1. The data issuing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring target data information to be issued to a target system;
judging whether the target data information comprises a distributed log or not;
when the target data information comprises the issuing log, judging whether the issuing range field of the target data information comprises the name identification of the target system; the issuing range field comprises a name identifier which represents at least one issuing target of the target data information;
when the issuing range field of the target information does not include the name identification of the target system, newly adding the target data information in the target system and filling the issuing log;
and when the issuing range field of the target information comprises the name identification of the target system, updating the target data information and updating the issuing log in the target system.
2. The method of claim 1,
and when the target data information does not comprise the issued log, creating the issued log corresponding to the target data information, and judging whether the issued range field of the target data information comprises the name identification of the target system.
3. The method of claim 1,
the target data information further includes: a data name field and a data text field;
the issuing log comprises the following steps: issuing a system identification field, a main key field of issued data and a last update date field;
the newly adding the target data information in the target system and filling the issued log comprises:
generating a newly added message for newly adding the target data information, wherein a data name field of the newly added message comprises a name of the target data information, an operation type field of the newly added message comprises a newly added identifier for indicating that the operation type is newly added, and a data field of the newly added message comprises a data text field;
sending the newly added message to the target system, so that the target system adds the target data information in the target system according to the newly added identifier;
and after the target data information is added, filling the current time into the last update date field in the issued log, filling the name identification of the target system into the issued system identification field of the issued log, and filling the data name field of the target data information into the issued data main key field of the issued log.
4. The method of claim 3,
when the issuing range field of the target information comprises the name identification of the target system, updating the target data information in the target system and filling the issuing log, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring data information to be updated corresponding to a target issuing log of which the data main key field comprises the data name field and the time of the last updating time field is earlier than the current time;
generating an update message for updating the data information to be updated, wherein a data name field of the update message includes a name of the target data information, an operation type field of the update message includes an update identifier indicating that the operation type is update, and a data field of the update message includes a data text field;
sending the update message to the target system, so that the target system updates the data information to be updated into the target data information in the target system according to the update identifier;
and after the target data information is updated, updating the last update date field in the target issuing log to the current time.
5. The data issuing device based on the data issuing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition module, a first judgment module, a second judgment module and a processing module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring target data information to be issued to a target system;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the target data information comprises a distributed log or not;
the second judging module is configured to, when the target data information includes the delivery log, judge whether a delivery range field of the target data information includes a name identifier of the target system; the issuing range field comprises a name identifier which represents at least one issuing target of the target data information;
the processing module is used for adding the target data information in the target system and filling the issuing log when the issuing range field of the target information does not include the name identification of the target system;
and when the issuing range field of the target information comprises the name identification of the target system, updating the target data information and updating the issuing log in the target system.
6. The apparatus of claim 5,
the second judging module is further configured to create an issue log corresponding to the target data information when the issue log is not included in the target data information, and judge whether the name identifier of the target system is included in an issue range field of the target data information.

the processing module is configured to, when the target data information further includes a data name field and a data body field and the delivered log includes a delivered system identifier field, a delivered data primary key field, and a last update date field, execute, when the delivered range field of the target information does not include the name identifier of the target system, when the target data information is newly added to the target system and the delivered log is filled, specifically execute:
