For those skilled in the art, with reference to the second preset analysis rule, a user level analysis rule with any number of levels may be set, or other types of operation information and/or user personal information may be added or changed to other types of operation information and/or user personal information to perform setting of the second preset analysis rule, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the user service response system 21 further includes two application modules (not shown in the figure), which are an operation information recording module and a user level analyzing module, respectively. Wherein:
the operation information recording module is configured to record each time of operation information of each user for each function module of the user service response system 21 in the server through the client system in the portable terminal 1, or record each time of operation information of each user for each function module of the user service response system 21 in the server through the client system in the portable terminal 1;
the user level analyzing module is configured to analyze, based on a preset analysis rule, the user level of each functional module in the user service response system 21 corresponding to each user according to the recorded operation information of each user, or according to the recorded operation information of each user and the user personal information, and return the analyzed user level of each functional module to the corresponding client system in the portable terminal 1.
Fig. 3 is a hardware configuration diagram of an embodiment of the portable terminal 1 in fig. 1. In the present embodiment, the portable terminal 1 includes a communication unit 13, an input/output unit 15, a storage unit 16, a processing unit 10, and a client system 11.
The communication unit 13 is used for being in communication connection with the server 2 through the communication network 4;
the input/output unit 15 is used for providing a man-machine interaction operation interface for a user to input instructions and outputting and displaying response data of the portable terminal 1 to the user instructions. The input/output unit 15 includes an input subunit and an output subunit, wherein the input subunit may be a keyboard input unit, a touch input unit or a voice input unit. When the input subunit is a keyboard input unit, each key is mapped with characters correspondingly, namely the keyboard input unit comprises a keyboard and a key mapping storage module. The keyboard comprises a full keyboard, a compressed keyboard, a physical keyboard and a virtual keyboard. The key mapping storage module stores characters mapped correspondingly to all keys on the keyboard. For example, a full keyboard, with one character mapped to each key. The characters include numeric characters, alphabetic characters, symbolic characters, stroke characters, and the like. The compressed keyboard has a plurality of characters corresponding to one key. The user inputs an instruction through the input/output unit 15 to generate a character sequence;
the storage unit 16 is configured to store the client system 11 and the operation data of the client system 11;
the processing unit 10 is configured to invoke and execute the client system 11 to perform the following steps:
providing a system operation interface of the user service response system 21, so that a user can enter each function module in the user service response system 21, where the system operation interface includes an entry button corresponding to each function module in the user service response system 21;
after a user enters a function module in the user service response system 21 through the system operation interface, a function module shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user is displayed in the function module operation interface, or after a shortcut menu display instruction sent by the user is detected (for example, a corresponding instruction button may be preset, and the user may send the shortcut menu display instruction through the instruction button), or after a corresponding touch operation (for example, an upward or downward sliding operation) may be preset, and the shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user may be sent by executing the preset touch operation), the function module shortcut menu is displayed in the function module operation interface.
In order to realize the adaptive adjustment of the displayed shortcut menu by the user, the processing unit 10 calls and executes the client system 11, and further executes the following steps:
after the shortcut menu is displayed, detecting a shortcut menu editing instruction sent by a user (for example, a corresponding instruction button can be preset, and the user can send the shortcut menu editing instruction through the instruction button), or presetting a corresponding touch operation (for example, a preset object long-time pressing, upward or downward sliding operation), and sending the shortcut menu editing instruction through executing the preset touch operation);
and after the shortcut menu editing instruction is detected, controlling all displayed shortcut menus to enter a state to be edited so that a user can perform editing operation (including operations of deleting, adding, changing positions and the like) on each displayed shortcut menu. For example, the shortcut menu in the to-be-edited state shown in fig. 9 is taken as an example, and some shortcut menus have a "+" or "-" sign thereon. Clicking the "+" sign can increase the menu, clicking the "-" sign can delete the menu, and dragging according to a certain shortcut menu for a long time can change the position of the shortcut menu.
It should be noted that different user levels correspond to different function module shortcut menus, and mapping relationship data between the user level and the function module shortcut menus may be preset by the user, or may be adjusted by the server 2 in the background, or may be fixed by default by the system, which is not described in detail here.
Further, in the present embodiment, the user grades are classified into high-grade users (e.g., gold and silver) and low-grade users (e.g., bronze and stone); in other embodiments of the present invention, the high-level user and the low-level user may make any other suitable adjustment, for example, the high-level user only includes gold, and the low-level user includes silver, bronze and stone, which are not described herein.
Taking the bank module as an example, according to the user level analysis rule, the high viscosity of the high-level users such as gold and silver to the client system 11 and the high possibility of the recommended applications being used are presumed, so that the bank module shortcut menus corresponding to the user levels of gold and silver can be preset to include shortcut menus of all applications under the bank module (for example, the shortcut menu page example shown in fig. 7); according to the above user rating analysis rule, the low-level users of bronze, stone, etc. have low viscosity to the client system 11, the recommended applications are less likely to be used, and it is assumed that these users do not want to receive other information than necessary information, so the shortcut menu hierarchy display can be performed on the low-level users of bronze, stone, etc., for example, a bank module one-level shortcut menu corresponding to the bronze and stone user rating (i.e., the one-level shortcut menu displayed most preferentially) can be preset, and the shortcut menu includes a shortcut menu for a partial application in the bank module (e.g., the shortcut menu page example shown in fig. 7).
The step of displaying the function module shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user in the function module operation interface includes:
analyzing whether the user grade of the user is a high-grade user;
when the user level of the user is a high-level user, displaying shortcut menus of all applications under the function module in a single page;
and when the user level of the user is a low-level user, displaying the shortcut menus of all applications under the function module on a multi-level page.
In this embodiment, the multi-level page includes two levels of pages (the first level page is preferentially displayed), namely, a first level page including a part of the application shortcut menu (for example, the shortcut menu page example shown in fig. 8) under the function module and a second level page including all the application shortcut menus (for example, the shortcut menu page example shown in fig. 7) under the function module. After the first-level page is displayed, the user may issue a second-level page display instruction (for example, a corresponding instruction button (for example, the virtual button 30 shown in fig. 8) may be preset, and the user may send the second-level shortcut menu page display instruction by using the instruction button, or a corresponding touch operation (for example, a sliding operation up or down) may be preset, and the second-level shortcut menu page display instruction may be sent by performing the preset touch operation).
In this embodiment, the client system 11 includes two application modules (not shown in the figure), which are an operation interface generation module and a shortcut menu display module, respectively. Wherein:
the operation interface generating module is configured to provide a system operation interface of the user service response system 21, so that a user can enter each function module in the user service response system 21, where the system operation interface includes an entry button corresponding to each function module in the user service response system 21;
the shortcut menu display module is configured to display a shortcut menu of a function module corresponding to a user level of a user in the user service response system 21 in the function module operation interface after the user enters a function module in the user service response system through the system operation interface, or display a shortcut menu of a function module corresponding to a user level of the user in the function module operation interface after detecting a shortcut menu display instruction issued by the user (for example, a corresponding instruction button may be preset, and the shortcut menu display instruction may be sent by the user through the instruction button), or may preset a corresponding touch operation (for example, an upward or downward sliding operation), and the shortcut menu of a function module corresponding to a user level of the user may be sent by executing the preset touch operation).
In order to implement the adaptive adjustment of the displayed shortcut menu by the user, the client system 11 further includes a shortcut menu editing module, where:
the shortcut menu editing module is used for detecting a shortcut menu editing instruction sent by a user after the shortcut menu is displayed, and controlling all displayed shortcut menus to enter a state to be edited after the shortcut menu editing instruction is detected so that the user can edit and operate each displayed shortcut menu.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for implementing adaptive display control of a shortcut menu according to the present invention.
Step S10, the server 2 records each operation information of each user for each function module of the user service response system 21 in the server through the client system in the portable terminal 1, or records each user personal information of each user and each operation information of each user for each function module of the user service response system 21 in the server through the client system in the portable terminal 1, wherein the system operation interface of the client system (i.e. the client application system corresponding to the user service response system 21) includes an entry button corresponding to each function module in the user service response system 21.
Step S11, based on the recorded operation information of each user, or based on the recorded operation information of each user and the user personal information, the server 2 analyzes the user rating of each functional module in the user service response system 21 corresponding to each user based on a preset analysis rule, and returns the analyzed user rating under each functional module to the corresponding client system in the portable terminal 1.
Step S12, the portable terminal 1 provides a system operation interface of the user service response system 21, so that the user can enter each function module in the user service response system 21, and after the user enters one function module in the user service response system 21 through the system operation interface, the function module shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user is displayed in the function module operation interface, or after detecting a shortcut menu display instruction sent by the user, the function module shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user is displayed in the function module operation interface.
Further, in order to realize the self-adaptive adjustment of the displayed shortcut menu, the method further comprises the following steps:
after the shortcut menu is displayed, the portable terminal 1 detects a shortcut menu editing instruction sent by a user;
after detecting the shortcut menu editing instruction, the portable terminal 1 controls all displayed shortcut menus to enter a state to be edited, so that a user can edit and operate the displayed shortcut menus.
Further, the step of displaying the function module shortcut menu corresponding to the user level of the user in the function module operation interface includes:
analyzing whether the user grade of the user is a high-grade user;
when the user level of the user is a high-level user, displaying shortcut menus of all applications under the function module in a single page;
and when the user level of the user is a low-level user, displaying the shortcut menus of all applications under the function module on a multi-level page.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
