技术领域
本公开涉及圆形钉合装置,并且更具体地说,涉及用于圆形钉合装置的重新装载组件,其具有用以在击发钉合装置之后将刀架保持在缩回位置中的结构。
背景技术
常规的圆形钉合装置包含细长主体和支撑在细长主体的远侧部分上的外壳或重新装载组件。重新装载组件包含外壳壳体、支撑在外壳壳体上的具有多个钉的钉仓、推动器组件、限定圆柱形空腔的刀和支撑刀的刀架。推动器组件包含环形推动器和推钉构件,所述推钉构件与环形推动器接合并可移动,以使推钉构件移动从而从钉仓中弹出钉。刀架可移动以使刀通过钉仓前进以取出组织的核心或切割组织

发明内容

参考图12和13,在钉致动器112和推钉构件112a沿箭头“A”所指示的方向前进以将钉120从钉仓118驱动到砧座组件18中之后,刀架114沿箭头“B”所指示的方向使刀116沿箭头“C”所指示的方向前进以切割组织。当刀架114沿方向“B”前进时,固定到刀架114的锁定部件180相对于钩部件200沿箭头“D”所指示的方向纵向移动(图13)。当锁定部件180的锁定构件188移动到钩部件200的远侧位置时,随着钩部件200的主体204沿图13中的箭头“E”所指示的方向从外壳壳体110的内壳体部分142径向向外移动,钩部件200的钩206返回到无偏状态。另外,当锁定部件180的锁定构件188向钩部件200的远侧移动时,弹性主体182移动成与钩部件200脱离接合并且沿图13中箭头“F”所指示的方向朝着其无偏状态向内移动,使得锁定部件180的锁定构件188与外壳壳体110的内壳体部分142接合,并从钩部件200的主体204的远侧端部的径向向内定位。
参考图14-17,在沿图14和15中的箭头“G”所指示的方向击发重新装载组件100之后,当刀架114移回到其缩回位置时,锁定部件的锁定构件188在钩部件200的主体204下方移动并接合钩部件200的钩206。当锁定构件188接合钩206时,钩部件200的主体204沿箭头“H”所指示的方向从内壳体部分142径向向外偏置,使得锁定构件188穿过钩206下方,并且钩206移动通过锁定部件180的窗口190,使得锁定构件188的尖端191移动成与外壳壳体110的内壳体部分142接合。在该位置,钩206与锁定部件180的主体182的近侧部分(其限定了窗口190)之间的接合阻碍了钩部件200的重新前进,从而阻碍了刀架114和刀116的重新前进。

尽管在动力手持器械的背景下描述了所公开的重新装载件,但是应当理解,所公开的重新装载件可以适于与机器人控制的系统以及手动器械一起使用。例如,重新装载件可以与适配器14一起使用,所述适配器14被配置成联接到机器人控制的手术系统。
参考图17,在替代实施例中,锁定部件200'可以形成有钩206',并且钩部件200'可以形成有限定窗口190'的主体204'。锁定部件180'的远侧端部定位成在钉合装置10(图1)被击发并且刀架114(图12)被缩回之后越过部件200'的锁定构件188'并到达部件200'的主体204上,使得钩206'被收纳在窗口190'内。如以上关于重新装载件100(图3)所讨论的,钩206'容纳在窗口190'内阻碍了刀架114(图12)的重新前进,以最小化在操作和处置重新装载组件200期间对临床医生造成伤害的风险。
图18-22示出了总体上以300示出的所公开的重新装载组件的替代实施例。重新装载组件300基本类似于重新装载组件100,不同之处在于锁定部件和钩部件已更改。本文中仅更详细地描述这些部件。
图18示出了重新装载组件300(图20)的外壳壳体310,其包含外壳体部分340、内壳体部分342和引导部分379。引导部分379定位于外壳部分340与内外壳部分342之间。引导部分379中的至少一个支撑第一锁定部件402。第一锁定部件402包含具有钩406的弹性主体404,所述钩406从相应的引导部分379径向向外延伸。
图18和19示出了重新装载组件300的外壳壳体310和刀架314。刀架314包含限定中心孔372的纵向延伸的主体部分373。纵向延伸的主体部分373通过纵向狭槽378彼此分开,所述纵向狭槽378收纳外壳壳体310的引导部分379(图18),以在刀架314在前进位置与缩回位置之间移动时将刀架314限制为在外壳壳体310内纵向移动。
刀架314的近侧部分包含支撑第二锁定部件380(图19)的内壁表面315。第二锁定部件380由弹性材料形成,并且包含具有第二钩382的近侧端部,所述第二钩382径向向内延伸到刀架314的中心孔372中。在实施例中,第一锁定部件402和第二锁定部件380分别由板簧形成。
当重新装载组件300处于击发前位置并且刀架314处于其缩回位置时,如图20所示,第一锁定部件402的与钩406相对的一侧与第二锁定部件380的与钩382相对的一侧接合。在该位置,第一锁定部件402与第二锁定部件380对准并接合,其中第一锁定部件402和第二锁定部件380的钩406和382彼此背对以允许刀架314和刀316相对于外壳壳体310的内壳体部分342前进。
当刀架314沿图21中的箭头“J”所指示的方向围绕外壳壳体310的内壳体部分342前进以使第二锁定部件380前进到在第一锁定部件402远侧的位置时,第一锁定部件402和第二锁定部件380移动成彼此脱离接合。当发生这种情况时,第一锁定部件402沿箭头“L”所指示的方向返回到其无偏状态,在该状态下,第一锁定部件402的与第一钩406相对的一侧靠着引导件379定位。类似地,第二锁定部件380沿箭头“M”所指示的方向返回到其无偏状态,在该状态下,第二锁定部件380的与钩382相对的一侧靠着刀架314的内壁表面315定位。当第一锁定部件402和第二锁定部件380返回到其无偏状态时,钩406和382的锥形表面406a和382a彼此隔开并对准。
在钉合装置10(图1)已经被击发并且刀已经前进以切割安置在砧座组件18与钉仓118之间的组织之后,当刀架314沿箭头“N”(图22)所指示的方向从其前进位置移动回到其缩回位置时,第二锁定部件380相对于第一锁定部件402移动,使得钩406和382的锥形表面406a和382a彼此接合、变形并通过彼此。当刀架114处于其缩回位置时,钩406和380彼此对准,以阻碍刀架314和刀316移动回到其前进位置。
上述结构阻碍了刀架314和刀316的重新前进,以将刀316安全地保持在重新装载组件300的外壳壳体310内。这最小化了在操作和处置重新装载组件300期间对临床医生造成伤害的风险。

Claims (17)

1.一种重新装载组件,其包括:
外壳壳体,所述外壳壳体包含内壳体部分和外壳体部分,所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分间隔开以在所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分之间限定环形空腔;
钉仓,所述钉仓支撑在所述外壳壳体的远侧部分上,所述钉仓具有多个钉凹座,所述钉凹座中的每一个收纳钉;
推动器,所述推动器支撑在所述环形空腔内,所述推动器能在缩回位置与前进位置之间移动,以从所述钉仓中弹出所述钉;
刀架,所述刀架包含限定纵向轴线且支撑刀的主体,所述刀架的所述主体包含限定中心孔的内壁,所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分定位在所述刀架的所述中心孔内,使得所述刀架能围绕所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分在前进位置与缩回位置之间移动;
锁定部件,所述锁定部件支撑在所述刀架的所述内壁上,所述锁定部件具有由弹性材料形成并限定窗口的主体;和
钩部件,所述钩部件支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分上并且包含具有钩的主体,在所述重新装载组件被击发以阻碍所述刀架移动回到其前进位置之后,当所述刀架处于其缩回位置时,所述钩被收纳在所述锁定部件的所述窗口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中所述锁定部件包含弹性主体,所述弹性主体具有定位在所述窗口近侧的锁定构件,在所述重新装载组件的击发之前,当所述刀架处于缩回位置时,所述弹性主体被定位在所述钩部件与所述刀架之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的重新装载组件,其中所述钩朝着所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分向下倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的重新装载组件,其中所述钩部件包含近侧安装部分,所述近侧安装部分被固定到所述内壳体部分,使得所述钩部件以悬臂方式被支撑到所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的重新装载组件,其中在所述重新装载组件被击发以将所述钩部件的所述钩定位在所述锁定部件的所述窗口内之后,当所述刀架从其前进位置返回到其缩回位置时,所述锁定部件被定位成在所述钩部件与所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分之间通过。
6.根据权利要求5所述的重新装载组件,其中所述锁定部件包含远侧安装部分,所述远侧安装部分被固定到所述刀架的所述内壁,以将所述锁定部件以悬臂方式固定到所述刀架。
7.根据权利要求6所述的重新装载组件,其中所述钩部件的所述钩具有连接到所述主体的近侧部分以及接合外壳组件的所述内壳体部分的尖端,所述尖端定位在所述钩的所述近侧部分的近侧。
8.一种圆形钉合装置,其包括:
细长主体,所述细长主体具有近侧部分和远侧部分;和
重新装载组件,所述重新装载组件支撑在所述细长主体的所述远侧部分上,所述重新装载组件包含:
外壳壳体,所述外壳壳体包含内壳体部分和外壳体部分,所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分间隔开以在所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分之间限定环形空腔;
钉仓,所述钉仓支撑在所述外壳壳体的远侧部分上,所述钉仓具有多个钉凹座,所述钉凹座中的每一个收纳钉;
推动器,所述推动器支撑在所述环形空腔内,所述推动器能在缩回位置与前进位置之间移动,以从所述钉仓中弹出所述钉;
刀架,所述刀架包含限定纵向轴线且支撑刀的主体,所述刀架的所述主体包含限定中心孔的内壁,所述刀架能围绕所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分在前进位置与缩回位置之间移动;
锁定部件,所述锁定部件支撑在所述刀架的所述内壁上,所述锁定部件具有由弹性材料形成并限定窗口的主体;和
钩部件,所述钩部件支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分上并且包含具有钩的主体,在所述重新装载组件被击发以阻碍所述刀架移动回到其前进位置之后,当所述刀架处于其缩回位置时,所述钩被收纳在所述锁定部件的所述窗口内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的圆形钉合装置,其中所述锁定部件包含弹性主体,所述弹性主体具有定位在所述窗口近侧的锁定构件,在所述重新装载组件的击发之前,当所述刀架处于缩回位置时,所述弹性主体被定位在所述钩部件与所述刀架之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的圆形钉合装置,其中所述钩朝着所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分向下倾斜。
11.根据权利要求10所述的圆形钉合装置,其中所述钩部件包含近侧安装部分,所述近侧安装部分被固定到所述内壳体部分,使得所述钩部件以悬臂方式被支撑到所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分。
12.根据权利要求11所述的圆形钉合装置,其中在所述重新装载组件被击发以将所述钩部件的所述钩定位在所述锁定部件的所述窗口内之后,当所述刀架从其前进位置返回到其缩回位置时,所述锁定部件被定位成在所述钩部件与所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分之间通过。
13.根据权利要求12所述的圆形钉合装置,其中所述锁定部件包含远侧安装部分,所述远侧安装部分被固定到所述刀架的所述内壁,以将所述锁定部件以悬臂方式固定到所述刀架。
14.根据权利要求13所述的圆形钉合装置,其中所述钩部件的所述钩具有连接到所述主体的近侧部分以及接合外壳组件的所述内壳体部分的尖端,所述尖端定位在所述钩的所述近侧部分的近侧。
15.一种重新装载组件,其包括:
外壳壳体,所述外壳壳体包含内壳体部分、外壳体部分和定位在所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分之间的至少一个引导部分,所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分间隔开以在所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分之间限定环形空腔;
钉仓,所述钉仓支撑在所述外壳壳体的远侧部分上,所述钉仓限定多个钉凹座,所述钉凹座中的每一个收纳钉;
刀架,所述刀架包含限定纵向轴线且支撑刀的主体,所述刀架的所述主体包含多个纵向延伸的主体部分,所述多个纵向延伸的主体部分彼此间隔开以限定纵向狭槽,所述纵向狭槽收纳所述外壳壳体的所述至少一个引导部分,所述纵向延伸的部分的内壁限定中心孔,所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分定位在所述刀架的所述中心孔内,使得所述刀架能围绕所述外壳壳体的所述内壳体部分在前进位置与缩回位置之间移动;
第一锁定部件,所述第一锁定部件支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述至少一个引导部分上,所述第一锁定部件包含具有第一钩的弹性主体,所述第一钩从所述至少一个引导部分径向向外延伸;和
第二锁定部件,所述第二锁定部件支撑在所述刀架的所述内壁上,所述第二锁定部件包含由弹性材料形成的主体,所述主体具有第二钩,所述第二钩径向向内延伸到所述刀架的所述中心孔中;
其中当所述刀架处于击发前缩回位置时,所述第二锁定部件定位在所述第一锁定部件与所述外壳壳体的所述至少一个引导部分之间,使得所述第一钩和所述第二钩未对准,以及当所述刀架处于击发后缩回位置时,所述第二钩部件从所述第一钩部件径向向外定位,使得所述第一钩和所述第二钩对准以阻碍所述刀架的重新前进。
16.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件由板簧形成。
17.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述第一锁定部件的所述第一钩包含具有面向远侧的锥形表面的远侧部分,并且所述第二锁定部件的所述第二钩包含具有面向近侧的锥形表面的近侧部分,当所述刀架从所述前进位置移动到所述缩回位置以允许所述第二锁定部件越过所述第一锁定部件时,所述面向远侧的锥形表面接合所述面向近侧的锥形表面。
