Further, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6 to further illustrate the installation of the reactance 2 on the case 1, since the first fixing member 201 is at the top end of the reactance 2, the first fixing member 201 can be easily inserted through the first installation hole 101, as shown in fig. 6, after the first fixing member 201 is inserted through the first installation hole 101, the reactance 2 is rotated, so that the second fixing member 202 at the bottom end of the reactance 2 is inserted through the second installation hole 102, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first fixing member 201 is clamped in the first installation hole 101, the second fixing member 202 is clamped in the second installation hole 102, the space between the second fixing member 202 and the reactance 2 is clamped on the hole wall of the second installation hole 102 of the case 1, the second installation hole 102 is in an inverted trapezoid shape, the second fixing member 202 is pressed in a clamping relationship with the second installation hole 102 during moving down, so that the second fixing member 202 and the second installation hole 102 form an interference fit relationship, the second fixing member 202 is fixed in the second mounting hole 102, and restricts the reactance 2 from shaking in the horizontal direction.
The first fixing part 201 is matched with the first mounting hole 101 to limit the horizontal displacement of the reactance 2 on the box body 1, the second fixing part 202 is matched with the second mounting hole 102 to prevent the reactance 2 from falling off from the box body 1, but the reactance 2 can be caused to shake up and down due to the vibration of the washing machine motor during operation, therefore, the backstop piece 203 is arranged on the reactance 2, and in the embodiment of the invention, the backstop piece 203 is arranged on the bottom end of the reactance 2.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the backstop member 203 is a linear-shaped protrusion structure, correspondingly, the box body 1 is provided with a backstop hole 103, the backstop hole 103 is also a linear-shaped hole, referring to fig. 5 and 6, when installing the reactance 2, the first fixing member 201 is firstly inserted into the first backstop hole 101, then the reactance 2 is rotated to make the second fixing member 202 inserted into the second backstop hole 102, when the reactance 2 is moved downwards to make the second fixing member 202 and the second installation hole 102 press the clamping relation, the backstop member 203 is clamped into the backstop hole 103, and the reactance 2 is prevented from shaking up and down.
In order to improve the stability of the reactor 2 on the box body 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, two first fixing members 101 and two second fixing members 102 are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction, the first fixing member 101 is located at the top end of the reactor 2, the second fixing member 102 is located at the lower end of the reactor 2, the two second fixing members are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the reactor 2, the interval distance between the two first fixing members 101 is smaller than the interval distance between the two second fixing members 102, and the two first fixing members 101 need to bear the shearing force and the radial force of the reactor 2, so that the strength of the first fixing members 101 can be improved by closing the two first fixing members 101, and the backstop member 103 is located between the two second fixing members 102.
In order to further increase the strength of the first fixing member 201, a rib is provided on the first fixing member 201 along the extending direction of the first fixing member 201, so as to increase the structural strength of the first fixing member 201 and prevent the first fixing member 201 from being broken.
