A preparation method of low-carbon water baked cat food is characterized by comprising the following steps: selecting 25-30 parts by mass of chicken, 20-25 parts by mass of tuna meat, 15-20 parts by mass of salmon meat, 10-15 parts by mass of chicken heart, 20-23 parts by mass of potato and 7-12 parts by mass of pea;
secondly, the raw materials are placed into a meat pie molding machine for extrusion molding, stacked and placed into a refrigerating chamber for storage;
taking out the formed meat blocks in a refrigerating chamber, conveying the meat blocks to a feeding port of a grinder, crushing the meat blocks, and putting the crushed raw materials into a granulator to prepare granules;
transporting the crushed raw material particles into a stirrer, adding 3-5 parts by mass of an additive into the stirrer, and mixing and stirring the raw material particles and the additive;
injecting the stirred and mixed raw materials into an extrusion-puffing machine for puffing and extruding, wherein the moisture in the puffed raw materials is rapidly vaporized and instantly expanded to complete puffing;
conveying the puffed raw materials into a feed oven through a conveyor for baking to prepare cat food, and cooling the baked cat food;
and seventhly, cutting the cooled cat food, and packaging the cut cat food in a packaging machine to obtain the low-carbohydrate cereal-free red meat cat food.
2. The method for preparing low-carbon water baked cat food according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the second step, the raw materials are extruded into blocks and then are put into a refrigerating chamber for refrigeration for 6-12 hours.
3. The method for preparing low-carbon water baked cat food according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the third step, the granulator is used for preparing particles with the diameter of 2-3 mm for the crushed raw material meat blocks.

The method for preparing low-carbon water baked cat food according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the fourth step, the additive and the raw material particles are put into a stirrer to be mixed and stirred for 30-60 minutes, wherein the additive comprises vitamins, minerals, amino acids and probiotics, the vitamins comprise dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin K3, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, nicotinic acid, vitamin B6, D-calcium pantothenate, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12, and one or more of the components are mixed by mass at a ratio of 0.5-1; the mineral comprises ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, and manganese sulfate, wherein one or more of the minerals is 0.3-0.5 parts by weight, and the amino acid comprises choline chloride, taurine, L-lysine, DL-methionine, and herba Rosmarini officinalis extract, wherein one or more of the minerals is 1.8-2.3 parts by weight; the probiotics comprise lactobacillus casei and bacillus subtilis, wherein the mixing mass part of one or more of the probiotics is 0.4-0.6.
5. The method for preparing low-carbon water baked cat food according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and in the fifth step, the temperature range of the extrusion puffing machine is set to be 85-90 ℃ to extrude and puff the mixed raw materials.
