Background
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, leather products are more and more favored by people due to the beautiful appearance and soft texture. However, the leather products are mostly made of animal fur, and usually, a piece of clothes can be made of a plurality of pieces of fur, which is not only expensive, but also inevitably endangers the life safety of animals, so that the manufacturing and using of the leather products are strongly blamed and resisted by animal protection organizations of various countries.
The leather obtained by chemical processing is denatured and non-perishable animal leather, the leather is formed by tightly weaving natural protein fibers in a three-dimensional space, the surface of the leather is provided with a special grain surface layer, the leather has natural grains and luster, the hand feeling is comfortable, the base material is a component of the composite floor, the basic base material components are almost, and the base material is not classified into base materials of different brands only according to the quality; the floor substrate accounts for more than 90% of the whole floor component (calculated by solid matters), the substrate accounts for about 70% of the whole laminated wood floor in the cost structure, but most of the surfaces of the existing substrate plates are not laminated by leather, so that the service life and the corrosion resistance are greatly reduced, and the selectivity of people in use is reduced.
