Abstract

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, and a storage medium.

Background

In the related technology, a scene needing to check transaction information exists, in the scene, the transaction information generally needs to be summarized and summarized manually, the characteristics of transactions are summarized into characters, and then the characters are manually input into a corresponding storage area.

Disclosure of Invention

Embodiments of the present invention provide an information processing method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium, which can improve the speed of transaction information processing, reduce dependence of the processing on labor, and reduce processing cost and error rate.

The embodiment of the invention provides an information processing method, which comprises the following steps:

displaying an information generation page of an information processing client, wherein the information generation page comprises a template selection control, a case confirmation control, a preview area and a storage control;

responding to a triggering operation of a user for the template selection control, and displaying a first template list, wherein the first template list comprises at least one management information template of the user, each management information template corresponds to one abnormal resource transfer type, and the management information template comprises a position to be filled and general description information of abnormal resource transfer information under the abnormal resource transfer type;

responding to the selection operation aiming at a target management information template, and determining the target management information template as a management information template of a case to be processed, wherein the case to be processed comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information;

responding to the triggering operation aiming at the case confirmation control, acquiring filling information on each position to be filled in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed, and filling the corresponding position to be filled in the target management information template with the filling information to obtain target management information;

and displaying the target management information in the preview area, and responding to the trigger operation aiming at the saving control to store the target management information into a preset resource transfer management information set.

To solve the above problem, the present embodiment also provides an information processing apparatus including:

the information generation page display unit is used for displaying an information generation page of the information processing client, and the information generation page comprises a template selection control, a case confirmation control, a preview area and a storage control;

the template list display unit is used for responding to the triggering operation of a user for the template selection control, and displaying a first template list, wherein the first template list comprises at least one management information template of the user, each management information template corresponds to one abnormal resource transfer type, and the management information template comprises the position to be filled and the general description information of the abnormal resource transfer information under the abnormal resource transfer type;

the template determining unit is used for responding to the selection operation aiming at the target management information template and determining the target management information template as a management information template of a case to be processed, wherein the case to be processed comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information;

the information generating unit is used for responding to the triggering operation of the case confirmation control, acquiring filling information on each to-be-filled position in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the to-be-processed case, and filling the corresponding to-be-filled position in the target management information template with the filling information to obtain target management information;

and the information management unit is used for displaying the target management information in the preview area and responding to the trigger operation aiming at the saving control to store the target management information into a preset resource transfer management information set.

Optionally, the apparatus may further include an information editing unit, configured to update the target management information displayed in the preview area in response to an information editing operation performed by the user on the target management information before the information management unit stores the target management information in a preset resource transfer management information set in response to a trigger operation performed on the save control.

Optionally, the apparatus may further include: a management information list page display unit for:

displaying a management information list page of the information processing client, wherein the management information list page comprises a management information list which comprises management information stored in a preset resource transfer management information set;

and after the information management unit responds to the trigger operation aiming at the saving control and stores the target management information into a preset resource transfer management information set, updating the management information list based on the target management information.

Optionally, the information generation page includes a template loading control, and the apparatus further includes a template updating unit, configured to:

displaying a template information list page of the information processing client, wherein the template information list page comprises a second template list which comprises at least one management information template;

responding to the template adding operation aiming at the second template list, and displaying the newly added management information template in the second template list;

and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the template loading control, and setting the newly added management information template as the management information template of the user.

Optionally, the information generating unit is configured to:

responding to the trigger operation aiming at the case confirmation control, and determining that a default matching mode of the target management information template is a matching module of the target management information template, wherein the matching mode is set based on at least one characteristic information of abnormal resource transfer information, and the information to be filled in the positions to be filled corresponding to different matching modes is different;

and matching the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule corresponding to the default matching mode, and determining filling information required by each position to be filled based on the matching result.

Optionally, the information generation page further includes a mode setting control, and the apparatus further includes a mode selection unit, configured to display a setting sub-page in response to a triggering operation for the setting control before the template determination unit responds to a triggering operation for the case confirmation control, and obtains filling information at each to-be-filled position in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the to-be-processed case, where the setting sub-page includes the mode setting control; responding to the trigger operation aiming at the mode setting control, and displaying a mode list, wherein the mode list comprises at least one candidate matching mode, the matching mode is set based on at least one characteristic information of the abnormal resource transfer information, and the information needing to be filled in the positions to be filled corresponding to different matching modes is different; in response to a selected operation for a target matching pattern in the pattern list, determining the target matching pattern as a matching pattern for the case to be processed;

and the information generating unit is used for responding to the triggering operation aiming at the case confirmation control, matching the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule of the target matching mode, and determining the filling information required by each position to be filled based on the matching result.

Optionally, the information generating unit is configured to:

responding to the trigger operation aiming at the case confirmation control, and acquiring the matching rule of each position to be filled in the target matching mode;

matching the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule of each position to be filled to obtain the matching information corresponding to each position to be filled;

and carrying out redundant information deletion processing on each matching information to obtain filling information required by each position to be filled.

Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a first case selecting unit, configured to:

before the template determining unit responds to the selection operation aiming at the target management information template and determines the target management information template as the management information template of the case to be processed, displaying a candidate case page of the information processing client, wherein the candidate case page comprises candidate processing cases, and each candidate processing case comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information;

and determining the target processing case as the case to be processed in response to the selection operation for the target processing case.

Optionally, the information management unit is further configured to send, in response to a trigger operation for the saving control, the target management information to the abnormal resource transfer information management system, and trigger the abnormal resource transfer information management information to store the target management information.

In some embodiments of the present invention, there may also be provided a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method as described above when executing the computer program.

In some embodiments of the invention, there may also be provided a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the steps of the method as described above.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention provides an information processing method, an information processing device, computer equipment and a storage medium.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing system including an information processing apparatus suitable for a computer device. The computer device may be a terminal or a server.

The terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and other terminal equipment, and also can be wearable equipment, an intelligent television or other intelligent terminals with display modules.

The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN, a big data and artificial intelligence platform, but is not limited thereto.

The information processing apparatus of the present embodiment may be integrated in a terminal or a server, and may alternatively be integrated in the terminal or the server in the form of an application program or the like.

Referring to fig. 1a, the information processing system provided in the present embodiment includes a terminal 10, a server 20, and the like.

The terminal 10 may be configured to display an information generation page of the information processing client, where the information generation page includes a template selection control, a case confirmation control, a preview area, and a save control; responding to the triggering operation of a user for a template selection control, and displaying a first template list, wherein the first template list comprises at least one management information template of the user, each management information template corresponds to one abnormal resource transfer type, and the management information template comprises a position to be filled and general description information of abnormal resource transfer information under the abnormal resource transfer type; responding to the selection operation aiming at the target management information template, and determining the target management information template as a management information template of a case to be processed, wherein the case to be processed comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information; responding to the trigger operation aiming at the case confirmation control, acquiring filling information on each position to be filled in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed, and filling the corresponding position to be filled in the target management information template with the filling information to obtain target management information; and displaying the target management information in the preview area, and responding to the trigger operation aiming at the saving control, and storing the target management information into a preset resource transfer management information set.

The step of acquiring the filling information at each to-be-filled position in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the to-be-processed case may be performed by the server 20, or may be performed by the terminal 10, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The following are detailed below. It should be noted that the following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred order of the embodiments.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described from the perspective of an information processing apparatus, which may be specifically integrated in a terminal and/or a server, for example, may be integrated in the form of an application in the terminal or the server.

As shown in fig. 1b, a flow of the information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention may be as follows:

the information processing client may be a client that can be installed on a terminal, such as a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal, or may also be a client that logs in through a web page or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.

In this embodiment, the information generation page may be divided into a plurality of regions, and different display contents may be set in different regions, for example, the information generation page may be divided into 3 regions, such as an operation region, a preview region, and a setting region, where the template selection control, the case confirmation control, and the storage control may be set in the operation region, and the operation region may be used by a user to select a management information template, determine case information, and trigger a control for importing a ledger function, where the ledger may be understood as a resource transfer management information set of this embodiment, and is used to store management information for cases.

Optionally, the cases in this embodiment may be understood as a name of at least one abnormal resource transfer information as a whole, each case may include at least one abnormal resource transfer information, the abnormal resource transfer information includes information related to resource transfer, such as information of the resource transferor and the resource receiver, the resource transfer time, the account of the resource transferor, the account of the resource receiver, the size of the transferred resource (such as the transfer amount), the identity types of the resource transferor and the resource receiver, such as an individual client or an enterprise client, etc., the "exception" in the exception resource transfer information of the present embodiment, the determination may be made manually or by a system having a determination function (for example, an abnormal resource transfer information management system in the following description), which is not limited in this embodiment.

The preview area in this embodiment may be used for a user to preview the management information generated based on the management information template, and the setting area may be used for the user to trigger operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, and the like for setting of the management information template.

In one example, the information generation page of the information processing client may be displayed by clicking an icon of the client, and optionally, the step of "displaying the information generation page of the information processing client" may include:

displaying an operation main page, wherein the operation main page comprises at least one icon of a client, and the client comprises an information processing client;

and displaying an information generation page of the information processing client in response to a client start operation for the icon of the information processing client.

In another example, the information generation page of the information processing client may be called by the abnormal resource transfer information management system, and optionally, the step of "displaying the information generation page of the information processing client" may include:

displaying a case page of the abnormal resource transfer information management system, wherein the case page comprises case description information of at least one case to be selected, and each case comprises at least one piece of abnormal resource transfer information;

and responding to the information processing operation aiming at the target case, and displaying an information generation page of the information processing client.

In this example, the target case is a to-be-processed case of the information processing client.

Optionally, the case page of the abnormal resource transfer information management system further includes an information processing client link control corresponding to each case, and the step "displaying the information generation page of the information processing client in response to the information processing operation on the target case" may include displaying the information generation page of the information processing client in response to the triggering operation on the information processing client link control on the target case, and further determining the target case as the case to be processed.

The case description information may include summary information of the abnormal resource transfer information in the case, or a reference abnormal resource transfer type corresponding to the case. the management information template displayed in the first template list may be different for different users. The management information template of this embodiment may be set by the user himself or may be provided by the information processing client, which is not limited in this embodiment.

In this embodiment, the abnormal resource transfer types may be obtained by dividing according to a certain standard, and the abnormal resource transfer information under the same abnormal resource transfer type has some same resource transfer characteristics.

Optionally, the abnormal resource transfer type in this embodiment may be set according to an abnormal resource transfer type specified in laws and regulations, for example, the abnormal resource transfer type may be set according to a purpose of the abnormal resource transfer. The positions to be filled in the management information templates corresponding to different abnormal resource transfer types are generally set differently, and it can be understood that the general description information is generally different. The setting of the positions to be filled here includes the number of positions to be filled, the positions in the template, and the setting of the filling information filled on the positions.

In an example, the general description information of the abnormal resource transfer information in the abnormal resource transfer type may be set according to a commonality between the abnormal resource transfer information in the abnormal resource transfer type, and is used to describe a feature common to the abnormal resource transfer information in the abnormal resource transfer type, where the feature includes, but is not limited to, a resource transfer behavior feature, and for example, the general description information may include: the fund is transferred in a scattered mode and transferred out in a centralized mode, the trading place is overseas, the trading time is concentrated in the daytime, the trading amount is large, the trading stroke number is large, and the like.

For example, referring to fig. 2a, a page indicated by 201 is an information generation page of an information processing client, 2011 is a template selection control, a trigger operation is performed on the template selection control 2011 in the page 201, and a pull-down list of the template selection control 2011 in the page 202, that is, a first template list is displayed, where the first template list includes at least one management information template of the user, and optionally, template information of the management information template, such as a to-be-filled position and general description information, may be displayed in the list, where the to-be-filled position may be represented by a placeholder.

103. Responding to the selection operation aiming at the target management information template, and determining the target management information template as a management information template of a case to be processed, wherein the case to be processed comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information;

if the user wants to replace the template after selecting the target management information template, the user may further perform a trigger operation for the template selection control, display the first template list, and reselect the target management information template.

Optionally, for example, referring to fig. 2a, in the page indicated at 202, if the user selects a first management information template in the first template list, the display area of the template selection control displays information of the management information template, where the management information template is a management information template of a case to be processed.

In this embodiment, the to-be-processed case may have other determination schemes besides the previous determination scheme, and in an example, the to-be-processed case may be determined without performing an operation on a page of the abnormal resource transfer information management system.

Optionally, before the step "determining the target management information template as the management information template of the case to be processed in response to the selection operation on the target management information template", the method may further include:

displaying a candidate case page of the information processing client, wherein the candidate case page comprises candidate processing cases, and each candidate processing case comprises at least one abnormal resource transfer information;

Optionally, the candidate case page may be constantly displayed when the information processing client is started, for example, the case candidate page and the information generation page may be displayed simultaneously.

Optionally, the candidate processing case may be obtained from an abnormal resource transfer information management system, and in one example, the information processing client has an association relationship with the abnormal resource transfer information management system. Responding to the trigger operation aiming at the case confirmation control, acquiring filling information on each position to be filled in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed, and filling the corresponding position to be filled in the target management information template with the filling information to obtain target management information;

in an example, there may be only one management information template of an abnormal resource transfer type, but considering that, in an abnormal resource transfer type, different characteristic information of the abnormal resource transfer information, for example, different customer identities may require different positions to be filled, a matching mode selection dimension may be added for a user to select different matching modes in an abnormal resource transfer type, so as to determine more accurate management information.

The matching mode corresponding to the abnormal resource transfer type may be set based on at least one feature information of the abnormal resource transfer information in the abnormal resource transfer type, and the setting of the position to be filled corresponding to different matching modes is different.

The setting of the positions to be filled includes, but is not limited to, filling information in the positions to be filled, the number of the positions to be filled, and the positions of the positions to be filled in the management information template. The different settings of the positions to be filled can be understood as at least one of the three settings of filling information in the positions to be filled, the number of the positions to be filled, and the positions of the positions to be filled in the management information template.

For example, the number of the positions to be filled is different and/or the information to be filled in the positions to be filled is different in different matching modes.

Optionally, the information to be filled in the positions to be filled is different, which may be understood as different information caused by different numbers of the positions to be filled, or different information types corresponding to the positions to be filled.

Optionally, the step "responding to the trigger operation for the case confirmation control, and obtaining filling information at each to-be-filled position in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the to-be-processed case" may include:

responding to the trigger operation aiming at the case confirmation control, and determining that the default matching mode of the target management information template is a matching module of the target management information template;

and matching the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule corresponding to the default matching mode, and determining filling information required by each position to be filled in the target management information template based on the matching result.

The default matching mode may be set arbitrarily, and this embodiment does not limit this.

In this embodiment, the matching rule may be any rule that can be used for performing text matching, including but not limited to AI semantic matching, regular expressions, and the like, where one to-be-filled location may correspond to at least one matching rule, for example, to at least one regular expression, and the regular expression of the to-be-filled location is set according to information that needs to be filled in the to-be-filled location.

In this embodiment, a regular expression database may be provided, and the database may be used to store a regular expression corresponding to the information of the position to be filled in the management information template.

Optionally, the step of matching the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule corresponding to the default matching mode, and determining the filling information required by each position to be filled based on the matching result may include:

acquiring a regular expression corresponding to information of a position to be filled in a target management information template in a default matching mode;

matching abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the regular expression to obtain matching information of each position to be filled in the target management information template;

and performing redundant information removal processing on the matching information to obtain filling information of each position to be filled in the target management information template.

In another example, the matching template may be selected by the user, and optionally, the information generation page further includes a setting control, which may be set in the setting area.

Optionally, before the step "responding to the triggering operation for the case confirmation control, based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed, obtaining the filling information at each position to be filled in the target management information template", the method may include:

responding to the trigger operation aiming at the setting control, and displaying a setting sub-page, wherein the setting sub-page comprises a mode setting control;

in response to a triggering operation for the mode setting control, displaying a mode list, wherein the mode list comprises at least one candidate matching mode;

in response to a selected operation for a target matching pattern in the pattern list, the target matching pattern is determined as a matching pattern for the case to be processed.

The matching mode in this example is also set based on at least one feature information of the abnormal resource transfer information, and the setting of the position to be filled corresponding to different matching modes is also different. For an understanding of this "difference", reference may be made to the above description and will not be repeated here.

Correspondingly, the step "responding to the trigger operation for the case confirmation control, and acquiring filling information at each to-be-filled position in the target management information template based on the abnormal resource transfer information in the to-be-processed case" may include:

responding to the triggering operation aiming at the case confirmation control, matching abnormal resource transfer information in the case to be processed based on the matching rule of the target matching mode, and determining filling information required by each position to be filled based on the matching result.
