When the search instruction is a search character input instruction, a user logging in a search interface can be determined as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction; and the first character input by the search character input instruction can be used as a search word corresponding to the search instruction, or the first character input by the search character input instruction and the second character existing in the search box of the search interface can be used as the search word corresponding to the search instruction.
It can be understood that, since the user inputs the keyword in the search box of the search interface, the first character input according to the current search character input instruction can be determined as the search word corresponding to the search instruction; or before the first character is input, the search box of the search interface and the second character input by the user before exist, and the search word corresponding to the search instruction can be determined according to the first character and the second character already existing in the search box of the search interface. The first character can refer to a keyword which is being input by a user in a search box of a search interface; the second character may refer to a keyword that the user has entered in a search box of the search interface before entering the first character. Therefore, the search is executed according to the input characters of the user, so that the recalled search result is more in line with the requirements of the user, and the accuracy and pertinence of the search are further improved.
As one possible implementation, the first character and the second character may be determined together as a search term. For example, if the second character is "Tea" and the first character is "m", the search term may be determined to be "Team".
Situation three
When the search instruction is a search execution instruction, determining a user logging in a search interface as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction; and determining the search terms in the search box as the search terms corresponding to the search instruction.
It can be understood that, since the search interface can enter the search execution state only when the search word is not empty, when the search instruction is a search execution instruction, the keyword (i.e., the search word in the search box) that has been input by the user in the search box can be determined as the search word. Or after the search interface enters the default state, a plurality of search results (i.e., recommendation results, such as recommended keywords and the like) are generated and displayed according to the search interface starting instruction, so that when it is detected that the user clicks any one recommendation result, it is determined that a search execution instruction is obtained, and the keywords included in the recommendation result clicked by the user are determined as the search words corresponding to the search instruction.
In step 202, a plurality of search objects are searched respectively by using the search person and the search word as keywords to obtain a search result corresponding to each search object, where the search objects include people, items, and tasks.
The detailed implementation process and principle of the step 202 may refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
Furthermore, when the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction and a search character input instruction, a recommended keyword can be generated, so that a user can directly select the recommended keyword to search, the input time of the user is reduced, and the search efficiency is further improved. That is, in a possible implementation form of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction or a search character input instruction, the search object may further include a keyword historically input by a searcher.
As a possible implementation manner, when the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, the historical search keywords may be sorted according to the time of executing the search, and the most recently executed L may be sorted1Determining the key words as current key words which can be recalled, and comparing the L1The keywords serve as part of the search results. In step 204, when the search term is not empty, a search index guide bar is displayed at the top of the search result display area of the search interface.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a search word is not empty, that is, when a user inputs a keyword in a search box of a search interface, a search index guide bar may be displayed at the top of a search result display area of the search interface, so that the user may click the search index guide bar, and the electronic device may directly perform a search operation according to the search word displayed in the search index guide bar. The search index guide bar may display a search word corresponding to the search instruction and a text (such as a text of a search item, a task, a person, and the like) corresponding to the placeholder in the search box.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the first piece of information in the search result display area is the search index guide bar, where the search word corresponding to the search instruction is "Tea", and the words corresponding to the placeholders in the search box are "search item, task, and person", so that the search index guide bar can display the search icon, the words "Tea-search item, task, and person" corresponding to the search word and the placeholder, and the enter key icon, "execute search" case.
In step 205, when any person in the search interface is in the selected state, in response to the obtained viewing instruction, a task list associated with any person is displayed in the search interface.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the search results corresponding to the plurality of search objects are displayed in the search interface, the detail information of each search result may also be displayed according to the operation of the user on each search result.
As a possible implementation manner, when the search result includes a search result corresponding to a person search object, information such as a head portrait, a name, a mailbox, and the like of the person may be displayed in a display area corresponding to the person, an enter key icon and a "view all tasks of the person" file are displayed on the rightmost side, and a specific display effect may refer to a display effect of the 4 th search result (Mike Tea) in fig. 6. If the display area corresponding to the person is detected to be in the selected state or the 'view all tasks of the person' filing is detected to be clicked, the personal homepage of the person can be accessed, and the task list related to the person can be displayed in the search interface.
According to the information searching method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a searching interface starting instruction, a searching character input instruction and a searching execution instruction are monitored, a searcher and a searching word corresponding to the searching instruction are determined in different modes respectively, searching objects such as people, items and tasks are searched respectively according to the searcher and the searching word to obtain a searching result corresponding to each searching object, then the searching results corresponding to a plurality of searching objects are displayed in the searching interface respectively, and when the searching word is not empty, a searching index guide bar is displayed at the top of a searching result display area of the searching interface, so that when any person in the searching interface is in a selected state, a task list related to any person is displayed in the searching interface in response to the obtained viewing instruction. Therefore, according to the type of the search instruction, the searcher and the search word corresponding to the search instruction are determined in different modes, so that the search result can be recalled when the search instruction does not include the keyword input by the user, the search efficiency is improved, the recalled search result is more in line with the intention of the user, the search accuracy and pertinence are further improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In a possible implementation form of the present disclosure, for different types of search instructions, different display manners may be adopted to display search results corresponding to each type of search instruction, so as to improve the diversity and flexibility of search result display, so that the display manner of the search results meets the actual use requirements of the user, and further improve the search efficiency.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating still another information search method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is used in an electronic device, as shown in fig. 7, and includes the following steps.
In step 301, a search instruction is monitored, and a searcher and a search term corresponding to the search instruction are determined.
In step 302, a plurality of search objects are searched respectively by using the search person and the search word as keywords to obtain a search result corresponding to each search object, where the search objects include persons, items, tasks, and keywords.
The detailed implementation process and principle of the steps 301-302 can refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In step 303, when the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, the search results corresponding to each search object are sequentially displayed in the search interface according to the sequence of the keywords, the persons, the items and the tasks.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, after the search results corresponding to the search objects such as the keywords, the persons, the items, and the tasks are recalled according to the searchers and the search words corresponding to the search instruction, the search result corresponding to the keywords may be displayed at the top of the search result display area, the search result corresponding to the person search object may be displayed after the keywords, the search result corresponding to the item search object may be displayed after the person search object, and the search result corresponding to the task search object may be displayed after the item search object. Because the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction and the search word is null, the corresponding search result can also be used as a recommendation result.
As shown in fig. 8, a "recommended results" title may be displayed above the search results presentation area. Because the search results comprise search results corresponding to two keywords, the search results corresponding to the keywords can be displayed on the 1 st item to the 2 nd item in the search result display area of the search interface, and are arranged according to the time reverse order of the search execution corresponding to the keywords; for the display area corresponding to each keyword, information such as a search icon and the keyword can be contained, the enter key icon and the 'search execution' file are displayed on the rightmost side, and the search can be executed after the entry corresponding to the keyword or the 'search execution' file is clicked; it should be noted that, if the search result does not include the search result corresponding to the keyword, the search result corresponding to the keyword may not be displayed, and the search results corresponding to the person, the item, and the task may be sequentially moved upward.
Correspondingly, as the search results comprise search results corresponding to two personnel search objects, the search results corresponding to the personnel search objects can be displayed on the 3 rd to 4 th items of the search result display area of the search interface; for the display area corresponding to each person, the head portrait, the name and the mailbox of the person can be displayed, the right side displays an enter key icon and a 'view all tasks' file, and after clicking the entry corresponding to the person or the 'view all tasks' file, the person can enter the personal homepage of the person and display the task list of the person; it should be noted that, if the search result does not include the search result corresponding to the person search object, the search result corresponding to the person search object may not be displayed, and the search results corresponding to the items and the tasks may be sequentially moved upwards.
Correspondingly, because the search results comprise search results corresponding to the two item search objects, the search results corresponding to the item search objects can be displayed in the 5 th item to the 6 th item of the search result display area of the search interface; for the display area corresponding to each project, information such as an icon, a project name, a serial number and the like of the project can be displayed, the right side displays an enter key icon and a 'enter project' file, and after an item corresponding to the project or the 'enter project' file is clicked, a project homepage can be accessed; it should be noted that, if the search result does not include the search result corresponding to the item search object, the search result corresponding to the item search object may not be displayed, and the search results corresponding to the tasks may be sequentially moved upward.
Correspondingly, as the search results comprise search results corresponding to the four task search objects, the search results corresponding to the task search objects can be displayed in the 7 th item to the 10 th item of the search result display area of the search interface; for the display area corresponding to each task, the information such as the icon and the task name of the task can be displayed, the enter key icon and the 'view task' file are displayed on the rightmost side, and after the entry corresponding to the task or the 'view task' file is clicked, a task detail page can be entered; it should be noted that, if the search result does not include the search result corresponding to the item search object, the search result corresponding to the item search object may not be displayed.
It should be noted that 3 types of shortcut key prompts of up-and-down arrow movement options, enter key selection results and ESC key leave search can be displayed below the search result, so that the user can use the up-and-down arrow movement options and the enter key selection results to perform quick operation in the search result list; the search box can be closed by clicking a closing button; and an advanced search page may be opened by clicking on the advanced filter icon.
In step 304, when the search instruction is a search character input instruction, the search result corresponding to each search object is sequentially displayed in the search interface according to the sequence of the items, tasks, personnel and keywords.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the search instruction is a search character input instruction, after the search results corresponding to the search objects such as the keyword, the person, the item, and the task are recalled according to the searcher and the search word corresponding to the search instruction, the search result corresponding to the item search object may be displayed at the top of the search result display area, the search result corresponding to the task search object may be displayed after the item search object, the search result corresponding to the person search object may be displayed after the task search object, and the search result corresponding to the keyword may be displayed after the person search object.
As shown in fig. 6, the title of "recommended result" may no longer be displayed above the search result display area, and a search index guide bar is displayed in item 1 of the search result display area, where a search icon, a document of "search word-search task, item and person" is displayed in the search index guide bar, an enter key icon and a document of "execute search" are displayed on the rightmost side, and a search may be executed after clicking the search index guide bar or the "execute search" document, and this item may be fixedly displayed in item 1. Because the search result comprises a search result corresponding to the item search object, the search result corresponding to the item search object can be displayed on the 2 nd item in the search result display area of the search interface; for the display area corresponding to each project, information such as an icon, a project name, a serial number and the like of the project can be displayed, the right side displays an enter key icon and a 'enter project' file, and after an item corresponding to the project or the 'enter project' file is clicked, a project homepage can be accessed; it should be noted that, if the search result does not include the search result corresponding to the item search object, the search result corresponding to the item search object may not be displayed, and the search results corresponding to the task, the person, and the keyword may be sequentially moved upward.

In this disclosure, when the search instruction is a search execution instruction, after the search result corresponding to each search object is recalled according to the search person and the search word corresponding to the search instruction, each search result may be classified according to the search object corresponding to the search result, so as to generate a search result sequence corresponding to each search object, and only a search result sequence corresponding to one search object and tags of the remaining search objects are displayed in the search result display area, so that the user may switch the search result sequence displayed in the search result display area by clicking the tag of each search object.
As shown in fig. 9, since the search objects include items, tasks and persons, the tag of each search object, i.e., the name of each search object and the corresponding number of search results, i.e., "task (18) item (12) person (1)" shown in fig. 9, may be displayed at the top of the search result display area, and the search result sequence corresponding to any search object, e.g., the search result sequence corresponding to the task search object shown in fig. 9, may be displayed below the tag of the search object.
It should be noted that 3 types of shortcut key prompts of up-and-down arrow movement options, enter key selection results and ESC key leave search can be displayed below the search result, so that the user can use the up-and-down arrow movement options and the enter key selection results to perform quick operation in the search result list; the search box can be closed by clicking a closing button; and an advanced search page may be opened by clicking on the advanced filter icon.
In step 306, in response to the opening instruction obtained by any search object tag, a search result sequence corresponding to any search object is displayed in the search interface.
The opening instruction obtained by the search object tag may be a click operation, a selection operation, or the like on the search object tag.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the search result sequence displayed in the search result display area may also be switched according to a click operation of the user on the tag of each search object. Therefore, when the opening instruction acquired by any search object tag is acquired, the search result sequence corresponding to the search object can be displayed in the search result display area of the search interface.
As shown in fig. 10, when an opening instruction for a tag of an item search object is acquired, a search result sequence displayed in a search result display area in a search interface may be updated to a search result sequence corresponding to the item search object.
According to the information searching method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the searching person and the searching word corresponding to the searching instruction are determined according to the monitored searching instruction, searching objects such as people, items and tasks are respectively searched according to the searching person and the searching word so as to obtain the searching result corresponding to each searching object, and further, different display styles are respectively adopted according to the type of the searching instruction so as to display the searching results corresponding to a plurality of searching objects in the searching interface. Therefore, the search results corresponding to the search instructions of various types are displayed in different display modes, so that the diversity and flexibility of the display of the search results are improved, the display form of the search results meets the actual use requirements of users, the search efficiency and the interchangeability of a search interface are further improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an information search apparatus according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 11, the apparatus 40 includes a determining module 41, an obtaining module 42, and a first displaying module 43.
The determining module 41 is configured to perform the steps of monitoring the search instruction, and determining a searcher and a search term corresponding to the search instruction;
the obtaining module 42 is configured to perform a step of respectively searching in a plurality of search objects by using a searcher and a search word as a keyword to obtain a search result corresponding to each search object, where the search objects include people, items and tasks;
the first presentation module 43 is configured to perform a step of presenting search results corresponding to the plurality of search objects in the search interface.
In practical use, the information searching device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be configured in any electronic equipment to execute the information searching method.
According to the information searching device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the searching person and the searching word corresponding to the searching instruction are determined according to the monitored searching instruction, and the searching objects such as people, items and tasks are respectively searched according to the searching person and the searching word, so as to obtain the searching result corresponding to each searching object, and further, the searching results corresponding to a plurality of searching objects are displayed in the searching interface. Therefore, the search is carried out according to the searcher and the search words corresponding to the search instruction, so that the search result can be recalled when the search instruction does not include the key words input by the user, the search efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In a possible implementation form of the present disclosure, the search instruction is any one of a search interface opening instruction, a search character input instruction, and a search execution instruction.
Further, in another possible implementation form of the present disclosure, if the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, the determining module 41 includes:
a first determination unit configured to perform a step of determining a user who logs in a search interface as a searcher corresponding to a search instruction;
and the second determining unit is configured to execute the step of determining that the search word corresponding to the search instruction is empty.
Further, in another possible implementation form of the present disclosure, if the search instruction is a search execution instruction, the determining module 41 includes:
a third determination unit configured to perform a step of determining a user who logs in the search interface as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction;

Fig. 12 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 200 for information searching according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 12, the electronic device 200 includes:
a memory 210 and a processor 220, a bus 230 connecting different components (including the memory 210 and the processor 220), the memory 210 storing a computer program, and the processor 220 implementing the information search method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure when executing the computer program.
Bus 230 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 200 typically includes a variety of electronic device readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 200 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 210 may also include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)240 and/or cache memory 250. The electronic device 200 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 260 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 12, commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 12, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 230 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 210 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the disclosure.
A program/utility 280 having a set (at least one) of program modules 270, including but not limited to an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment, may be stored in, for example, the memory 210. The program modules 270 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described in this disclosure.
Electronic device 200 may also communicate with one or more external devices 290 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 291, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with electronic device 200, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable electronic device 200 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 292. Also, the electronic device 200 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via the network adapter 293. As shown, the network adapter 293 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 200 via the bus 230. It should be appreciated that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 200, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processor 220 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the memory 210.

The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can execute the information search method as described above, and determine the searcher and the search term corresponding to the search instruction according to the monitored search instruction, and respectively search the search objects such as people, items, tasks and the like according to the searcher and the search term to obtain the search result corresponding to each search object, so as to display the search results corresponding to a plurality of search objects in the search interface. Therefore, the search is carried out according to the searcher and the search words corresponding to the search instruction, so that the search result can be recalled when the search instruction does not include the key words input by the user, the search efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present disclosure also provides a storage medium.
Wherein the instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of the electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the information search method as previously described.
To implement the above embodiments, the present disclosure also provides a computer program product, which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enables the electronic device to perform the information search method as described above.

Claims (10)

1. An information search method, comprising:
monitoring a search instruction, and determining a searcher and a search word corresponding to the search instruction;
respectively searching in a plurality of search objects by taking the searcher and the search words as key words to obtain a search result corresponding to each search object, wherein the search objects comprise personnel, projects and tasks;
and displaying the search results corresponding to the plurality of search objects in a search interface.
2. The information search method according to claim 1, wherein the search instruction is any one of a search interface opening instruction, a search character input instruction, and a search execution instruction.
3. The information search method according to claim 2, wherein if the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, the determining of the searcher and the search term corresponding to the search instruction includes:
determining the user who logs in the search interface as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction;
and determining that the search word corresponding to the search instruction is empty.
4. The information searching method according to claim 2, wherein if the search instruction is a search execution instruction, the determining of the searcher and the search term corresponding to the search instruction comprises:
determining the user who logs in the search interface as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction;
and determining the search word in the search box as the search word corresponding to the search instruction.
5. The information search method according to claim 2, wherein if the search instruction is a search character input instruction, the determining a searcher and a search term corresponding to the search instruction includes:
determining the user who logs in the search interface as a searcher corresponding to the search instruction;
and taking the first character input by the search character input instruction as a search word corresponding to the search instruction, or taking the first character input by the search character input instruction and a second character existing in the search box of the search interface as the search word corresponding to the search instruction.
6. The information search method according to claim 2, wherein when the search command is a search interface opening command or a search character input command, the search object further includes a keyword historically input by the searcher.
7. The information search method according to claim 6, wherein if the search instruction is a search interface opening instruction, the displaying of the search results respectively corresponding to the plurality of search objects in the search interface includes:
and sequentially displaying the search result corresponding to each search object in the search interface according to the sequence of the keywords, the personnel, the projects and the tasks.
8. An information search apparatus, comprising:
the determining module is configured to monitor a search instruction and determine a searcher and a search word corresponding to the search instruction;
the acquisition module is configured to execute the step of respectively searching in a plurality of search objects by taking the searcher and the search words as key words to acquire a search result corresponding to each search object, wherein the search objects comprise personnel, items and tasks;
and the first display module is configured to execute the step of displaying the search results corresponding to the plurality of search objects in the search interface.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information search method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium in which instructions, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the information search method of any one of claims 1-7.
