A mobile sterilization cart according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of rolling wheels (13) is four in number, two of said rolling wheels (13) being arranged on one side of said bottom plate (11) and the other two of said rolling wheels (13) being arranged on the other side of said bottom plate (11).
3. A mobile sterilization vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that four rolling wheels (13) are supported on the ground, and the first motor (21) is located in the middle of the bottom plate (11) and spaced from the ground.

The mobile sterilization vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein an included angle of 120-160 degrees is formed between the pushing frame (12) and the bottom plate (11), a pushing rod part (121) is formed at the top end of the pushing frame (12), and the pushing rod part (121) is wrapped with a rubber wrap.
5. The mobile sterilization vehicle of claim 4, wherein the sterilization case (22) is a rectangular box, and a sterilization space (224) is formed in the sterilization case (22).

The mobile sterilization vehicle of claim 5, wherein the cover assembly (30) comprises a cover plate (31) and a sealing plate, the periphery of the cover plate (31) is supported on the periphery of the top end of the sterilization cabinet (22), the sealing plate is protruded from the bottom of the cover plate (31), and the periphery of the sealing plate is supported on the peripheral wall of the sterilization space (224).

10. A method of using a mobile sterilization vehicle as recited in claim 9, comprising the steps of:
injecting cleaning fluid into the disinfection cabinet body (22);
the pushing frame (12) is held to push the movable base (10) to drive the disinfection cabinet body (22) to enter a disposal room;
placing a plurality of medical instruments into the disinfection cabinet body (22) and scattering disinfection solution into the disinfection cabinet body so as to enable the disinfection solution to be dissolved into the cleaning solution;
and starting the first motor (21) to drive the disinfection cabinet body (22) to rotate, and cleaning the plurality of medical instruments by using the cleaning solution, specifically, using two air pumps to swell two cleaning columns (25), starting the first motor (21) to drive the disinfection cabinet body (22) to integrally rotate through a fixed frame, starting the driving motor to drive the two cleaning columns (25) to rotate along opposite directions, starting the rotating motor (34) to drive the rotating cam (35) to rotate and throw the disinfection solution onto the medical instruments at the instrument inlet (312), and the extrusion plate (32) is driven to lift so as to utilize the two extrusion columns (325) to respectively and intermittently extrude the two cleaning columns (25) to become flat, and the elastic cylinder drives the wrapping layer to transversely extrude the medical instrument and rotate under the driving of the rotating column, so that friction is generated between the wrapping layer and the medical instrument, and the wiping and cleaning operation is implemented.
