Abstract
龙卷风涡流红外抗菌碾米砂辊,该砂辊利用龙卷风气旋挟带物体上升旋转的自然原理和喷泉式喷风结构,实现自由控制糙米或谷物的下落速度,实现一次就完成原有多道工序。氧化锆、碳化硅、低温远红外与谷物干燥吸收匹配,红外抗菌抑菌,纳米氧化锌抑制、杀灭霉菌,红外辐照增加谷物抗氧化性,改善食品风味等原理设计,利用喷泉式结构,从涡旋喷风孔喷出螺旋上升涡流,与均匀下落的糙米、小麦等谷物交汇。通过控制风量、风压、转速,调整谷物碾磨时间和强度,可以达到任意控制碾磨时间和强度,彻底分离米糠麦麸,减少粮食氧化,消除黄曲霉危害,改善食品风味,延长食品保质期。

技术领域
本发明涉及全谷物砂辊碾米领域,是一种结构创新,尤其涉及大麦、燕麦、糙米等全谷物开糙制米陶瓷砂辊碳化硅烧结砂辊。在减少人力提升效率智能控制的全谷物碾米砂辊。
一次完成过去人力控制需要多次循环加工,全面满足减少氧化、提升风味、节省人力、多出产品、分离干净技术背景。
背景技术
碾米需要先开糙再碾白,谷物种皮层富含脂肪氧化酶,种皮层一旦破坏,脂肪氧化酶反应加速脂肪分解酸败,谷物湿度大于15%,环境湿度大于60%,容易产生黄曲霉等各种霉菌,对健康产生危害。现有碾米机多使用圆管形或锥形砂轮开糙,但砂辊多为封闭结构或卧式开槽结构,开糙效果差,损伤胚芽,营养浪费70%,需人工多次往返,米糠分离差,而且还经常过碾。
本案设计是一种从底部通中空主轴喷风,主轴固定砂辊,主轴垂直安装,顶部螺丝密封,防止漏气。
本案为3-7头、5-19层风孔设计,风孔是上大下小,上疏下密,目的是使上面压强小,适合落料,下面压强大,反复研磨。
附壁效应:由于附壁效应,物料与风力自然顺着砂辊旋转。
米糠、麦麸则因质量较轻被风力吹出筛网,沿着螺旋导流槽流入集糠器。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种龙卷风涡流红外抗菌碾米工艺,可以减少加工后氧化酸败,提升食品风味,保留谷物胚芽,减少或消除人工劳动,任意控制产品加工要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
龙卷风气旋结构。
作业中利用龙卷风气旋挟带物料上升旋转。
风力增加物料的翻滚达到均匀研磨的要求。
利用喷风孔开孔间距与倾斜角配合物料沿壁运动的特性(附壁效应),夹角小于45度。
黑色碳化硅26-60目、55-70%,锆英砂50-80目、10-20%,氧化锰、氧化铁、氧化铜3-7%,黏土、石英、堇青石、纳米氧化针10%,结合剂,混合均匀于压成型。
于压模具四块:内、外、上、下,模具四周开有呈螺旋排布孔,放入粉料依次插入特别压制木棒或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯棒)。
于压成型,28KHz-60KHz超声波辅助振动压实,3-5次振动辅压。
撤去模具放入炉具预热30分钟后进入温度为1300-1400炉内烧结两到三小时,保温两小时冷却。

Claims (3)
1.一种龙卷风涡流红外抗菌碾米砂辊,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,利用龙卷风气旋挟带物体上升旋转,倒锥形砂辊与龙卷风气旋无缝配合;螺旋上升气流与均匀下落谷物自然形成一种气固多相流,沿壁旋转;
步骤二,通过优化调整风压风量,砂辊转速,达到任意碾磨要求;所述碾磨要求为:3-7头涡旋喷风斜孔,斜孔上斜10-45度,顺时针倾斜10-30度,孔形分布上流下密;碳化硅、氧化锆、锆英砂的天然红外波段与谷物干燥吸收波段完美匹配;纳米氧化锌是陶瓷助烧剂,也是最佳霉菌杀菌剂,天然安全,可转化为天然营养素;砂辊颗粒配比,碳化硅颗粒为:30-60目、55-70%,锆英砂:15-20%,Fe2O3、MnO2、CuO:5%,纳米氧化,堇青石-黏土-石英滑石(陶瓷结合剂):10%。
2.一种实施加工运转,其特征如下,该设备为倒锥形,包括中空喷风主轴、上封头、下封头、与轴固定卡簧、卡盘座、锥形筛网、分散器等。
3.所述中空主轴垂直安装于电机上方,中空主轴连接气滑环末端与电机直联或皮带传动,电机带动主轴旋转,气滑环供气,砂辊随主轴旋转。
