The terminal device in this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a platform computer, a mobile phone, a portable device, and the like, and the embodiment is not particularly limited to the terminal device.
As an example implementation, assume that the project management method of the embodiments of the present disclosure can be applied to an electronic device equipped with a OKR (Objectives and Key Results, objective and key results method) management client. In managing the client using OKR, in the case where the display interface corresponding to the management client includes the item association key result control for the key result of the target at OKR, if a trigger operation for the item association key result control is monitored, it is determined that the item association operation for the key result of the target is triggered.
As another exemplary embodiment, the operator may access OKR the management web page through the electronic device, and correspondingly, in a case where the display interface corresponding to the management web page includes an item association key result control for the key result of the target at OKR, if a triggering operation for the item association key result control is monitored, it is determined that the item association operation for the key result of the target is triggered.
It is to be understood that the target in this embodiment may be a target to be achieved in a time set by a company, a target to be achieved in a time set by a person for himself, or a target to be achieved in a time set by a country, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In step 102, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and one or more items managed by the operator are obtained based on the identification of the operator.
In this embodiment, one or more key results corresponding to the target may be obtained according to a corresponding relationship between the pre-stored target and the key results.
In this embodiment, the item corresponding to the identifier of the operator may be obtained according to the correspondence relationship between the identifier of the operator and the item, where the obtained item is the item managed by the operator.
In step 103, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected for the target key result is determined, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after obtaining one or more key results corresponding to the target and obtaining one or more items managed by the operator, the obtained key results or items may be output in various manners, for example, as follows:
as a possible implementation manner, the key result and the item may be output in a voice manner, and according to the received voice information, a target key result is selected from one or the key results, and the target item selected as the target key result is determined.
As another possible implementation manner, in order to facilitate the visual operation of the operator, one or more key results and one or more items may be displayed on the association interface, and then, according to the operation information for the association interface, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected as the target key result is determined.
It should be noted that, for an item, one item may be associated with one key result or a plurality of key results, and in practical application, the corresponding item may be associated with one or a plurality of key results according to practical requirements, which is not limited in particular.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to quickly determine a target item from items managed by a manager, one possible implementation manner of the above-mentioned determination of the target item selected as the target key result is: receiving project keywords; matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
As an exemplary embodiment, in a scenario in which the obtained key result and the item are displayed through an association interface, the association interface may include an input box thereon, and receive the item keyword input in the input box; matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
For example, as shown in a diagram a in fig. 2, it can be seen from a diagram a in fig. 2 that, in the association interface, a Key Result is associated with a selected item. The description is: if an item you manage is to achieve a Key Result in the current Objective, please select your item and Key Result it serves here. The prompt information displayed in the input box corresponding to the Key Result Key Result is: "select 1 Key Result". The text prompt information displayed in the input box in the belonging item is "select 1 item you manage". Correspondingly, after the operator clicks the input box, the drop-down box is opened, and all candidate items corresponding to the current item are displayed in the drop-down box, or only part of the candidate items may be displayed. In one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, more items matching the input text may be obtained by inputting the text in the input box, wherein attribute information of the items, such as item logo, name and number, may be displayed in the search result. Accordingly, after the corresponding item is selected, attribute information of the corresponding item may be displayed in the input box display, and one or more items may be selected. Specifically, after displaying the association interface shown in the b diagram of fig. 2, if the user selects a key result and inputs a corresponding item keyword in the input box, an exemplary diagram of the corresponding association interface is shown in the c diagram of fig. 2, and at this time, the user may select an item and deselect the item by clicking. If the user selects two items, an exemplary diagram of their corresponding association interfaces is shown as d-diagram in FIG. 2. From the d graph, it can be seen that the input box corresponding to the belonging item displays the attribute information corresponding to each of the two items, and the attribute information includes the item name and the item number. It can be understood that, for the association interface shown in the d diagram, the user can delete the items in the input box by deleting the control.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate checking that an item associated with a corresponding key result already exists, as a possible implementation manner, after one key result is selected on the association interface, whether the selected key result has an associated item or not may be determined according to a correspondence relationship between a pre-stored key result and the item, and if so, the item associated with the key result may be displayed in an input box corresponding to the item.
In step 104, the target key result and the target item are associated, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface.
It will be appreciated that after the target key result is selected and the target item corresponding to the target key result is determined, in some embodiments, the target key result and the target item may be directly associated. In other embodiments, one possible implementation of the above-mentioned association of the target key result and the target item is: receiving an association confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation for the target key result and the target item. Therefore, when the instruction for determining association is received, an association relationship is established for the target key result and the target item, so that before the association confirmation instruction is not received, an operator can conveniently adjust the target key result and/or the target item according to the requirement.
In the above-mentioned embodiments, the above-mentioned receiving association confirmation instruction may be implemented in various ways in different application scenarios, for example, as follows:
in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the possible implementation manner of receiving the association confirmation instruction is: and receiving voice data, and determining whether an association confirmation instruction is received according to the voice data.
Specifically, voice recognition is performed on the voice data, whether preset keywords corresponding to the association confirmation instruction exist in the voice data is determined according to the voice recognition result, and if yes, the association confirmation instruction is determined to be received.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether a preset gesture motion related to the association confirmation instruction is received, and if it is detected that the received gesture motion is consistent with the preset gesture motion, it is determined that the association confirmation instruction is received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, for convenience of performing association confirmation, an association confirmation control may be further included on the association interface in this embodiment, and possible implementation manners of receiving an association confirmation instruction for the association interface are: and receiving a triggering operation aiming at the association confirmation control, and triggering an association confirmation instruction according to the triggering operation.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to facilitate prompting that the association confirmation control is triggerable, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the association confirmation control is displayed in a first display manner in an association interface, and after an item selected from a plurality of candidate items is acquired, the association confirmation control is controlled to be displayed in a second display manner, where the second display manner is different from the control display style corresponding to the first display manner.
It can be understood that, for the above-mentioned association confirmation control, the control display styles corresponding to the first display mode and the second display mode may be set according to the service requirement, so long as the control display styles corresponding to the first display mode and the second display mode are different, for example, before the user selects the key result and the item, the control color corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be white, and after the user selects the key result and the item, the control color corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be other colors besides white, such as yellow, green, and the like. Wherein, before the user selects the key result and/or item, a control with white color can be displayed in the associated interface. After the user selects the key results and/or items, a save button in the associated interface may be highlighted, including an exemplary diagram of the associated interface highlighting the save control, as shown in diagram d in FIG. 2.
According to the project management method, after project association operation of key results aiming at a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, one or more projects managed by an operator are obtained based on identification of the operator in the project association operation, then the target key results are selected from the one or more key results, the target project selected for the target key results is determined, the target key results and the target project are associated, and the target key results and the target project are displayed on a display interface. Therefore, when the key result related items of the target are needed, the target key result is selected from one or more key results corresponding to the target, the target item is selected from one or more items managed by an operator as the target key result, the target key result and the target item are automatically related, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface, so that the operator can conveniently and timely relate the related items with the corresponding key result, the operation of the operator for relating the key result and the items is simplified, the target item related to the target key result is timely displayed on the display interface, the operator can timely learn the related result, and the item management experience of the operator is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, in order to facilitate viewing the key result and the item associated with the key result on the display interface, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface may include a key result display area, where the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area, and one possible implementation manner of displaying the target key result and the target item on the display interface may be: the first display area displays the target key results, the second display area displays the item cards of the target items related to the target key results, and the item cards display the item information of the target items.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, a possible implementation manner of the project card for displaying the target project associated with the target key result in the second display area, as shown in fig. 3, may include:
in step 301, the number of items associated with the target key result is obtained.
In step 302, in the case where the number is smaller than the preset number, a row of item cards including the item card of the target item is displayed in the second display area.
In step 303, if the number is greater than the preset number, determining the number N of lines of item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of item cards in the second display area, where each item card in the N lines of item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer greater than 1.
For example, if 1 key result is associated with multiple items, the presentation style may change. When only 1 item is associated with the corresponding key result, only one item card is displayed below the key result. Examples of the display interface of the key result and one item card are shown in a diagram a in fig. 4. And when 2 items are associated with the corresponding key result, 2 item cards are displayed below the key result. An exemplary diagram of a display interface containing key results and 2 project cards is shown in fig. 4 b. And 3 items are associated with the key result, and 3 item cards are correspondingly displayed below the key result. An exemplary diagram of a display interface containing key results and 3 project cards is shown in fig. 4 c. When the key result is associated with 4 items, the lower part of the associated result correspondingly displays 4 item cards. An exemplary diagram of a user interface containing key results and 4 project cards is shown as d-diagram in fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the display of each item on the display interface of the target item result is accurately controlled in combination with the number of items associated with the target key result and the preset data.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to know related information of a target item on a display interface, the method may further acquire item information corresponding to the target item; and displaying item information of the target item on the display interface.
In this embodiment, the above item information may include one or more of item name information, item identification information, item manager information, item membership, item progress summary information, and item risk information. Of course, the project information may also include other information, and in the actual application process, the project information may be determined in conjunction with the actual service requirement, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, in order to facilitate timely viewing of item detail information of a corresponding item on the display interface, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, after the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include:
in step 501, a trigger operation is received for any one of the target items.
In step 502, item detail information of any item is displayed in an item display area of the display interface.
In this embodiment, according to the triggering operation for any item in the target items, the item detail information of any item is displayed in the item display area of the display interface, so that the operation of the operator for viewing the item detail information is reduced, and the operator can conveniently view the item detail information of the corresponding item on the display interface.
In this embodiment, the position of the item display area on the display interface may be set in conjunction with the actual service requirement, for example, the item display area may be set on the left side, the right side, or the middle portion of the display interface, and the specific position of the item display area is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
An example of the item display area is displayed on the left side of the display interface, as shown in fig. 6. As can be seen from fig. 6, the item display area may further include the following:
project name, number: displaying the name and number of the project, clicking and entering the homepage of the project (authentication is needed);
associated Key Result: displaying the Key Result associated with the item at OKR;
project description: defaulting to null, displaying project description information, supporting rich text editing, and interactively editing task description;
project responsible person: the 1 st administrator of the default display item can click modification, a modification button is displayed on the right side when the user reaches the responsible person value, the responsible person of the item enters an editing state after clicking, the candidate frame defaults to display the current responsible person, other users can be matched after inputting characters, and the user can save the item when clicking a save button.
Project status: the default value is a plan, and can be modified to any one of 6 states, plan, stand, in progress, completed, resting, and abandoned.
Risk: the default value is smoothly performed, and can be modified to any one of 2 states which are smoothly performed and have risks.
Project start time: by default, the date for the project was created, and any date may be modified.
Project end time: defaulting to empty, any date can be modified.
Project completion: default to 0%, and can be modified to 0 and a positive integer of 100 or less.
Task data: the task number is fetched from the project and calculated every time the page is opened, the display format is x total task numbers, y tasks are completed, and the task completion rate is z%.
Project members: the total number of the project members and a specific project member list are displayed, and the list box is the height for displaying 5 users, can be pulled down for viewing, and supports searching through names and mailboxes.
Project progress: displaying all item progress information (similar comments), displaying the input box and all written item progress information by default, clicking the "write item progress" to open the input box to enter an editing state, allowing multiple lines of text boxes to be input without supporting rich text editing, clicking a "save" button to release, and displaying the publisher, the content and the release time.
The commentator can delete his own comments (item progress), the OKR own can delete any comments (item progress), and the item own can delete any comments (item progress) of this item progress.
If the project is deleted after the associated Key Result, the task data and the project members fixedly display the text "project is deleted, temporarily no data" in all project progress of the project production, and the data of other project progress is unchanged.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, to facilitate deleting the association relationship between the item and the corresponding key result according to the service requirement, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area may include a deletion control, as shown in fig. 7, and the method may further include:
in step 701, a triggering operation for a delete control is received.
In step 702, the association between any item and the target key result is deleted.
In the embodiment, the deletion control is displayed in the item display area, and the association relation between any item and the target key result is deleted in combination with the triggering operation for the deletion control, so that the association relation is conveniently deleted by triggering the control, and the association relation between the item and the corresponding key result is conveniently deleted according to the service requirement.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, an "delete association of this item with Key Result" control is displayed in the item display area. When an operator has a need to delete the association relationship between the item and the Key Result, the operator can trigger the control. Correspondingly, the project management device receives a triggering operation aiming at the control, and deletes the association relation between the project and the Key Result according to the triggering operation.
It may be understood that, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, for convenience of a user to manage the key results corresponding to the targets, the display interface may further include a control for adding the key results, and the method of this embodiment may further include: receiving a triggering operation for the control; displaying a key result adding window on a display interface; adding new key results for the target according to the user operation on the key result adding window; and displaying the new key results added for the target on the display interface.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in order to adjust the display order of the key results in the display interface, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the foregoing display interface may further include a key result order changing control, and the method may further include: and receiving a trigger operation aiming at changing the key result sequence control, displaying an adjustment interface on a display interface according to the trigger operation, and adjusting the sequence of the key results according to the user operation in the adjustment interface.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, it can be seen from fig. 6 that the display interface includes a "change Key Result order" control, when an operator needs to update the display order of the Key results in the display interface, the operator can trigger the control, correspondingly, the adjustment interface will be displayed in the display interface, correspondingly, the operator can adjust the display order of the Key results in the adjustment interface according to the needs, after the adjustment is finished, the adjustment interface in the display interface is deleted, and the adjusted Key results are displayed in the display interface according to the display order of the adjusted Key results.
Currently, in the related art, a method of using a spreadsheet or a word document is generally used to manage the project situation, and the project situation of the corresponding project is saved under a corresponding key result directory of a corresponding target in a device (e.g. a server). When the progress situation of the corresponding project needs to be checked, the user needs to find a corresponding project progress file from the corresponding file path in the device according to the file path information, and open the corresponding project progress file to check the corresponding project progress information. Therefore, in the process that the user needs to look up the project progress situation corresponding to the related project, the user needs to look up the files layer by layer, the required operation process is complex, and the project progress obtaining efficiency is low.
In order to solve the technical problems that in the process that a user needs to check the project progress situation corresponding to related projects, the user needs to search files layer by layer, the required operation process is complex, and the efficiency of acquiring project progress is low, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a project management method, after a display instruction aiming at a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are acquired, and the project associated with each key result is acquired; displaying each key result and the item associated with each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving triggering operation of any item in items associated with key results, and acquiring item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the item associated with each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when triggering operation for any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of checking the item detail information by a user is simplified, the user can check the item detail information conveniently, and the user experience of checking the item detail information is improved.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a project management method, as shown in fig. 8, for use in an electronic device, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step 801, a display instruction for a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and items associated with each key result are obtained.
Note that, the execution subject of the project management method of the present disclosure may be a project management apparatus, where the project management apparatus of the present embodiment may be configured in an electronic device, where the electronic device in the present embodiment may include a terminal device, a server, and the like, and the implementation is not limited thereto.
Wherein the above items are items required for achieving the key results.
The terminal device in this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a platform computer, a mobile phone, a portable device, and the like, and the embodiment is not particularly limited to the terminal device.
As an example implementation, assume that the project management method of the embodiments of the present disclosure can be applied to an electronic device equipped with a OKR (Objectives and Key Results, objective and key results method) management client. In the process of managing the client by using OKR, the display instruction for the target may be triggered in various manners, for example, the interactive interface includes a control for displaying the target, the operator may trigger the display instruction for the target by triggering the control, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by means of voice, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by means of a gesture, where the manner of triggering the display instruction for the target is not specifically limited, and in the actual service implementation process, the manner of triggering the display instruction for the target may be set in combination with the actual service requirement.
As another exemplary embodiment, the operator may access OKR the web page through the electronic device, and correspondingly, in the process of managing the web page through OKR, the display instruction for the target may be triggered in various manners, for example, the interactive interface includes a control for displaying the target, the operator may trigger the display instruction for the target by triggering the control, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by way of voice, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by way of a gesture, where the manner of triggering the display instruction for the target is not specifically limited, and in the actual service implementation process, the manner of triggering the display instruction for the target may be set in conjunction with the actual service requirement.
It is to be understood that the target in this embodiment may be a target to be achieved in a time set by a company, a target to be achieved in a time set by a person himself, or a target to be achieved in a time set by a country, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In step 802, each key result and the item associated with each key result are displayed on the display interface corresponding to the target.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, each key result and the item associated with each key result may be presented on the display interface in the form of a list.
In step 803, a trigger operation for any item in the items associated with the key results is received, and item detail information of any item is acquired.
In this embodiment, after the items associated with each key result are displayed on the display interface, an operator may operate the items on the display interface according to the requirements, for example, the operator may click on any item associated with any key result, so as to view item detail information of any triggered item on the display interface.
As a possible implementation manner, the item detail information corresponding to the target item may be obtained from a pre-stored item detail information base.
In step 804, item detail information of any item is presented on the display interface.
According to the project management method, after a display instruction aiming at a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and projects associated with each key result are obtained; displaying each key result and the item associated with each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving triggering operation of any item in items associated with key results, and acquiring item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the item associated with each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when triggering operation for any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of checking the item detail information by a user is simplified, the user can check the item detail information conveniently, and the user experience of checking the item detail information is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, as the item progresses, the item detail information of the corresponding item may change accordingly, and in order to facilitate management of the item detail information of the item, after the item detail information is displayed on the item display area on the display interface, the item detail information may be edited in combination with an operation of editing the item detail information by an operator, and the edited item detail information may be displayed on the item display area.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, it may be appreciated that there are a plurality of key results that generally measure the progress of achieving the objective, and each key result is generally associated with one or more items, and in one embodiment of the present disclosure, for convenience in managing the association between the key result and the item, as shown in fig. 9, the method further includes:
in step 901, an item association operation for a key outcome of the objective is monitored, wherein the item association operation includes an identification of an operator.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate the manager to perform association management between the key result of the target and the item, an item association key result control may be set on a display interface corresponding to the target, and a specific implementation manner of the item association operation for monitoring the key result of the target may be: triggering operations for project association key result controls are monitored. Thus, the operator can conveniently trigger the project association operation by triggering the project association key result control.
In step 902, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and one or more items managed by the operator are obtained based on the identification of the operator.
In this embodiment, one or more key results corresponding to the target may be obtained according to a corresponding relationship between the pre-stored target and the key results.
In this embodiment, according to the pre-stored correspondence between the identifier of the operator and the item, the item corresponding to the identifier of the operator may be obtained, and the obtained item is the item managed by the operator.
In step 903, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected for the target key result is determined, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items.
As one possible implementation, in order to facilitate the operator's view of one or more key results and items, in this embodiment, the association interface may be displayed on the display interface, specifically, the association interface may be displayed in a popup window on the display interface corresponding to the target.
In this embodiment, in addition to displaying a plurality of key results and a plurality of candidate items in the association interface, the association interface in this embodiment may also display other information, such as displaying a title, speaking a text, cancelling a control, saving a control, closing a control, and the like.
For example, as shown in a diagram of fig. 2, it can be seen from a diagram of fig. 2 that, in the association interface, a Key Result is entitled to select item association. The description is: if an item you manage is to achieve a Key Result in the current Objective, please select your item and Key Result it serves here. The prompt information displayed in the input box corresponding to the Key Result Key Result is: "select 1 Key Result". It will be appreciated that the input box in this embodiment allows the operator to open the drop down box by clicking to display all Key results in this object. Wherein an exemplary diagram of its corresponding association interface is shown as b-diagram in fig. 2. In the practical application process, an operator can select 1 Key Result from a plurality of Key results according to requirements. Correspondingly, in order to facilitate the operator to know the Key results, after one Key Result is selected, the description content corresponding to the Key Result can be displayed in the input box. Wherein, an example diagram of the association interface of the descriptive content corresponding to the Key Result is displayed in the input box, as shown in a diagram c in FIG. 2.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate quick selection of a corresponding item from a plurality of candidate items, one possible implementation manner of determining a target item selected as a target key result is: receiving project keywords; matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
As an exemplary embodiment, in a scenario in which the obtained key result and the item are displayed through the association interface, the association interface may further include an input box, and one possible implementation manner of obtaining the item selected from the plurality of candidate items may be: acquiring project keywords input in an input box; matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and displaying the matched items on the association interface, and taking the matched items as selected items.
For the above example, for the associated interface shown in the a diagram in fig. 2, the text prompt information displayed in the input box of the belonging item is "select 1 item you manage", and after clicking, the drop-down box is opened, and all candidate items corresponding to the current item are displayed in the drop-down box, or only part of the candidate items may be displayed. In one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, more items matching the input text may be obtained by inputting the text in the input box, wherein attribute information of the items, such as item logo, name and number, may be displayed in the search result. Accordingly, after the corresponding item is selected, attribute information of the corresponding item may be displayed in the input box display, and one or more items may be selected. After displaying the association interface shown in fig. 2 b, if the user selects a key result, and clicks the drop-down box corresponding to the input box of the item, as shown in fig. 2 c, the user may select the item and deselect the item by clicking. If the user selects two items, an exemplary diagram of their corresponding association interfaces is shown as d-diagram in FIG. 2. From the d graph, it can be seen that the input box corresponding to the belonging item displays the attribute information corresponding to each of the two items, and the attribute information includes the item name and the item number. It can be understood that, for the association interface shown in the d diagram, the user can delete the items in the input box by deleting the control.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate viewing of items associated with corresponding key results, as a possible implementation manner, after one key result is selected on the association interface, whether the selected key result has an associated item or not may be determined according to a correspondence between the key result and the item, and if so, the item with which the key result has been associated may be displayed in an input box corresponding to the item.
In step 904, the target key result and the target item are associated and displayed on the display interface.
It will be appreciated that after the target key result is selected and the target item corresponding to the target key result is determined, in some embodiments, the target key result and the target item may be directly associated. In other embodiments, one possible implementation of the above-mentioned association of the target key result and the target item is: receiving an association confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation for the target key result and the target item. Therefore, when the instruction for determining association is received, an association relationship is established for the target key result and the target item, so that before the association confirmation instruction is not received, an operator can conveniently adjust the target key result and/or the target item according to the requirement.
In the above-mentioned embodiments, the above-mentioned receiving association confirmation instruction may be implemented in various ways in different application scenarios, for example, as follows:
in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the possible implementation manner of receiving the association confirmation instruction is: and receiving voice data, and determining whether an association confirmation instruction is received according to the voice data.
Specifically, voice recognition is performed on the voice data, whether preset keywords corresponding to the association confirmation instruction exist in the voice data is determined according to the voice recognition result, and if yes, the association confirmation instruction is determined to be received.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether a preset gesture motion related to the association confirmation instruction is received, and if it is detected that the received gesture motion is consistent with the preset gesture motion, it is determined that the association confirmation instruction is received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, for convenience of performing association confirmation, an association confirmation control may be further included on the association interface in this embodiment, and possible implementation manners of receiving an association confirmation instruction for the association interface are: and receiving a triggering operation aiming at the association confirmation control, and triggering an association confirmation instruction according to the triggering operation.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to facilitate prompting that the association confirmation control is triggerable, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the association confirmation control is displayed in a first display manner in an association interface, and after an item selected from a plurality of candidate items is acquired, the association confirmation control is controlled to be displayed in a second display manner, where the second display manner is different from the control display style corresponding to the first display manner.
It can be understood that, for the above-mentioned association confirmation control, the control display modes corresponding to the first display mode and the second display mode may be set according to the service requirement, so long as the control display modes corresponding to the first display mode and the second display mode are different, for example, before the operator selects the key result and the item, the control color corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be white, and after the operator selects the key result and the item, the control color corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be other colors besides white, such as yellow, green, and the like. Wherein a control that is white in color may be displayed in the associated interface before the user selects the key result and/or item. After the user selects the key results and/or items, a save button in the associated interface may be highlighted, including an exemplary diagram of the associated interface highlighting the save control, as shown in diagram d in FIG. 2.
In this embodiment, according to an item association operation of a key result for a target, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and based on an identifier of an operator, one or more items managed by the operator are obtained, the target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected as the target key result is determined, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface, thereby facilitating management of the item under the target and the key result.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to conveniently view item information corresponding to each key result on a display interface, the display interface includes a key result display area corresponding to each key result, where the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area, and displaying each key result and an item associated with each key result on the display interface corresponding to a target may include: and displaying the key results in a first display area corresponding to the key results, displaying item cards of the items related to the key results in a second display area corresponding to the key results, and displaying item information of the items by the item cards.
The item information may include one or more of item name information, item identification information, item manager information, item membership number, item progress summary information, and item risk information. Of course, the project information may also include other information, and in the actual application process, the project information may be determined in conjunction with the actual service requirement, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the item card for displaying the item associated with the key result in the second display area corresponding to the key result may include: acquiring the number of items associated with the key result; displaying a row of item cards in the second display area under the condition that the number is smaller than the preset number, wherein the row of item cards comprises item cards of all items related to the key result; and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the number N of the line numbers of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of the item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of the item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, to facilitate an operator to view item information of any item on the display interface, the method of the present embodiment may further include: receiving a triggering operation aiming at any item in a display interface; and displaying item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In this embodiment, the position of the item display area on the display interface may be set at any position on the display interface, for example, the item display area may be displayed on the left side of the display interface, or the item display area may be displayed on the right side of the display interface, or the item display area may be displayed below the display interface. In practical application, the display position of the item display area on the display interface can be set in combination with the practical service requirement, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to delete an association relationship conveniently, the displaying the item area in this embodiment may include a deletion control, and the item management method in this embodiment may further include: receiving a triggering operation for deleting the control; and deleting the association relation between any item and the corresponding key result.
In this embodiment, an item display area containing item detail information of a target item is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the target, and a deletion control for deleting association relationships is displayed on the item display area, so that the association relationships between the item and corresponding key results are conveniently deleted according to service requirements.
The item display area may include, but is not limited to, item name, number, associated Key Result, item description, item responsible person, item status, risk, item start time, item end time, item completion, task data, item member, and item progress information.
An example of displaying the item display area on the left side of the display interface is shown in fig. 6, where the description related to fig. 6 in the above embodiment is also applicable to the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
It may be appreciated that, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, for convenience of an operator to manage the key results corresponding to the targets, the display interface may further include a control for adding the key results, and the method of this embodiment may further include: receiving a triggering operation for the control; according to the triggering operation, displaying a key result adding interface on a display interface; and adding new key results for the target according to the operation of an operator on the key result adding interface.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in order to adjust the display order of the key results in the display interface, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the foregoing display interface may further include a key result order changing control, and the method may further include: and receiving a trigger operation aiming at changing the key result sequence control, displaying an adjustment interface on a display interface according to the trigger operation, and adjusting the sequence of the key results according to the operation of an operator in the adjustment interface.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an item management apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 10, the project management apparatus 100 may include a first monitoring module 110, a first acquisition module 111, a first determination module 112, and a first association processing module 113, wherein:
a first monitoring module 110 configured to monitor project association operations for key results of a target; wherein the item association operation includes an identification of the operator.
The first obtaining module 111 is configured to obtain one or more key results corresponding to the target, and obtain one or more items managed by the operator based on the identification of the operator.
A first determining module 112 configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items.

The explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
According to the project management device of the embodiment of the disclosure, after project association operation of key results aiming at a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, one or more projects managed by an operator are obtained based on identification of the operator in the project association operation, then the target key results are selected from the one or more key results, the target project selected for the target key results is determined, the target key results and the target project are associated, and the target key results and the target project are displayed on a display interface. Therefore, when the key result related items of the target are needed, the target key result is selected from one or more key results corresponding to the target, the target item is selected from one or more items managed by an operator as the target key result, the target key result and the target item are automatically related, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface, so that the operator can conveniently and timely relate the related items with the corresponding key result, the operation of the operator for relating the key result and the items is simplified, the target item related to the target key result is timely displayed on the display interface, the operator can timely learn the related result, and the item management experience of the operator is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of the embodiment of the apparatus shown in fig. 10, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus may further include:
the first receiving module 114 is configured to receive a trigger operation for any one of the target items.
The first display module 115 is configured to display item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area includes a delete control, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus may further include:

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface further includes a control for adding a key result, as shown in fig. 11, and the apparatus further includes:
a third receiving module 120 configured to receive a trigger operation for the control;
a third display module 121 configured to display a key result addition window on a display interface;
a first adding module 122 configured to add a new key result to the target according to a user operation on the key result adding window; and
a fourth display module 123 configured to display new key results added for the target on the display interface.

The explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The project management device of the embodiment of the disclosure acquires one or more key results corresponding to a target after monitoring a display instruction aiming at the target, and acquires projects associated with each key result; displaying each key result and the item associated with each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving triggering operation of any item in items associated with key results, and acquiring item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the item associated with each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when triggering operation for any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of checking the item detail information by a user is simplified, the user can check the item detail information conveniently, and the user experience of checking the item detail information is improved.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram of an electronic device, according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 14, the electronic device 200 includes:
a processor 220, a memory 210 for storing instructions executable by the processor 220;
wherein the processor 220 is configured to execute instructions to implement the tag mining method of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In one possible implementation, the electronic device may also include a bus 230 that connects the different components, including the memory 210 and the processor 220.
Bus 230 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 200 typically includes a variety of electronic device readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 200 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 210 may also include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 240 and/or cache memory 250. The electronic device 200 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 260 may be used to read from or write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 14, commonly referred to as a "hard disk drive"). Although not shown in fig. 14, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable non-volatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable non-volatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In such cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 230 via one or more data medium interfaces. Memory 210 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of the various embodiments of the disclosure.
Program/utility 280 having a set (at least one) of program modules 270 may be stored in, for example, memory 210, such program modules 270 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 270 generally perform the functions and/or methods in the embodiments described in this disclosure.
The electronic device 200 may also communicate with one or more external devices 290 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 291, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 200, and/or any device (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enables the electronic device 200 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 292. Also, electronic device 200 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 293. As shown in fig. 14, the network adapter 293 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 200 over the bus 230. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 200, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
The processor 220 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the memory 210.
In one embodiment, the processor 220 may be configured to perform the project management method of the first aspect embodiment of the present disclosure.
In another embodiment, the processor 220 may be configured to perform the project management method of the second aspect embodiment of the present disclosure.
The explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium is also provided, such as a memory, comprising instructions executable by the processor 220 of the apparatus 200 to perform the above-described method. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, a ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product, which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enables the electronic device to perform the method of item management as in the previous embodiments of the first aspect, or the method of item management as in the embodiments of the second aspect.

Claims (28)

1. A method of project management, comprising:
monitoring project association operations for key results of the targets; wherein the project association operation includes an identification of an operator;
acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring one or more items associated with the operator based on the identification of the operator, wherein the key results are used for measuring the target;
Selecting a target key result from the one or more key results, and determining a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items and is used for realizing the target key result; and
associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface;
wherein the selecting a target key result from the one or more key results and determining a target item selected for the target key result includes:
determining whether the target key result has an associated item according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored key result and the item, and if so, displaying the item associated with the target key result in an input box corresponding to the item;
wherein the method further comprises: receiving a trigger operation for any one of the target items; displaying the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface;
the item display area includes a delete control, the method further comprising: receiving a triggering operation for the deletion control; deleting the association relation between any item and the target key result;
The display interface also comprises a control for adding key results, and the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a triggering operation for the control; displaying a key result adding window on the display interface; adding new key results for the target according to user operation on the key result adding window; and displaying new key results added for the target on the display interface.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the display interface includes a key result display area thereon, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area;
displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface comprises:
and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying an item card of a target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying item information of the target item by the item card.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein displaying the item card of the target item associated with the target key result in the second display area comprises:
Acquiring the number of items associated with the target key result;
displaying a row of item cards in the second display area under the condition that the number is smaller than a preset number, wherein the row of item cards comprise the item cards of the target item;
and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the number N of the line numbers of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of the item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of the item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring item information corresponding to the target item;
displaying the item information of the target item on the display interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target item selected for the target key result comprises:
receiving project keywords;
matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and
One or more items are selected from the matched items as the target item.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the associating the target key result with the target item comprises:
receiving an association confirmation instruction; and
and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item.
7. The method of any of claims 2-4, wherein the project information comprises one or more of project name information, project identification information, project manager information, project membership, project progress summary information, and project risk information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the display interface includes an item association key results control, the monitoring of item association operations for key results of a target comprising:
and monitoring triggering operation of the project associated key result control.
9. A method of project management, comprising:
monitoring a display instruction aiming at a target, acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring items associated with each key result, wherein the key results are used for measuring the target;
Displaying each key result and each item associated with the key result on a display interface corresponding to the target, wherein the item is used for realizing the target key result;
receiving triggering operation of any item in the items associated with the key results, and acquiring item detail information of any item; and
displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface;
wherein the obtaining the item associated with each key result includes:
determining whether the target key result has an associated item according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored key result and the item, and if so, displaying the item associated with the target key result in an input box corresponding to the item;
receiving a triggering operation aiming at any item in the display interface; displaying the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface;
the item display area includes a delete control, the method further comprising: receiving a triggering operation for the deletion control; deleting the association relation between any item and the corresponding key result;
the display interface also comprises a control for adding key results, and the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a triggering operation for the control; displaying a key result adding window on the display interface; adding new key results for the target according to user operation on the key result adding window; and displaying new key results added for the target on the display interface.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
monitoring project association operations for key results of the target; wherein the project association operation includes an identification of an operator;
acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring one or more items managed by the operator based on the identification of the operator;
selecting a target key result from the one or more key results, and determining a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and
and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the display interface includes a key result display area corresponding to each key result, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area;
displaying each key result and the item associated with each key result on the display interface corresponding to the target, including:
And aiming at each key result, displaying the key result in a first display area corresponding to the key result, displaying an item card of an item associated with the key result in a second display area corresponding to the key result, and displaying item information of the item by the item card.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein displaying the item card of the item associated with the key result in the second display area corresponding to the key result comprises:
acquiring the number of items associated with the key result;
displaying a row of item cards in the second display area under the condition that the number is smaller than the preset number, wherein the row of item cards comprises item cards of all items associated with the key result;

13. The method of claim 10, wherein the display interface includes an item association key results control, and wherein the monitoring of item association operations for key results of a target includes:
and monitoring triggering operation of the project associated key result control.
14. An item management apparatus, comprising:
a first monitoring module configured to monitor project association operations for key results of the targets; wherein the project association operation includes an identification of an operator;
the first acquisition module is configured to acquire one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquire one or more items associated with the operator based on the identification of the operator, wherein the key results are used for measuring the target;
a first determining module configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results, and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items for implementing the target key result; and
the first association processing module is configured to associate the target key result with the target item, and display the target key result and the target item on a display interface;
Wherein the selecting a target key result from the one or more key results and determining a target item selected for the target key result includes:
determining whether the target key result has an associated item according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored key result and the item, and if so, displaying the item associated with the target key result in an input box corresponding to the item;
the apparatus further comprises: a first receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for any one of the target items; the first display module is configured to display item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface;
the item display area comprises a deletion control; the apparatus further comprises: the second receiving module is configured to receive a triggering operation for the deleting control; the first deleting module is used for deleting the association relation between any item and the target key result;
the display interface also comprises a control for adding key results, and the device also comprises: a third receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for the control; the third display module is configured to display a key result adding window on the display interface; a first adding module configured to add a new key result to the target according to a user operation on the key result adding window; and a fourth display module configured to display new key results added for the target on the display interface.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the display interface includes a key result display area thereon, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area;
the first association processing module is specifically configured to:
and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying an item card of a target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying item information of the target item by the item card.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the first association processing module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the number of items associated with the target key result;
displaying a row of item cards in the second display area under the condition that the number is smaller than a preset number, wherein the row of item cards comprise the item cards of the target item;
and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the number N of the line numbers of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of the item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of the item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
17. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a second acquisition module configured to acquire item information corresponding to the target item;
and a second display module configured to display the item information of the target item on the display interface.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
receiving project keywords;
matching the item name corresponding to each item with the item keyword to obtain an item with the item name matched with the item keyword; and
one or more items are selected from the matched items as the target item.
19. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the first association processing module is specifically configured to:
receiving an association confirmation instruction; and
and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item.
20. The apparatus of any of claims 15-17, wherein the item information comprises one or more of item name information, item identification information, item manager information, item membership, item progress summary information, and item risk information.
21. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the display interface comprises an item-associated key results control, the first monitoring module being specifically configured to:
and monitoring triggering operation of the project associated key result control.
22. An item management apparatus, comprising:
the third acquisition module is configured to monitor a display instruction aiming at a target, acquire one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquire an item associated with each key result, wherein the key results are used for measuring the target;
the first display module is configured to display each key result and an item associated with each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target, wherein the item is used for realizing the target key result;
a fourth obtaining module configured to receive a triggering operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and obtain item detail information of the any item; and
a second display module configured to display the item detail information of the any item on the display interface;
wherein the obtaining the item associated with each key result includes:
Determining whether the target key result has an associated item according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored key result and the item, and if so, displaying the item associated with the target key result in an input box corresponding to the item;
the apparatus further comprises:
a fourth receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for any item in the display interface; and
a fifth display module configured to display item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface;
the item display area includes a delete control, the apparatus further comprising: a fifth receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for the deletion control; the second deleting module is configured to delete the association relationship between any item and the corresponding key result;
the display interface also comprises a control for adding key results, and the device also comprises: a sixth receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for the control; a sixth display module configured to display a key result addition window on the display interface; a second adding module configured to add a new key result to the target according to a user operation on the key result adding window; and a seventh display module configured to display new key results added for the target on the display interface.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a second monitoring module configured to monitor project association operations for key results of the targets; wherein the project association operation includes an identification of an operator;
a fifth obtaining module, configured to obtain one or more key results corresponding to the target, and obtain one or more items managed by the operator based on the identification of the operator;
a second determining module configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and
and the second association processing module is configured to associate the target key result with the target item, and display the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
24. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the display interface includes a key result display area corresponding to each of the key results, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area;
The second association processing module is specifically configured to:
and aiming at each key result, displaying the key result in a first display area corresponding to the key result, displaying an item card of an item associated with the key result in a second display area corresponding to the key result, and displaying item information of the item by the item card.
25. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the second association processing module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the number of items associated with the key result;
displaying a row of item cards in the second display area under the condition that the number is smaller than the preset number, wherein the row of item cards comprises item cards of all items associated with the key result;
and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the number N of the line numbers of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of the item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of the item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
26. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the display interface comprises an item-associated key results control, the second monitoring module being specifically configured to:
and monitoring triggering operation of the project associated key result control.
27. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the project management method of any one of claims 1 to 8 or the project management method of any one of claims 9 to 13.
28. A storage medium, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform the project management method of any one of claims 1 to 8, or the project management method of any one of claims 9 to 13.
