Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:包括第一面板、第二面板和支撑板,所述支撑板上下两面通过粘接剂固定所述第一面板和第二面板;所述支撑板为蜂窝板、圆孔板或不规则几何形状孔板设计,且所述支撑板的孔内设有填充芯子,所述填充芯子为开孔发泡海绵和闭孔发泡海绵中的一种或多种相互堆叠形成。本发明结构简单,在满足吸音隔音效果的同时,能满足强度和外观要求;简化建筑墙体安装工序。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于墙板技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度吸音隔音复合板。
背景技术
当前市面上的隔音/吸音板多为单层一种隔音材料压制或者双层两种隔音材料压制粘接,亦或两层同一隔音材质间夹一层阻尼板压制。其主要用于建筑墙面、天花板等装修的夹层,表面需铺设装饰板材等或者直接在隐蔽空间内使用。此类产品主要缺点是仅能满足隔音/吸音的需求,需依附于墙体,在强度方面不能作为单独的主体使用,亦不能直接用于外观件,具有很大上使用局限性。
此发明涉及的高强度吸音隔音板因具有支撑筋组合起来的支撑板,在满足隔音吸音效果的同时使复合板自身具有高强度。同时,两面的面板也具有一定的保护作用,使板材整体、局部的强度都很高。其次,此复合板所具有的面板可进行装饰效果的加工,综上,此发明所涉及的高强度吸音隔音复合板在满足吸音隔音效果的同时,能满足强度和外观要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,旨在解决所述背景技术中存在的问题。为实现所述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:包括第一面板、第二面板和支撑板,所述支撑板上下两面通过粘接剂固定所述第一面板和第二面板;所述支撑板为蜂窝板、圆孔板或不规则几何形状孔板设计,且所述支撑板的孔内设有填充芯子。
进一步的,所述第一面板和第二面板为带孔面板和不带孔面板中两者的任意组合。
进一步的,所述第一面板和第二面板均为金属板、石膏板、木质板、矿棉板或纤维板中的任意一种,或分别为其中的任意两种。
进一步的,所述填充芯子为开孔发泡海绵和闭孔发泡海绵中的一种或多种相互堆叠形成,所述填充芯子与支撑板紧密贴合,充分填充支撑板内支撑筋间的空间,并于所述支撑筋的高度齐平。
进一步的,所述开孔发泡海绵厚度为1mm-1000mm,所述闭孔发泡海绵厚度为1mm-1000mm。
进一步的,所述支撑板的板厚度为0.01mm-1000mm,支撑筋厚度为0.01-500mm。
进一步的,所述第一面板的带孔板孔径为0.01mm-100mm,所述板厚为0.01mm-100mm。
本发明的有益效果:
1、在满足吸音隔音效果的同时,能满足强度和外观要求;
2、简化建筑墙体的安装工序,只需将本复合板进行堆砌粘合即可实现安装。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例一:
如图1-4所示,一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:包括第一面板2、第二面板3和支撑板1,支撑板1上下两面通过粘接剂固定第一面板2和第二面板3;支撑板1为蜂窝板、圆孔板或不规则几何形状孔板设计,且支撑板1的孔内设有填充芯子。
本具体实施例中,第一面板2和第二面板3为带孔面板和不带孔面板中两者的任意组合,本方案中,第一面板2为带孔面板,第二面板3为不带孔面板。
在具体的方案选择上,当本复合板作为高强度隔音板使用时,两面板上尽可能不要开孔,对声能进行阻隔放射;作为高强度吸音板使用时,面板材质有吸音效果(如低密度多孔材料)时可不开孔,面板材质(如铁板、不锈钢等金属材料)会隔音时需开孔让声能入射。
本具体实施例中,第一面板2和第二面板3均为金属板、石膏板、木质板、矿棉板或纤维板中的任意一种,或分别为其中的任意两种。根据具体需要,如需隔音,根据不同的使用场景第一面板2和第二面板3可选择不同的高密度材料,如铁板、不锈钢板、石膏板等;如需吸音,第一面板2和第二面板3则选择低密度多孔的材料,如木质、矿棉、纤维板等,或者高密度材料进行开孔。
本具体实施例中,填充芯子为开孔发泡海绵4,填充芯子与支撑板1紧密贴合,充分填充支撑板1内支撑筋6间的空间,并于支撑筋6的高度齐平。
本具体实施例中,开孔发泡海绵4厚度为1mm-1000mm,闭孔发泡海绵5厚度为1mm-1000mm。
本具体实施例中,支撑板1的板厚度为0.01mm-1000mm,支撑板1筋厚度为0.01-500mm。
本具体实施例中,第一面板2的带孔板孔径为0.01mm-100mm,板厚为0.01mm-100mm。
在实际应用过程中,由于现代装修的需要,对于室内墙体的需求呈多样化的需求,部分室内装修过程中,已经不再采用土砖装修,而改用功能复合板进行替换。而常规的阻燃板等材料在安装过程中在强度和隔音消音效果上存在较大缺陷。而本次发明设计的复合板,在实际应用场景中,根据对复合板的实验数据采样测试可以发现,在强度上,虽然其单一面板的承压能力较弱,但采用本发明的设计的复合板在承压能力上呈指数倍数的上升,各方面性能都处于较好状态,因此能够很好满足建筑行业对高强度墙体的要求。
实施例二:
如图5-6,填充芯子为开孔发泡海绵4和闭孔发泡海绵5相互堆叠形成,从提高不同类型填充芯子的结构对噪音的隔绝作用。
实施例三:
如只需单面装饰可仅使用单面第一面板2或第二面板3,则未设置面板的另一面依附于墙体;第一面板2和第二面板3可统一设置,亦可一面做装饰,一面仅作简单的盖板封闭。
实施例四:
本实施例作为符合板的功能拓展说明,
针对填充芯子选材的不同,除隔音、吸音外还能起到其他功能作用。如当选用海绵、泡沫时亦可作为隔热复合板使用,当填充芯子选用阻燃材质可作为防火复合板使用(两面板需用金属、阻燃塑料);
两面板开槽、孔,填充芯材选用活性炭等具有过滤属性的材质,可作为空气过滤复合板使用。
测试数据说明:
在实施例一至三所述复合板一侧距离0.5m处设置发声源,在发声源处及隔音墙板另一侧距离0.5m处对应发声源位置分别设置声源测量处和测量处2,发声源分别设置为60~300dB不等的数据进行测试,所述实施例一至三实施例2隔音板墙面积皆为12平方米,结果如下表:
复合板强度测试:
从下表可以看出,夹芯板填充不同材料芯子后,具有优良的的抗弯曲承载力,中间的发泡结构对外面板的结构板材承重能力起到了支撑作用。不仅如此,此类夹芯板不但具有高强度,高隔音,并且具有良好的阻燃性能,而且非常好的隔热功能。金属制板材虽有良好承重能力,但是无法做到优良的导热和隔音功能。该发明的夹芯板兼具高抗弯曲、隔音、隔热和阻燃多功能,可以更好的适应在要求高、要求复杂的领域。

1.一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:包括第一面板、第二面板和支撑板,所述支撑板上下两面通过粘接剂固定所述第一面板和第二面板;所述支撑板为蜂窝板、圆孔板或不规则几何形状孔板设计,且所述支撑板的孔内设有填充芯子,所述填充芯子为开孔发泡海绵和闭孔发泡海绵中的一种或多种相互堆叠形成,所述填充芯子与支撑板紧密贴合,充分填充支撑板内支撑筋间的空间,并于所述支撑筋的高度齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:所述第一面板和第二面板为带孔面板和不带孔面板中两者的任意组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:所述第一面板和第二面板均为金属板、石膏板、木质板、矿棉板或纤维板中的任意一种,或分别为其中的任意两种。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:所述开孔发泡海绵厚度为1mm-1000mm,所述闭孔发泡海绵厚度为1mm-1000mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:所述支撑板的板厚度为0.01mm-1000mm,支撑筋厚度为0.01-500mm。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种高强度吸音隔音复合板,其特征在于:所述第一面板的带孔板孔径为0.01mm-100mm,所述第一面板厚为0.01mm-100mm。
