In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present disclosure, the steps of the questionnaire processing method in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and the embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a questionnaire processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and an execution subject of the method provided in the embodiment of fig. 2 may be any electronic device, for example, the client 103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2, the questionnaire processing method may include the following steps S210 to S230.
Step S210, a questionnaire selection page is displayed. Wherein the questionnaire selection page includes a batch evaluation control and at least one questionnaire control.
The questionnaire selection page may be used to display questionnaire information that a user (i.e., a user who needs to evaluate an object to be evaluated) needs to evaluate, and the user may select a questionnaire that the user wants to evaluate based on the displayed questionnaire information. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a questionnaire selection page in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 3, there are 17 questionnaires that the user needs to evaluate, and currently displayed are questionnaire information corresponding to the evaluated objects a1 through a 10. The questionnaire information may include: the evaluation target, the relation information corresponding to the evaluation target, the state information of the questionnaire corresponding to the evaluation target and the operational information. The relationship information corresponding to the evaluated object may be a relationship between the evaluated object and the user. For example, the evaluation scenario is an end-of-year evaluation of a certain company, the evaluated object is an employee of the company, and the relationship between the evaluated object and the user may be a superior leader, an inferior employee, a level colleague, and the like. For another example, if the evaluation scenario is the evaluation of a certain project, the evaluated object may be multiple links included in the project, and the relationship between the evaluated object and the user may be a developer of the link, a tester of the link, and the like. The state information of the questionnaire corresponding to the evaluated object can be understood as the evaluation state of the questionnaire, such as to be evaluated and completed. The operable information may be information that a user can operate. If the status information of a questionnaire is to be evaluated, the operational information of the questionnaire may include modification and abandonment of the evaluation. Also, if the status information of a certain questionnaire is completed, the operational information of the questionnaire may be view.
The questionnaire selection page shown in fig. 3 may include: questionnaire controls 301 through 310, batch evaluation control 311. Wherein questionnaire controls 301 through 310 can be used to select questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects a1 through a 10. Batch evaluation control 311 may be used to merge the selected questionnaires to generate a new merged questionnaire. Thus, the user can operate the combined questionnaire, so that the user can process a plurality of selected questionnaires in batch operation. In addition, the questionnaire selection page shown in fig. 3 may further include: search input box 312, relationship filter control 313, status filter control 314. Search input box 312 may be used to enter the name or mailbox of the object being evaluated. Relationship filtering control 313 may be used to display questionnaire information for a specified relationship. For example, in an end-of-year evaluation scenario of a company, if a user wants to screen out a questionnaire of a superior leader, the superior leader can be selected in the relationship screening control 313. The status filter control 314 may be used to filter out questionnaire information for a given status. For example, if the user wants to filter out a questionnaire that is completed in the status, the user can select completed in the status filter control 314. Of course, the questionnaire selection page shown in fig. 3 is only a schematic diagram, and the questionnaire selection page may further include other controls, and the disclosure is not limited to only including the above controls.
Step S220, in response to a selection instruction for at least one questionnaire control, determining at least one selected questionnaire. Wherein the questionnaire types of at least one of the selected questionnaires are the same.
When a user wants to evaluate a certain evaluated object, a questionnaire control corresponding to the evaluated object can be selected on the questionnaire selection page. In this disclosure, a user may operate and process one questionnaire at a time, which is illustrated in fig. 3 as an example, when the user wants to evaluate an evaluated object a1, the user may select a questionnaire control 301 corresponding to a1, determine that the questionnaire corresponding to an evaluated object a1 is a selected questionnaire, and then directly display the selected questionnaire, and then operate the selected questionnaire.
In addition, in the present disclosure, the user can handle a plurality of questionnaires of the same questionnaire type in one operation. Taking fig. 3 as an example for illustration, if the types of questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4 are the same, the user may select questionnaire controls 301, 302, and 304, determine the questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4 as the selected questionnaire, subsequently merge the questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4, and then the user may operate the merged questionnaire.
For questionnaires of the same questionnaire type, the questionnaire structures are the same or similar. Specifically, if the questionnaire structures of the two questionnaires are the same, it is indicated that the evaluation items contained in the two questionnaires are the same. That is, the content information to be evaluated by the two questionnaires is the same, but the objects to be evaluated are different for the two questionnaires. If the questionnaires of the two questionnaires are similar in structure, the two questionnaires are indicated to contain the same evaluation items with the number reaching a preset number, wherein the preset number can be set according to actual conditions. For example, each of questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 2 contains 50 evaluation items, and questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 2 contain 40 identical evaluation items, then the questionnaire structures of questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 2 can be considered to be similar, that is, the questionnaire types of questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 2 are the same.
The questionnaire types may be divided according to information of the evaluated object. For example, the evaluation scenario is an end-of-year evaluation of a certain company, the evaluated object is an employee of the company, and the information of the evaluated object may be a level of the employee. Specifically, the employee levels may be divided into K1 to K8, and for each employee level, a questionnaire corresponding to the employee level is prepared. Accordingly, the questionnaire type can be 1 to 8, and if a certain employee level is K1, the corresponding questionnaire type is 1. The questionnaire types can also be divided according to specific scenarios. For example, an evaluation scenario is an evaluation of a certain project, and the type of questionnaire may be divided according to each link included in the project. Specifically, the questionnaire type may be a pre-design questionnaire for the project, a development phase questionnaire for the project, a test phase questionnaire for the project, and a production phase questionnaire for the project. Of course, the questionnaire types can also be divided according to other information, and the present disclosure is not limited to the division according to the information of the evaluated object and the specific scene.
In some optional embodiments, in response to a selection instruction for the at least one questionnaire control, determining the at least one selected questionnaire may include: responding to a selection instruction aiming at the target questionnaire control, and displaying the selected state of the target questionnaire control and the waiting selection state of the to-be-selected questionnaire control; and responding to a selection instruction aiming at the target questionnaire control and the questionnaire control to be selected, and determining at least one selected questionnaire.
The target questionnaire control is a control selected by the user, the evaluated object corresponding to the questionnaire control is an object which the user wants to evaluate, or the selected questionnaire corresponding to the questionnaire control is a questionnaire which the user wants to operate. When the user selects the target questionnaire control, the to-be-selected questionnaire control can be displayed in a state of waiting for selection, wherein the questionnaire type corresponding to the to-be-selected questionnaire control is the same as the questionnaire type corresponding to the target questionnaire control. That is, when the user selects the target questionnaire control, the user can also select a questionnaire control having the same questionnaire type as the target questionnaire control.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a questionnaire selection page according to yet another exemplary embodiment. The questionnaire types corresponding to the evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4 were the same. As shown in FIG. 4, when the user selects target questionnaire control 301 corresponding to evaluated object A1, questionnaire control 302 corresponding to evaluated object A2 and questionnaire control 304 corresponding to evaluated object A4 are in a waiting-to-select state, i.e., 302 and 304 are to-be-selected questionnaire controls. Next, if the user selects the to-be-selected questionnaires controls 302 and 304, the questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects A1, A2, and A4 are determined to be the selected questionnaire. If the user selects the to-be-selected questionnaire control 302, then the questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects A1 and A2 are determined to be the selected questionnaire. If the user does not select the candidate questionnaire controls 302 and 304, the questionnaire corresponding to the evaluated object a1 is determined to be the selected questionnaire, and at this time, the number of the selected questionnaire is one.
In addition, the state information of the evaluated object corresponding to the target questionnaire control is to be evaluated, and the state information of the evaluated object corresponding to the questionnaire control to be selected is to be evaluated. That is, if the user does not evaluate the evaluated object corresponding to the target questionnaire control, the user can select the target questionnaire control. Taking fig. 4 as an example, the state information of the evaluated objects A8-a 10 is completed, and the questionnaires corresponding to A8-a 10 are answered, so that the questionnaire controls 308-310 are in the non-selectable state. In fig. 4, the questionnaire controls 303, 305 to 307 are in the non-selectable state, and the state information of the evaluated objects A3, a5 to a7 is to be evaluated, which indicates that the questionnaire types corresponding to the evaluated objects A3, a5 to a7 are different from the questionnaire type corresponding to the evaluated object a 1. Therefore, when the user selects target questionnaire control 301, questionnaire controls 303, 305 to 307 are in a non-selectable state.
In the disclosure, after the user selects the target questionnaire control corresponding to the evaluated object, the questionnaire control with the same questionnaire type as the target questionnaire control can be displayed in a candidate state, so that the user can select other evaluated objects with the same questionnaire type as the evaluated object, thereby determining at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, and subsequently combining the at least one selected questionnaire, which is convenient for user operation, improves user operation efficiency, and further improves questionnaire evaluation efficiency.
In some optional embodiments, the questionnaire selection page may further include: the input box is searched. The questionnaire processing method may further include: and in response to the operation instruction aiming at the search input box, determining the input evaluated object so as to determine a target questionnaire control according to the input evaluated object.
The user may select the target questionnaire control directly, or may determine the target questionnaire control through search input box 312. When the user wants to evaluate evaluated object a1, information of a1, such as name, mailbox, etc., may be entered in search input box 312, and thus questionnaire control 301 corresponding to evaluated object a1 is selected, resulting in the questionnaire selection page shown in fig. 4.

Specifically, after the user performs an evaluation operation on the target questionnaire, it is indicated that the user has completed the evaluation of at least one selected questionnaire corresponding to the target questionnaire, and the state information of the evaluated object corresponding to the at least one selected questionnaire is displayed as completed. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a questionnaire selection page according to yet another exemplary embodiment. After the user performs an evaluation operation on the target questionnaire shown in fig. 6, the questionnaire selection page shown in fig. 7 can be obtained. In FIG. 7, the state information for evaluated objects A1, A2, and A4 are complete, and questionnaire controls 301, 302, and 304 are in an unselected state. Also, the questionnaire controls 303, 304, and 307 are in a waiting-to-select state, and then questionnaires of the same questionnaire type in questionnaires corresponding to the evaluated objects A3, a5, and a7 can be merged. For example, if the types of questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects A3, a5 through a7 are the same, the user can select questionnaire controls 303, 305 through 307, and then combine the questionnaires corresponding to evaluated objects A3, a5 through a 7. As another example, the questionnaire types corresponding to evaluated objects A3 and A5 are the same, and when the user selects questionnaire control 303, questionnaire control 305 is in the candidate state, and questionnaire controls 306 and 307 are in the non-selectable state.
According to the questionnaire processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type can be selected through the questionnaire control of the questionnaire selection page, the batch evaluation control of the questionnaire selection page is triggered, the merged target questionnaire can be displayed, and then the user can operate the target questionnaire, so that the user can operate the at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, the number of times of executing evaluation operation by the user is reduced, the user operation efficiency is improved, the questionnaire evaluation efficiency is improved, and the time cost can be reduced.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a questionnaire processing method according to still another exemplary embodiment, and an execution subject of the method provided in the embodiment of fig. 8 may be any electronic device, such as the server 101 in the embodiment of fig. 1, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 8, the questionnaire processing method may include the following steps S810 to S820.
Step S810, at least one selected questionnaire is obtained. Wherein the questionnaire types of at least one of the selected questionnaires are the same.
The selected questionnaire is the questionnaire that needs to be merged. It has been explained above that the questionnaire structures are the same or similar for questionnaires of the same questionnaire type. Specifically, if the questionnaire structures of the two questionnaires are the same, it is indicated that the evaluation items included in the two questionnaires are the same.
In some optional embodiments, the questionnaire processing method may further include: acquiring a plurality of questionnaires to be evaluated; classifying the questionnaires to be evaluated according to the questionnaire types of the questionnaires to be evaluated in the plurality of questionnaires to be evaluated so as to obtain at least one selected questionnaire of the same questionnaire type from the plurality of questionnaires to be evaluated.
The questionnaire to be evaluated refers to a questionnaire which needs to be evaluated by the user, and the questionnaire to be evaluated can be acquired according to the configured questionnaire type. For example, the evaluation scenario is an end-of-year evaluation of a certain company, the evaluated object is an employee of the company, the employee level can be divided into K1 to K8, and the user at each level can evaluate the same department colleague at the previous level, the next level and the same level. If a user is rated at K3 and can evaluate colleagues in the same department from level K2 to level K4, the questionnaire to be evaluated is the questionnaire corresponding to the colleagues in the level K2 to level K4 in the department where the user is located. And obtaining the questionnaire to be evaluated according to the behavior data of the user. Of course, the questionnaire to be evaluated may also be acquired according to other information, and the present disclosure is not limited to acquiring the questionnaire to be evaluated according to the configured questionnaire type.
After a plurality of questionnaires to be evaluated are obtained, the questionnaire types of the questionnaires to be evaluated can be obtained, and then the questionnaires to be evaluated are classified according to the questionnaire types so as to divide the questionnaires of the same questionnaire type together. The method has the advantages that after the user selects one selected questionnaire from the questionnaires to be evaluated, other questionnaires with the same type as the questionnaire of the selected questionnaire can be quickly obtained and displayed to the user, so that the user can conveniently and continuously select from the other questionnaires. Taking fig. 4 as an example for illustration, the questionnaire types corresponding to the evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4 are the same, i.e., the questionnaires corresponding to the evaluated objects a1, a2, and a4 are divided together. After the user selects target questionnaire control 301 corresponding to evaluated object a1, questionnaire controls 302 and 304 can be displayed in a waiting-for-selection state.
Step S820, merging at least one selected questionnaire according to the target evaluation item contained in at least one selected questionnaire to generate a target questionnaire. Wherein the target questionnaire comprises: the at least one selected questionnaire comprises target evaluation items and evaluated objects of each selected questionnaire in the at least one selected questionnaire. It is to be noted that if the number of the selected questionnaires is one, the target questionnaire is the selected questionnaire.
It has been explained above that the questionnaire types of at least one selected questionnaire are the same, and that the questionnaire structures are the same or similar for questionnaires of the same questionnaire type. That is, the questionnaire structures of at least one selected questionnaire are the same or similar, that is, it is possible that the target evaluation items contained in at least one selected questionnaire are the same, and it is also possible that the number of the same target evaluation items contained in at least one selected questionnaire reaches a preset number. Therefore, in the process of merging the selected questionnaires, merging can be performed according to the target evaluation items contained in the selected questionnaires.
In some optional embodiments, merging at least one selected questionnaire according to the target evaluation items contained in the at least one selected questionnaire to generate a target questionnaire may include: segmenting each selected questionnaire in the at least one selected questionnaire by taking the evaluation item as a node to obtain a target evaluation item contained in the at least one selected questionnaire and at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item; and combining at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item by taking the target evaluation item as a node to generate a target questionnaire.
Specifically, each selected questionnaire is segmented by taking the evaluation item as a node, so that a target evaluation item contained in each selected questionnaire and at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item are obtained. Taking fig. 5 as an example, the evaluated objects are a1, a2, and a4, which correspond to questionnaires M1, M2, and M4 in the selection, respectively, M1 includes target evaluation items B1 to B10, M2 includes target evaluation items B1 to B10, and M3 includes target evaluation items B1 to B10. Since the target evaluation items contained in the selected questionnaires M1, M2, and M4 are the same, the target evaluation items B1 to B10 are obtained after the selected questionnaires M1, M2, and M4 are segmented with the evaluation items as nodes, and the evaluated objects corresponding to each target evaluation item are a1, a2, and a 4.
As another example, the questionnaire types corresponding to the evaluated objects A3, a5, and a6 are the same, and correspond to the selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6, respectively, M3 contains target evaluation items C1 to C5, M5 contains target evaluation items C1 to C6, and M6 contains target evaluation items C1 to C4. With the evaluation items as nodes, the selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6 are segmented, and the following results are obtained: the evaluated objects A3, a5 and a6 corresponding to the target evaluation item C1 and C1; the evaluated objects A3, a5 and a6 corresponding to the target evaluation item C2 and C2; the evaluated objects A3, a5 and a6 corresponding to the target evaluation item C3 and C3; the evaluated objects A3, a5 and a6 corresponding to the target evaluation item C4 and C4; the evaluated objects A3 and A5 corresponding to the target evaluation item C5 and C5; the target evaluation item C6 and the evaluated object A6 corresponding to the C6.
In some optional embodiments, the target evaluation item may include a first target evaluation item corresponding to the plurality of evaluated objects. It can be seen that the first target evaluation item is an evaluation item included in two or more selected questionnaires. To explain by way of example above, with regard to the selected questionnaires M1, M2, and M4, the target evaluation items B1 to B10 are first target evaluation items; for the selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6, the target evaluation items C1 to C5 are the first target evaluation items.
Furthermore, taking the target evaluation item as a node, merging at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item to generate a target questionnaire, may include: and combining a plurality of evaluated objects corresponding to the first target evaluation item by taking the first target evaluation item as a node to generate a target questionnaire corresponding to the first target evaluation item. Because the first target evaluation item corresponds to a plurality of evaluated objects, when merging, the plurality of evaluated objects can be merged to obtain the target questionnaire corresponding to the first target evaluation item. Taking fig. 6 as an example for explanation, for the selected questionnaires M1, M2, and M4, the target evaluation items B1 to B10 are first target evaluation items. When the user operates the target questionnaire, with respect to the target evaluation item B1, objects to be evaluated are a1, a2, and a4 at the same time.
In addition, in some alternative embodiments, the target evaluation item may include a second target evaluation item corresponding to an evaluated object, that is, the second target evaluation item is an evaluation item included in a selected questionnaire. To illustrate by way of example, for the selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6, the target evaluation item C6 is the second target evaluation item.
And merging at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item by taking the target evaluation item as a node to generate a target questionnaire, wherein the steps of: and generating a target questionnaire corresponding to the second target evaluation item according to the evaluated object corresponding to the first target evaluation item by taking the second target evaluation item as a node. Because the second target evaluation item is used for evaluating an evaluated object, the target questionnaire corresponding to the second target evaluation item can be directly generated without merging.
FIG. 9 is a schematic illustration of a target questionnaire shown in accordance with yet another exemplary embodiment. The target questionnaires shown in fig. 9 are generated by combining selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6, and selected questionnaires M3, M5, and M6 correspond to evaluated objects A3, a5, and a6, respectively. As can be seen from fig. 9, the target evaluation item C5 was used for evaluation of A3 and a5, and the target evaluation item C6 was used for evaluation of a 5.
In the disclosure, after each selected questionnaire is segmented by taking the evaluation item as a node, each target evaluation item and at least one evaluated object to be evaluated of the target evaluation item can be obtained. Then, taking each target evaluation item as a node, merging at least one evaluated object needing to be evaluated by the target evaluation item, and finally obtaining a target questionnaire. Therefore, after the user operates the target questionnaire, all the evaluated objects needing to be evaluated by the target evaluation item can be evaluated for each target evaluation item, so that the operation efficiency of the user can be improved, the questionnaire evaluation efficiency can be improved, and the evaluation time of the user can be reduced.
The questionnaire processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can acquire at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, merge the at least one selected questionnaire with the target evaluation item contained in each selected questionnaire as a node to obtain the target questionnaire, and further enable a user to operate the target questionnaire, so that the user can operate the at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, reduce the number of times of executing evaluation operation by the user, improve the user operation efficiency, improve the questionnaire evaluation efficiency, and reduce the time cost.

Alternatively, the user may enter the evaluated object by way of a search input box so that the client may determine the target questionnaire control.
(4) And the client displays the state of the questionnaire control to be selected as a state to be selected according to the determined target questionnaire control and the classification of the plurality of questionnaires to be evaluated sent by the server. And the questionnaire type corresponding to the questionnaire control to be selected is the same as the questionnaire type corresponding to the target questionnaire control.
(5) The user can select the to-be-selected questionnaire control, then the client can determine at least one selected questionnaire according to the selection of the user, and the at least one selected questionnaire is sent to the server.
(6) And after the server acquires the at least one selected questionnaire, segmenting each selected questionnaire by taking the evaluation item as a node to obtain a target evaluation item and at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item. Then, the server takes the target evaluation item as a node, and merges at least one evaluated object corresponding to the target evaluation item to generate a target questionnaire. Then, the server sends the target questionnaire to the intelligent terminal.
(7) The intelligent terminal displays the target questionnaire to the user, so that the user can perform evaluation operation on the target questionnaire.
(8) After the user finishes the evaluation operation on the target questionnaire, the intelligent terminal displays that the state information of the evaluated object corresponding to the at least one selected questionnaire is finished.
(9) The server can acquire the evaluation result of the user, store the evaluation result and further analyze the evaluation result.
According to the questionnaire processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the client can select at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type through the questionnaire control of the questionnaire selection page, and trigger the batch evaluation control of the questionnaire selection page, so that the merged target questionnaire can be displayed, and then the user can operate the target questionnaire. The server can obtain at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, and the target evaluation items contained in each selected questionnaire are taken as nodes to combine the at least one selected questionnaire, so that the target questionnaire can be obtained, and the user can operate the target questionnaire. Therefore, the user can operate at least one selected questionnaire with the same questionnaire type, the number of times of user execution evaluation operation is reduced, the user operation efficiency is improved, the questionnaire evaluation efficiency is improved, and the time cost can be reduced.
