Example 1
A sugar-free three-penis wine comprises, per 10000L of sugar-free three-penis wine, 0.1kg of seal penis, 0.5kg of deer penis, 300kg of dog penis, 7.6kg of ginseng, 5kg of cinnamon, 10kg of medlar, 10kg of poria cocos, 15kg of Chinese yam, 2kg of pepper, 2kg of fennel, 80% of edible alcohol, 20% of sesame-flavor liquor, 6L of caramel color, 0.3kg of sucralose and a proper amount of purified water, wherein the alcohol content of the liquor is 60 vol%, and the alcohol content of the edible alcohol is 60 vol%.

Step 2, extraction:
(1) soaking crude medicinal material residues in 55% edible alcohol for 24hr (at 35 deg.C), wherein the amount of the soaking alcohol is about 15 cm;
(2) performing multi-stage countercurrent percolation extraction on the medicinal materials, wherein the percolation speed is 21L/h, the leaching temperature is 35 ℃, and collecting percolate after percolation is finished;
(3) after the medicinal materials are completely percolated, the liquid in the tank is drained by using compressed air, then purified water is added, the purified water is 15 cm higher than the medicinal materials, the medicinal materials are circularly washed for 4 hours at the temperature of 35 ℃, and after the washing liquid is naturally drained, the liquid in the tank is drained by using compressed air.
Step 3, wine preparation: firstly, 0.3kg of sucralose is weighed and added into the percolate, the volume calculated according to the method for calculating the volume of the edible alcohol and the sesame flavor type white spirit is added into an extraction tank, and then purified water is supplemented to adjust the volume to 10000L.
And 4, standing at low temperature: storing the prepared semi-finished product in a low-temperature storage tank, and standing for 30h at-7 ℃.
And step 5, filtering: and (3) removing most of impurities from the three semi-finished products after low-temperature standing by using a plate-and-frame filter press, and then removing fine impurities by using a diatomite filter.
Step 6, filling wine: and (3) performing coarse and fine cleaning on the glass bottle and the bottle cap, filling the wine liquid obtained in the step (5) into the glass bottle, and then sealing the glass bottle and the bottle cap.
And 7, packaging: and packaging the glass bottles after filling and capping to obtain the sugar-free three-animal penes wine.
Example 2
A sugar-free three-penis wine comprises, per 10000L of the sugar-free three-penis wine, 0.3kg of seal penis, 1kg of deer penis, 350kg of dog penis, 8kg of ginseng, 8kg of cinnamon, 10kg of medlar, 13kg of poria cocos, 20kg of Chinese yam, 4kg of pepper, 4kg of fennel, 70% of edible alcohol, 30% of sesame-flavor liquor, 7L of caramel color, 0.3kg of sucralose and a proper amount of purified water, wherein the alcohol content of the liquor is 62% vol, and the alcohol content of the edible alcohol is 55% vol.
In addition, the adding amount or the supplementing amount of the sesame-flavor liquor, the edible alcohol and the water is added according to the following formula: 70% of edible alcohol, which is the ratio of the amount of the ethanol in the prepared wine, wherein the specific calculation formula of the addition volume of the edible alcohol is as follows: 10000L 35.0% × 70% ÷ alcoholic strength of edible alcohol.

(2) performing multi-stage countercurrent percolation extraction on the medicinal materials, wherein the percolation speed is 21L/h, the leaching temperature is 35 ℃, and collecting percolate after percolation is finished;
(3) after the medicinal materials are completely percolated, the liquid in the tank is drained by using compressed air, then purified water is added, the purified water is 15 cm higher than the medicinal materials, the medicinal materials are circularly washed for 4 hours at the temperature of 35 ℃, and after the washing liquid is naturally drained, the liquid in the tank is drained by using compressed air.
Step 3, wine preparation: firstly, 0.3kg of sucralose is weighed and added into the percolate, the volume calculated according to the method for calculating the volume of the edible alcohol and the sesame flavor type white spirit is added into an extraction tank, and then purified water is supplemented to adjust the volume to 10000L.
And 4, standing at low temperature: storing the prepared semi-finished product in a low-temperature storage tank, and standing for 30h at-7 ℃.
And step 5, filtering: and (3) removing most of impurities from the three semi-finished products after low-temperature standing by using a plate-and-frame filter press, and then removing fine impurities by using a diatomite filter.
Step 6, filling wine: and (3) performing coarse and fine cleaning on the glass bottle and the bottle cap, filling the wine liquid obtained in the step (5) into the glass bottle, and then sealing the glass bottle and the bottle cap.
And 7, packaging: and packaging the glass bottles after filling and capping to obtain the sugar-free three-animal penes wine.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is that sucralose is added in an amount of 0.8 kg.
Example 4
The difference from example 1 is that sucralose is added in an amount of 0.15 kg.
Example 5
The difference from example 1 is that sucralose is added in an amount of 0.5 kg.
Example 7
The difference from example 1 is that 0.3kg of sucralose in the formulation is replaced with 0.9kg of aspartame. The sweetness of sucralose is 600 times that of sucrose, the sweetness of aspartame is 200 times that of sucrose, and the sweetness of 0.3kg of sucralose is about equal to that of 0.9kg of aspartame.
Example 8
The difference from example 1 is that 0.3kg of sucralose in the formulation is replaced by 0.9kg of acesulfame potassium. Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is that 0.3kg of sucralose in the formulation was replaced with 180kg of white granulated sugar. Performance test
The trinket wine prepared by the formulation and process of examples 1-15 and comparative examples 1-6 was sampled and the following performance test tests were performed on the samples and the test data are recorded in table 1.
Alcohol content: the detection is carried out according to GB/T4928-2008 'beer analysis method'.
Total acids (in acetic acid): the detection is carried out according to GB/T4928-2008 'beer analysis method'.
Total sugars (in glucose): the detection is carried out according to GB/T5009.8-2016 (determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose in food national safety standard food).
Dry extract: measuring the density of the sample or the residual liquid after distilling off alcohol by a density bottle method, calculating the density of the dealcoholized sample at 20 ℃, obtaining the content of the total extract by checking a density-total extract content comparison table, and subtracting the content of the total sugar from the content of the total extract to obtain the content of the dry extract in the sample.

Researches show that when the total sugar in the beverage is not higher than 5g/L, a diabetic can drink the beverage safely, when the total sugar exceeds 5g/L, the blood sugar of the diabetic is easy to rise, and the higher the total sugar value is, the more dangerous the diabetic is.
According to the data of various performance tests in table 1, it can be seen that:
in example 1, sucralose is selected as the sugar substitute, and the total sugar of the prepared trichuris wine is less than 5 g/L.
The difference between the example 2 and the example 1 lies in that the ingredient ratio of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the formula is changed, and the result shows that the total mass of the three-animal penes wine is not greatly influenced by changing the amount of the medicinal materials in the ingredient table within a certain range.
The results of examples 3 to 5, in which the amount of sucralose added was changed in comparison with example 1, show that the change of the total sugar of the three-whip wine was hardly changed by increasing or decreasing the amount of sucralose added, indicating that the source of the total sugar in the three-whip wine is only a small part derived from sucralose, and the sucralose hardly causes the increase of the total sugar while increasing the sweetness of the three-whip wine.
Stevia is selected as the sugar substitute in example 6, and the total sugar of the prepared three-animal penes wine is less than 5 g/L.
Aspartame was selected as the sugar substitute in example 7, and the total sugar of the prepared triple-whip wine was less than 5 g/L.
In example 8, acesulfame potassium is selected as sugar substitute, and the total sugar of the prepared three-animal penes wine is less than 5 g/L.
The sweetness of the white granulated sugar, the rock sugar or the sucrose added in the comparative examples 1 to 3 is the same as that of the sucralose added in the example 1, but the total sugar exceeds 18g/L, and the sugar content is far higher than that of the sucralose under the same sweetness. The sugar substitutes such as sucralose and the like are used for replacing white granulated sugar, rock candy or cane sugar, so that the sugar content of the three-penis wine can be obviously reduced, and the three-penis wine is suitable for being drunk by diabetics. Similarly, aspartame, steviosin and acesulfame potassium can also obviously reduce the sugar content of the three-animal penes wine, and is suitable for diabetics to drink.
