As shown in fig. 7 and 10, the side member 20 includes: the luggage rack provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a longitudinal beam body 204 and two end covers 205, wherein the two end covers 205 are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal beam body 204: a plurality of apron 60, the shape of apron 60 matches with the first shape of accomodating the notch of groove 201, and apron 60 is connected with longeron 20 through the form of joint, and apron 60 is used for sheltering from first accomodating groove 201, beautifies the luggage rack, reduces wind and makes an uproar.
In practical application, can set up the length of apron 60 according to actual need, after the longeron 20 was accomodate into to crossbeam 30, can shelter from the position of not accomodating crossbeam 30 in the first groove 201 of accomodating through the apron 60 that length is less, also can be in the user state or when cancelling crossbeam 30 at crossbeam 30 expansion, shelter from first groove 201 of accomodating through the apron 60 that length is longer to effectively reduce the wind noise in the driving, shelter from the dust.
Optionally, in order to facilitate installation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 60 is a symmetrical clamping structure. In the actual processing process, a section difference of 0-0.2mm exists between the cover plate 60 and the longitudinal beam 20 so as to effectively prevent wind noise in the travelling crane, wherein the cover plate 60 can be made of thermoplastic elastomer materials, the processing performance is excellent, and the weight and the cost of the luggage rack can be reduced while the wind noise is reduced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting hole 202 is disposed on one side of the longitudinal beam 20 close to the top cover 10, so that the appearance of the luggage rack is not affected, and in practical application, a special tool is required for disassembly because the position of the mounting hole 202 is difficult to operate, so as to prevent the cross beam 30 from being disassembled maliciously.
Referring to fig. 11, there is shown a schematic structural view of a dismantling tool for a roof rack according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 11, the roof rack further includes: the disassembling tool 70 is used for specially disassembling the luggage rack provided by the embodiment of the invention, the disassembling tool 70 comprises a first disassembling section 701 and a second disassembling section 702, one end of the first disassembling section 701 is connected with one end of the second disassembling section 702, and the first disassembling section 701 is perpendicular to the second disassembling section 702; the length of the first disassembled section 701 is smaller than that of the second disassembled section 702 so that the first disassembled section 701 can enter between the longitudinal beam 20 and the top cover 10.
In practical applications, the other end of the first disassembled section 701 is matched with the shape of the fastening screw 402 for detaching or installing the fastening screw 402, and the other end of the second disassembled section 702 is matched with the shape of the adjusting screw 502 for detaching or installing the adjusting screw 502.
In summary, the luggage rack of the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
according to the luggage rack provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two longitudinal beams are arranged on the top cover of the vehicle, one end of the cross beam is detachably connected with one of the longitudinal beams, the other end of the cross beam is detachably connected with the other longitudinal beam, when luggage needs to be placed, one end of the cross beam can be connected with one of the longitudinal beams, and the other end of the cross beam is connected with the other longitudinal beam so as to place the luggage; the first containing groove is formed in the first side face, opposite to the other longitudinal beam, of each longitudinal beam, the shape of each cross beam is matched with that of the corresponding first containing groove, so that the cross beams can be detached from the two longitudinal beams when luggage does not need to be placed, the first containing groove of one longitudinal beam is contained, the problem that the cross beams are difficult to detach and cannot be contained after detachment is solved, and convenience is brought to drivers and passengers.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle, where the vehicle may include: the luggage rack is provided. The specific structural form and the working principle of the luggage rack have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the luggage rack, the cross beam can be connected to the longitudinal beam when luggage needs to be installed, and when the luggage does not need to be installed, the cross beam is detached and is accommodated in the first accommodating groove of the longitudinal beam, so that the problems that the cross beam is difficult to detach and cannot be accommodated after detachment are solved, and convenience is brought to drivers and passengers.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is intended to cover any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
