Abstract
The invention relates to a high-rise lifesaving slide system for rapidly evacuating a large number of people under the condition of high-rise building distress, which is carried on a motion platform capable of being pulled or moving by self, is jacked and unfolded by a hydraulic system, and is characterized in that a closed multi-stage continuous escape slide is formed after being unfolded. At present, fire-fighting and life-saving equipment for high-rise buildings is difficult to complete continuous rescue tasks of more than one hundred meters. A few of fire control aerial ladders with high-rise rescue ability can only bear 4-6 escape personnel for escaping due to the limitation of platform space during one-time lifting, and the lifting period is slow. However, the life is the time of the fire rescue scene which is in conflict with the second, and a technical scheme which can realize the continuous escape requirement of a large number of escape personnel does not exist in the industry at present.
Description
Technical Field
At present, fire-fighting and life-saving equipment for high-rise buildings is difficult to complete continuous rescue tasks of more than one hundred meters. A few of fire control aerial ladders with high-rise rescue ability can only bear 4-6 escape personnel for escaping due to the limitation of platform space during one-time lifting, and the lifting period is slow. However, the life is the time of the fire rescue scene which is in conflict with the second, and the technical scheme for realizing the continuous escape requirement of a large number of escape personnel also appears in the industry at present
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and solve the problem of rapid evacuation of a large number of people in a high-rise building in a dangerous situation.
The slide type fire-fighting scaling ladder is carried on a motion platform which can be pulled or can move automatically, can move simply by means of self power, can lift and unfold equipment by a self-contained hydraulic system, and forms a closed type multistage continuous escape slide after unfolding. Form an escape passage for evacuating people to slide downwards continuously for evacuation.
The platform and the escape slide are provided with retractable fixed supporting legs for improving the stability of the device, and after the equipment is unfolded, the fixed supporting legs are respectively supported on the bottom surface and the surface of a building to reinforce the device.
The closed escape slide ensures the safety of personnel in the sliding process through the pipeline type structure, the slide material has a lower friction coefficient, the pipe diameter of the slide can ensure the normal sliding space of the personnel, meanwhile, the corners are provided with the slides with larger turning radii according to the principle of ergonomics, and the evacuation personnel can be ensured to perform safe, efficient and continuous sliding movement until the safe area on the ground.
The motion platform is provided with a hydraulic system and an electric power system, and the expansion operation of the slide hydraulic system can be independently completed without depending on external energy.
Description of the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the present invention;
FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are detailed views of the continuous downward sliding part of the curve;
the notation in the figure is:
1-1: a motion platform body; 1-2: a hydraulic power system; 1-3: a fuel electric power system; 2-1: sliding down the pipeline; 2-2: a sliding pipeline hydraulic cylinder; 3-1: a motion platform main support arm; 3-2: a vertical support arm of the toboggan system; 3-3: a horizontal support arm of the sliding system; 4-1: a high-altitude escape platform; 4-2: and (4) sliding down the relay platform.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the patent technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example (b):
the slide type aerial ladder for fire fighting as shown in fig. 1 comprises a motion platform 1-1 which is positioned at the bottom of equipment and used as a transportation and working carrier of the equipment, and can be moved and fixed by a tractor or a self power system. The platform is provided with a hydraulic power system 1-2 which is used for providing hydraulic power output required when the mechanism is unfolded. The platform is provided with a fuel oil power system 1-3 for providing power requirements during maintenance, driving and working.
As shown in fig. 1, a slide type aerial ladder for fire fighting is characterized in that a moving platform 1-1 is provided with a multistage slide down pipeline 2-1 which can be folded and unfolded through a multistage slide down pipeline hydraulic cylinder 2-2, the slide down pipeline 2-1 is used as an escape passage of an escape person in use, a damping coating or an air bag is arranged in the slide down pipeline for adjusting the sliding down speed, so that the personnel protection and buffering are achieved, the connection part of the slide down pipeline can rotate according to the unfolding process of the slide down pipeline 2-1 and can keep a larger rotation angle, so that the escape person can continuously slide down, as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in figure 1, the slide type fire-fighting aerial ladder further comprises 2-4 main support arms 3-1 of the motion platform, the equipment keeps a contracted state during transportation or storage, and the two sides of the motion platform are powered by the hydraulic power system 1-2 to expand and lift the motion platform main body 1-1 when the equipment is used, so that the motion platform main body 1-1 is provided with high stability. The equipment also comprises a vertical supporting arm 3-2 of a sliding system, after the equipment is unfolded, the hydraulic power system 1-2 provides hydraulic power for unfolding, the support is directly connected with the bottom surface and the sliding pipeline 2-1, and the stability of the sliding pipeline 1-2 during operation is improved. And a horizontal support arm 3-3 of the sliding-down system is arranged at the middle section of the multistage sliding-down pipeline 2-1, when the equipment is unfolded, the hydraulic power system 1-2 provides power for unfolding and supporting the equipment and a building wall body so as to improve the horizontal stability of the multistage sliding-down pipeline 2-1 and reduce the influence of lateral cross wind on the equipment.
As shown in figure 1, a high-altitude escape platform 4-1 is arranged at the top end of a slide type fire-fighting aerial ladder, equipment is butted with an evacuation window corresponding to a building after being unfolded, a closed escape channel is formed, a platform capable of allowing 1-2 life-saving guide personnel to stand is arranged on the platform, and when evacuation operation is started, the life-saving personnel can safely enter the high-altitude escape platform 4-1 and sequentially enter a sliding pipeline 2-1 under the guide of the life-saving personnel, so that escape and personnel evacuation operation is realized. A sliding descending relay platform 4-2 is arranged at each level of turning of the sliding descending pipeline 2-1, and can be used for guiding personnel to stand when necessary to monitor the working condition of the escape pipeline and process emergency situations.
