一种高弹性保健松紧带
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域，尤其涉及一种高弹性保健松紧带。
背景技术
松紧带是可以附接至服装且有回弹力的弹性环形构件，主要有绳状和带状两种，常用于包括但不限于裤腰、裤口、袖口、领圈、鞋衬、内衣肩带。
现有的松紧带大多是采用普通的纱线编织而成，只能当松紧带使用，而没有其他的功能，如保健功能等，因此功能单一。此外，现有的松紧带的弹性一般，在经历几次穿着水洗后，容易出现弹性减弱甚至没有回弹性的情况，导致无法继续穿，需要频繁更换松紧带。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种高弹性保健松紧带，旨在解决现有的松紧带的弹性一般且功能单一的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的，一种高弹性保健松紧带，包括：弹性亲肤层；设于所述弹性亲肤层上的保健中间层；以及设于所述保健中间层上的编织外层。
本发明实施例提供的高弹性保健松紧带，采用三层结构设计，包括弹性亲肤层、保健中间层和编织外层，该松紧带经水洗50次后仍然具有良好的回弹性，持久耐穿，且具有良好的健腰保健效果，功能更多样化，具有广阔的市场前景。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。

本发明实施例提供的高弹性保健松紧带，采用三层结构设计，包括弹性亲肤层、保健中间层和编织外层，该松紧带经水洗50次后仍然具有良好的回弹性，持久耐穿，且具有良好的健腰保健效果，功能更多样化，具有广阔的市场前景。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种高弹性保健松紧带的结构示意图，如图1所示，该高弹性保健松紧带包括：弹性亲肤层1；设于弹性亲肤层1上的保健中间层2；以及设于保健中间层2上的编织外层3。
在本发明的示例性实施例中，弹性亲肤层1、保健中间层2和编织外层3的接触面层之间可以通过粘合剂粘合起来。例如，可先在弹性亲肤层1与保健中间层2的相对接触面层之间均匀地涂覆一层粘合剂，然后通过施加适度的压力使得弹性亲肤层1与保健中间层2之间能够贴合紧密。
其中，粘合剂可以是聚丙烯酸酯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯树脂等乳液；还可以是热活性丙烯酸胶乳以及丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶等胶乳。
在本发明的示例性实施例中，如图2所示，弹性亲肤层1包括弹性层11和亲肤层12；弹性层11和亲肤层12通过粘合剂粘合在一起；弹性层11包括如下重量份的原料：弹性嵌段共聚物35～90份、热塑性树脂5～40份和在40℃时粘度为5～68mm2/s的精制矿物油10～45份。
在本发明实施例中，弹性嵌段共聚物为线性嵌段共聚物，如A-B-C三嵌段共聚物，A-B两嵌段共聚物等。A嵌段和C嵌段为软嵌段，B嵌段为硬嵌段。优选的，A嵌段为聚醚，B嵌段为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯，C嵌段为聚苯乙烯。即构成聚醚-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(为A-B-C三嵌段共聚物)。该三嵌段共聚物具有“区段”结构特征，软嵌段的柔软性好，链较长，容易伸长变形；硬嵌段相对较僵硬，易于结晶，链较短，在纤维受力变形时起节点作用，赋予弹性层11优异的弹性回复性能和强力。
在本发明实施例中，A嵌段的分子量优选在1000～2000；B嵌段的分子量优选在5000～6000；C嵌段的分子量优选在10000～30000。软硬嵌段部分A和C的总重量通常占共聚物总重量的40％～75％，优选为50％～75％，更为优选为60％～75％。
合适的热塑性聚合物可以与嵌段共聚物的较软嵌段或者较硬嵌段缔合而形成缠结的三维网状结构，从而增加嵌段共聚化合物的弹性。其中，热塑性聚合物可为热塑性树脂，具体可为聚酰胺和松香变性热塑性树脂中的任意一种或其混合物。
经研究发现，添加诸如矿物油可以降低上述嵌段共聚物与热塑性聚合物构成的缔结结构的粘度并增强其可处理性和加工性能，并且有利于提高该缔结结构的拉伸性能。优选的，油为在40℃时粘度为5～68mm2/s的精制矿物油。
为了提高松紧带的弹性恢复性能，提高其抗变形性，同时提高其亲肤性和舒适性，优选在弹性层11上设置一亲肤层12，有助于保持弹性层11的三维特性，并且降低其变形幅度。亲肤层12优选为聚乙烯和聚碳酸酯的混合物，并且弹性层11和亲肤层12的厚度比为5～7:2。更为优选的，两者的厚度比为7:2。
在本发明的示例性实施例中，如图3所示，保健中间层2包括纺织带本体21；纺织带本体21上均匀嵌设有具有腰部保健功效的中药成分的微胶囊22，优选的，该微胶囊22为含有腰部保健功效的中药成分的球状囊泡。
在本发明的优选实施例中，所述具有腰部保健功效的中药成分包括：青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根。
更为优选的，所述青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根的重量比为13:20:8。
青藤子，味微苦，性凉，归肝经，主治痢疾，劳伤腰痛，疮疡脓肿，疮疡溃烂等。
百眼藤，甘，凉，归肺经，主治感冒咳嗽，百日咳，消化不良，湿疹，跌打损伤，腰肌劳损等。
叶上果根，味微苦，性温，归肺、脾、肝经，主治久咳虚喘，劳伤腰痛，风湿痹痛，跌打肿痛，胃痛，月经不调，产后腹痛等。
本发明实施例采用青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根三种中药进行复配，制成具有腰部保健功效的中药成分的球状囊泡，该球状囊泡具有一定的通透性，可允许这三种成分穿过囊泡膜。囊泡中的三种中药成分可以通过人体皮肤吸收，有助于缓解腰酸背痛、筋骨无力、腰椎间盘突出所带来的不适症状，从而达到健腰的效果。
使用者在穿戴具有本发明的松紧带时，这些中药成分可通过球状囊泡缓慢释放渗入到使用者的腰腹部，使药物能够充分被人体吸收，达到健腰的效果，使得松紧带的功能更加多样化。
经试验证明，通过青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根三种中药复配使用，例如可制备成微粉，然后包裹在囊泡内使用，其健腰效果明显要优于单独采用青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根中的一种或者两种的组合物。并且青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根的复配重量比为13:20:8时，健腰效果最好。
在本发明的示例性实施例中，编织外层3由涤纶和天丝纤维编织而成。涤纶的强度高，弹性好，且热塑性好，耐磨性好；天丝纤维具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽等特点，给人以满足、安全、充满质感、高贵大方的感觉。采用涤纶与天丝纤维混编，可以兼具这两种纤维材料的优点，从而整体提升了松紧带的综合性能，以满足人们的各种需求。
当然，该编织外层3还可以采用其他性能的两种或两种以上的纤维织造而成，以使其获得更多样化的性能，满足不同场合以及用户群体的需求。
以下通过具体实验例对本发明的技术效果做进一步的说明。

在试验过程中，亲肤层采用聚乙烯和聚碳酸酯的混合物制成的膜层，弹性层采用表1中所示的试样1～8的原料制成的膜层，将亲肤层和试样1～8制得的弹性层用粘合剂粘合成弹性亲肤层，再制成弹性亲肤层-保健中间层-编织外层的松紧带样品1～8。这些松紧带样品的区别仅在于弹性层的不同，其他的制备工艺以及粘合结构均一致。
根据上海纺织科技，2010年6月第38卷第6期《松紧带行业标准拉伸弹性性能试验方法的确定》，王憬义等中的定伸长拉伸弹性回复率试验的测试方法对上述松紧带样品1～8(样品的规格为10mm编织松紧带)以及普通的松紧带的拉伸弹性性能进行测试，测试结果见下表2。

由上表2的测试结果可知，本发明实施例制得的松紧带的拉伸弹性回复率明显优于普通的松紧带。并且从试样7、8和试样2的比对结果中可以看出，添加热塑性树脂和精制矿物油，有助于提升松紧带的拉伸弹性回复率。
另外，发明人经试验研究发现，对上述的试样1～8和普通的松紧带进行水洗50次，晾干后，按照上述方法测试每个样品的拉伸弹性回复率，结果表明，试验1～8的试样的拉伸弹性回复率变化不大，而普通的松紧带的拉伸弹性回复率已经下降至30％以下。可见，本发明实施例的松紧带具有持久的拉伸弹性，非常耐穿，无需频繁更换松紧带。
采用单因素试验，仅改变述弹性层和亲肤层的厚度比分别为5:2、6:2、7:2、2:5、1:1，其余的制备工艺以及粘合结构均保持一致，将制得的各组松紧带按照上述方法测试其拉伸弹性回复率。试验结果如下表3。

由表3的试验结果可知，弹性层的厚度比亲肤层的厚，制得的松紧带的拉伸弹性则更好，且弹性层与亲肤层的厚度比在5～7:2时，制得的松紧带的拉伸弹性回复率高，而当两者的厚度比为7:2时拉伸弹性回复率最佳。
综上，本发明实施例提供的高弹性保健松紧带，采用三层结构设计，包括弹性亲肤层、保健中间层和编织外层，该松紧带经水洗50次仍然具有良好的回弹性，持久耐穿，且具有良好的健腰保健效果，功能更多样化，具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，包括：
弹性亲肤层；
设于所述弹性亲肤层上的保健中间层；以及
设于所述保健中间层上的编织外层。
2.如权利要求1所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述弹性亲肤层包括弹性层和亲肤层；
所述弹性层和亲肤层通过粘合剂粘合在一起；
所述弹性层包括如下重量份的原料：
弹性嵌段共聚物35～90份、热塑性树脂5～40份和在40℃时粘度为5～68mm2/s的精制矿物油10～45份。
3.如权利要求2所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述弹性嵌段共聚物为聚醚-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。
4.如权利要求2所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述热塑性树脂为聚酰胺和松香变性热塑性树脂中的任意一种或其混合物。
5.如权利要求2所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述亲肤层为聚乙烯和聚碳酸酯的混合物。
6.如权利要求2所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述弹性层和亲肤层的厚度比为5～7:2。
7.如权利要求1所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述保健中间层包括纺织带本体；
所述纺织带本体上均匀嵌设有具有腰部保健功效的中药成分的微胶囊。
8.如权利要求7所述的高弹性保健松紧带，其特征在于，所述具有腰部保健功效的中药成分包括：青藤子、百眼藤和叶上果根。
