Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a project management method, apparatus, device and storage medium, and relates to the technical field of computers, wherein the method comprises: after the project association operation aiming at the key result of the target is monitored, the key result of the target is selected from one or more key results corresponding to the target, the target project is selected from one or more projects managed by an operator as the key result of the target, the key result of the target and the target project are automatically associated, and the key result of the target and the target project are displayed on a display interface, so that the operator can associate the associated project with the corresponding key result in time, the operation of associating the key result with the project by the operator is simplified, the target project associated with the key result of the target is displayed on the display interface in time, the operator can know the associated result in time, and the project management experience of the operator is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a project management method, apparatus, device, and storage medium.
Background
In the related art, after a target and a plurality of key results for measuring the target are prepared, some project support is usually required to achieve the key results in the target. At present, a spreadsheet or word document is usually used to manage key results corresponding to a project and a target, and the corresponding management document is stored in a management directory corresponding to the target in a device (e.g., a server). When a corresponding user determines that a managed item is a certain key result in a target, the user needs to find a corresponding management document from a corresponding file path in the device according to the file path information, and add an association relationship between the item and the corresponding key result in the management document. Therefore, in the process that the user associates the project with the key result, the operation process required by the user is complex, and the efficiency of associating the project with the key result is not high.
Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure provides a project management method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, so as to at least solve the problems that in the process of checking a project progress condition corresponding to a related project in the related art, a user needs to search for a file layer by layer, the required operation process is complex, and the efficiency of acquiring the project progress is not high.
The technical scheme of the disclosure is as follows:
according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a project management method, including: monitoring project association operations aiming at key results of the targets; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator; acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring one or more projects managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator; selecting a target key result from the one or more key results, and determining a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises: receiving a trigger operation aiming at any item in the target items; and displaying the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display region includes a delete control, the method further comprising: receiving a trigger operation aiming at the deleting control; and deleting the association relation between the any item and the target key result.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a key result display area is included on the display interface, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area; the displaying the target key result and the target item on the display interface includes: and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying an item card of a target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying item information of the target item by using the item card.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises: acquiring project information corresponding to the target project; displaying the item information of the target item on the display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining the target item selected for the target key result includes: receiving a project keyword; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as the target items.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the associating the target key result with the target item includes: receiving a correlation confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the project information includes one or more of project name information, project identification information, project manager information, number of project members, project progress summary information, and project risk information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface further includes a control for adding a key result, and the method further includes: receiving a triggering operation aiming at the control; displaying a key result adding window on the display interface; adding a new key result for the target according to the user operation on the key result adding window; and displaying the new key result added for the target on the display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface includes a project association key result control, and the monitoring of the project association operation for the key result of the target includes: and monitoring a trigger operation aiming at the project association key result control.

According to the project management method, after a display instruction for a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and a project associated with each key result is obtained; displaying each key result and the items related to each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and acquiring the item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an item management apparatus including: a first monitoring module configured to monitor project association operations for key results of a target; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator; the first acquisition module is configured to acquire one or more key results corresponding to the target and acquire one or more items managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator; a first determining module configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and the first association processing module is configured to associate the target key result with the target item and display the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus further comprises: a first receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for any one of the target items; and the first display module is configured to display the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area includes a delete control, and the apparatus further includes: a second receiving module configured to receive a trigger operation for the deletion control; and the first deleting module is used for deleting the association relationship between the any item and the target key result.

The project management device of the embodiment of the disclosure acquires one or more key results corresponding to a target after monitoring project association operations of the key results for the target, acquires one or more projects managed by an operator based on an identifier of the operator in the project association operations, then selects a target key result from the one or more key results, determines a target project selected as the target key result, associates the target key result with the target project, and displays the target key result and the target project on a display interface. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a project management method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the project management method is used in an electronic device, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps.
In step 101, item association operations for key results of an object are monitored, wherein the item association operations include an identification of an operator.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the project management method of the present disclosure may be a project management apparatus, where the project management apparatus of the present embodiment may be configured in an electronic device, where the electronic device in this embodiment may include a terminal device, a server, and the like, and the implementation is not limited thereto.
Wherein the above items are items required to achieve a critical result.
The terminal device in this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a platform computer, a mobile phone, a portable device, and the like, and the terminal device is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
As an example implementation, it is assumed that the project management method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to an electronic device which is installed with OKR (objective and Key Results method) management clients. In the process of managing the client by using OKR, in the case that a display interface corresponding to the OKR management client includes an item association key result control for a key result of the target, if a triggering operation for the item association key result control is monitored, it is determined that the item association operation for the key result of the target is triggered.
As another exemplary embodiment, the operator may access OKR the management webpage through the electronic device, and correspondingly, in case that the display interface corresponding to the management webpage includes an item association key result control for the key result of the target OKR, if the triggering operation for the item association key result control is monitored, it is determined that the item association operation for the key result of the target is triggered.

In step 102, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and one or more items managed by the operator are obtained based on the identification of the operator.
In this embodiment, one or more key results corresponding to the target may be obtained according to a pre-stored correspondence between the target and the key results.
In this embodiment, the item corresponding to the identifier of the operator may be obtained according to the relationship between the identifier of the operator and the item, where the obtained item is the item managed by the operator.
In step 103, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected for the target key result is determined, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after acquiring one or more key results corresponding to a target and acquiring one or more items managed by an operator, the acquired key results or items may be output in various ways, for example, as follows:
as a possible implementation manner, the key results and the items may be output in a voice manner, and the target key result is selected from one or more key results according to the received voice information, and the target item selected for the target key result is determined.
As another possible implementation manner, in order to facilitate the visualization operation by the operator, one or more key results and one or more items may be displayed on the association interface, and then, according to the operation information for the association interface, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and the target item selected as the target key result is determined.
It should be noted that, for a project, one project may be associated with one key result or multiple key results, and in practical application, a corresponding project may be associated with one or multiple key results according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to quickly determine a target item from items managed by a manager, one possible implementation manner of determining the target item selected as the target key result is as follows: receiving a project keyword; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
As an exemplary embodiment, in a scenario where the obtained key result and the item are displayed through an association interface, an input box may be included on the association interface, and a keyword of the item input in the input box is received; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
For example, as shown in a diagram in fig. 2, it can be seen from a diagram in fig. 2 that the title in the association interface is the selection item association Key Result. The description scheme is as follows: if you manage a project to achieve the Key Result in the current Objective, please select the Key Result of your project and its service here. The prompt information displayed in the input box corresponding to the Key Result Key Result is as follows: "choose 1 Key Result". The text prompt information displayed in the input box of the affiliated item is "select 1 item you manage". Correspondingly, after the operator clicks the input box, the drop-down box is opened, and all the candidate items corresponding to the current item are displayed in the drop-down box, or only part of the candidate items may be displayed. In one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, more items matching the input text may be obtained by inputting text in the input box, wherein attribute information of the items, such as item logo, name and number, may be displayed in the search result. Correspondingly, after the corresponding item is selected, the attribute information of the corresponding item may be displayed in the input box display, and one or more items may be selected. Specifically, after displaying the association interface shown as b in fig. 2, if the user selects a key result and inputs a corresponding item keyword in the input box, as shown as c in fig. 2, the user may select and deselect the item by clicking. If the user selects two items, an exemplary view of their corresponding association interface is shown as d in FIG. 2. Through the diagram d, it can be seen that the attribute information corresponding to the two items is displayed in the input box corresponding to the belonged item, and the attribute information includes the item name and the item number. It can be understood that, for the association interface shown in the d-diagram, the user can also delete the item in the input box by deleting the control.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate checking of items that have been associated with corresponding key results, as a possible implementation manner, after one key result is selected on an association interface, whether the selected key result has an associated item may be determined according to a correspondence between pre-stored key results and items, and if so, the item that the key result has been associated may be displayed in an input box corresponding to the item.
In step 104, the target key result and the target item are associated, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface.
It can be understood that, after the target key result is selected and the target item corresponding to the target key result is determined, in some embodiments, the target key result and the target item may be directly associated. In other embodiments, one possible implementation manner of the above-mentioned association between the target key result and the target item is as follows: receiving a correlation confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item. Therefore, when the association determining instruction is received, the association relationship is established for the target key result and the target item, so that the operator can conveniently adjust the target key result and/or the target item according to requirements before the association confirming instruction is not received.
It should be noted that, in different application scenarios, the receiving association confirmation instruction may be implemented in a plurality of ways, for example, as follows:
in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner of the receiving the association confirmation instruction is as follows: and receiving voice data, and determining whether the association confirmation instruction is received or not according to the voice data.
Specifically, voice recognition is carried out on voice data, whether preset key keywords corresponding to the association confirmation instruction exist in the voice data or not is determined according to a voice recognition result, and if the preset key keywords exist, the association confirmation instruction is determined to be received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether a preset gesture motion related to an association confirmation instruction is received, and if it is detected that the received gesture motion is consistent with the preset gesture motion, it is determined that the association confirmation instruction is received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate performing association confirmation, an association confirmation control may be further included on the association interface in this embodiment, and a possible implementation manner of receiving an association confirmation instruction for the association interface is as follows: receiving a trigger operation aiming at the association confirmation control, and triggering an association confirmation instruction according to the trigger operation.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to facilitate prompting that the association confirmation control is triggerable, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the association confirmation control is displayed in a first display mode in the association interface, and after an item selected from a plurality of candidate items is acquired, the association confirmation control is controlled to be displayed in a second display mode, where display styles of controls corresponding to the second display mode and the first display mode are different.
For example, before the user selects the key result and the item, the color of the control corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be white, and after the user selects the key result and the item, the color of the control corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be other colors except white, such as yellow, green, and the like. Wherein a white colored control may be displayed in the associated interface prior to the user selecting a key result and/or item. After the user selects a key result and/or item, a save button in the associated interface may be highlighted, an exemplary view of the associated interface including a highlighted save control, as shown in d of FIG. 2.
According to the project management method, after project association operation aiming at the key results of the targets is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the targets are obtained, one or more projects managed by an operator are obtained based on the identifiers of the operator in the project association operation, then the key results of the targets are selected from the one or more key results, the target projects selected for the key results of the targets are determined, the key results of the targets and the target projects are associated, and the key results of the targets and the target projects are displayed on a display interface. Therefore, when the key result of the target needs to be associated with the item, the target key result is selected from one or more key results corresponding to the target, the target item is selected from one or more items managed by the operator as the target key result, the target key result and the target item are automatically associated, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface, so that the operator can associate the associated item with the corresponding key result in time, the operation of associating the key result with the item by the operator is simplified, the target item associated with the target key result is displayed on the display interface in time, the operator can know the associated result in time, and the item management experience of the operator is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, in order to facilitate viewing of the key result and the item associated with the key result on the display interface, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a key result display area may be included on the display interface, where the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area, and one possible implementation manner of displaying the target key result and the target item on the display interface may be as follows: and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying the item card of the target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying the item information of the target item on the item card.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the above possible implementation of displaying the item card of the target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, as shown in fig. 3, may include:
in step 301, the number of items associated with the target key result is obtained.
In step 302, in the case that the number is smaller than the preset number, a row of item cards is displayed in the second display area, and the row of item cards includes the item cards of the target item.
In step 303, if the number is greater than the preset number, determining the number N of lines of item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying N lines of item cards in the second display area, where each item card in the N lines of item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, where N is an integer greater than 1.
For example, if 1 key result is associated with multiple items, the presentation style may change. When only 1 item is associated with the corresponding key result, only one item card is displayed below the key result. An example of a display interface containing the key result and a project card is shown as a diagram in fig. 4. When 2 items are associated with the corresponding key result, 2 item cards are displayed below the key result. An example diagram of a display interface including the key result and 2 project cards is shown in b of fig. 4. And 3 items are associated with the key result, and 3 item cards are correspondingly displayed below the key result. An example diagram of a display interface including the key result and 3 project cards is shown in fig. 4 as c. When the key result is associated with 4 items, 4 item cards are correspondingly displayed below the associated result. An exemplary diagram of a user interface containing key results and 4 project cards is shown as d in fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the display of each item of the target item result on the display interface is accurately controlled in combination with the number of items associated with the target key result and the condition of preset data.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to know the related information of the target item on the display interface, the method may further obtain item information corresponding to the target item; and displaying the item information of the target item on the display interface.
In this embodiment, the project information may include one or more of project name information, project identification information, project manager information, project member number, project progress summary information, and project risk information. Of course, the project information may also include other information, and in the actual application process, the project information may be determined in combination with the actual business requirement, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to facilitate timely viewing of item detail information of a corresponding item on a display interface, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, after a target key result and a target item are displayed on the display interface, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include:
in step 501, a trigger operation for any one of the target items is received.
In step 502, item detail information for any item is displayed in an item display area of a display interface.
In the embodiment, according to the triggering operation aiming at any item in the target items, the item detail information of any item is displayed in the item display area of the display interface, so that the operation of an operator for viewing the item detail information is reduced, and the operator can conveniently view the item detail information of the corresponding item on the display interface.
In this embodiment, the position of the item display area on the display interface may be set in combination with actual business requirements, for example, the item display area may be set on the left side, the right side, or the middle portion of the display interface, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the specific position of the item display area.
In which an example of an item display area is displayed on the left side of the display interface, as shown in fig. 6. As can be seen from fig. 6, the following may also be included in the item display area:
item name, number: displaying the name and the number of the project, and entering the project homepage (needing authentication) after clicking;
and (4) associating Key Result: displaying the item at OKR associated Key Result;
item description: default to null, displaying project description information, supporting rich text editing, and interacting with editing 'task description';
project responsible person: the administrator 1 of the default display item can click and modify, when the lever reaches the value of the principal, the right side displays a modification button, after clicking, the principal of the item enters an editing state, the candidate frame defaults and displays the current principal, after inputting characters, other users can be matched, and when clicking a storage button, the current principal is stored.
Item status: the default value is plan, and can be modified into any one of 6 states of plan, project, in progress, completed, shelved and abandon.
Risk: the default is smooth, can be modified to be smooth, there is any one of 2 states of risk.
Item start time: by default, the project creation date, any date can be modified.
Item end time: by default, empty, any date can be modified.
Project completion degree: default to 0%, may be modified to 0 and a positive integer of 100 or less.
Task data: and (3) taking the number of tasks from the project and calculating when the page is opened every time, wherein the display format is x total tasks, y tasks are completed, and the task completion rate is z%.
And (4) item members: the total number of the project members and a specific project member list are displayed, and a list box is used for displaying the height of 5 users, can be pulled down for viewing, and supports searching through names and mailboxes.
And (4) item progress: displaying all project progress information (similar comments), displaying an input box and all written project progress information by default, opening the input box to enter an editing state when clicking 'writing project progress', allowing a multi-line text box to be input, not supporting rich text editing, clicking a 'save' button to release, and displaying a publisher, content and release time.
The reviewer can delete his own comment (project progress), the OKR Owner can delete any comment (project progress), and the project Owner can delete any comment (project progress) of the project progress.
If the project is deleted after the project is associated with the Key Result, the task data and the project member fixed display file 'project deleted and data temporarily absent' in all the project progresses of the project production, and the data of other project progresses are not changed.
Based on the above embodiment, the association relationship between the item and the corresponding key result is conveniently deleted according to the service requirement, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area may include a deletion control, as shown in fig. 7, and the method may further include:
in step 701, a trigger operation for a delete control is received.
In step 702, the association between any item and the target key result is deleted.
In the embodiment, the deleting control is displayed in the project display area, and the association relationship between any project and the target key result is deleted by combining with the triggering operation aiming at the deleting control, so that the association relationship can be conveniently deleted by triggering the control, and the association relationship between the project and the corresponding key result can be conveniently deleted according to the business requirement.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, a control of "delete the association of this item with Key Result" is displayed in the item display area. When the operator needs to delete the association relation between the item and the Key Result, the operator can trigger the control. Correspondingly, the project management device receives the trigger operation aiming at the control, and deletes the incidence relation between the project and the Key Result according to the trigger operation.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate a user to manage the key result corresponding to the target, the display interface may further include a control for adding the key result, and the method of the embodiment may further include: receiving a trigger operation aiming at a control; displaying a key result adding window on a display interface; adding a new key result for the target according to the user operation on the key result adding window; and displaying the new key result added for the target on the display interface.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in order to adjust the display order of the key results in the display interface, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface may further include a control for changing the order of the key results, and the method may further include: receiving a trigger operation aiming at the control for changing the key result sequence, displaying an adjusting interface on the display interface according to the trigger operation, and adjusting the key result sequence according to the user operation in the adjusting interface.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, as can be seen from fig. 6, the display interface includes a "change Key Result order" control, when an operator needs to update the display order of the Key results in the display interface, the operator may trigger the control, and correspondingly, an adjustment interface is displayed in the display interface, and correspondingly, the operator may adjust the display order of the Key results in the adjustment interface according to a requirement, delete the adjustment interface in the display interface after the adjustment is completed, and display the adjusted Key results in the display interface according to the display order of the adjusted Key results.
Currently, in the related art, a spreadsheet or word document is usually used to manage project conditions, and the project conditions of corresponding projects are stored in a corresponding key result directory of a corresponding target in a device (e.g., a server). When the progress condition of the corresponding project needs to be checked, the user needs to find the corresponding project progress file from the corresponding file path in the device according to the file path information, and open the corresponding project progress file to check the corresponding project progress information. Therefore, in the process that a user needs to check the project progress condition corresponding to the related project, the user needs to search the files layer by layer, the required operation process is complex, and the efficiency of acquiring the project progress is not high.
In order to solve the technical problems that a user needs to search files layer by layer in the process of checking the project progress condition corresponding to a related project, the required operation process is complex, and the efficiency of acquiring the project progress is low, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a project management method, wherein after a display instruction for a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are acquired, and a project associated with each key result is acquired; displaying each key result and the items related to each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and acquiring the item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the items related to each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when the triggering operation aiming at any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of a user for checking the item detail information is simplified, the user can conveniently check the item detail information, and the user experience degree for checking the item detail information is improved.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a project management method, as shown in fig. 8, for use in an electronic device, according to an example embodiment, including the following steps.
In step 801, a display instruction for a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and an item associated with each key result is obtained.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the project management method of the present disclosure may be a project management apparatus, where the project management apparatus of the present embodiment may be configured in an electronic device, where the electronic device in this embodiment may include a terminal device, a server, and the like, and the implementation is not limited thereto.
Wherein the above items are items required to achieve a critical result.
The terminal device in this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a platform computer, a mobile phone, a portable device, and the like, and the terminal device is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
As an example implementation, it is assumed that the project management method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to an electronic device which is installed with OKR (objective and Key Results method) management clients. In the process of managing the client by using OKR, the display instruction for the target may be triggered in various ways, for example, the interactive interface includes a control for displaying the target, and the operator may trigger the display instruction for the target by triggering the control, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by means of voice, or may trigger the display instruction for the target by means of gesture, and this embodiment does not specifically limit the way of triggering the display instruction for the target, and in the actual service implementation process, the way of triggering the display instruction for the target may be set in combination with the actual service requirement.
As another exemplary embodiment, the operator may access OKR the management webpage through the electronic device, and correspondingly, in the management of the management webpage through OKR, the display instruction for the target may be triggered in various ways, for example, the interactive interface includes a control for displaying the target, and the operator may trigger the display instruction for the target by triggering the control, or the display instruction for the target may be triggered by voice, or the display instruction for the target may be triggered by gestures, and this embodiment does not specifically limit the way of triggering the display instruction for the target, and in the actual service implementation process, the way of triggering the display instruction for the target may be set in combination with the actual service requirement.
It is understood that the target in the embodiment may be a target set by a company to be achieved within a time, a target set by an individual to be achieved within a time, or a target set by a country to be achieved within a time, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the target.
In step 802, each key result and the item associated with each key result are displayed on the display interface corresponding to the target.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, each key result and the item associated with each key result may be presented on the display interface in the form of a list.
In step 803, a trigger operation for any item in the items associated with the key result is received, and item detail information of any item is acquired.
In this embodiment, after the items associated with each key result are displayed on the display interface, the operator may operate the items on the display interface according to the requirement, for example, the operator may click any item associated with any one key result, so as to view the item detail information of any triggered item on the display interface.
As a possible implementation manner, the item detail information corresponding to the target item may be acquired according to a pre-stored item detail information base.
In step 804, item detail information for any item is presented on the display interface.
According to the project management method, after a display instruction for a target is monitored, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and a project associated with each key result is obtained; displaying each key result and the items related to each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and acquiring the item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the items related to each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when the triggering operation aiming at any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of a user for checking the item detail information is simplified, the user can conveniently check the item detail information, and the user experience degree for checking the item detail information is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, as the project progresses, the project detail information of the corresponding project may change accordingly, and after the project detail information is displayed on the project display area on the display interface, in order to facilitate management of the project detail information of the project, the project detail information may be edited in combination with an editing operation of an operator on the project detail information, and the edited project detail information is displayed on the project display area.
Based on the above embodiments, it can be understood that there are multiple key results that generally measure the progress of achieving the goal, and each key result is generally associated with one or more projects, and in an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate management of association between the key result and a project, as shown in fig. 9, the method further includes:
in step 901, item association operations are monitored for key results of the object, wherein the item association operations include an identification of an operator.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate the manager to perform association management between the key result of the target and the project, a project association key result control may be set on a display interface corresponding to the target, and a specific implementation manner of monitoring a project association operation for the key result of the target may be as follows: and monitoring a triggering operation aiming at the project association key result control. Therefore, an operator can trigger the project association operation conveniently by triggering the project association key result control.
In step 902, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, and one or more items managed by the operator are obtained based on the identity of the operator.
In this embodiment, one or more key results corresponding to the target may be obtained according to a pre-stored correspondence between the target and the key results.
In this embodiment, the items corresponding to the identifier of the operator may be obtained according to a pre-stored correspondence between the identifier of the operator and the items, where the obtained items are the items managed by the operator.
In step 903, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target item selected for the target key result is determined, where the target item is at least one of the one or more items.
As a possible implementation manner, in order to facilitate an operator to view one or more key results and items, in this embodiment, the association interface may be displayed on the display interface, and specifically, the association interface may be displayed in a form of a pop-up window on the display interface corresponding to the target.
In this embodiment, besides displaying a plurality of key results and a plurality of candidate items, the association interface in this embodiment may also display some other information, for example, a display title, a descriptive literature, a cancel control, a save control, a close control, and the like.
For example, as shown in a diagram a in fig. 2, as an example diagram of the association interface, it can be seen from the diagram a in fig. 2 that the title in the association interface is a selection item association Key Result. The description scheme is as follows: if you manage a project to achieve the Key Result in the current Objective, please select the Key Result of your project and its service here. The prompt information displayed in the input box corresponding to the Key Result Key Result is as follows: "choose 1 Key Result". It is understood that in the input box of the present embodiment, the operator can display all Key results in the target by clicking and then opening the drop-down box. Wherein, an example diagram of its corresponding association interface is shown as b diagram in fig. 2. In the practical application process, an operator can select 1 Key Result from a plurality of Key results according to the requirement. Correspondingly, in order to facilitate an operator to know the Key Result, after one Key Result is selected, the description content corresponding to the Key Result can be displayed in the input box. An exemplary diagram of an association interface of the description content corresponding to the Key Result is displayed in the input box, as shown in a diagram c in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, in order to conveniently and quickly select a corresponding item from a plurality of candidate items, one possible implementation manner of determining a target item selected as a target key result is as follows: receiving a project keyword; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
As an exemplary embodiment, in a scenario where the obtained key result and the item are displayed through an association interface, the association interface may further include an input box, and one possible implementation manner of obtaining the item selected from the plurality of candidate items may be: acquiring a project keyword input in an input box; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and displaying the matched items on the association interface, and taking the matched items as the selected items.
In the example described above, for the association interface shown in a in fig. 2, the text prompt information displayed in the input box of the belonging item is "select 1 item for your management", the drop-down box is opened after clicking, all the candidate items corresponding to the current item are displayed in the drop-down box, or only a part of the candidate items may be displayed. In one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, more items matching the input text may be obtained by inputting text in the input box, wherein attribute information of the items, such as item logo, name and number, may be displayed in the search result. Correspondingly, after the corresponding item is selected, the attribute information of the corresponding item may be displayed in the input box display, and one or more items may be selected. After the associated interface shown as b in fig. 2 is displayed, if the user selects a key result and clicks the drop-down box corresponding to the entry box of the item, the example diagram of the associated interface corresponding to the drop-down box is shown as c in fig. 2, at this time, the user can select the item and cancel the selected item by clicking. If the user selects two items, an exemplary view of their corresponding association interface is shown as d in FIG. 2. Through the diagram d, it can be seen that the attribute information corresponding to the two items is displayed in the input box corresponding to the belonged item, and the attribute information includes the item name and the item number. It can be understood that, for the association interface shown in the d-diagram, the user can also delete the item in the input box by deleting the control.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate checking items that have been associated with corresponding key results, as a possible implementation manner, after a key result is selected on an association interface, whether the selected key result has an associated item may be determined according to a correspondence between the key result and the item, and if so, the item that has been associated with the key result may be displayed in an input box corresponding to the item.
In step 904, the target key result and the target item are associated and displayed on the display interface.
It can be understood that, after the target key result is selected and the target item corresponding to the target key result is determined, in some embodiments, the target key result and the target item may be directly associated. In other embodiments, one possible implementation manner of the above-mentioned association between the target key result and the target item is as follows: receiving a correlation confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item. Therefore, when the association determining instruction is received, the association relationship is established for the target key result and the target item, so that the operator can conveniently adjust the target key result and/or the target item according to requirements before the association confirming instruction is not received.
It should be noted that, in different application scenarios, the receiving association confirmation instruction may be implemented in a plurality of ways, for example, as follows:
in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner of the receiving the association confirmation instruction is as follows: and receiving voice data, and determining whether the association confirmation instruction is received or not according to the voice data.
Specifically, voice recognition is carried out on voice data, whether preset key keywords corresponding to the association confirmation instruction exist in the voice data or not is determined according to a voice recognition result, and if the preset key keywords exist, the association confirmation instruction is determined to be received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether a preset gesture motion related to an association confirmation instruction is received, and if it is detected that the received gesture motion is consistent with the preset gesture motion, it is determined that the association confirmation instruction is received.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate performing association confirmation, an association confirmation control may be further included on the association interface in this embodiment, and a possible implementation manner of receiving an association confirmation instruction for the association interface is as follows: receiving a trigger operation aiming at the association confirmation control, and triggering an association confirmation instruction according to the trigger operation.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to facilitate prompting that the association confirmation control is triggerable, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the association confirmation control is displayed in a first display mode in the association interface, and after an item selected from a plurality of candidate items is acquired, the association confirmation control is controlled to be displayed in a second display mode, where display styles of controls corresponding to the second display mode and the first display mode are different.
For example, before the operator selects the key result and the item, the color of the control corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be white, and after the operator selects the key result and the item, the color of the control corresponding to the association confirmation control may be controlled to be other colors except white, such as yellow, green, and the like. Wherein a white colored control may be displayed in the associated interface before the user selects a key result and/or item. After the user selects a key result and/or item, a save button in the associated interface may be highlighted, an exemplary view of the associated interface including a highlighted save control, as shown in d of FIG. 2.
In this embodiment, according to a project association operation for a key result of a target, one or more key results corresponding to the target are obtained, one or more projects managed by an operator are obtained based on an identifier of the operator, a target key result is selected from the one or more key results, and a target project selected for the target key result is determined, where the target project is at least one of the one or more projects; and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface, thereby facilitating the management of the item and the key result under the target.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to conveniently view item information corresponding to each key result on a display interface, the display interface includes a key result display area corresponding to each key result, where the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area, and the displaying each key result and an item associated with each key result on the display interface corresponding to the target may include: and for each key result, displaying the key result in a first display area corresponding to the key result, displaying an item card of an item associated with the key result in a second display area corresponding to the key result, and displaying item information of the item on the item card.
The project information may include one or more of project name information, project identification information, project manager information, project membership, project progress summary information, and project risk information. Of course, the project information may also include other information, and in the actual application process, the project information may be determined in combination with the actual business requirement, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the displaying the item card of the item associated with the key result in the second display area corresponding to the key result may include: acquiring the quantity of items related to the key result; under the condition that the number is smaller than the preset number, displaying a row of item cards in the second display area, wherein the row of item cards comprises item cards of each item associated with the key result; and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the line number N of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying the N lines of item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to view item information of any item on a display interface, the method of this embodiment may further include: receiving a trigger operation aiming at any item in a display interface; and displaying the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In this embodiment, the position of the item display area on the display interface may be set at any position on the display interface, for example, the item display area may be displayed on the left side of the display interface, or the item display area may be displayed on the right side of the display interface, or the item display area may be displayed below the display interface. In practical application, the display position of the item display area on the display interface may be set in combination with actual business requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate that an operator may conveniently delete an association relationship, a display item area in this embodiment may include a deletion control, and the item management method in this embodiment may further include: receiving a trigger operation aiming at a deleting control; and deleting the association relation between any item and the corresponding key result.
In the embodiment, an item display area containing item detail information of the target item is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the target, and a deletion control for deleting the association relationship is displayed on the item display area, so that the association relationship between the item and the corresponding key result can be deleted conveniently according to business requirements.
The project display area may include, but is not limited to, a project name, a number, an associated Key Result, a project description, a project principal, a project status, a risk, a project start time, a project end time, a project completion level, task data, a project member, and project progress information.
An example of displaying the item display area on the left side of the display interface is shown in fig. 6, where the description related to fig. 6 in the foregoing embodiment also applies to the present embodiment, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
It can be understood that the key result corresponding to the target is not constant, and in an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate an operator to manage the key result corresponding to the target, the display interface may further include a control for adding the key result, and the method of this embodiment may further include: receiving a trigger operation aiming at a control; displaying a key result adding interface on a display interface according to the triggering operation; and adding a new key result for the target according to the operation of the operator on the key result adding interface.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in order to adjust the display order of the key results in the display interface, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface may further include a control for changing the order of the key results, and the method may further include: and receiving a trigger operation aiming at the control for changing the sequence of the key results, displaying an adjusting interface on the display interface according to the trigger operation, and adjusting the sequence of the key results according to the operation of an operator in the adjusting interface.
FIG. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an item management device according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 10, the project management apparatus 100 may include a first monitoring module 110, a first obtaining module 111, a first determining module 112, and a first association processing module 113, wherein:
a first monitoring module 110 configured to monitor item association operations for key results of the object; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator.
The first obtaining module 111 is configured to obtain one or more key results corresponding to the target, and obtain one or more items managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator.
The first determining module 112 is configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results, and determine a target item selected for the target key result, where the target item is at least one of the one or more items.
And the first association processing module 113 is configured to associate the target key result with the target item, and display the target key result and the target item on the display interface.
It should be noted that the above explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The project management device of the embodiment of the disclosure acquires one or more key results corresponding to a target after monitoring project association operations of the key results for the target, acquires one or more projects managed by an operator based on an identifier of the operator in the project association operations, then selects a target key result from the one or more key results, determines a target project selected as the target key result, associates the target key result with the target project, and displays the target key result and the target project on a display interface. Therefore, when the key result of the target needs to be associated with the item, the target key result is selected from one or more key results corresponding to the target, the target item is selected from one or more items managed by the operator as the target key result, the target key result and the target item are automatically associated, and the target key result and the target item are displayed on the display interface, so that the operator can associate the associated item with the corresponding key result in time, the operation of associating the key result with the item by the operator is simplified, the target item associated with the target key result is displayed on the display interface in time, the operator can know the associated result in time, and the item management experience of the operator is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment of the apparatus shown in fig. 10, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus may further include:
a first receiving module 114 configured to receive a trigger operation for any one of the target items.
A first display module 115 configured to display item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area includes a deletion control, and as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus may further include:
a second receiving module 116 configured to receive a trigger operation for the deletion control.
A first deleting module 117, configured to delete an association relationship between any item and the target key result.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a key result display area is included on the display interface, wherein the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area;
the first association processing module 113 is specifically configured to: and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying the item card of the target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying the item information of the target item on the item card.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first association processing module 113 is specifically configured to: acquiring the quantity of items associated with the target key result; displaying a line of project cards in a second display area under the condition that the number is less than the preset number, wherein the line of project cards comprises project cards of target projects; and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the line number N of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying the N lines of item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus may further include:
a second obtaining module 118 configured to obtain item information corresponding to the target item.
A second display module 119 configured to display the item information of the target item on the display interface.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the first determining module 112 is specifically configured to: receiving a project keyword; matching the project name corresponding to each project with the project keywords to obtain the project with the project name matched with the project keywords; and selecting one or more items from the matched items as target items.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first association processing module 113 is specifically configured to: receiving a correlation confirmation instruction; and responding to the association confirmation instruction, and establishing an association relation between the target key result and the target item.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the project information may include one or more of project name information, project identification information, project manager information, number of project members, project progress summary information, and project risk information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface further includes a control for adding a key result, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus further includes:
a third receiving module 120 configured to receive a trigger operation for the control;
a third display module 121 configured to display a key result addition window on the display interface;
a first adding module 122 configured to add a new key result for the target according to a user operation on the key result adding window; and
a fourth display module 123 configured to display the new key result added for the target on the display interface.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the display interface includes a project association key result control, and the first monitoring module 110 is specifically configured to: monitoring trigger operations for project association key result controls
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
FIG. 12 is a block diagram illustrating an item management device according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 12, the project management apparatus 200 may include a third obtaining module 211, a first presenting module 212, a fourth obtaining module 213, and a second presenting module 214, wherein:
the third obtaining module 210 is configured to monitor a display instruction for the target, obtain one or more key results corresponding to the target, and obtain an item associated with each key result.
And a first presentation module 212 configured to present each key result and the item associated with each key result on the display interface corresponding to the target.
And the fourth obtaining module 213 is configured to receive a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and obtain item detail information of any item. And
a second presentation module 214 configured to present item detail information for any item on the display interface.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of the embodiment of the apparatus shown in fig. 12, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus may further include:
a second monitoring module 215 configured to monitor item association operations for key outcomes of the object. Wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator.
A fifth obtaining module 216 configured to obtain one or more key results corresponding to the target, and obtain one or more items managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator.
A second determining module 217 configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items. And
and the second association processing module 218 is configured to associate the target key result with the target item, and display the target key result and the target item on the display interface.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface includes a key result display area corresponding to each key result, where the key result display area includes a first display area and a second display area.
The second association processing module 218 is specifically configured to: and for each key result, displaying the key result in a first display area corresponding to the key result, displaying an item card of an item associated with the key result in a second display area corresponding to the key result, and displaying item information of the item on the item card.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the second association processing module 218 is specifically configured to: acquiring the quantity of items related to the key result; under the condition that the number is smaller than the preset number, displaying a row of item cards in the second display area, wherein the row of item cards comprises item cards of each item associated with the key result; and under the condition that the number is larger than the preset number, determining the line number N of the item cards in the second display area according to the number and the preset number, and displaying the N lines of item cards in the second display area, wherein each item card in the N lines of item cards corresponds to each item associated with the key result, and N is an integer larger than 1.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the display interface includes a project association key result control, and the second monitoring module 215 is specifically configured to: and monitoring a triggering operation aiming at the project association key result control.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus may further include:
a fourth receiving module 219 configured to receive a trigger operation for any item in the display interface. And
a fifth display module 220 configured to display the item detail information of any item in the item display area of the display interface.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the item display area includes a deletion control, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus further includes:
a fifth receiving module 221, configured to receive a trigger operation for the deletion control.
A second deletion module 222 configured to delete the association between any item and the corresponding key result.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display interface further includes a control for adding a key result, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus further includes:
a sixth receiving module 223 configured to receive a triggering operation for the control.
A sixth display module 224 configured to display a key result addition window on the display interface.
A second adding module 225 configured to add a new key result for the target according to the user operation on the key result adding window. And
a seventh display module 226 configured to display the new key result added for the target on the display interface.
It should be noted that the above explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The project management device of the embodiment of the disclosure acquires one or more key results corresponding to a target and acquires a project associated with each key result after monitoring a display instruction for the target; displaying each key result and the items related to each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target; receiving a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and acquiring the item detail information of any item; and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface. Therefore, each key result and the items related to each key result are displayed in the display interface, and when the triggering operation aiming at any item is received, the item detail information of the triggered item is directly displayed on the display interface, so that the operation of a user for checking the item detail information is simplified, the user can conveniently check the item detail information, and the user experience degree for checking the item detail information is improved.
FIG. 14 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device in accordance with an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 14, the electronic device 200 includes:
a processor 220, a memory 210 for storing instructions executable by the processor 220;
wherein the processor 220 is configured to execute instructions to implement the tag mining method of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In one possible implementation, the electronic device may also include a bus 230 that connects the various components (including the memory 210 and the processor 220).
A program/utility 280 having a set (at least one) of program modules 270, including but not limited to an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment, may be stored in, for example, the memory 210. The program modules 270 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described in this disclosure.
The processor 220 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the memory 210.
In one embodiment, the processor 220 may be configured to perform the project management method of the first aspect embodiment of the present disclosure.
In another embodiment, the processor 220 may be configured to perform the project management method of the second aspect of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the above explanation of the embodiment of the project management method is also applicable to the project management apparatus of the present embodiment, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium comprising instructions, such as a memory comprising instructions, executable by the processor 220 of the apparatus 200 to perform the above-described method is also provided. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product, which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enables the electronic device to perform the project management method of the foregoing first aspect embodiment, or the project management method of the second aspect embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A method for project management, comprising:
monitoring project association operations aiming at key results of the targets; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator;
acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring one or more projects managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator;
selecting a target key result from the one or more key results, and determining a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and
and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a trigger operation aiming at any item in the target items; and
and displaying the item detail information of any item in an item display area of the display interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the item display area includes a delete control, the method further comprising:
receiving a trigger operation aiming at the deleting control;
and deleting the association relation between the any item and the target key result.
4. The method of claim 1, comprising a key results display area on the display interface, wherein the key results display area comprises a first display area and a second display area;
the displaying the target key result and the target item on the display interface includes:
and displaying the target key result in the first display area, displaying an item card of a target item associated with the target key result in the second display area, and displaying item information of the target item by using the item card.
5. A method for project management, comprising:
monitoring a display instruction for a target, acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring a project associated with each key result;
displaying each key result and the items related to each key result on a display interface corresponding to the target;
receiving a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result, and acquiring item detail information of the any item; and
and displaying the item detail information of any item on the display interface.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
monitoring item association operations for key results of the target; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator;
acquiring one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquiring one or more projects managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator;
selecting a target key result from the one or more key results, and determining a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and
and associating the target key result with the target item, and displaying the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
7. An item management apparatus, comprising:
a first monitoring module configured to monitor project association operations for key results of a target; wherein the item association operation comprises an identification of an operator;
the first acquisition module is configured to acquire one or more key results corresponding to the target and acquire one or more items managed by the operator based on the identifier of the operator;
a first determining module configured to select a target key result from the one or more key results and determine a target item selected for the target key result, wherein the target item is at least one of the one or more items; and
and the first association processing module is configured to associate the target key result with the target item and display the target key result and the target item on a display interface.
8. An item management apparatus, comprising:
the third acquisition module is configured to monitor a display instruction for a target, acquire one or more key results corresponding to the target, and acquire an item associated with each key result;
a first presentation module configured to present each of the key results and items associated with each of the key results on a display interface corresponding to the target;
the fourth acquisition module is configured to receive a trigger operation on any item in the items associated with the key result and acquire item detail information of the any item; and
a second presentation module configured to present the item detail information for the any item on the display interface.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the project management method of any of claims 1 to 4 or the project management method of any of claims 5 to 6.
10. A storage medium in which instructions, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the project management method of any of claims 1 to 4, or the project management method of any of claims 5 to 6.
