Therefore, the common efficiency of questionnaires can be improved, the consumption of manpower and material resources is saved, the problem that a user needs to input the same questionnaire questions repeatedly when inputting the same questionnaire questions in different questionnaires can be avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Application scene overview
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a system architecture of an exemplary application scenario to which a questionnaire creation method and apparatus of the present disclosure may be applied.

The questionnaire creating method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is generally executed by the server 105, and accordingly, a questionnaire creating apparatus is generally provided in the server 105. Exemplary method
A questionnaire creation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1. The similarity data may be data obtained by performing similarity calculation (for example, cosine similarity calculation method) on text content in a questionnaire topic and keyword information, and the higher the similarity data is, the more matched the questionnaire topic is with the keyword information input by the target object, for example, the similarity data of the questionnaire topic a and the keyword information is 0.8, and the similarity data of the questionnaire topic B and the keyword information is 0.7, the questionnaire topic a and the keyword information may be considered to be more matched, which is only an exemplary illustration here, and no special limitation should be imposed on this exemplary embodiment. The sequence list may be a list obtained by sorting a plurality of retrieved questionnaire topics according to the similarity data or some other data, and the sequence list may be an ascending sequence list or a descending sequence list in which the questionnaire topics are sorted according to the similarity data, or may be an ascending sequence list or a descending sequence list in which the questionnaire topics are sorted according to the recovery data, or may be a comprehensive sequence list in which the questionnaire topics are sorted according to the comprehensive data, which is not particularly limited in this example. Preferably, the sequence lists corresponding to different data can be constructed into different sorting controls so as to sort a plurality of questionnaire topics through the selection of the target object to the different sorting controls.
The plurality of questionnaire questions are sequenced through the similarity data, the recovery quantity data or the comprehensive data to generate a sequence list, so that the target object can search the target questionnaire questions meeting the requirements in the plurality of questionnaire questions, the searched target questionnaire questions are more accurate, the searching efficiency is higher, a user can accurately analyze the plurality of questionnaire questions through the similarity data, the recovery quantity data or the comprehensive data, the operation is simple, convenient and fast, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, the recovery data of a plurality of questionnaire questions in corresponding historical questionnaires are obtained; and displaying the recovery data and the corresponding questionnaire questions in parallel on a graphical user interface.
The data of the amount of recovery may be the number of questionnaires that have been put in, and that are actually filled in and collected for statistics. The method comprises the steps of obtaining corresponding contents of a plurality of questionnaire questions, obtaining recovery quantity data of historical questionnaires corresponding to the questionnaire questions, associating the recovery quantity data with the corresponding questionnaire questions, and displaying the questionnaire questions and the corresponding recovery quantity data in parallel on a graphical user interface (namely displaying the corresponding recovery quantity data in a region displaying the corresponding contents of the questionnaire questions at the same time).
By displaying the recovery data and the questionnaire questions in parallel, the quality of the current questionnaire questions can be evaluated by the target object according to the recovery data, the quality of the questionnaire is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
FIG. 4 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of ranking a plurality of questionnaire topics, according to some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, in a search result display page 401, a similarity sorting control 402, a recovery amount sorting control 403, and a comprehensive sorting control 404 are provided. When a user triggers the similarity sorting control 402, the plurality of questionnaire questions are sorted through the similarity data, the plurality of questionnaire questions can be sorted in an ascending order through the similarity data when the similarity sorting control 402 is triggered for the first time, the plurality of questionnaire questions are sorted in a descending order through the similarity data when the similarity sorting control 402 is triggered for the second time, the plurality of questionnaire questions are sorted in an ascending order when the similarity sorting control 402 is triggered again, and the like. Similarly, when the recovery amount sorting control 403 or the comprehensive sorting control 404 is triggered, the questionnaire questions are sorted according to the recovery amount data or the comprehensive data. Further, the recovery amount data 405 of the "history questionnaire topic one" in fig. 4 is determined (that is, the recovery amount data may be "recovery amount: 1300"), and the "history questionnaire topic one" and the recovery amount data 405 are associated and displayed in parallel in the search result display page 401, so that the target object evaluates whether to add the "history questionnaire topic one" to the questionnaire to be created according to the recovery amount data 405.
Further, in response to the screening operation of the target object, acquiring attribute information corresponding to a plurality of questionnaire questions; and providing a screening button corresponding to the attribute information on the graphical user interface so that the target object screens the questionnaire questions through the screening button.
The filtering operation may be an operation of starting to filter the search result after the target object activates the search result display page through the target input box, for example, the filtering operation may be an operation of activating a filtering control by the target object (for example, the operation may include, but is not limited to, a single-click operation and a long-press operation), or may be a voice instruction operation of activating the filtering of the search result, which is not limited to this example embodiment. The attribute information may refer to attributes corresponding to a plurality of questionnaire subjects, for example, the attribute information may be a subject type of the questionnaire subject (e.g., a single-choice question, a multiple-choice question, a blank filling question, a chart question, etc.), a type of a questionnaire corresponding to the questionnaire subject (e.g., a general questionnaire, a hand-trip type questionnaire, an examination questionnaire, a voting questionnaire, etc.), and of course, a questionnaire creation time, a questionnaire creator, or a questionnaire state may also be used, which is not particularly limited in this example. The filtering button may be a button control provided on the search result display page and corresponding to the attribute information of the questionnaire question, and the specific type is the same as the attribute information, which is not described herein again.
By providing the screening button corresponding to the attribute information of the questionnaire questions, the target object can be assisted to rapidly screen a plurality of searched questionnaire questions (namely, search results), the efficiency of the target object in searching the target questionnaire questions is further improved, the editing efficiency of the questionnaire is improved, and the quality of the questionnaire is improved.
In an example embodiment, a selection control corresponding to the questionnaire topic is provided; the display state of the selection control is a state to be quoted; responding to the selection operation of the selection control, adding the target questionnaire topic corresponding to the selection control into the questionnaire, and switching the display state of the selection control to a referred state.
The selection control may be a control corresponding to a plurality of questionnaire questions in the search result page, each questionnaire question corresponds to a selection control, and the target object can quickly add the questionnaire question corresponding to the selection control to the questionnaire currently being edited through the selection control. The to-be-quoted state may be a state that a questionnaire topic corresponding to the identification selection control is not quoted to the questionnaire currently being edited, and correspondingly, the quoted state may be a state that a questionnaire topic corresponding to the identification selection control is quoted to the questionnaire currently being edited, for example, the to-be-quoted state may be a state that a "quote topic" or a "to-be-quoted" typeface is displayed on the selection control, the corresponding quoted state may be a state that a "quote topic" or a "quoted" typeface is displayed on the selection control, of course, the to-be-quoted state may also be a selection control identified by red, the corresponding quoted state may be a selection control identified by green, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment.
By adding the selection control to the questionnaire questions and identifying the two states of the selection control, the memory burden of the user can be reduced, the cited and unrecited questionnaire questions can be rapidly distinguished, the questionnaire creating efficiency is further improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a diagram of corresponding filter buttons and selection controls in a questionnaire creation process, according to some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 5, in a search result display page 401, corresponding filter buttons 501, such as a single-choice question button, a multiple-choice question button, a blank filling button, etc., are created according to attribute information of a plurality of questionnaire questions, and when a user selects the single-choice question button, only questionnaire questions with the question type being a single-choice question are displayed on the questionnaire question display page, and other buttons have the same function, which is not described herein. Further, a selection control 502 and a selection control 503 are arranged behind each questionnaire topic, and before the questionnaire topic is operated, the selection control 503 is displayed in a state to be referred (i.e. displaying a character identifier of "referring topic"), and after the questionnaire topic is added to the questionnaire through the selection control, the selection control 502 is displayed in a state to be referred (i.e. displaying a character identifier of "referred" character).
Preferably, when it is detected that the number corresponding to the multiple questionnaire questions in the sequential list exceeds a preset display number of a single display page, a page turning control is provided so that the target object selects the multiple questionnaire questions according to the page turning control.
The preset display number may refer to the number of questionnaire questions displayed on the search result display interface, which is set by a developer or a system according to the size of the search result display interface, for example, the preset display number may be 2, and certainly, may also be 3, and the specific numerical value needs to be determined according to the size range of the search result display interface, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment. The page turning control may be a control provided when the number of the multiple questionnaire questions exceeds a preset display number (that is, a single display page is not enough to display all questionnaire questions), and the multiple questionnaire questions can be quickly browsed by the page turning control so that the target object selects the multiple questionnaire questions.
When the number of questionnaire questions to be displayed on the retrieval result display page is large, the target object can quickly browse or operate the plurality of questionnaire questions by providing the page turning control, so that the questionnaire question selection efficiency is improved, the questionnaire creation efficiency is further improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
FIG. 6 schematically illustrates a diagram of a corresponding page turning control in a questionnaire creation process, in accordance with some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 6, in the search result display page 401, if it is detected that the number of questionnaires in the questionnaire topic display page 601 is greater than a preset display number (for example, 2), a page turning control 602 is provided, so that the user can quickly browse or position the questionnaire topics by operating a slider in the page turning control 602.
FIG. 7 schematically illustrates a flow diagram for creating a questionnaire statistical analysis control in a questionnaire creation process according to some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 7, in step S710, a questionnaire statistical analysis indicator corresponding to the questionnaire is determined.
In an example embodiment, the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator may be an indicator used for evaluating or analyzing quality of the questionnaire after the questionnaire is created, for example, the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator may be topic types (may be displayed in a form of a graph) corresponding to different questionnaire topics in the questionnaire, or may be the number of topic types corresponding to different questionnaire topics, of course, the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator may also be other indicators for evaluating or analyzing quality of the questionnaire, for example, the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator may also be an average value of recovery data of all questionnaire topics in the questionnaire, which is not particularly limited in this example embodiment.
Step S720, after the creation of the questionnaire is completed, providing a questionnaire statistical analysis control corresponding to the questionnaire.
In an example embodiment, the questionnaire statistical analysis control may be a control for calling and displaying the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator, and the target object may browse the questionnaire statistical analysis indicator of the questionnaire through the questionnaire statistical analysis control. Preferably, the questionnaire statistical analysis control is associated with the corresponding questionnaire topic and stored in the historical database, so that when another questionnaire is created, the questionnaire statistical analysis control is used for viewing the questionnaire statistical analysis index of the historical questionnaire corresponding to the questionnaire topic.

In an example embodiment, the questionnaire statistical analysis indexes corresponding to the questionnaire are associated with the questionnaire statistical analysis control, so that when the questionnaire statistical analysis control is triggered, the corresponding questionnaire statistical analysis indexes are called and displayed by the target object. Having described the method of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, next, a questionnaire creating apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 8.
In fig. 8, the questionnaire creating apparatus 800 may include: a keyword information acquisition module 810, a questionnaire topic presentation module 820, and a questionnaire creation module 830. Wherein: the keyword information obtaining module 810 is configured to obtain keyword information input by the target object in the target input box; the questionnaire topic presentation module 820 is configured to match a plurality of questionnaire topics in the historical database according to the keyword information, and present the plurality of questionnaire topics on a graphical user interface; the questionnaire creating module 830 is configured to add a target questionnaire topic to a questionnaire in response to a selection operation of the target object on the target questionnaire topic to complete creation of the questionnaire.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing solution, the questionnaire topic presenting module 820 further includes:
a similarity data determination unit for determining similarity data between the plurality of questionnaire questions and the keyword information;
the order presentation unit is used for presenting the plurality of questionnaire questions on the graphical user interface in an order list form according to the similarity data; wherein the sequence list comprises one of an ascending sequence list, a descending sequence list, a recovery amount sequence list or a comprehensive sequence list.

Having described the apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described next.
In some embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented as a medium having stored thereon program code for implementing, when executed by a processor of a device, the steps in a questionnaire creation method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary method" section of the present specification.
For example, when the processor of the apparatus executes the program code, step S210 as described in fig. 2 may be implemented to obtain keyword information input by the target object in the target input box; step S220, matching a plurality of questionnaire questions in a historical database according to the keyword information, and displaying the plurality of questionnaire questions on the graphical user interface; step S230, in response to the selection operation of the target object on the target questionnaire topic, adding the target questionnaire topic to the questionnaire to complete the creation of the questionnaire.
Referring to fig. 9, a program product 900 for implementing the above-described questionnaire creation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which can employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program codes, and can be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited thereto.

Having described the questionnaire creation method, questionnaire creation apparatus, and storage medium of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, next, an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
In some possible embodiments, an electronic device according to the invention may comprise at least one processing unit, and at least one memory unit. Wherein the storage unit stores program code that, when executed by the processing unit, causes the processing unit to perform the steps in the questionnaire creation method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary method" section of this specification. For example, the processing unit may execute step S210 shown in fig. 2, acquiring keyword information input by the target object in the target input box; step S220, matching a plurality of questionnaire questions in a historical database according to the keyword information, and displaying the plurality of questionnaire questions on the graphical user interface; step S230, in response to the selection operation of the target object on the target questionnaire topic, adding the target questionnaire topic to the questionnaire to complete the creation of the questionnaire.
An electronic device 1000 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 10. The electronic device 1000 shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the electronic device 1000 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 1000 may include, but are not limited to: the system comprises at least one processing unit 1001, at least one storage unit 1002, a bus 1003 connecting different system components (comprising the storage unit 1002 and the processing unit 1001), and a display unit 1007.

The electronic device 1000 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1004 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 1000, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 1000 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Claims (10)

1. A questionnaire creating method, applied to a terminal device with a graphical user interface, comprising:
acquiring keyword information input by a target object in a target input box;
matching a plurality of questionnaire questions in a historical database according to the keyword information, and displaying the plurality of questionnaire questions on the graphical user interface;
and responding to the selection operation of the target object on a target questionnaire topic, and adding the target questionnaire topic into a questionnaire to complete the creation of the questionnaire.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein presenting the plurality of questionnaire topics on the graphical user interface comprises:
determining similarity data of a plurality of questionnaire questions and the keyword information;
presenting the plurality of questionnaire questions on the graphical user interface in a sequential list mode according to the similarity data;
wherein the sequence list comprises one of an ascending sequence list, a descending sequence list, a recovery amount sequence list or a comprehensive sequence list.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the presenting the plurality of questionnaire topics on the graphical user interface further comprises:
acquiring recovery quantity data of a plurality of questionnaire questions in corresponding historical questionnaires respectively;
and displaying the recovery data and the corresponding questionnaire questions in parallel on the graphical user interface.
4. The questionnaire creation method of claim 1, wherein before adding the target questionnaire topic to a questionnaire in response to the target object's selection operation of the target questionnaire topic to complete creation of the questionnaire, the method further comprises:
responding to the screening operation of the target object, and acquiring attribute information corresponding to a plurality of questionnaire questions;
and providing a screening button corresponding to the attribute information on the graphical user interface so that the target object screens the questionnaire questions through the screening button.
5. The questionnaire creation method of claim 1, wherein before acquiring the keyword information that the target object enters in the target input box, the method further comprises:
responding to the starting operation of the target object on the target input box, and switching the shortcut state corresponding to the target input box into an input state; or
And responding to the closing operation of the target object on the target input box, and switching the input state corresponding to the target input box into a shortcut state.
6. The questionnaire creation method of claim 1, wherein before adding the target questionnaire topic to a questionnaire in response to the target object's selection operation of the target questionnaire topic to complete creation of the questionnaire, the method further comprises:
providing a selection control corresponding to the questionnaire questions; the display state of the selection control is a state to be quoted;
responding to the selection operation of the selection control, adding the target questionnaire topic corresponding to the selection control into the questionnaire, and switching the display state of the selection control to a referred state.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the plurality of questionnaire topics are presented in a sequential list on the graphical user interface according to the similarity data, and further comprising:
and when detecting that the number corresponding to the plurality of questionnaire questions in the sequence list exceeds the preset display number of a single display page, providing a page turning control so that the target object selects the plurality of questionnaire questions according to the page turning control.
8. A questionnaire creation apparatus characterized by comprising:
the keyword information acquisition module is used for acquiring the keyword information input by the target object in the target input box;
the questionnaire question presentation module is used for matching a plurality of questionnaire questions in a historical database according to the keyword information and presenting the questionnaire questions on a graphical user interface;
and the questionnaire creating module is used for responding to the selection operation of the target object on the target questionnaire topic, and adding the target questionnaire topic into the questionnaire to complete the creation of the questionnaire.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory having stored thereon computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, implement the questionnaire creation method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the questionnaire creating method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
