Description

Antibiotic-free feed for improving production performance of weaned piglets and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of piglet feed, in particular to nonreactive feed for improving the growth performance of weaned piglets.
Background
The piglet has the defects of poor digestive tract function, insufficient gastric acid secretion, easy gastrointestinal microflora change, insufficient digestive enzyme secretion and protein indigestion, which easily cause the osmotic pressure of intestinal contents to rise and cause diarrhea due to intestinal dehydration. Particularly in large-scale breeding, in order to improve economic benefit, the problems of growth and development retardation, death and the like caused by diarrhea caused by weaning stress are more prominent, and huge loss is brought to the breeding industry. In actual production, antibiotics are usually added into daily ration of piglets to relieve weaning stress and help piglets to pass difficulty. However, due to the wide use and overuse of antibiotics, serious health risks have been associated with humans and animals. No. 194 published by rural areas in agriculture, and feed production enterprises stop producing commercial feeds containing growth-promoting drug feed additives from 7/1 of 2020. Therefore, the research of applying the non-antibiotic feed to weaned piglets is a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present in the industry.
Due to incomplete intestinal function development of piglets and the influence of weaning stress, the preparation of the antibiotic-free feed for the piglets needs to consider the following factors: the nutrition is comprehensive and balanced. The raw materials are different, the corresponding nutrient components are different, the digestibility is different, and the raw materials need to be scientifically formulated and elaborately prepared; ② suitable for digestion and nutrient absorption. The anti-nutritional factors and the allergic factors are reduced, the digestibility of the feed is improved, the key point of improving the feed intake of the piglets is that the feed has good performance after being digested, absorbed and deposited again; and the palatability is good. The piglet likes to eat, the feed intake can be improved, and good daily gain indexes can be realized; and fourthly, the stress response of weaning is reduced. The weaning stress is one of the important reasons for weight loss of the piglets after weaning, the piglets even can grow and stagnate, the feed formula needs to be adjusted and optimized, the stress response is reduced, the normal growth speed of the pigs is recovered as soon as possible, and the weaning stress loss is made up; fifthly, the incidence rate of diarrhea and other diseases are reduced to the maximum extent. In addition to protein, nutrients such as electrolytes, vitamins and amino acids are lost with diarrhea once nutritional diarrhea occurs. In the indigestible feed, part of nutrients can pass through the small intestine and enter the large intestine, so that the feed becomes a good culture medium for bacteria in the large intestine, and the bacteria in the large intestine are rapidly propagated, which is a main cause of piglet diarrhea. Therefore, the preparation of the antibiotic-free feed for the piglets is complex and has high technical content.
Patent application cn201910573375.x discloses a traditional Chinese medicine extract for treating piglet diarrhea, which comprises codonopsis pilosula, Chinese pulsatilla root, poria cocos, bighead atractylodes rhizome, dioscorea opposita, ash bark, coptis chinensis, origanum oil, costus root and other components. Patent application 201910736484.9 discloses a natural antibiotic-free feed additive comprising the following components: chinese pulsatilla root, green tangerine orange peel, phellodendron bark, coptis root, round cardamom, magnolia bark and poria cocos. The invention adopts the conception that the Chinese herbal medicines are used for replacing antibiotics, the medicine composition is complex, the process processing is needed, and the cost in the production is increased. In addition, the special taste of the traditional Chinese medicine can affect the food consumption of piglets to a certain extent. The research does not consider the factor of the piglet feed formula from the piglet intestinal characteristics and the weaning stress influence mechanism.
Patent application CN201910529072.8 discloses a piglet creep feed without antibiotics and pig homologous protein, which comprises corn, puffed corn, flour, puffed soybean, Hamlet protein, yeast nucleotide, super steam fish meal, odd feed powder, sucrose, glucose, whey powder, milk powder, whey protein concentrate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium formate, salt, lysine, methionine, tryptophan, threonine, compound acidifier, coated zinc oxide, coated plant essential oil, coated sodium butyrate, alkaloid, compound vitamin, trace element premix and compound enzyme preparation. Through the selection of raw materials, the piglet feed has the advantages of food attraction, palatability and high digestion and utilization rate by replacing homologous protein. The invention is based on the intestinal characteristics and nutritional requirements of piglets, and comprises the research on the selection of raw materials and the optimization of a formula, but the invention does not relate to the factor of reducing weaning stress.

(2) weighing corn, puffed soybean, soybean meal, enzymatic hydrolysis soybean meal, soybean hull and fish meal according to the weight parts, carrying out superfine grinding by using a 0.8-1.0mm sieve sheet, and then mixing the superfine powder with the puffed corn, whey protein concentrate, whey powder, yeast extract, soybean oil, sucrose, calcium hydrogen phosphate and the mixture obtained in the step (1) for 180 seconds;
(3) granulating with 2.0mm aperture ring membrane under the conditions of steam pressure of 0.2-0.5Mpa and granulating temperature of 60-80 deg.C, and cooling to obtain the final product.
Application example
100 healthy Du multiplied by long multiplied by large weaned piglets with similar body weight are selected in an experiment and randomly divided into 2 treatment groups, wherein the control group feed is a common antibiotic-containing commercial material, the embodiment 3 feed formula is adopted, and the finished feed is obtained according to the preparation example. After 21 days of piglets are weaned, the normal test is started, different feeds are fed for two weeks, and the production performance and body composition deposition indexes of the piglets at two weeks after weaning are measured.
TABLE 1 Effect of feeding different feeds on the productivity of weaned piglets
Item Control group Test group
Average initial weight (kg) 6.39 6.39
Average terminal weight (kg) 10.90 11.28
Average daily gain (kg) 322 349
Average daily food intake (kg) 417 433
Average material weight ratio 1.30 1.24
Diarrhea Rate (%) 1.14 1.71
The results show that: compared with the antibiotic-containing feed of a control group, the feed fed by the invention can improve the end weight, the average daily gain and the feed-weight ratio after the test is finished.
TABLE 2 Effect of different feeds on the deposition of body tissue constituents of weaned piglets
Item Control group Test group
Water content (g/d) 226 252
Protein (g/d) 54 58
Fat (g/d) 29 27
Ash (g/d) 9.5 10.3
The results show that: compared with the antibiotic-containing feed of a control group, the feed provided by the invention can improve the protein deposition of piglets. The comprehensive results show that the feed can ensure the rapid growth requirement of weaned pigs under the condition of no daily ration antibiotics.
