镶边条14通过自钻式螺钉紧固件15机械地固定到壁13,优选地被设置在水平间隔的立柱17中,并且用于将吸音面板12固定在声学坚硬的表面基底或壁13上的适当位置。例如,镶边条14通常在16英寸的中心上平行并且垂直于立柱17。具有矩形U形横截面的穿刺夹18,其具有形成齿或倒钩的相对的腿,可以在放置吸音板12之前将其固定在壁13上,以最初将面板固定在适当的位置。穿孔的干墙面板或片材11通过沿着片材11的宽度(或长度)间隔开的自钻螺钉15而机械地固定到镶边条14上,使得这些面板相对于吸音板12和壁13固定。吸音面板12的某种程度上可压缩的性质允许面板完全接触或几乎完全接触相邻的片材11、16。吸音面板和干墙16之间以及吸音面板和穿孔的干墙11之间的任何间隙可以忽略不计,即小于穿孔的干墙片材11的厚度的25%。
将穿孔的干墙面板11设置在适当的位置,其边缘优选地以与悬挂普通或常规干墙相同的方式邻接。穿孔的干墙面板11的邻接或紧密邻接的边缘处的接缝覆盖有接缝化合物,通常是纸接缝带。可以特别地配制接缝化合物的顶涂层,以使其与穿孔的干墙片材11的稀松布覆盖的外表面相匹配,以获得期望的最终颜色。此后,用诸如美国专利9,738,796中公开的无阻隔的透声涂料19涂覆胶带状的穿孔干墙面板或片材11,该专利的公开内容通过引用结合于此。该涂层或饰面19可以在多个横向方向上施加以确保均匀的外观。当涂层干燥时,其掩盖了片材11中的穿孔的任何残留图像,该残余图像穿过片材11的外表面上的外部通常为半透明的非织造稀松布20、胶带接合区域以及覆盖将片材固定到镶边条14或其他结构上的螺钉紧固件15的接合化合物而显示出来。结果是具有出色的声学效果的整体外观的或无缝的墙或天花板,特别适合“高端”空间,尤其是需要大量硬质表面区域的空间。
图2示出了在这种情况下复合结构10在砖石墙31上的另一种应用。在结构或功能上与图1中相同或基本相同的元件由相同的标号表示。用混凝土钉子或其他紧固件32将镶边Z形条14固定在墙壁31上。穿孔的干墙面板11之间的对接接头以33示出。普通干墙在其长边逐渐变细,以便更容易地沿这些边隐藏胶带。常规干墙(和面板11)的短边缘通常不是逐渐变细的,通常使接缝带的隐藏困难。通过将相关的面板端部向内拉向板34,面板11的与对接接头33相邻的外表面向内逐渐变细,板34优选比面板11稍微更硬。板34的外表面36由于板34和垫隔面板37的组合厚度而向内凹进,例如从吸音面板或背衬12的外表面的平面向内凹入约1/8英寸。垫隔面板37和板34均通过各自的螺钉固定在墙壁上。接头33被以已知的方式施加在面板11的凹入的正面部分上的接头胶带38和接头化合物39遮盖。
声学涂层、稀松布覆盖、穿孔的干墙11和吸音介质或“背衬”12的复合结构10具有独特的声学性能。当诸如在吊顶中使用的那些传统声学面板在其后侧或上侧具有充气室或空间时,其通常产生改进的NRC(降噪系数)等级。
出人意料的是,当复合结构10直接安装在声学上坚硬的基底上时产生相同或更好的声学性能,测量为NRC。下表将吸音面板或层12称为“背衬”,将涂覆的稀松布包覆的穿孔的干墙面板11称为“穿孔面板(perf panel)”。1英寸基于矿物纤维的背衬的密度为14lb/ft3,而2英寸基于矿物纤维的背衬的密度为3.5lb/ft3

具有术语“E-400”的表列是指行业认可的测试,其中模拟了400mm的气室高度。具有术语“直接安装”的表列是指将复合结构10直接安装在硬表面上的测试。
对该表的研究表明,复合结构10在没有气室(1”背衬12)的情况下表现良好,或者在没有气室(2”背衬12)的情况下表现更好。在所有情况下,复合结构10产生的NRC值在吊顶行业中被认为是相对较高的。值得注意的是,复合结构10可提供至少约0.75且优选至少0.80的高NRC值,其名义厚度为1-5/8英寸。
穿孔的干墙片材11和吸音面板或背衬12的复合结构10可以安装在包括多种已知的天花板或墙壁结构中的任何一种的膜或基底上,尤其是降噪性能差的膜或基底上。例如,这样的天花板构造可以包括用干墙覆盖的木材或金属托梁,包括例如工程木托梁或桁架和金属条托梁,它们用预浇铸的或浇铸在适当位置的混凝土覆盖有干墙或石膏或未覆盖。壁膜或基底可以包括例如覆盖有干墙、灰泥或镶板的木材或金属立柱。其他墙结构可包括砖石、预浇铸件和浇筑到位的混凝土膜。
诸如由普通或常规油漆的干墙、混凝土、砖石或灰泥所提供的声学上硬墙或天花板表面通常将显示NRC为0.10或更小,并且可以通过直接被复合结构10覆盖而在声学上受益。
穿孔的干墙片材11和吸音面板12的声学复合结构10可以以与本文所述的壁上基本上相同的方式安装在具有足够承载能力的现有天花板上。可以设想上述安装的变型。例如,在将吸音面板12机械地或粘合地固定到现有的墙壁或天花板或类似的基底上并且随后将穿孔的干墙面板11通过诸如被驱动穿过穿孔的干墙面板和吸音板的螺钉的机械紧固件固定到墙壁或天花板上时,可以省略镶边条14。可替代地,例如,吸音板可以首先被附接到穿孔的干墙片材,然后可以利用驱动穿过穿孔的干墙片材和吸音板进入基底的紧固螺钉等将穿孔的干墙片材机械地固定到墙壁、天花板或其他基底上。在上述两种变型中,如同上述的构造,至少当穿孔的干墙片材安装在由预先存在的墙壁或天花板等形成的下层载体上时,穿孔的干墙片材和吸声或隔音面板固定在一起。复合结构10的安装的特征在于,吸音板12和穿孔的干墙片材11邻接或几乎邻接并且直接固定到支撑结构或膜上,例如本身通常具有小于0.10的NRC的现有墙壁或天花板。在某些情况下,例如,吸音层12可以是非刚性的并且是毛层的形式。
当直接安装在声学坚硬的表面上时,在某些情况下,与直接在复合结构后面直接存在气室或开放空间时相比,复合结构可以获得更好的吸声效果,这种现象通常不会发生,但其证实了所公开复合结构固有地能够可靠地获得期望的高吸声效果,即使直接将其支撑在声学坚硬的表面上,即单独表现出小于0.10的NRC的表面上。
应显而易见的是,本公开是借助于实例,并且可以通过在不脱离本公开中所含有的传授内容的合理范围的情况下添加、修改或消除细节来进行各种变化。因此,本发明不限于本公开的特定细节,除非所附权利要求书必需如此限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种构造,其包括在壁或天花板区域上延伸的刚性膜,当从面对要占用空间的膜一侧进行测量时,所述膜的NRC为0.10或更小;与面向膜侧的空间接触或紧密相邻的多孔吸音层;覆盖所述吸音层并附接在所述膜上的多个穿孔的干墙片材,所述穿孔的干墙的每一侧均覆盖有非织造的多孔稀松布,干墙面板的面向要占用空间的侧面的相邻边缘包括用胶带粘上并用接缝化合物覆盖的各自稀松布,所述各自稀松布和接缝化合物用透声涂层覆盖,所述膜、所述吸音层、稀松布覆盖的穿孔的干墙片材和涂层的组合当从面向要占用空间的一侧测量时具有至少0.75的NRC。
2.根据权利要求1所述的构造,其中所述吸音层直接附接到所述膜,并且所述穿孔的干墙被固定到所述膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的构造,其中所述穿孔的干墙被附接到附接于所述膜的平行的镶边条上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的构造,其中所述镶边条机械地附接到所述膜,并且所述穿孔的干墙被螺钉附接至所述镶边条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的构造,其中所述镶边条提供用于容纳所述吸音层的空间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的构造,其中所述吸音层是附接到所述膜的刚性板。
7.一种改进低NRC膜的NRC的方法,包括用吸音材料的层覆盖所述膜,并用穿孔的石膏基干墙覆盖所述吸音材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述吸音材料被布置为与所述膜直接或几乎直接接触。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述穿孔的石膏干墙布置成与所述吸音材料直接或几乎直接接触。
