the material by the profiling unit 4, the partially softened paper material may be separated from the frame 33 through the meshes of the frame 33 and the water permeable holes 311 of the carrier 31, and finally move into the liquid collecting box 61 with the liquid medium. Referring to fig. 11, a filter screen 63 is connected to the liquid collecting box 61, and the filter screen 63 can filter the liquid medium falling from the fixed shaft 62 and the water permeable holes 311, so that the softened paper material mixed in the liquid medium is isolated on the filter screen 63 and is used for preventing the softened paper material from depositing at the bottom of the liquid collecting box 61.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a material shifting plate 64 is installed at the bottom of the fixed shaft 62, the material shifting plate 64 is located above the filter screen 63, the lower end of the material shifting plate 64 contacts with the upper surface of the filter screen 63, the filter screen 63 has a gap, a material collecting box 67 is arranged below the filter screen 63, an opening of the material collecting box 67 is opposite to the gap of the filter screen 63, and the material collecting box 67 is connected to the inside of the liquid collecting box 61 in an outward pulling manner, and a plurality of meshes are penetratingly formed in the material collecting box 67 to allow the liquid medium entering the material collecting box to fall back into the liquid collecting box 61 through the meshes.
Thus, when the rotating platform 32 rotates, the rotating platform 32 drives the material-shifting plate 64 to rotate through the fixed shaft 62, and the material-shifting plate 64 pushes the softened paper on the filter screen 63 in the rotating process, so that the softened paper finally falls through the gap of the filter screen 63; an inclined guide groove 631 is further arranged between the filter screen 63 and the collecting box 67, and softened paper materials separated from the filter screen 63 are guided by the guide groove 631 and finally fall into the collecting box 67.
Softened paper on the filter screen 63 can be transferred out in time through the kick-out plate 64, so that the filter screen 63 is prevented from being blocked, and the filtering efficiency of the filter screen 63 is ensured. In addition, because the material shifting plate 64 is fixedly connected to the fixed shaft 62, and the fixed shaft 62 can rotate along with the rotating platform 32, the automatic cleaning of the filter screen 63 can be realized without the help of another power source, the demand for the power source is reduced, and the design concept is ingenious.
The bottom of the liquid collecting box 61 is provided with a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is communicated with the liquid inlet of the softening box 21 through a liquid return pipe 65, and a lifting pump 66 is installed on the liquid return pipe 65. The lift pump 66 is used for pumping the liquid medium in the liquid collecting box 61 to the softening tank 21 through the liquid return pipe 65. Because the liquid medium in the softening tank 21 can also sequentially flow back to the liquid collecting tank through the material frame 33, the bearing table 31, the fixing shaft 62 and other parts, the liquid medium can be continuously circulated between the softening tank 21 and the liquid collecting box 61, the cyclic utilization of the liquid medium is realized, the resource consumption and the sewage discharge are reduced, and the environment protection is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the bearing table 31 is penetratingly formed with lifting holes 312, after the rotating table 32 moves to a certain angle, the material frame 33 on the rotating table 32 can be opposite to the lifting holes 312, and the width of the lifting holes 312 is preferably smaller than the width of the material frame 33, so that the material formed in the material frame 33 does not separate from the material frame 33 and moves into the lifting holes 312, thereby ensuring the structural integrity of the formed material.
Referring to fig. 10 again, the blanking unit 5 includes a lifting plate 50 and a blanking assembly, the lifting plate 50 is disposed in the lifting hole 312, and in a natural state, a top surface of the lifting plate 50 is coplanar with a top surface of the carrier 31, so as to prevent the material from tilting when moving to the lifting hole 312. The lifting plate 50 is in transmission connection with a piston end of a lifting cylinder 59, a fixed end of the lifting cylinder 59 is fixedly connected with the bearing table 31, and the lifting cylinder 59 is used for driving the lifting plate 50 to move in the vertical direction so as to lift the material in the material frame 33 upwards; the blanking assembly is used for transferring the lifted materials out.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the unloading subassembly includes unloading support 51, support arm 52, sliding seat 53, base 55 and two splint 56, unloading support 51 fixed mounting is on plummer 31, support arm 52 installs on the unloading support 51, support arm 52's length and width direction with lift board 50 unanimity, support arm 52 part is located revolving stage 32 top, and just right lift board 50, sliding seat 53 installs on support arm 52, can follow support arm 52's length direction carries out horizontal motion, install unloading cylinder 54 on the sliding seat 53, unloading cylinder 54's piston end and base 55 drive connection for drive base 55 carries out the up-and-down motion on vertical direction, base 55 extends along support arm 52's width direction, and two splint 56 are located base 55 length direction both sides respectively, can be driven by a driving mechanism to perform horizontal movement close to or away from each other.
The sliding seat 53 in this embodiment may adopt a driving form of a screw rod slider, that is: the support arm 52 is rotatably connected with a screw rod, and the screw rod is connected with the sliding seat 53 in a threaded manner and is driven by a motor to rotate. The screw rod can be driven to rotate by the motor, and the screw rod transmits power to the sliding seat 53, so that the sliding seat 53 can move along the length direction of the supporting arm 52.
The driving mechanism in this embodiment includes two sets of transmission assemblies, a rotating gear 582 and a translating cylinder 583, the rotating gear 582 is rotatably connected to the base 55, the transmission assemblies include moving blocks 57 and racks 581, the two moving blocks 57 are respectively located at two sides of the length direction of the base 55, the moving blocks 57 are slidably connected to the base 55 through a sliding rail 584, the two clamping plates 56 are correspondingly mounted on the two moving blocks 57 one by one, the two racks 581 are respectively located at two sides of the width direction of the base 55, one end of each rack 581 is fixedly connected to the moving block 57, and the racks 581 are engaged with the rotating gear 582; the fixed end of the translation cylinder 583 is connected to the base 55, the piston end of the translation cylinder 583 is in transmission connection with one of the racks 581, and the extension direction of the piston rod of the translation cylinder 583 is consistent with the length direction of the base 55.
Therefore, the rack 581 can be driven to move in the length direction of the base 55 by the translation cylinder 583, the rack 581 transmits power to the rotating gear 582 in the moving process, so that the rotating gear 582 can rotate relative to the base 55, and the rotating gear 582 acts on the other rack 581 in the rotating process, so that the rack 581 drives the moving seat fixedly connected with the rack 581 to move in the length direction of the base 55, and the purpose that the clamping plates 56 on the two moving blocks 57 are close to or far away from each other is achieved. In this embodiment, the piston rod of the translation cylinder 583 extends outward, the two clamping plates 56 move horizontally away from each other, the piston rod of the translation cylinder 583 retracts inward, and the two clamping plates 56 move horizontally close to each other.
After the profiling processing is completed, the rotating table 32 rotates relative to the bearing table 31, so that the profiled material is conveyed to the position right below a discharge port of the softening box 21, the material in the material frame 33 is lifted to a preset height through the lifting plate 50, the sliding seat 53 moves to the position right above the lifting plate 50, the two clamping plates 56 are driven by the discharging air cylinder 54 to move downwards to the preset height, the two clamping plates 56 are made to approach each other, the material on the lifting plate 50 is fixed through the mutual matching effect of the two clamping plates 56, and then the material is transferred out.
The working principle of the application will be further explained in conjunction with the recycling method of the packaging carton.
The invention provides a recycling processing method of a packaging carton, which comprises the following steps:
s1: softening the packaging carton;
specifically, the packaging carton is put into the scrap box 11, the packaging carton is crushed by the crushing unit 1, after the crushed scrap paper enters the softening box 21, the liquid medium and the paper material in the softening box 21 are stirred by the first blade 231, and the scrap paper on the liquid level is continuously beaten by the second blade 232, so that the scrap paper can be completely wetted by the liquid medium, and the scrap paper is sufficiently softened;
s2: profiling the material in the material frame 33;
specifically, the rotating table 32 is rotated relative to the bearing table 31 to convey a material frame 33 to a position right below a discharge port of the softening tank 21, a valve at the discharge port of the softening tank 21 is opened, and the material in the softening tank 21 falls into the material frame 33 through the discharge port; when a sufficient amount of materials are contained in the material frame 33, the rotating table 32 is rotated again to transmit the material frame 33 containing the materials to the position right below the profiling unit 4, the profiling plate 43 is driven to slowly descend through the telescopic piece 42, and after the profiling plate 43 is contacted with the materials in the material frame 33, the materials in the material frame 33 are gradually pressurized to extrude liquid media in the materials, so that the paper materials are molded;
s3: discharging the pressed material
Specifically, the rotating table 32 is rotated relative to the bearing table 31, so as to convey the pressed material to a position right below a discharge port of the softening box 21, lift the material in the material frame 33 to a predetermined height through the lifting plate 50, move the sliding seat 53 to a position right above the lifting plate 50, drive the two clamping plates 56 to move downwards to the predetermined height through the driving of the discharging air cylinder 54, enable the two clamping plates 56 to approach each other, fix the material on the lifting plate 50 through the mutual cooperation of the two clamping plates 56, and then transfer the material out.
