in the process of monitoring advertisement charging, a node firstly checks whether monitoring data reported by a media user when an advertisement is displayed is correct, the checking rule is that MD5 encryption is carried out on the monitoring data, whether an encryption value is correct or not is compared, if the encryption value is incorrect, the charging monitoring on the advertisement does not need to go through charging logic, and a monitoring process is ended. If the encryption value is correct, whether the advertisement charging monitoring needs to be charged is continuously further judged, whether the monitoring data has a charging identifier is judged, if the monitoring data does not have the identifier, the charging is not counted, the monitoring does not need to go through the charging logic, and the process is ended.
