In order to make the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the comprehensive sterilization vacuum cup comprises a cup body assembly 1, a paper group assembly 2, a liquid applying assembly 3, a drawer assembly 4 and an atomization assembly 5, wherein the paper group assembly 2, the liquid applying assembly 3 and the drawer assembly 4 are installed at the bottom in the cup body assembly 1, the atomization assembly 5 is installed at the top of the cup body assembly 1, the paper group assembly 2 is installed on the liquid applying assembly 3, and the liquid applying assembly 3 is connected with the drawer assembly 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, the cup body assembly 1 includes a main body 101, a lid inner top 102, a cup switch 105, a drinking water port 106, a lid connector 108, a cup opening plug 109, a cup opening fixing column 110 and a lid body 111, the top of the main body 101 has an opening, the lid body 111 is rotatably connected and sealed with the top of the main body 101, the lid inner top 102 is connected with the lid body 111 through the lid connector 108, so that the lid inner top 102 can rotate around the lid connector 108 to realize the closing and opening states of the lid inner top 102 and the lid body 111, the cup switch 105 is mounted on the side surface of the lid body 111 for opening or closing the lid inner top 102, the drinking water port 106 is mounted on the top surface of the lid body 111, the cup opening fixing column 110 is disposed at the lower end of the lid inner top 102, the cup opening fixing column 110 is provided with a detachable cup opening plug 109, and the cup opening plug 109 is matched with the drinking water port 106; when the cap inner top 102 covers the cap body 111, the cup mouth plug 109 is hermetically connected with the drinking water mouth 106, and the cap inner top 102 and the cap body 111 are fixed together through the cup switch 105.
The paper group component 2, the liquid applying component 3 and the drawer component 4 are arranged at the bottom in the main body 101, the middle upper part in the main body 101 is a cavity for containing drinking water, and the bottom in the main body 101 is separated from the middle upper part in the main body 101.
As shown in fig. 5, the paper group assembly 2 includes a paper group bin 201, a paper output pipe 202 and a plurality of compressed paper groups 203, the bottom of the paper group bin 201 is funnel-shaped, the paper output pipe 202 is connected with the lowest position of the bottom of the paper group bin 201, the plurality of compressed paper groups 203 are placed in the paper group bin 201, and the paper group bin 201 is installed inside the main body 101.
As shown in fig. 2, 6, 7, and 11, the liquid applying assembly 3 includes a liquid storage chamber 301, a mounting hole 302, a connecting tube 303, a syringe 304, a liquid outlet chamber 315, a liquid outlet tube 313, a first push plate 305, and a first push rod 306, the liquid storage chamber 301 and the syringe 304 are connected through the connecting tube 303, an inlet end of the liquid outlet tube 313 is connected with one end of the syringe 304, an outlet end of the liquid outlet tube 313 is disposed right below the mounting hole 302, a first push plate 305 is disposed in the syringe 304, clinging to an inner wall of the syringe 304, and capable of sliding in the syringe 304, an end of the first push plate 305 away from the liquid outlet tube 313 is fixedly connected with one end of the first push rod 306, an end of the first push plate 305 close to the liquid outlet tube 313 forms a liquid outlet chamber 315 with the syringe 304, and the liquid storage chamber 301 is provided with the mounting hole 302 penetrating through the liquid storage chamber 301; the mounting hole 302 is connected to the discharge tube 202.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the drawer assembly 4 includes a drawer 401, a fixing port 403, an injection hole 406, a fixing shaft 408, a pushing plate 411, a fixing plate 412 and a third spring 410, the fixing port 403 and the injection hole 406 are both installed on the drawer 401, an outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 313 faces the injection hole 406, the pushing plate 411 and the fixing plate 412 are respectively connected with two ends of the fixing shaft 408 capable of rotating, the fixing shaft 408 is connected with the bottom of the main body 101, an end of the fixing plate 412 is matched with the fixing port 403, one end of the third spring 410 is connected with the fixing plate 412, the other end of the third spring 410 is connected with the bottom of the main body 101, an opening of the drawer 401 is arranged at the bottom of the paper outlet pipe 202; when the drawer 401 is closed, the fixing plate 412 is clamped with the fixing port 403, and the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 313 is arranged in the injection hole 406 or penetrates through the injection hole 406 to enter the drawer 401.
The main body 101 is provided with a drawer opening for the drawer 401 to open outwards and match with the drawer 401.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the atomizing assembly 5 includes an atomizing chamber 501, an atomizing switch 502, a battery 503, an atomizing box 504, a plurality of fixing posts 507, an ultrasonic atomizing sheet 508 and a plurality of mist outlets 510, the atomizing chamber 501 is detachably connected to the lid inner top 102, the atomizing switch 502 is disposed outside the atomizing chamber 501 and on the upper portion of the cup switch 105, the atomizing box 504 is connected to the lid inner top 102 through the fixing posts 507, the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 508 is disposed in an atomizing channel at the bottom of the atomizing box 504, the atomizing channel passes through the lid inner top 102 and is connected to the cup opening fixing post 110, an outlet of the atomizing channel is provided with a plurality of mist outlets 510, the mist outlets 510 are disposed on the cup opening fixing post 110, the battery 503 is disposed on the top of the atomizing chamber 501, and the battery 503 is electrically connected to the atomizing switch 502 and the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 508.
The plurality of compressed paper masses 203 are arranged in the paper mass bin 201, the paper mass bin 201 has a good waterproof effect, the compressed paper masses 203 are ensured to be in a dry state, the bottom of the paper mass bin 201 is funnel-shaped, so that the paper masses can conveniently slide out of the paper outlet pipe 202, the plurality of compressed paper masses 203 save space, more paper masses can be conveniently stored in the space as small as possible, and convenience is increased; a large amount of sterilization liquid is stored in the liquid storage bin 301, the liquid outlet bin 315 quantifies the sterilization liquid required by each paper roll, and the volume in the liquid outlet bin 315 is just equal to the sterilization liquid amount required by one compressed paper roll 203, so that the reliability of the paper roll sterilizing machine is improved, and the usage amount of the paper roll sterilizing machine is saved each time; the fixing plate 412 fixes the position of the drawer 401 through the fixing opening 403, so that the liquid applying assembly 3 is in a stable state when not triggered, and the third spring 410 ensures that the fixing plate 412 can automatically reset after rotating, so that the convenience of the liquid applying assembly is improved; edible sterilization liquid is stored in the atomization box 504 of the atomization assembly 5, the water cup switch 105 is pushed to the atomization switch 502 to send a working instruction to the battery 503, the battery 503 starts the ultrasonic atomization sheet 508 to work, 5ml of edible sterilization liquid can be atomized by triggering the switch once, the atomized edible sterilization liquid is stored between the inner top 102 of the cup cover and the cup cover body 111 through the plurality of mist outlets 510 to sterilize the top of the cup cover body 111 and the drinking water port 106, the sterilization range of the invention is expanded by the arrangement of the atomization assembly 5, and the reliability of the invention is improved; the atomizing chamber 501 is detachably connected with the inner top 102 of the cup cover, so that the atomizing chamber 501 can be opened to check whether the inner working state is good or not, or parts are replaced, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the liquid applying assembly 3 further includes a button 308, a first spring 307 and a first baffle 310, the button 308 is connected to the other end of the first push rod 306 and one end of the first baffle 310, the first spring 307 is sleeved on the first push rod 306, and two ends of the first spring 307 are respectively connected to the button 308 and one end of the syringe 304 away from the liquid outlet tube 313; as shown in fig. 10, the drawer assembly 4 further includes a board inlet 405 through which one end of the first baffle 310 can pass, the board inlet 405 is installed at a side of the drawer 401, and one end of the first baffle 310 faces the board inlet 405. The movement of the button 308 can drive the first push rod 306 and the first baffle 310 to move synchronously, the first spring 307 can reset the button 308 after the button 308 is pressed, the first push rod 306 can extrude liquid in the liquid outlet bin 315, the first baffle 310 penetrates through the plate inlet 405, the compressed paper mass 203 of the drawer 401 can be separated from the compressed paper mass 203 in the paper outlet pipe 202, the stored small paper masses can be kept dry, and the reliability of the device is ensured.

The drawer 401 can be ensured not to separate from the main body 101 by the arrangement of the two limiting plates 402, the integrity of the device is ensured, the arrangement of the limiting strips 407 can ensure that the compressed paper mass 203 can not displace in the process of contacting with the sterilizing liquid, the reliability of the device is improved, the second spring 409 is in a compressed state when not used, when the fixing piece 412 leaves from the fixing opening 403, the drawer 401 pops out under the elastic force of the second spring 409, and the flexibility of the device is ensured.
As shown in fig. 9, the liquid dispensing assembly 3 further includes a second push rod 311 and two second push plates 312, one end of the second push rod 311 passes through one side of the syringe 304 and is slidably connected to the syringe 304, that is, the second push rod 311 can slide on the syringe 304, one side of each of the two second push plates 312 is fixedly connected to two ends of the second push rod 311, one second push plate 312 is disposed in the syringe 304, the other second push plate 312 is disposed outside the syringe 304, and the other sides of the two second push plates 312 are respectively opposite to the first push plate 305 and the push plate 411.
The first push plate 305 drives the second push plate 312 to move in the moving process, so that the second push rod 311 and the other second push plate 312 move, the other second push plate 312 moves to drive the pushing piece 411 to rotate along the fixing shaft 408, the fixing piece 412 is enabled to apply pressure to the third spring 410, the third spring 410 is enabled to be compressed, meanwhile, the fixing piece 412 is separated from the fixing port 403, the accuracy of the device is improved, and the using mode of the device is simpler and more convenient.
On the contrary, when the third spring 410 returns to the original position, the fixed plate 412 is pushed to drive the fixed plate 412 to rotate along the fixed shaft 408, so that the pushing plate 411 also moves along with the rotation of the fixed shaft 408, and the pushing plate 411 pushes the opposite second pushing plate 312 to push the first pushing plate 305 through the second pushing rod 311 and the other second pushing plate 312.
An inlet 314 is arranged on the inner wall of the liquid outlet bin 315, the inlet 314 is connected with the liquid storage bin 301 through a connecting pipe 303, and a backflow prevention structure is arranged on the inlet 314.
The sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage bin 301 enters the liquid outlet bin 315 through the inlet 314 along the connecting pipe 303, and the backflow prevention structure of the inlet 314 can ensure that the sterilizing liquid in the liquid outlet bin 315 cannot flow back to the liquid storage bin 301 along the connecting pipe 303 when the first push plate 305 extrudes the sterilizing liquid out of the liquid outlet pipe 313.

A fully bactericidal thermos cup as set forth in claim 3, wherein said dispensing assembly (3) further comprises a second push rod (311) and two second push plates (312), the second push rod (311) is slidably connected to the syringe (304), the two second push plates (312) are respectively fixed to both ends of the second push rod (311), and the two second push plates (312) are respectively opposite to the first push plate (305) and the push tab (411).

A comprehensive sterilization vacuum cup as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the inner wall of the liquid outlet chamber (315) is provided with an inlet (314), the inlet (314) is connected with the liquid storage chamber (301) through a connecting pipe (303), and the inlet (314) is provided with a backflow prevention structure.

A fully bactericidal thermos cup as set forth in claim 7 wherein said atomizing switch (502) is disposed above the cup switch (105); when the water cup switch (105) is pushed to the atomization switch (502), the atomization switch (502) can be started, the ultrasonic atomization sheet (508) is started to work through the battery (503), and atomization of edible sterilization liquid is triggered once on the top surfaces of the water dispenser (106) and the cup cover body (111).
9. A method of using the fully sterilized vacuum cup of claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: the atomization switch (502) is turned on to send a working instruction to the battery (503), the battery (503) starts the ultrasonic atomization sheet (508) to work, edible sterilization liquid can be atomized by triggering the atomization switch (502) once, and the atomized edible sterilization liquid is stored between the inner top (102) of the cup cover and the cup cover body (111) through the plurality of mist outlet openings (510) to sterilize the top of the cup cover body (111) and the drinking water opening (106);
