Currently, the laundry treating apparatus is generally provided with a control box assembly at a front upper side or a top portion of a housing thereof, and the control box assembly is provided with a plurality of control buttons for controlling an operation state of the laundry treating apparatus and a display window for displaying an operation state of the washing machine.
Specifically, accuse box subassembly includes knob, printing decorative board, printing main control board, PLASTIC LAMINATED, lid, computer board and the box body that set gradually from outside to inside, but because the junction of these parts can exist certain gap, outside water can enter into between PLASTIC LAMINATED and the lid along the gap between knob, printing decorative board and the printing main control board, water that enters into between PLASTIC LAMINATED and the lid can flow to the bottom direction of PLASTIC LAMINATED and lid, then can enter into the box body along the gap between lid and the box body, lead to the computer board in the box body to burn out, thereby arouse water and electricity fire accident. Because the control box assembly comprises a certain number of plastic parts, and the workbench for installing the control box assembly also comprises the plastic parts, the co-combustion of the plastic parts is easy to be caused when the computer board burns, and thus fire is caused.
In order to prevent short circuit and even burning caused by easy contact of the computer board with water, as shown in fig. 1, the application provides a clothes treating apparatus 1, which can be a washing machine, a dryer, or a washing and drying integrated machine. The clothes treating apparatus 1 comprises a casing 10, a control box assembly 20 and a computer board assembly 30, wherein the control box assembly 20 is connected with the casing 10, the computer board assembly 30 is arranged on the inner wall of the casing 10 and is arranged at intervals with the control box assembly 20, the computer board assembly 30 at least comprises a computer board 32, and the computer board 32 is electrically connected with the control box assembly 20 through a lead 40.
The casing 10 is a main body of the laundry treating apparatus 1, and has an installation space therein and a tub installed therein. The control box assembly 20 is provided at the top of the housing 10 and includes a control board and a knob. Wherein, the control panel is used for controlling the operation of each electric device in the clothes treating apparatus 1 and is controlled by a control knob. The computer board assembly 30 is disposed on the inner wall of the housing 10, specifically, the computer board assembly 30 is connected with the side wall of the housing 10 in the circumferential direction, and at least includes a computer board 32, and the computer board 32 is electrically connected with the control board in the control box assembly 20 through a wire 40 for providing a control program. Since the computer board 32 is powered by a strong current, it is necessary to prevent the computer board 32 from contacting water, thereby avoiding short circuits and even fire of the computer board 32. The computer board assembly 30 is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 10 and is arranged at intervals with the control box assembly 20, so that the distance between the computer board 32 and the control box assembly 20 is increased, the short circuit and even burning of the computer board 32 can not be caused even if the control box assembly 20 leaks, the risk of fire is reduced, and even if the phenomenon of short circuit and burning of the computer board 32 occurs, the burning computer board 32 can not further cause the burning of the control box assembly 20 or plastic parts near the control box assembly 20 due to the longer distance between the computer board 32 and the control box assembly 20, thereby preventing the spread of fire, reducing or avoiding fire and improving the safety and reliability of the clothing processing device 1 when in use.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the control box assembly 20 is disposed at the top of the housing, and the computer board assembly 30 is disposed below the control box assembly 20 in a vertical direction and connected to the inner sidewall of the housing 10, so that the computer board assembly 30 does not occupy the top space of the housing 10, and other components are conveniently disposed at the top of the housing 10. The computer board assembly 30 includes a case 31 and a computer board 32 disposed within the case 31. The box body 31 comprises a base 311 and a cover plate 312 which are matched with each other, specifically, a containing cavity with an opening at one end is arranged in the base 311, the computer board 32 is arranged in the containing cavity of the base 311, the cover plate 312 covers the opening of the containing cavity and is connected with the base 311, so that the computer board 32 is sealed between the cover plate 312 and the base 311, and the computer board 32 is prevented from contacting water and causing short circuit or even burning. The specific connection mode of the base 311 and the cover plate 312 can adopt a buckling mode, so that the disassembly and the installation are convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the conductive wire 40 includes a first bending section 41, a second bending section 42 and a transition section 43, wherein the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 are both U-shaped structures, the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 are adjacent through the transition section 43, and the transition section 43 is a straight line section. The U-shaped structure is relatively easy to set up and has a small space occupation, facilitating the installation of the wires 40 within the housing 10. In some embodiments of the present application, the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 may also have a V-shaped structure or a groove-shaped structure.
Specifically, the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 are disposed along a vertical direction, that is, an opening direction of the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 is disposed upward or downward along the vertical direction, so that centers and two ends of the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 form an ascending section and a descending section, respectively. When the control box assembly 20 has a water leakage condition, the leaked water stays at the lowest point of the bending section when flowing through the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42, and finally falls freely through self gravity, so that the leaked water cannot continue to flow to the computer board 32 along with the axial direction of the wire 40, and short circuit and even burning of the computer board 32 are reduced or avoided.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the first bending section 41 is disposed near the control box assembly along the axial direction of the wire 40, the second bending section 42 is disposed near the computer board 32 along the axial direction of the wire 40, and the second bending section 42 is disposed above the first bending section 41 along the vertical direction. When the water leakage condition exists in the control box assembly 20, the leaked water stays at the lowest point of the central position of the first bending section 41 when flowing through the first bending section 41, and finally falls into the shell 10 freely by self gravity. When the water leakage tends to move upwards due to shaking of the clothes treating apparatus 1 during operation, the second bending section 42 also comprises a rising section, meanwhile, a transition section 43 is further arranged between the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42, and the water leakage can enter the box 31 after passing through the transition section 43 and the second bending section 42 in sequence against the action of gravity, so that the water leakage can be effectively prevented from further moving upwards, and the water leakage is prevented from entering the box 31 and contacting with the computer board 32.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the respective axes of the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42 are in two different planes, respectively. In the process of flowing through the first bending section 41 and the second bending section 42, besides the upward movement along the vertical direction, the water leakage needs to be turned, so that the difficulty of crawling the water leakage into the box body 31 through the lead 40 is further increased, and the water leakage is prevented from entering the box body 31 along the lead 40.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, the first bending section 41 is in a first plane parallel to the side of the base 311, and the second bending section 42 is in a second plane perpendicular to the side of the base 311, wherein the first plane is perpendicular to the second plane. In other embodiments of the present application, the first plane and the second plane may be disposed at other angles or in the same plane.
Referring again to fig. 3, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the first bending section 41 is disposed on the outside of the case 31, and the second bending section 42 is disposed on the inside of the case 31.
Specifically, the side of the base 311 is provided with a first mounting portion 3111, and the inside of the first mounting portion 3111 is provided with a first mounting groove 31111, wherein the first mounting groove 31111 is disposed in the vertical direction. The transition section 43 is disposed in the first mounting groove 31111, an opening communicating with the first mounting groove 31111 is disposed on a side wall of the base 311, the rising section of the second bending section 42 is disposed in the first mounting groove 31111, the falling section of the second bending section 42 passes through the opening on the side wall of the base 311 and is disposed in the base 311, and the first bending section 41 disposed at the lower portion of the transition section 43 is disposed outside the box 31. When the cover plate 312 is matched with the base 311, the transition section 43 and the second bending part 42 can be simultaneously accommodated in the box body 31, and the transition section 43 and the second bending part 42 can be simultaneously shielded. By arranging the first bending section 41 outside the box 31, the leaked water will stay at the lowest point of the first bending section 41 when flowing through the first bending section 41, and finally fall to the outside of the box 31 by self gravity. The second bending portion 42 is disposed inside the box 31, and no water leakage directly falls on the second bending portion 42, so that the water leakage can only rise to the second bending portion 42 along the first bending portion 41 and the transition portion 43, and further the water leakage is prevented from entering the box 31 along the wire 40.
As shown in fig. 7, a stopper 31112 is further provided on a side wall of the first mounting portion 3111, the stopper 31112 is provided at an opening of the first mounting groove 31111, and the transition 43 provided in the first mounting groove 31111 abuts against the stopper 31112, so that the transition 43 is fixed by the stopper 31112 and is prevented from being bent and deformed toward the cover plate 312, and further, a bent shape of the second bending section 42 is ensured.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, the wire 40 may be provided with only one bending section in the vertical direction, through which water leakage is organized along the wire 40 into the inside of the case 31. Specifically, the opening of the L-shaped structure and the first mounting groove 31111 are provided on both sides of the same plate portion of the first mounting portion 3111, respectively. Since the computer board assembly 30 of the present application is connected to the inner sidewall of the housing 10, that is, the base 311 is connected to the inner sidewall of the housing 10, by providing the protruding end 3112, a space is formed between the protruding end 3112, the first mounting portion 3111, the housing 10 and the base 311, and the wire 40 is positioned, so as to prevent the wire 40 from greatly moving outside the box 31 in the horizontal direction, and ensure that the first bending portion 41 cannot be deformed.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 8, in some embodiments of the present application, a second mounting portion 3113 is protruded from a side surface of the case 31, the second mounting portion 3113 is vertically disposed above the first mounting portion 3111, a second mounting groove 31131 is formed between the second mounting portion 3113 and the side surface of the case 31, and a portion of the wire 40 is disposed in the second mounting groove 31131.
Specifically, the second mounting portion 3113 has an L-shaped structure, and forms an accommodating space with the side wall of the case 31, and a portion of the wire 40 is disposed in the accommodating space formed between the L-shaped structure and the side wall of the case 31, thereby positioning the wire 40.
By simultaneously positioning the portions of the wires 40 outside the case 31 by the first and second mounting portions 3111 and 3113 which are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, the shape of the wires 40 in the vertical direction can be ensured, preventing deformation of the wires 40. Meanwhile, the second mounting portion 3113 is configured to position the wire 40, where the plate faces the cover plate 312, and the first mounting portion 3111 is configured to position the wire 40, where the plate faces away from the cover plate 312, so that a dislocated positioning structure is formed in a horizontal direction, and positioning effect on the wire 40 is further enhanced, and deformation or movement of the wire 40 is prevented.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 8, in some embodiments of the present application, a reinforcing rib 3114 is further provided on the second mounting portion 3113, and the reinforcing rib 3114 is provided on a surface of the second mounting portion 3113 facing away from the cover 312, for connecting the second mounting portion 3113 and a sidewall of the case 31, so as to enhance supporting strength of the second mounting portion 3113, and prevent deformation or fracture of the second mounting portion 3113 after long-term use.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, at least one hook 315 is further provided on an outer side surface of the plate surface of the base 311 opposite to the cover plate 312, and the base 311 is coupled to an inner sidewall of the housing 10 by the hook 315, so that the box 31 is connected to the inner sidewall of the housing 10. In order to further improve the connection strength between the box 31 and the housing 10, the upper and lower ends of the box 31 may be respectively provided with a connection hole or a bolt hole, and the box 31 may be fixed by screwing bolts through the connection holes or the bolt holes and into the inner side wall of the housing 10.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the case 31 includes a first chamber 3117 and a second chamber 3118 disposed adjacent to each other in a vertical direction, the first chamber 3117 is disposed above the second chamber 3118, the computer board 32 is disposed in the first chamber 3117, and the electrical connection terminal for connecting the electrical device through the wire 40 is disposed in the second chamber 3118.
Specifically, a partition 3116 is provided in the base 311 in the horizontal direction, and the inside of the base 311 is partitioned into a first chamber 3117 and a second chamber 3118 by the provision of the partition 3116. The first chamber 3117 and the second chamber 3118 are provided with a mounting base 3119 on a board surface, and the computer board 32 is fixedly connected to the mounting base 3119 and disposed in the first chamber 3117. Even if water leaks into the case 31, the water leaks do not contact the computer board 32 due to the gap between the computer board 32 and the plate surface of the first chamber 3117, which causes short circuit or even burning of the computer board 32.
Referring again to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments of the present application, the wire 40 further includes a plugging section 44, where the plugging section 44 is connected to the second bending section 43 and disposed inside the box 31. The portion of the plugging section 44 located in the first cavity 3117 is provided with a computer board connection end electrically connected to the computer board 32, and the wire 40 is connected to the computer board 32 through the power board connection end, so that the computer board 32 is connected to the control board in the control box assembly 20 through the wire 40. The tail end of the wire 40 is disposed in the second chamber 3118 and is provided with an electric connection terminal, and the wire 40 is connected to the electric device through the electric connection terminal, so that the control board drives the electric device to operate.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6 again, in some embodiments of the present application, the cover 312 includes a main body 3121 and a protrusion 3122, wherein the main body 3121 is disposed opposite to the first chamber 3117, the protrusion 3122 is disposed opposite to the second chamber 3118, and a thickness dimension of the protrusion 3122 is greater than a thickness dimension of the main body 3121, so that a thickness dimension of a mounting space formed between the protrusion 3122 and the second chamber 3118 is greater than a thickness dimension of a mounting space formed between the main body 3121 and the first chamber 3117, thereby facilitating a sufficient mounting space of an electrical device and an electrical appliance connection terminal in the second chamber 3118. The thickness direction of the case 31 is a direction perpendicular to the board surface of the computer board 32.
Referring again to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments of the application, the baffle 3116 is further provided with a notch 31161. The opening 31161 is disposed adjacent to the sidewall of the base 311, and the tail end of the plugging section 44 passes through the opening 31161 and is disposed in the second chamber 3118. The size of the opening 31161 is approximately equal to the diameter of the plugging section 44, so that the plugging section 44 can be clamped in the opening 31161, or can not shake in a large range in the opening 31161, thereby ensuring the setting direction of the plugging section 44 in the box 31. Because the opening 31161 is disposed adjacent to the sidewall of the base 311, the plugging section 44 is disposed adjacent to the sidewall of the base 311 after passing through the opening 31161, so that even if water leaks from the plugging section 44 through the second bending section 42, the water leaks from the plugging section 44 can flow to the second chamber 3118 along the plugging section 44 or the inner wall of the base 311, thereby avoiding the water leaks from contacting the computer board 32. The second chamber 3118 serves only as a mounting space for connection of the electric device with the wire 40, in which the electric device may not be provided, thereby avoiding occurrence of a short circuit phenomenon.
In some embodiments of the present application, the electric device includes a motor and a water pump, which are disposed inside the housing 10 and outside the case 31, and on which wire connection terminals are respectively disposed, and extend into the second chamber 3118 and are connected to the electric connection terminals of the tail ends of the wires 40, so that the motor and the water pump can be driven to operate by the control panel, thereby completing the washing process.
The present application is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application are intended to be included in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the application is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
