本发明公开了一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,包括墙板本体,所述墙板本体包括防潮层、干燥层、吸音层、基板层一、空心陶瓷板、基板层二、隔音层、防水层和防火层,所述空心陶瓷板一端设置有连接块一,所述空心陶瓷板远离所述连接块一一端设置有连接块二,所述墙板本体上端一侧成型有连接槽一。吸音层、空心陶瓷板和隔音层的设置,可使装配式墙板具有极佳的隔音效果,可使建筑内的居住人员居住更加舒适,使人有更佳的居住体验;连接槽一、连接板一、连接槽二、卡槽、连接板二和弹性连接条的设置,可使装配式墙板与装配式墙板之间能够更加便捷的进行定位、连接、安装,可使装配式墙板的安装便捷性大大提高,十分实用。

一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板
技术领域
本发明属于墙板技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板。
背景技术
墙板,古时明清家具部件名称。位于家具左右两侧,呈垂直面的板材统称“旁板”或称“墙板”。现指一种建材。是由墙和楼板组成承重体系的房屋结构。墙板结构的承重墙可用砖、砌块、预制或现浇混凝土做成。按所用材料和建造方法的不同可分为混合结构、装配式大板结构、现浇式墙板结构三类。墙板既作承重构件,又作房间的隔断,是居住建筑中最常用且较经济的结构形式。墙板结构多用于住宅、公寓、也可用于办公楼、学校等公用建筑。
现有的室内装配式墙板隔音效果较差,难以使室内居住人员有较好的居住体验,而且现有的室内装配式墙板的单位个体之间难以便捷的进行定位、连接,安装不便,实用性不足。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,包括墙板本体,所述墙板本体包括防潮层、干燥层、吸音层、基板层一、空心陶瓷板、基板层二、隔音层、防水层和防火层,所述空心陶瓷板一端设置有连接块一,所述空心陶瓷板远离所述连接块一一端设置有连接块二,所述墙板本体上端一侧成型有连接槽一,所述墙板本体下端正对所述连接槽一的位置成型有连接板一。
所述防潮层与所述干燥层浇筑连接,所述干燥层远离所述防潮层一侧壁与所述吸音层浇筑连接,所述吸音层远离所述干燥层一侧壁与所述基板层一浇筑连接。
所述空心陶瓷板与所述基板层一远离所述吸音层一侧壁浇筑连接,所述空心陶瓷板内部中空。
所述连接块一成型于所述基板层一与所述基板层二之间,所述连接块一远离所述空心陶瓷板一侧壁中部成型有连接板二。
所述连接板二远离所述连接块一一端两侧胶接有弹性连接条,所述弹性连接条采用高弹橡胶材料制成。
所述连接块二成型于所述基板层一与所述基板层二之间,所述连接块二远离所述空心陶瓷板一侧壁中部成型有连接槽二,所述连接槽二两内壁上靠近所述空心陶瓷板的位置均成型有卡槽。
所述空心陶瓷板远离所述基板层一一侧壁与所述基板层二浇筑连接,所述基板层二远离所述空心陶瓷板一侧壁与所述隔音层浇筑连接。
所述隔音层远离所述基板层二一侧壁与所述防水层浇筑连接,所述防水层远离所述隔音层一侧壁与所述防火层浇筑连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
吸音层、空心陶瓷板和隔音层的设置,可使装配式墙板具有极佳的隔音效果,可使建筑内的居住人员居住更加舒适,使人有更佳的居住体验;连接槽一、连接板一、连接槽二、卡槽、连接板二和弹性连接条的设置,可使装配式墙板与装配式墙板之间能够更加便捷的进行定位、连接、安装,可使装配式墙板的安装便捷性大大提高,十分实用。

实施例一
如图1-图4所示,一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,包括墙板本体1,墙板本体1包括防潮层2、干燥层3、吸音层4、基板层一5、空心陶瓷板6、基板层二7、隔音层8、防水层9和防火层10,空心陶瓷板6一端设置有连接块一11,空心陶瓷板6远离连接块一11一端设置有连接块二12,墙板本体1上端一侧成型有连接槽一13,墙板本体1下端正对连接槽一13的位置成型有连接板一14,纵向的两块装配式墙板可通过连接槽一13和连接板一14便捷的进行定位、连接。
如图1-图2所示,防潮层2与干燥层3浇筑连接,干燥层3远离防潮层2一侧壁与吸音层4浇筑连接,吸音层4远离干燥层3一侧壁与基板层一5浇筑连接;空心陶瓷板6与基板层一5远离吸音层4一侧壁浇筑连接,空心陶瓷板6内部中空。
本例中,防潮层2和干燥层3可使装配式墙板具有极佳的防潮性能,吸音层4在装配式墙板内可对噪音进行吸收,空心陶瓷板6可使装配式墙板的强度大大提高,且空心陶瓷板6的中空结构内为真空状态,对噪音有极佳的阻隔效果。
如图1-图4所示,其中连接块一11成型于基板层一5与基板层二7之间,连接块一11远离空心陶瓷板6一侧壁中部成型有连接板二15;连接板二15远离连接块一11一端两侧胶接有弹性连接条16,弹性连接条16采用高弹橡胶材料制成;连接块二12成型于基板层一5与基板层二7之间,连接块二12远离空心陶瓷板6一侧壁中部成型有连接槽二17,连接槽二17两内壁上靠近空心陶瓷板6的位置均成型有卡槽18;空心陶瓷板6远离基板层一5一侧壁与基板层二7浇筑连接,基板层二7远离空心陶瓷板6一侧壁与隔音层8浇筑连接;隔音层8远离基板层二7一侧壁与防水层9浇筑连接,防水层9远离隔音层8一侧壁与防火层10浇筑连接。
本例中,一块装配式墙板的连接板二15可与另一块装配式墙板的连接槽二17进行连接,弹性连接条16可被卡压在卡槽18内,这样横向的两块装配式墙板可通过连接槽二17、卡槽18、连接板二15和弹性连接条16进行连接,且卡槽18和弹性连接条16的设置可使两块装配式墙板连接十分牢固,隔音层8可使装配式墙板的隔音性能进一步提升,防水层9可使装配式墙板内侧具有极佳的防水性能,防火层10可使装配式墙板的耐高温性能大大提升,且可防止装配式墙板燃烧,在防火层10上可增设装饰性壁纸等。
本例中,吸音层4、空心陶瓷板6和隔音层8的设置,可使装配式墙板具有极佳的隔音效果,可使建筑内的居住人员居住更加舒适,使人有更佳的居住体验;连接槽一13、连接板一14、连接槽二17、卡槽18、连接板二15和弹性连接条16的设置,可使装配式墙板与装配式墙板之间能够更加便捷的进行定位、连接、安装,可使装配式墙板的安装便捷性大大提高,十分实用。
本发明的具体实施过程如下:纵向的两块装配式墙板可通过连接槽一13和连接板一14便捷的进行定位、连接,横向的两块装配式墙板可通过连接槽二17、卡槽18、连接板二15和弹性连接条16进行连接,且卡槽18和弹性连接条16的设置可使两块装配式墙板连接十分牢固,防潮层2和干燥层3可使装配式墙板具有极佳的防潮性能,吸音层4在装配式墙板内可对噪音进行吸收,空心陶瓷板6可使装配式墙板的强度大大提高,且空心陶瓷板6的中空结构内为真空状态,对噪音有极佳的阻隔效果,隔音层8可使装配式墙板的隔音性能进一步提升,防水层9可使装配式墙板内侧具有极佳的防水性能,防火层10可使装配式墙板的耐高温性能大大提升,且可防止装配式墙板燃烧,在防火层10上可增设装饰性壁纸等。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,其特征在于,所述防潮层(2)与所述干燥层(3)浇筑连接,所述干燥层(3)远离所述防潮层(2)一侧壁与所述吸音层(4)浇筑连接,所述吸音层(4)远离所述干燥层(3)一侧壁与所述基板层一(5)浇筑连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,其特征在于,所述空心陶瓷板(6)与所述基板层一(5)远离所述吸音层(4)一侧壁浇筑连接,所述空心陶瓷板(6)内部中空。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,其特征在于,所述连接块一(11)成型于所述基板层一(5)与所述基板层二(7)之间,所述连接块一(11)远离所述空心陶瓷板(6)一侧壁中部成型有连接板二(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种隔音效果好的室内装配式墙板,其特征在于,所述连接板二(15)远离所述连接块一(11)一端两侧胶接有弹性连接条(16),所述弹性连接条(16)采用高弹橡胶材料制成。
