Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及圆形钉合装置,更具体地,涉及用于圆形钉合装置的重新装载组件,所述重新装载组件具有在钉合装置的击发之前和之后将刀架保持在缩回位置的结构。
背景技术
传统的圆形钉合装置包括细长主体和支撑在细长主体的远端部分上的外壳或重新装载组件。所述重新装载组件包括外壳壳体、支撑在外壳壳体上的具有多个缝合钉的钉仓、推动器组件、限定圆柱空腔的刀具以及支撑所述刀具并可通过钉仓移动到核心组织的刀架。推动器组件包括环形推动器和缝合钉推动构件,缝合钉推动构件与环形推动器接合并可移动,使缝合钉推动构件从钉仓中弹出缝合钉。
在操作钉合装置将组织钉住并切开后,将刀架和刀具缩回,以将刀具收回到外壳壳体中。这有两个目的。第一个目的是将刀具移动至允许从由刀具限定的空腔内移除组织环形圈的位置。第二个目的是将刀具定位在外壳壳体内凹进的位置,以避免在操纵和处置重新装载组件时对临床医生造成伤害。
本领域一直需要一种重新装载组件,所述重新装载组件包括用于将刀具/刀架保持在缩回位置的改进结构。
发明内容
根据本发明的重新装载组件包括外壳壳体和支撑在外壳壳体的远端部分上的钉仓。外壳壳体包括内壳体部分和外壳体部分。内壳体部分与外壳体部分间隔开以限定环形空腔。钉仓具有多个钉凹座。每个钉凹座容纳缝合钉。重新装载组件进一步包括支撑在环形空腔内的推动器、支撑在环形空腔内并限定纵向轴线的刀架、以及包括壳体的保持器。推动器可从缩回位置移动通过部分前进位置到达完全前进位置。所述刀架包括具有自由端的至少一个柔性臂。所述至少一个柔性臂在所述自由端上具有钩部分。保持器的壳体限定空腔和至少一个开口,所述空腔配置成可释放地容纳芯片,所述至少一个开口用于容纳刀架的至少一个柔性臂的钩部分。当推动器处于缩回位置时,至少一个柔性臂的钩部分被容纳在保持器的至少一个开口内,并且当推动器处于部分前进位置时,所述钩部分从至少一个开口内偏转。
在实施例中,推动器包括内锥形表面,并且至少一个柔性臂包括斜坡部分。当推动器处于部分前进位置时,推动器的内锥形表面可以与刀架的斜坡部分接合。当推动器处于缩回位置时,至少一个柔性臂的钩部分可以被容纳在保持器的至少一个开口内。
重新装载组件可以进一步包括固定到内壳体部分的衬套。保持器可以固定到衬套。重新装载的壳体可以包括可容纳在衬套周围的环形凸缘部分。至少一个柔性臂可以包括两个柔性臂。钩部分可以包括成角度表面,所述成角度表面在刀架从前进位置移动到缩回位置时与保持器接合。当至少一个柔性臂的钩部分与保持器中的至少一个开口间隔开时,刀架可从缩回位置移动到前进位置。当至少一个柔性臂的钩部分被容纳在至少一个开口内时,刀架可以固定到保持器。

重新装载组件可以进一步包括固定到刀架的环形刀具。芯片可以是电可编程只读存储器(e-prom)芯片。
一种外科装置包括手柄组件和可释放地固定到手柄组件的重新装载组件。重新装载组件包括外壳壳体和支撑在外壳壳体的远端部分上的钉仓。重新装载组件进一步包括支撑在外壳壳体内的推动器、限定纵向轴线并支撑刀具的刀架、以及包括壳体的保持器。推动器可从缩回位置移动通过部分前进位置到达完全前进位置。所述刀架包括具有自由端的至少一个柔性臂。所述至少一个柔性臂在所述自由端上具有钩部分。保持器的壳体限定空腔和至少一个开口,所述空腔配置成可释放地容纳芯片,所述至少一个开口用于容纳刀架的至少一个柔性臂的钩部分。当推动器处于缩回位置时,至少一个柔性臂的钩部分被容纳在保持器的至少一个开口内,并且当推动器处于部分前进位置时,所述钩部分从至少一个开口内偏转。

图1和图2绘示了圆形钉合装置10,包括本发明公开的重新装载组件的示范性实施例,所述重新装载组件通常显示为重新装载组件100。钉合装置10包括手柄组件12、细长主体或适配器组件14、重新装载组件100和砧座组件18,砧座组件18支撑用于在如本领域已知的间隔位置和近似位置之间相对于重新装载组件100移动。重新装载组件100包括近端部分102,近端部分102可释放地联接到细长主体16的远端部分16a。手柄组件12包括固定把手20,固定把手20用于支撑致动按钮22,以控制钉合装置10的各种功能的操作,包括分别接近重新装载组件100和砧座组件18,从重新装载组件100击发缝合钉,以及切割组织或取芯组织。

重新装载组件100的推动器组件130包括缝合钉推动构件132和环形推动器134,缝合钉推动构件132和环形推动器134一起限定纵向通孔131(图4)。环形推动器134具有邻接缝合钉推动构件132的近端部分的远端部分,使得环形推动器134在外壳壳体110内的远端移动导致缝合钉推动构件132在外壳壳体110内的远端移动。重新装载组件100的缝合钉推动构件132具有多个指状件136。多个指状件136中的每一个被容纳在钉仓120相应的一个钉凹座121内,并且可移动通过相应的钉凹座121,以在缝合钉推动构件132在外壳壳体110内从缩回位置移动到前进位置时将缝合钉“S”从钉凹座121中弹出。
重新装载组件100的外壳壳体110包括外壳体部分112和与外壳体部分112间隔开的内壳体部分114,以限定环形空腔113。推动器组件130和刀架140(包括环形刀具142)可在环形空腔113内在缩回位置(图10)与前进位置(图14)之间移动。推动器组件130可独立于刀架140从其缩回位置移动到其前进位置(图11),以将缝合钉“S”从钉仓120中弹出。
环形刀具142支撑在刀架140的外表面周围,并限定圆柱空腔141。在实施例中,环形刀具142包括突起142a(图10),突起142a被容纳在刀架140上的开口141a中,以将环形刀具142固定在刀架140周围。可选地,可以使用其它紧固技术将刀具142固定到刀架140。

参照图5和图6,外壳壳体110的内壳体部分114限定通孔115(图5),通孔115容纳砧座组件18(图1)的砧座轴(未示出)。对于砧座组件的更详细描述,请参见例如'106专利。通孔115容纳衬套160,衬套160限定与通孔115同轴的通孔161。在实施例中,衬套160由高强度材料(例如,金属)形成,以向外壳壳体110的内壳体部分114提供增加的强度。
此外参照图7,重新装载组件100包括电可编程只读存储器保持器170,电可编程只读存储器保持器170被容纳在轴衬160上并支撑在外壳壳体110内。电可编程只读存储器保持器170包括壳体部分172和从壳体部分172延伸出去的环形凸缘部分174。壳体部分172限定用于容纳电可编程只读存储器芯片(未示出)的空腔171(图5)。如本领域已知的,电可编程只读存储器芯片与适配器组件14(图1)连通,以向适配器组件14和手柄组件12提供与重新装载组件10的特性相关的信息。如下面将进一步详细描述的,壳体部分172进一步限定一对开口173,所述一对开口173用于容纳刀架142的柔性臂144的钩部分146(图8)。电可编程只读存储器保持器的环形凸缘部分174配置成被容纳在衬套160周围。

Claims (20)
1.一种重新装载组件,其包含:
外壳壳体,所述外壳壳体包括内壳体部分和外壳体部分,所述内壳体部分与所述外壳体部分间隔开以限定环形空腔;
钉仓,所述钉仓支撑在所述外壳壳体的远端部分上,所述钉仓具有多个钉凹座,所述钉凹座中的每一个容纳缝合钉;
推动器,所述推动器支撑在所述环形空腔内,所述推动器能够从缩回位置移动通过部分前进位置到达完全前进位置;
刀架,所述刀架安置在所述环形空腔内并限定纵向轴线,所述刀架包括具有自由端的至少一个柔性臂,所述至少一个柔性臂在所述自由端上具有钩部分;以及
保持器,所述保持器包括壳体,所述壳体限定空腔和至少一个开口,所述空腔配置成可释放地容纳芯片,所述至少一个开口用于容纳所述刀架的所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分,当所述推动器处于所述缩回位置时,所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分被容纳在所述保持器的所述至少一个开口内,并且当所述推动器处于所述部分前进位置时,所述钩部分从所述至少一个开口内偏转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述推动器包括内锥形表面,并且所述至少一个柔性臂包括斜坡部分,当所述推动器处于所述部分前进位置时,所述推动器的所述内锥形表面与所述刀架的所述斜坡部分接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,当所述推动器处于所述缩回位置时,所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分被容纳在所述保持器的所述至少一个开口内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其进一步包括固定到所述内壳体部分的衬套,其中所述保持器固定到所述衬套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述壳体包括能够容纳在所述衬套周围的环形凸缘部分。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述至少一个柔性臂包括两个柔性臂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述钩部分包括成角度表面,当所述刀架从前进位置移动到缩回位置时,所述成角度表面与所述保持器接合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,当所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分与所述保持器中的所述至少一个开口间隔开时,所述刀架能够从缩回位置移动到前进位置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,当所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部被容纳在所述至少一个开口内时,所述刀架被固定到所述保持器。
10.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述推动器包括环形推动器和推动构件,所述推动构件包括容纳在所述钉仓的所述钉凹座内的指状件。
11.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其进一步包括固定到所述刀架的环形刀具。
12.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中,所述芯片是电可编程只读存储器芯片。
13.一种外科钉合装置,其包含:
手柄组件;以及
重新装载组件,所述重新装载组件能够可释放地固定到所述手柄组件,所述重新装载组件包含:
外壳壳体;
钉仓,所述钉仓支撑在所述外壳壳体的远端部分上,所述钉仓具有多个钉凹座,所述钉凹座中的每一个容纳缝合钉;
推动器,所述推动器支撑在所述外壳壳体内,所述推动器能够从缩回位置移动通过部分前进位置到达完全前进位置;
刀架,所述刀架限定纵向轴线并支撑刀具,所述刀架包括具有自由端的至少一个柔性臂,所述至少一个柔性臂在所述自由端上具有钩部分;以及
保持器,所述保持器包括壳体,所述壳体限定空腔和至少一个开口,所述空腔配置成可释放地容纳芯片,所述至少一个开口用于容纳所述刀架的所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分,当所述推动器处于所述缩回位置时,所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分被容纳在所述保持器的所述至少一个开口内,并且当所述推动器处于所述部分前进位置时,所述钩部分从所述至少一个开口内偏转。
14.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,所述推动器包括内锥形表面,并且所述至少一个柔性臂包括斜坡部分,当所述推动器处于所述部分前进位置时,所述推动器的所述内锥形表面与所述刀架的所述斜坡部分接合。
15.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,当所述推动器处于所述缩回位置时,所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分被容纳在所述保持器的所述至少一个开口内。
16.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其进一步包括被固定在所述外壳壳体内的衬套,其中,所述保持器固定到所述衬套。
17.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,所述壳体包括能够容纳在所述衬套周围的环形凸缘部分。
18.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,所述钩部分包括成角度表面,当所述刀架从前进位置移动到缩回位置时,所述成角度表面与所述保持器接合。
19.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,当所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分与所述保持器中的所述至少一个开口间隔开时,所述刀架能够从缩回位置移动到前进位置。
20.根据权利要求13所述的外科钉合装置,其中,当所述至少一个柔性臂的所述钩部分被容纳在所述至少一个开口内时,所述刀架被固定到所述保持器。
