薏仁具有利水消肿、健脾祛湿、清热排脓、抗炎镇痛、增强免疫力等功效；沙棘具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效；罗汉果其主要功效是能止咳化痰。果实营养价值很高，含丰富的维生素C以及糖甙、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、脂类等；追风藤主治风湿痹痛，腰肌劳损等疾病；舒筋草能够祛风除湿、舒筋活血、明目、解毒；麻黄有发汗散寒、宣肺平喘、利水消肿的功效，可治疗风寒感冒、胸闷喘咳风水浮肿、支气管哮喘等病症；艾叶有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用；乳香入心、肝、脾经，有活血、行气、止痛之功效；白芷有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能；威灵仙具有祛风除湿，通络止痛的功效；千年健具有祛风湿、舒筋活络、止痛、消肿等功效；伸筋草辛能行散以舒筋活络，消肿止痛，治跌打损伤，瘀肿疼痛，多配苏木、土鳖虫、红花、桃仁等活血通络药，内服外洗均可；鸡血藤有补肝肾、益精壮阳，止泻的功能；羌活性温，祛寒湿，用于外感风寒、头痛无汗、寒湿痹、上肢风湿疼痛；独活可治风寒湿痹、腰膝酸痛症；牛夕活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利水通淋，引火下行，感冒咳嗽；当归具有补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效；桂枝发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气；木瓜入药有解酒、去痰、顺气、止痢之效；葛根有解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻之功；蚂蚁有补肾益精、通经活络、解毒消肿之功效；黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用；白术具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎的功效；金樱子具有固精缩尿，固崩止带，涩肠止泻之功效；甘草有清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等功效。

(1)本发明的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其工艺简单，操作方便，工艺成本低，其利用天然中草药相互配伍，增强抵抗力、舒筋活血、促进血液循环等保健效果，制备出了一种方便携带的天然草本养生袋茶；
(2)利用本发明的一种天然草本养生袋茶，通过感官评价可以看出，本发明的配方组合掩盖了中草药带来的苦味，同时具有较好的口感、组织状态和风味，适合工业化生产和销售。

一种天然草本养生袋茶的制备方法是将上述原料经破壁机粉碎至400目后，5g每袋，无纺布袋进行包装，即得所述的天然草本养生袋茶。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种天然草本养生袋茶，是由下列组分按照下列比例混合而成：薏仁30克、沙棘25克、罗汉果25克、追风藤15克、舒筋草30克、麻黄15克、艾叶15克、乳香15克、白芷15克、威灵仙60克、千年健15克、伸筋草40克、鸡血藤40克、羌活20克、独活20克、牛夕20克、当归20克、桂枝20克、木瓜干20克、柴葛20克、黑蚂蚁60克、生黄芪25克、白术20克、金樱子20克和甘草20克。
一种天然草本养生袋茶的制备方法是将上述原料经破壁机粉碎至400目后，5g每袋，无纺布袋进行包装，即得所述的天然草本养生袋茶。
实施例3

对比例
本对比例与实施例3的唯一区别在于：粉碎粒度大于400目。
感官评价试验
感官评分方法：由10名接收过相关训练、并具有一定食品常识的人员构成感官评定员，将利用实施例1-3和对比例的配比制成的养生茶袋进行95℃水冲泡5分钟，对冲泡后的茶品进行感官评定，评分标准采用百分制，成品质量感官评分指标包括四方面：色泽20分、风味20分、口感30分和组织状态30分，评分结果以样品平均分显示(样品平均分＝总评分/评价员数)，感官评定总分为4个方面的得分总和，评分标准见表1。

感官评价结果如表2所示，从表中可以看出，对比例从组织状态、口感、风味和色泽上的份数均低于实施例1-3，利用本发明的实施例1-3的感官评价分数在83分以上，分数较高，同时组织状态、口感、风味和色泽状态稳定，适合工业化生产。

1.一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，是由下列组分混合而成：薏仁、沙棘、罗汉果、追风藤、舒筋草、麻黄、艾叶、乳香、白芷、威灵仙、千年健、伸筋草、鸡血藤、羌活、独活、牛夕、当归、桂枝、木瓜、葛根、蚂蚁、黄芪、白术、金樱子和甘草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，是由下列组分按照下列比例混合而成：薏仁10-30克、沙棘15-25克、罗汉果15-25克、追风藤5-15克、舒筋草20-30克、麻黄5-15克、艾叶5-15克、乳香5-15克、白芷5-15克、威灵仙40-60克、千年健5-15克、伸筋草20-40克、鸡血藤20-40克、羌活10-20克、独活10-20克、牛夕10-20克、当归10-20克、桂枝10-20克、木瓜10-20克、葛根10-20克、蚂蚁40-60克、黄芪15-25克、白术10-20克、金樱子10-20克和甘草10-20克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，是由下列组分按照下列比例混合而成：薏仁20克、沙棘18克、罗汉果17克、追风藤10克、舒筋草24克、麻黄10克、艾叶10克、乳香10克、白芷10克、威灵仙50克、千年健10克、伸筋草30克、鸡血藤30克、羌活15克、独活15克、牛夕15克、当归12克、桂枝15克、木瓜12克、葛根15克、蚂蚁50克、黄芪20克、白术15克、金樱子15克和甘草15克。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的薏仁、沙棘、罗汉果、追风藤、舒筋草、麻黄、艾叶、乳香、白芷、威灵仙、千年健、伸筋草、鸡血藤、羌活、独活、牛夕、当归、桂枝、木瓜、葛根、蚂蚁、黄芪、白术、金樱子和甘草均为粉末状。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的葛根为柴葛。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的木瓜为木瓜干。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的黄芪为生黄芪。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的蚂蚁为黑蚂蚁。
9.制备根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶的方法，其特征在于，具体操作方法如下：将薏仁、沙棘、罗汉果、追风藤、舒筋草、麻黄、艾叶、乳香、白芷、威灵仙、千年健、伸筋草、鸡血藤、羌活、独活、牛夕、当归、桂枝、木瓜、葛根、蚂蚁、黄芪、白术、金樱子和甘草，经破壁机粉碎后，5g每袋，无纺布袋进行包装，即得所述的天然草本养生袋茶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种天然草本养生袋茶，其特征在于，所述的步骤(2)为经破壁机粉碎至400目。
