The working principle is as follows: the first motor 11 drives the roller blind roller 13 to rotate, the first synchronous belt pulley 16 and the first belt 15 are matched for transmission, the first rotating rod 17 is driven to rotate in the same direction, the roller blind roller 13 rotates to drive the roller blind cover 10 to spread or roll on the roller blind roller 13 and drive the hanging ring 20 to move, the first rotating rod 17 rotates to drive the take-up pulley 18 to rotate, the rope 19 is spread or rolled on the take-up pulley 18 and simultaneously drives the hook 21 to move, the roller blind cover 10 is spread or rolled at the upper end of the cabinet body 3 through the connection and matching of the hook 21 and the hanging ring 20, so that the upper end of the cabinet body 3 is sealed and opened, meanwhile, the second motor 29 drives the second rotating rod 26 to rotate, the second synchronous belt pulley 27 and the second belt 28 are matched for realizing the synchronous rotation of all the rotating plates 25, and the rotating angles of the rotating plates 25 are kept consistent, so as to realize the opening and closing of the heat dissipation window 23, when the upper end of the cabinet body 3 and the heat dissipation window 23 are opened, the heat inside the cabinet body 3 is blown to the outer side of the cabinet body 3 from the upper end of the cabinet body 3 and the heat dissipation window 23 by matching with the heat dissipation fan 22, so that the heat inside the cabinet body 3 can be rapidly dissipated, the sunlight can be shielded by arranging the conical cover plate 9, the internal roasting of the cabinet body 3 by the heat of the sun can be reduced, the rapid aging of a circuit can be avoided, meanwhile, the smoke content inside the cabinet body 3 is detected by the smoke sensor 30, when the detected smoke content is larger than the set rated value inside the controller 31, the controller 31 starts the powder pumping pump 32 to work, the powder pumping pump 32 pumps out dry powder in the dry powder box 33 through the connecting pipe and sends the dry powder to each dry powder spray nozzle 35 through the powder outlet pipe 34, and then sprays the dry powder spray nozzles 35 to all levels inside the cabinet body 3 to extinguish the fire inside the cabinet body 3, so as to avoid the, detect external rainfall through setting up rainfall sensor 37, when detecting external rainfall very big, controller 31 starts first motor 11 and second motor 29 with cabinet body 3 upper end sealed and heat dissipation window 23 sealed, it damages the power equipment of the internal portion of cabinet 3 to avoid the rainwater, can also detect the internal portion of cabinet containing the smoke volume great time at smoke sensor 30, also can start first motor 11 and second motor 29 through controller 31 and seal the cabinet body 3 upper end and heat dissipation window 23 is sealed, reduce the entering of external oxygen, and then the cooperation mechanism of putting out a fire puts out a fire fast, thereby realize the multiple protection to the power equipment of switch board inside.
