Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a swimming pool cleaning device which can move in a swimming pool conveniently and quickly and can deeply clean the swimming pool.
The technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: a pool cleaning apparatus comprising: the rail frame stretches across the swimming pool and has a stroke along the longitudinal direction of the swimming pool, and a sliding device is arranged on the rail frame and has a stroke along the transverse direction of the swimming pool; the lifting device comprises a fixed plate and a lifting plate capable of lifting, the lifting plate is connected with the fixed plate through a telescopic rod, and the fixed plate is connected with the steering device; the cleaning device is fixed on the lower surface of the lifting plate; negative pressure adsorption equipment, negative pressure adsorption equipment includes suction nozzle, negative pressure generator and inclosed dustbin, the suction nozzle set up in on the lifter plate, the suction nozzle is located cleaning device top, just the suction nozzle orientation of suction nozzle cleaning device, the suction nozzle with be linked together through the negative pressure pipe between the dustbin, the dustbin with link to each other through the trachea between the negative pressure generator.
The swimming pool cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the design of the lifting device, the lifting of the cleaning device can be adjusted along with the depth change of the swimming pool, so that the bottom of the swimming pool is cleaned comprehensively;
2. through the design of the track frame, the cleaning device can easily reach each corner of the swimming pool, and the all-round sweeping of the swimming pool is realized;
3. through cleaning device and negative pressure adsorption equipment, after cleaning device cleans, negative pressure adsorption equipment directly siphons away the rubbish that obtains and unnecessary ponding of cleaning for the process of cleaning need not artifical help.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning device comprises a plurality of cleaning brushes arranged in parallel, the cleaning brushes are driven to rotate in opposite directions by a cleaning brush driving device, and the suction nozzle is arranged above the cleaning brushes.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning brush is provided with bristles, and the bristles are arranged in a staggered manner.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning brush is provided with bristles, the bristles are spirally arranged from two ends of the cleaning brush to the middle, and each row of bristles is arranged in a V shape.
According to some embodiments of the invention, one end of the cleaning brush is provided with a cleaning ball which is axially placed, the cleaning ball is provided with a first cross-shaped bulge, one end of the cleaning brush is provided with a first cross-shaped groove, and the first bulge is inserted into the first cross-shaped groove and fixed through a bolt.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning brush driving device is a motor, a second protrusion in a cross shape is arranged at an end of an output shaft of the motor, a second cross groove is arranged at one end of the cleaning brush, and the second protrusion is inserted into the second cross groove and fixed by a bolt.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the sliding device is provided with a roller which is slidably connected in the track frame, and the roller slides along the track frame through the driving of the roller driving device.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rail frame is provided with moving wheels at both ends thereof, the periphery of the pool is provided with corresponding slide rails, and the moving wheels move along the longitudinal direction of the pool through the slide rails.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the negative pressure tube is a collapsible bellows tube, the negative pressure tube being fixed to the lifting plate.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the track frame is provided with telescopic frames at two ends, and the telescopic frames are used for lifting the track frame.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, in some embodiments of the invention, a pool cleaning apparatus comprises:
a rail frame 200 crossing over the pool 100, the rail frame 200 having a stroke in the longitudinal direction of the pool 100, the rail frame 200 being provided with a sliding means 210, the sliding means 210 having a stroke in the transverse direction of the pool 100;
the lifting device 400 comprises a fixed plate 410 and a lifting plate 420 capable of lifting, the lifting plate 420 is connected with the fixed plate 410 through a telescopic rod 430, the fixed plate 410 is connected with the steering device 300, and the lifting plate 420 moves up and down under the driving of a lifting plate driving device;
the cleaning device 500, the cleaning device 500 is fixed on the lower surface of the lifting plate 420, the cleaning device 500 is driven by the sliding device 210 to clean the swimming pool 100;
the negative pressure adsorption device 600, the negative pressure adsorption device 600 includes a suction nozzle 610, a negative pressure generator and a closed garbage can 620, the suction nozzle 610 is arranged on the lifting plate 420, the suction nozzle 610 is located above the cleaning device 500, the suction nozzle 610 has a suction opening facing the cleaning device 500, the suction nozzle 610 is communicated with the garbage can 620 through a negative pressure pipe 630, and the garbage can 620 is connected with the negative pressure generator through an air pipe.
The specific implementation process is as follows: firstly, the track frame 200 is moved to the side of the swimming pool 100, the track is positioned in the swimming pool 100, the distance between the cleaning device 500 and the bottom of the swimming pool 100 is adjusted through the lifting device 400, the lifting device 400 is designed to adjust the lifting of the cleaning device along with the depth change of the swimming pool 100, and the bottom and two end surfaces of the swimming pool 100 can be cleaned; meanwhile, for the stepped swimming pool 100, the lifting device 400 can lift along with the lifting of the steps so as to fully clean each step surface and the side surface in the swimming pool 100, so that the swimming pool 100 is cleaned more thoroughly; after the position of the cleaning device 500 is adjusted, the cleaning device 500 and the negative pressure adsorption device 600 are started, and after the cleaning device 500 cleans, the negative pressure adsorption device 600 directly absorbs the garbage obtained by cleaning and the redundant accumulated water through the cleaning device 500 and the negative pressure adsorption device 600, so that manual assistance is not needed in the cleaning process; the sliding device 210 and the rail frame 200 enable the cleaning device 500 to move around in the swimming pool 100, and the design of the rail frame 200 and the steering device 300 enables the cleaning device to reach every corner of the swimming pool 100, thereby realizing the all-round cleaning of the swimming pool 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning device 500 includes a plurality of cleaning brushes 510 disposed in parallel, the cleaning brushes 510 are driven by the cleaning brush driving device to rotate in opposite directions, the suction nozzle 610 is disposed above the cleaning brushes 510, and by the opposite rotation of the cleaning brushes 510, dust, garbage, etc. are collected between the cleaning brushes 510 and enter the suction nozzle 610, so that the cleaning can be performed more cleanly.
Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning brush 510 is provided with bristles 511, the bristles 511 are arranged in a staggered manner, and each row of bristles 511 blocks the gaps between adjacent rows of bristles 511, so that the gaps between two adjacent rows of bristles 511 are filled, and the bristles 511 can more fully contact the pool 100 during cleaning, thereby cleaning the pool 100 more thoroughly.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning brush 510 is provided with bristles 511, the bristles 511 are spirally arranged from two ends of the cleaning brush 510 to the middle, and each row of bristles 511 is arranged in a "V" shape, so that the garbage can be collected more easily in the middle of the bristles 511, and the cleaned garbage can be sucked away more easily by the suction nozzle 610.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, a steering device 300 is disposed between the sliding device 210 and the lifting device 400, the steering device 300 is used for controlling the rotation of the cleaning device 500, the other end of the cleaning brush 510 is provided with a cleaning ball 520 disposed axially, the cleaning ball 520 can clean the joints between the side walls and the bottom of the swimming pool 100 while the cleaning brush 510 cleans the bottom, so that the swimming pool 100 is cleaned more cleanly, the cleaning ball 520 is provided with a first protrusion 521 shaped like a cross, one end of the cleaning brush 510 is provided with a first cross slot, the first protrusion 521 is inserted into the first cross slot and fixed by a bolt, the cross connection enables the cleaning ball 520 to move along with the cleaning brush 510, and the cleaning ball 520 and the cleaning brush 510 are fixedly connected by a bolt, so that the connection is more reliable.
Specifically, after the cleaning device cleans one side of the wall of the swimming pool 100, the direction of the cleaning device 500 can be controlled by the steering device 300, so that the cleaning ball 520 always faces the wall of the swimming pool 100, and the side wall of the swimming pool 100 and the connection between the bottom and the side wall can be deeply cleaned, so that the cleaned swimming pool 100 is cleaner and more sanitary.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning brush driving device is a motor, a cross-shaped second protrusion 530 is disposed at an end of an output shaft of the motor, a second cross-shaped groove 512 is disposed at one end of the cleaning brush 510, the second protrusion 530 is inserted into the second cross-shaped groove 512 and fixed by a bolt, so that the cleaning brush 510 can rotate together with the motor, and the motor and the cleaning brush 510 are fixedly connected by a bolt, so that the connection is more reliable.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the sliding device 210 is provided with rollers slidably connected in the rail frame 200, and the rollers are driven by the roller driving device to slide along the rail frame 200, so that the cleaning device can move laterally along the swimming pool 100, and can clean the swimming pool 100 more completely.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rail frame 200 is provided with moving wheels at both ends, and the swimming pool 100 is provided with corresponding sliding rails at the periphery, and the moving wheels move along the longitudinal direction of the swimming pool 100 through the sliding rails, so that the cleaning device can move along a fixed path, and the swimming pool 100 can be cleaned more safely and more completely through the design of the sliding rails.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the negative pressure pipe 630 is a foldable bellows, and the negative pressure pipe 630 is fixed on the lifting plate 420, so that the negative pressure pipe 630 can freely extend and retract during the operation of the lifting device 400, and is not damaged by the lifting of the lifting plate 420.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the two ends of the rail frame 200 are provided with the retractable frames 220, the retractable frames 220 are used for lifting and lowering the rail frame 200, before the cleaning device 500 is used, the cleaning device 500 is completely arranged inside the rail frame 200, so that the whole cleaning device 500 is convenient to move, when cleaning is performed, after the cleaning device 500 is aligned with the inside of the swimming pool 100, the retractable frames 220 are lowered, so that the cleaning device 500 is arranged inside the swimming pool 100, and cleaning is started, after the cleaning device is used, the cleaning device 500 is firstly retracted by the lifting device 400, and then the height of the retractable frames 220 is adjusted, so that the whole cleaning device 500 is arranged inside the rail frame 200, so that the whole cleaning device can move on the flat ground, and the cleaning device is convenient to store and use.
