Further, after the step of adding the color point dispersion to the continuous phase and performing the second mixing treatment, the viscosity of the paint may be adjusted by adding a small amount of a thickener.
The practice of the present invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a water-in-water multicolor paint, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of the protective colloid solution
Weighing respectively: 94.8 parts of water, 5 parts of lithium magnesium silicate and 0.2 part of cellulose; then, lithium magnesium silicate and cellulose were added to water and dispersed for 40 minutes.
(2) Preparation of the continuous phase
Weighing respectively: 22.2 parts of water, 20 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 50 parts of silicon dioxide dispersion liquid, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 0.4 part of pH regulator, 1.5 parts of film-forming additive, 4 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.7 part of thickening agent and 0.8 part of bactericide; then, the rest components are added into water in sequence and stirred evenly at medium and low speed.
(3) Preparation of the base paint
Weighing respectively: 52.05 parts of water, 0.9 part of cellulose, 0.4 part of dispersant, 0.25 part of wetting agent, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.7 part of antifreeze, 0.4 part of film-forming assistant, 2 parts of reflective heat-insulating color paste, 7 parts of filler, 8 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 22 parts of silicon dioxide dispersion, 5.6 parts of 8% magnesium silicate lithium glue solution and 0.4 part of bactericide;
then, adding cellulose, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, an antifreezing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, reflective heat-insulating white powder and a filler into water, dispersing for 15 minutes at a high speed of 1300 r/min, adding a pure acrylic emulsion, a silicon dioxide dispersion liquid, magnesium lithium silicate and a bactericide into the water in a medium-speed dispersion state of 800 r/min, stirring for 10 minutes, and adding an emission heat-insulating color powder into a system according to the color of a sample to be blended into a required color;
preparing 2-6 base paints with different colors according to the same method for standby.
(4) Preparation of water-in-water multicolor paint
Adding base paints (6 parts in total) with different colors into 2 parts of protective glue solution for point collection, then adding 2 parts of continuous phase for uniform mixing, and adding a little thickening agent for adjusting viscosity.
When the water-in-water multicolor paint is used, the water-in-water multicolor paint prepared by the embodiment is sprayed and constructed on indoor wall decoration and outer wall decoration.
Compared with the common water-in-water multicolor paint on the market, the water-in-water multicolor paint prepared in the embodiment 1 has the following advantages:
1. the paint is inorganic interior and exterior wall paint, can resist high temperature of about 800 ℃, has no open fire and no dense smoke, and meets the national A2-grade fireproof standard;
2. can effectual reflection sunlight, reflection infrared ray dispels wall body self unnecessary heat to reduce the inside energy consumption of building, the data is: white is more than or equal to 0.85, hemispherical emissivity is more than or equal to 0.85, and near-infrared reflectance is more than or equal to 0.8;
3. can imitate most plane marble on the market, the emulation effect is lifelike;
4. has excellent water resistance, weather resistance and storage temperature.

Claims (10)

1. A water-in-water multicolor paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: a base paint, a protective glue solution and a continuous phase;
wherein the base paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of cellulose, 2-5 parts of inorganic color paste, 6-8 parts of filler, 7-8 parts of acrylic emulsion, 20-22 parts of silicon dioxide dispersion liquid, 5-6 parts of protective adhesive and 55-57 parts of water.
2. The water-in-water multicolor paint of claim 1, wherein the continuous phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 48-50 parts of silicon dioxide dispersion liquid and 20-23 parts of water; and/or
The protective glue solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of protective glue, 0.2-0.3 part of cellulose and 90-95 parts of water.
3. The water-in-water multicolor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inorganic color paste is selected from a reflective heat-insulating color paste capable of reflecting light with a wavelength range of 400-; and/or
The particle size of the inorganic color paste is more than 200 nm.
4. The water-in-water multicolor paint of claim 1, wherein said acrylic emulsion comprises a silicone-acrylic emulsion and/or a pure acrylic emulsion; and/or
The protective glue comprises lithium magnesium silicate and/or magnesium aluminum silicate.
5. The water-in-water multicolor paint of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said filler is selected from kaolin; and/or
The inorganic color paste comprises white pigment and color pigment.
6. The water-in-water multicolor paint of any of claims 1-4, wherein said base paint and/or said continuous phase further comprises an auxiliary agent, said auxiliary agent comprising at least one of a defoamer, a pH adjuster, a film forming aid, an antifreeze agent, a thickener, a bactericide, a dispersant, and a wetting agent.
7. The water-in-water multicolor paint of claim 6, wherein the base paint further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-0.4 part of dispersant, 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.6-1 part of antifreeze, 0.4-0.6 part of film-forming additive and 0.4-0.5 part of bactericide; and/or
The continuous phase also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.4-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.4-0.5 part of pH regulator, 1.3-1.5 parts of film-forming aid, 3.5-4 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.5-0.7 part of thickening agent and 0.6-0.8 part of bactericide.
8. The water-in-water multicolor paint of claim 6, wherein said defoamer is selected from silica-based defoamers; and/or
The bactericide comprises an isothiazolinone bactericide.
9. The water-in-water multicolor paint of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the base paint is 20 parts, the protective colloid solution is 50 to 60 parts, and the continuous phase is 20 to 30 parts.
10. A preparation method of a water-in-water multicolor paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the water-in-water multicolor paint formulation guard gum solution, base paint, and continuous phase of any of claims 1 to 9;
adding the base paint into the protective glue solution and carrying out first mixing treatment to obtain a color point dispersion liquid;
and adding the color point dispersion liquid into the continuous phase and carrying out second mixing treatment to obtain the water-in-water multicolor paint.
