Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating relative importance or as indicating a number of technical features. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise. The following describes a specific implementation of the present invention in more detail with reference to specific embodiments:
the first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a floor brush 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a roll brush 20, a roll brush cover 40, and a self-cleaner 70; the rolling brush 20 is cylindrical, and bristles are arranged on the surface of the rolling brush; the rolling brush cover 40 is arranged above the rolling brush 20 and used for protecting the safe use of the rolling brush 20; the self-cleaner 70 is provided between the drum brush 20 and the drum brush cover 40, and the self-cleaner 70 is capable of reciprocating in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the drum brush 20 and spraying a cleaning liquid toward the surface of the drum brush 20 to clean the drum brush 20.
The self-cleaning principle of the floor brush 100 provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the self-cleaning device 70 sprays cleaning liquid toward the surface of the roll brush 20 to clean the surface of the roll brush 20 by driving the roll brush 20 to rotate about its own axis, and the self-cleaning device 70 can clean the entire side surface of the roll brush 20 as the roll brush 20 rotates itself and the self-cleaning device 70 moves in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20.
The beneficial effects of the floor brush 100 provided by the embodiment are that:
the entire side surface of the roll brush 20 can be cleaned by the rotation of the roll brush 20 itself and the reciprocation of the self-cleaner 70 in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20, which is advantageous for dispersing smell and preventing the roll brush 20 from getting moldy; in addition, since the cleaning liquid is discharged from the cleaner 70 toward the roll brush 20, and the roll brush 20 rotates relative to the cleaner 70 by its own rotation, the cleaning liquid applies a force in the radial direction to the surface of the roll brush 20, and at the same time, the self-cleaning moves in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20, so that the cleaning liquid applies a force in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20 to the surface of the roll brush 20 at the same time, and forces in both directions are applied to the surface of the roll brush 20, thereby improving the cleaning degree of the roll brush 20 and further reducing the risk of mold of the roll brush 20.
In one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further includes a traveling wheel (including the front wheel 81 and/or the rear wheel 82) to support the surface to be cleaned together with the drum brush 20 during contact of the floor brush 100 with the surface to be cleaned (e.g., the floor).
Specifically, the floor brush 100 further includes a housing 10, and the roll brush 20 is coupled to the housing 10. The housing 10 and the roller brush cover 40 may enclose a receiving chamber, and a plurality of components related to the floor brush 100 may be disposed in the receiving chamber of the housing 10. The rolling brush 20 is disposed in the receiving cavity and located at the front of the receiving cavity. The housing 10 may include a floor brush base 11 and a floor brush cover 12, and the floor brush cover 12 is disposed on the floor brush base 11 to form the accommodating chamber together with other components. The floor brush base 11 and the floor brush cover 12 can be detachably connected, for example, by being connected through a buckle or by being connected through a screw, so that the floor brush base 11 and the floor brush cover 12 can be conveniently disassembled, and parts in the accommodating cavity can be conveniently maintained.
The rolling brush 20 may be connected to the housing 10 through a rotating shaft, and may be provided with a rotating power by a power device such as a motor, so that the rolling brush 20 may be rotatably installed in the accommodating cavity, but of course, the power device may also be disposed in the accommodating cavity.
The roll brush cover 40 is positioned above the roll brush 20. The rolling brush cover 40 may be in an arc shape to cover the upper side of the rolling brush 20, the rolling brush cover 40 may be detachably connected to the housing 10, and the rolling brush 20 may be detachably connected to the housing 10. Preferably, the brush cover 40 and the housing 10 are snap-fit to facilitate the quick detachment of the brush cover 40 from the housing 10, and then the brush 20 is removed to clean the brush 20.
In addition, the drum brush cover 40 is preferably a transparent cover so that a user can observe the operation state of the drum brush 20 when the washing machine is operated, to find out in time when the drum brush 20 malfunctions.
The washing machine provided by the present embodiment washes and cleans bristles by the self-cleaner 70 on the floor brush 100, which performs a left-right reciprocating motion by the motor 71 and the ball screw 72, thereby cleaning the drum brush 20, facilitating the smell scattering of the drum brush 20, and preventing the drum brush 20 from getting moldy.
In one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further includes a soil suction passage 30 and a partition 60 for separating the polluted water and the clean water on the roll brush 20, and the soil suction passage 30, the partition 60 and the self-cleaning device 70 are sequentially arranged in a rotation direction of the roll brush 20. The dirt suction channel 30 is used to suck dirt from the surface to be cleaned. Specifically, the dirt suction passage 30 has a suction opening to which dirt is agitated by the roll brush 20 to suck the dirt away. Wherein the surface to be cleaned may refer to the surface currently being cleaned by the cleaning machine, such as the floor. The dirt pick-up channel 30 may be formed by a tube, wherein the tube may be a flexible tube that is collapsible. One end of the dirt suction channel 30 can be used for facing the surface to be cleaned, the other end of the dirt suction channel 30 can be connected with the recycling bin, and a negative pressure source centrifugal fan for providing negative pressure can be further arranged on the dirt suction channel 30. The centrifugal fan generates a large suction force to suck the dirt on the surface to be cleaned into the recycling bin at the other end through one end of the dirt sucking channel 30. The dirt on the surface to be cleaned may be liquid dirt, such as sewage, or solid dirt, and this embodiment is not limited. The dirt absorbing channel 30, the isolating piece 60 and the self-cleaning device 70 are sequentially arranged in the rotating direction of the rolling brush 20, that is, when the rolling brush 20 rotates, the sewage generated by the rolling brush firstly passes through the dirt absorbing channel 30 and is absorbed by the dirt absorbing channel 30, the isolating piece 60 prevents the sewage from entering the self-cleaning device 70, and the isolating piece 60 isolates the self-cleaning device 70 from the dirt absorbing channel 30, so that the dirt can only be discharged through the dirt absorbing channel 30, and the negative pressure suction force of the dirt absorption is not influenced.
Further, the partition 60 extends to both ends of the roll brush 20 in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20. So that the partition 60 can completely isolate the self-cleaner 70 from the soil pick-up passage 30 to the maximum in the length direction of the roll brush 20.
In one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further includes a wiper blade 42 disposed at the bottom of the front side of the roll brush cover 40, the wiper blade 42 being parallel to the partition 60, the wiper blade 42, the roll brush cover 40 and the roll brush 20 enclosing to form the ventilation passage 50. The drying speed of the roll brush 20 is improved by providing a ventilation passage 50 in the roll brush 20.
Further, the wiper blade 42 is located in front of the roll brush 20, the soil pick-up passage 30 is located behind the roll brush 20, and the ventilation passage 50 and the soil pick-up passage 30 are isolated from each other by the partition 60. Through the design, the ventilation channel 50 is not communicated with the dirt absorbing channel 30, and the phenomenon that the dirt of the dirt absorbing channel 30 enters the ventilation channel 50 to affect the ventilation effect is avoided.
Preferably, the ventilation channel 50 is disposed at least on the top of the roll brush cover 40, so that the partition 60 can form a ventilation path as long as possible with the wiper blade 42 on the bottom of the front side of the roll brush cover 40, which is more advantageous for the ventilation drying of the roll brush 20.
In one embodiment, the self-cleaning device 70 is controlled to move axially by the ball screw 72 and the linear optical axis guide 73, and the self-cleaning device 70 is located between the spacer 60 and the wiper 42 at the bottom of the front side of the brush cover 40, it is understood that the length direction of the cleaning surface of the self-cleaning device 70 is parallel to the axial direction of the brush 20.
The self-cleaning device 70 has a ball screw 72 and a linear optical axis guide 73, and a transmission mechanism connected to the motor 71 is disposed at the right end of the ball screw 72.
The control of the reciprocation of the self-cleaning device 70 requires the sensor 74 to control the reciprocation, and the sensor is not limited to the requirements of the present specification, and is not limited to the use of other signal transmission methods not described in the present specification. The driver outputs signals to control the motor 71 to rotate forward and backward, and the motor 71 drives the ball screw 72 to rotate forward and backward to control the self-cleaning device 70 to move left and right.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further includes a liquid spraying device 75 disposed above the drum brush 20, and the liquid spraying device 75 is capable of spraying a cleaning liquid to the drum brush 20. Specifically, the liquid spraying device 75 may be communicated with the liquid storage device through a pipeline, a cleaning solution may be contained in the liquid storage device, the cleaning solution includes clear water, a cleaning agent or a mixture of the cleaning agent and the clear water, and when the rolling brush 20 rotates, the liquid spraying device 75 sprays the cleaning solution to the rolling brush 20 to wet the rolling brush 20, so that the rolling brush 20 wipes stubborn stains on the surface to be cleaned. Alternatively, the liquid spraying device 75 may be integrated with the self-cleaning device 70, and the liquid spraying device 75 enables the self-cleaning device 70 to have a function of spraying cleaning liquid, enables the roller brush 20 to have a function of cleaning the floor to be cleaned, and has a function of cleaning itself.
It should be noted that the liquid ejecting device 75 is provided on the self-cleaner 70, and the liquid ejecting device 75 may be located below the drum cover 40, above the drum brush 20, and in the housing 10 and the drum cover 40.
In one embodiment, the liquid ejecting device 75 is located above the soil pick-up channel 30, and a partition 60 is provided between the liquid ejecting device 75 and the soil pick-up channel 30. Optionally, the spacer 60 is in abutting contact with the surface of the roller brush 20. In practical application, the abutting acting force between the partition 60 and the rolling brush 20 can be reasonably designed, so that when the rolling brush 20 rotates, the partition 60 can continuously scrape off the sewage on the rolling brush 20 without influencing the normal rotation of the rolling brush 20, the sewage scraped by the partition 60 falls on the surface to be cleaned, and the sewage is sucked away into the recovery barrel through the sewage sucking channel 30.
In one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further comprises a serrated scraping surface 76 provided on the liquid spraying device 75, and the serrated scraping surface 76 is in abutting contact with the surface of the roller brush 20.
A serrated scraping surface 76 is provided below the liquid ejecting device 75, and the serrated scraping surface 76 is in abutting contact with the surface of the roller brush 20. Wherein the serrated scraping surfaces 76 may exert a smaller force on the surface of the roll brush 20 than the spacer 60. In general, the liquid sprayed from the liquid spraying device 75 onto the roller brush 20 is not uniform enough, and a small abutting force is applied to the roller brush 20 by the serrated scraping surface 76, so that the serrated scraping surface 76 can scrape the cleaning liquid on the roller brush 20 uniformly, and the roller brush 20 can be wetted uniformly as much as possible. In addition, the serrated scraping surface 76 can also collect hairs on the surface of the roller brush 20, so as to prevent the hairs from being wound on the roller brush 20, thereby preventing the roller brush 20 from being unsmooth in operation.
In one embodiment, the serrated scraping surfaces 76 exert a smaller force on the surface of the roll brush 20 than the spacer 60.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the protruding depth of the spacer 60 on the roller brush 20 may be deeper than the protruding depth of the serrated scraping surfaces 76 on the roller brush 20, so that the abutting force of the serrated scraping surfaces 76 on the roller brush 20 is smaller than the abutting force of the spacer 60 on the roller brush 20. So that the roll brush 20 can scrape off as much contaminated water as possible from the roll brush 20 by the partition 60 and the cleaning liquid from the roll brush 20 can be scraped off uniformly by the serrated scraping surface.
Preferably, in the working state, the roller brush 20 rotates counterclockwise, and the roller brush passes through the partition 60, the liquid spraying device 75 and the scraping blade 42 in sequence, so that the dirt on the roller brush 20 is gradually scraped off and is sucked into the recycling bin through the dirt sucking channel 30.
Therefore, in specifically designing the size and position of the self-cleaning device 70, the design can be made in consideration of the above factors.
As a more preferable embodiment, the abutting force between the roller brush 20 and the serrated scraping surfaces 76 of the spacer 60 and the liquid spraying device 75 is adjustable, or the abutting force between the roller brush 20 and the serrated scraping surfaces 76 of the spacer 60 or the liquid spraying device 75 is adjustable, and specifically, the abutting force can be adjusted by adjusting the installation positions of the spacer 60 and the serrated scraping surfaces 76, for example, taking the spacer 60 as an example, the spacer 60 can be connected to the housing 10 by a fastening member, the spacer 60 is provided with a plurality of through holes for the fastening member to pass through, and the fastening member can pass through different through holes to enable the spacer 60 to be closer to or farther from the roller brush 20, so that the abutting force between the spacer 60 and the roller brush 20 is adjustable. Of course, there are many ways to achieve the adjustable abutting force between the partition 60 and the serrated scraping surface 76 and the rolling brush 20, and those skilled in the art can design the abutting force specifically, which is not an example.
In one embodiment, the spacer 60 and the wiper blade 42 extend in the radial direction of the roll brush 20 to abut against the surface of the roll brush 20, or the spacer 60 or the wiper blade 42 extend in the radial direction of the roll brush 20 to abut against the surface of the roll brush 20. In this way, the partition 60 and the blade 42 having the dirt scraping function are brought into direct contact with the roll brush 20, and the force of the partition 60 and the blade 42 can be better applied to the roll brush 20.
Preferably, the separator 60 may have a plate shape; the edge of one side of the contact end of the separator 60 and the surface of the roller brush 20, which is far away from the liquid spraying device 75, is in round transition; alternatively, the two side edges of the contact end of the separator 60 and the surface of the roller brush 20 are rounded. Thus, the corner of the spacer 60 does not cause sharp scratches on the roller brush 20 during the rotation (counterclockwise rotation when advancing) of the roller brush 20, and the spacer 60 does not scratch the roller brush 20 while ensuring the scraping of the contaminated water on the roller brush 20.
Similarly, the blade 42 may be an encapsulated blade 42, which may be plate-like in shape; the edge of one side of the contact end of the scraping blade 42 and the surface of the roller brush 20, which is close to the liquid spraying device 75, is in round-angle transition; alternatively, the edges of the two sides of the contact end of the wiper blade 42 and the surface of the roller brush 20 are rounded. The effects are the same as those of the spacer 60, and will not be described in detail.
In one embodiment, the spacer 60 extends from one end of the roll brush 20 to the other end of the roll brush 20 in a direction parallel to the axis of the roll brush 20.
Further, the partition 60 extends from one end of the roll brush 20 to the other end of the roll brush 20 in a direction parallel to the axis of the roll brush 20. The partition 60 extends from one end of the rolling brush 20 to the other end of the rolling brush 20 along a direction parallel to the axis of the rolling brush 20, and during the rotation of the rolling brush 20, each position of the outer side surface of the rolling brush 20 can be in abutting contact with the partition 60, and the partition 60 can scrape off the sewage at each position on the rolling brush 20. The serrated wiper surfaces 76 move from one end of the roll brush 20 to the other end of the roll brush 20 in a direction parallel to the axis of the roll brush 20, and during the rotation of the roll brush 20, each position of the outer side surface of the roll brush 20 can be in abutting contact with the serrated wiper surfaces 76, thereby ensuring that the degree of wetting is substantially the same everywhere in the roll brush 20.
On the other hand, at least one of the partition 60 and the wiper blade 42 can extend in the lengthwise direction of the roll brush 20, and thus, the ventilation passage 50 can be isolated from the soil pick-up passage 30 by the partition 60 and/or the wiper blade 42 so that the ventilation passage 50 is not communicated with the soil pick-up passage 30. That is, the partition 60 and/or the scraper 42 form a partition structure to separate the liquid spraying device 75 from the dirt suction channel 30, and further the ventilation channel 50 from the dirt suction channel 30, so that the opening of the ventilation channel 50 does not affect the magnitude of the negative pressure at the suction port. In addition, it should be noted that the structure design for making the ventilation channel 50 not communicated with the dirt suction channel 30 may be other, for example, a baffle plate for isolating the ventilation channel 50 from the dirt suction channel 30 is arranged in the housing 10, the baffle plate can be infinitely close to but not in contact with the outer side surface of the rolling brush 20, and the ventilation channel 50 can also be not communicated with the dirt suction channel 30. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
In addition to the above-described embodiments, further, in the height direction of the floor brush 100, the partition 60 and the wiper blade 42 are located between the ventilation passage 50 and the dirt suction passage 30. Thus, the ventilation passage 50 and the soil pick-up passage 30 can be disconnected by the dual securing of the spacer 60 and the wiper blade 42.
Referring again to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the floor brush 100 further includes a buffer member 80 disposed outside the rolling brush cover 40.
The buffering member 80 is provided on the outer surface of the side portion of the floor brush 100, and the buffering member 80 may be a rubber member, similar to the wiper blade 42, and the buffering member 80 may extend in a strip shape throughout the width direction of the floor brush 100, or may be dispersedly disposed in a block shape in the width direction of the floor brush 100. The impact force from the obstacle on the side can be effectively buffered by providing the buffer member 80.
The brush cover 40 may include a front cover 41 and a wiper blade 42; the buffer 80 may be provided on an outer surface of the front cover 41. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the bumper 80 is provided on the outer side surface of the case 10.
When the buffer member 80 is disposed on the outer surface of the casing 10, the floor brush 100 is protected from the side, so as to achieve a better anti-collision effect, and the floor brush has a simple structure and a low cost. Of course, there are many ways to achieve the buffering and anti-collision, and those skilled in the art can design the method specifically, and this embodiment is not an example.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment further provides a cleaning machine, which includes a main machine and the floor brush 100, wherein the floor brush 100 is installed on the main machine.
Further, the host includes: handle 101, handle 102, liquid storage device 103, PCB assembly 104, battery pack 105, filter 106, recycling bin 107, air pump 108, host computer body 109, UV disinfection lamp 110, soil pick-up pipe 111 and scrubbing brush 100.
The floor brush 100 includes: a housing 10, a roll brush 20, and a roll brush cover 40. The roll brush cover 40 is provided above the roll brush 20.
It should be noted that other structures and functions of the floor brush 100 in the cleaning machine in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and specific reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
The floor brush 100 and the cleaning machine provided by the embodiment of the invention are described below with reference to specific application scenarios:
application scenario 1:
the user uses the cleaning machine to clean the ground, after the work is finished, the user can place the floor brush 100 of the cleaning machine on the ground or on the tray, the self-cleaning device 70 of the floor brush 100 can continuously clean and clean the bristles of the rolling brush 20 by spraying clean water and absorbing sewage at the same time, and the odor dissipation of the rolling brush 20 is facilitated, and the rolling brush 20 is prevented from going moldy.
Application scenario 2:
when a user uses the cleaning machine to clean the ground, the floor brush 100 of the cleaning machine moves forwards, the rolling brush 20 stirs and cleans the ground, the dirt suction channel 30 continuously sucks away dirt on the ground, and due to the design that the vent hole is separated from the dirt suction channel 30, the arrangement of the vent hole does not influence the negative pressure of the suction port and the normal performance of the floor brush 100.
Application scenario 3:
when a user uses the washing machine to wash the floor, the floor brush 100 of the washing machine moves forwards, the self-cleaning device 70 of the floor brush 100 cleans and combs bristles through reciprocating motion, and the liquid spraying device 75 with the sawtooth-shaped scraping surface collects entanglement of hairs and the like continuously during the movement process, so that the influence on the effect of washing the floor due to the entanglement of the entanglement on the floor brush 100 is prevented.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
