The method has the advantages of more field wet operation, mold erecting and disassembling, serious pollution, long construction period and higher cost.
In order to reduce the field wet operation and reduce the use of field templates as much as possible, the assembly type building is produced by the year. The concrete foundation and the shear wall are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to a construction site for hoisting and mounting, so that the use of site templates can be greatly reduced, and even the site templates can be omitted. The precast concrete foundation and the precast superposed shear wall of the existing fabricated building are generally connected by adopting steel bar sleeve grouting or by adopting steel bar lap joint.
When the steel bar sleeve grouting connection is adopted, the steel bar sleeve grouting connection is not easy to operate, and the on-site construction quality is not easy to detect, so that the construction quality is not easy to ensure; and the material cost of the sleeve component is high, and the construction cost is greatly improved.
When the reinforcing steel bar lap joint is adopted, the wallboard is not easy to position, and the joint bar reserved on the foundation is easy to have the problem of 'putting up' with the truss reinforcing steel bar in the shear wall, so that the construction quality is not easy to guarantee.
