1. The cashmere-like thermal fabric is characterized by comprising a plurality of first yarns and a plurality of second yarns, wherein the first yarns are crosswise woven to form a base fabric layer, the second yarns are crosswise woven with the first yarns from the bottom end of the base fabric layer upwards to form a raising layer, and the raising layer and the base fabric layer form a bottom layer together.
2. The cashmere-like thermal fabric of claim 1, wherein the second yarn is one of a semi-bright white low/high elastic light mesh yarn, a mixed color hemp low/high elastic doubling yarn, a space dyeing magic color low/high elastic yarn, and an environmental protection low/high elastic yarn.
3. The cashmere-like thermal fabric of claim 1, wherein the bottom layer has a plurality of meshes woven thereon.
4. The cashmere-like thermal fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a plurality of third yarns, wherein the plurality of third yarns are interwoven with the first yarns and the second yarns from the bottom end of the base fabric layer upwards to form a jacquard layer, and a jacquard structure is formed at the top end of the jacquard layer.
5. The cashmere-like thermal fabric according to claim 4, wherein the jacquard structures include a first jacquard structure and a second jacquard structure.
6. A method of knitting cashmere-like thermal fabrics according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, shackle setting: selecting a warp knitting single-side high-speed machine for knitting, wherein the warp knitting single-side high-speed machine at least comprises 2 guide bars, and the 2 guide bars are sequentially arranged as a ground guide bar GB1 and a ground guide bar GB2 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping;
s3, threading: the ground guide bar GB1 yarn and the ground guide bar GB2 yarn are threaded on a warp knitting single-side high-speed machine in a full-thread mode;
s4, weaving: the ground guide bar GB1 is used for laying yarns on the front needle bed to form the base cloth layer, the ground guide bar GB2 is used for laying yarns on the front needle bed and/or the rear needle bed to form the napping layer, the ground guide bar GB1 runs a variable warp flat tissue or a variable chaining tissue, and the ground guide bar GB2 runs a variable warp flat tissue or a four-needle variable chaining tissue.
7. A method for knitting cashmere-like thermal fabrics according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, shackle setting: selecting a warp knitting single-side high-speed machine for knitting, wherein the warp knitting single-side high-speed machine at least comprises 4 guide bars, and the 4 guide bars are sequentially arranged as a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a ground guide bar GB3 and a ground guide bar GB4 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping;
s3, threading: the ground guide bar GB1 yarn and the ground guide bar GB2 yarn are threaded on a warp knitting single-side high-speed machine in a full-threading mode, and the ground guide bar GB3 yarn and the ground guide bar GB4 yarn are threaded on the warp knitting single-side high-speed machine in a 2-threading 6-empty mode, a 3-threading 11-empty mode or a 6-threading 10-empty mode;

s1, shackle setting: selecting a single-needle bed jacquard warp knitting machine for knitting, wherein the single-needle bed jacquard warp knitting machine at least comprises 4 guide bars, and the 4 guide bars are sequentially arranged as a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB3 and a jacquard guide bar JB4 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping;
s3, threading: the ground guide bar GB1 yarn and the ground guide bar GB2 yarn are threaded on a warp knitting single-side high-speed machine in a full-threading mode, and the jacquard guide bar JB3 yarn and the jacquard guide bar JB4 yarn are threaded on the warp knitting single-side high-speed machine in a 2-threading 6-empty mode;
