Background
With the development of computer technology, the combined report forms are compiled into daily office contents in the financial management system. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an adjustment entry generating apparatus 500, including: display module, editing module and generation module, wherein:
a display module 502, configured to display a display area for adjusting the entry on an operation interface of the financial management system; displaying a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in an operation interface; adjusting the display area of the entry and the report area to be displayed independently; and displaying the target report related to the adjustment entry in a report area.
And the editing module 504 is configured to update data in the target report in response to a report editing operation for the target report triggered in the report area.
A generating module 506, configured to display, after completing the report editing operation, a record of the adjustment entry generated according to the report associated with the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry; the associated report includes a target report.
In one embodiment, the generating module is further configured to determine a blank cell adjacent to an existing record in the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry; displaying a manual entry guide prompt in the blank cell; and responding to the input operation of the blank cells, clearing the manual input guide prompt in the blank cells acted by the input operation, and inputting data specified by the input operation to form a new record of the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry.
In one embodiment, the display module is further configured to, after displaying the display area of the adjustment entry, display a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface in response to a trigger operation on a report area trigger control in the operation interface.
In one embodiment, the display module is further configured to concurrently display the display area of the adjustment entry and display a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface when the operation interface is loaded.
In one embodiment, the report area comprises a report item selection area and a report operation area; the display module is also used for displaying candidate report items associated with the adjustment entry in a report item selection area; in response to the selection operation of the candidate report item, determining a target report item; and displaying the target report corresponding to the target report item in the report operation area.
In one embodiment, the editing module is further configured to identify a user role corresponding to a user account logged in to the financial management system; when the user role is the financial management role, setting the record of the generated adjustment entry displayed in the display area as an editing state; when the user role is a non-financial management role, editing rights to the generated records of the adjusted entry displayed in the display area are prohibited.
For specific limitations of the adjustment entry generation device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the adjustment entry generation method, which are not described herein again. All or part of the modules in the adjustment entry generation device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of adjusted entry generation. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: displaying a display area for adjusting the entry on an operation interface of the financial management system; displaying a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in an operation interface; adjusting the display area of the entry and the report area to be displayed independently; displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in a report area; updating data in the target report in response to a report editing operation aiming at the target report triggered in the report area; after the report editing operation is completed, displaying a record of the adjustment entry generated according to the report associated with the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; the associated report includes a target report.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining blank cells adjacent to existing records in the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; displaying a manual entry guide prompt in the blank cell; and responding to the input operation of the blank cells, clearing the manual input guide prompt in the blank cells acted by the input operation, and inputting data specified by the input operation to form a new record of the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: after the step of displaying the display area of the adjustment entry is executed, the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface is executed in response to the triggering operation of the report area triggering control in the operation interface.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and when the operation interface is loaded, executing the step of displaying the display area of the adjusted entry and the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjusted entry in the operation interface in parallel.
In one embodiment, the report area comprises a report item selection area and a report operation area; displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in a report area, wherein the target report comprises the following steps: displaying candidate report items associated with the adjustment entry in a report item selection area; in response to the selection operation of the candidate report item, determining a target report item; and displaying the target report corresponding to the target report item in the report operation area.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: identifying a user role corresponding to a user account for logging in a financial management system; when the user role is the financial management role, setting the record of the generated adjustment entry displayed in the display area as an editing state; when the user role is a non-financial management role, editing rights to the generated records of the adjusted entry displayed in the display area are prohibited.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: displaying a display area for adjusting the entry on an operation interface of the financial management system; displaying a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in an operation interface; adjusting the display area of the entry and the report area to be displayed independently; displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in a report area; updating data in the target report in response to a report editing operation aiming at the target report triggered in the report area; after the report editing operation is completed, displaying a record of the adjustment entry generated according to the report associated with the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; the associated report includes a target report.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining blank cells adjacent to existing records in the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; displaying a manual entry guide prompt in the blank cell; and responding to the input operation of the blank cells, clearing the manual input guide prompt in the blank cells acted by the input operation, and inputting data specified by the input operation to form a new record of the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry. In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: after the step of displaying the display area of the adjustment entry is executed, the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface is executed in response to the triggering operation of the report area triggering control in the operation interface.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and when the operation interface is loaded, executing the step of displaying the display area of the adjusted entry and the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjusted entry in the operation interface in parallel.
In one embodiment, the report area comprises a report item selection area and a report operation area; displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in a report area, wherein the target report comprises the following steps: displaying candidate report items associated with the adjustment entry in a report item selection area; in response to the selection operation of the candidate report item, determining a target report item; and displaying the target report corresponding to the target report item in the report operation area.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for adjusting entry generation, the method comprising:
displaying a display area for adjusting the entry on an operation interface of the financial management system;
displaying a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface; the display area of the adjustment entry and the report area are respectively and independently displayed;
displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in the report area;
updating data in the target report in response to a report editing operation aiming at the target report triggered in the report area;
after the report editing operation is finished, displaying a record of the adjustment entry generated according to the report associated with the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; the associated report includes the target report.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a blank cell adjacent to the existing record in the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry;
displaying a manual entry guide prompt in the blank cell;
responding to the entry operation of the blank cells, clearing the manual entry guide prompt in the blank cells acted by the entry operation, and inputting the data specified by the entry operation so as to form a new record of the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the step of displaying the display area of the adjustment entry is executed, in response to a trigger operation of a report area trigger control in the operation interface, the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface is executed.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the operation interface is loaded, executing the step of displaying the display area of the adjusted entry and the step of displaying the report area associated with the display area of the adjusted entry in the operation interface in parallel.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the reporting area includes a reporting item selection area and a reporting operations area; the displaying of the target report associated with the adjustment entry in the report area includes:
displaying candidate report items associated with the adjusted entry in the report item selection area;
in response to the selection operation of the candidate report item, determining a target report item;
and displaying a target report corresponding to the target report item in the report operation area.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
identifying a user role corresponding to a user account which logs in the financial management system;
when the user role is a financial management role, setting the generated record of the adjustment entry displayed in the display area to be in an editing state;
and when the user role is a non-financial management role, forbidding the editing authority of the generated record of the adjustment entry displayed in the display area.
7. An adjustment entry generation apparatus, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying a display area for adjusting the entries on an operation interface of the financial management system; displaying a report area associated with the display area of the adjustment entry in the operation interface; the display area of the adjustment entry and the report area are respectively and independently displayed; displaying a target report related to the adjustment entry in the report area;
the editing module is used for responding to report editing operation aiming at the target report triggered in the report area and updating data in the target report;
the generation module is used for displaying the record of the adjustment entry generated according to the report associated with the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry after the report editing operation is finished; the associated report includes the target report.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the display module is further configured to determine a blank cell adjacent to an existing record in the adjustment entry in a display area of the adjustment entry; displaying a manual entry guide prompt in the blank cell; responding to the entry operation of the blank cells, clearing the manual entry guide prompt in the blank cells acted by the entry operation, and inputting the data specified by the entry operation so as to form a new record of the adjustment entry in the display area of the adjustment entry.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
