Abstract

一种小麦蓝粒基因及其应用,属于植物分子生物学、生物化学、遗传学和植物育种领域。利用蓝粒和白粒小麦的差异表达分析,获得了控制小麦蓝粒性状的四个基因:两个MYB家族转录因子和两个bHLH家族转录因子,并且提供了上述基因的植物重组表达载体和一种调控植物花青素合成的方法,对于研究蓝粒小麦糊粉层色素的合成途径、用作植物转化过程中的筛选标记和提高植株的营养价值具有重要的理论和实践意义。
