s3, distributing, and pouring concrete into the pouring cavity (5);
s4, demolding, rotating the movable rod (43), separating the shaping plate (42) from one side of the prefabricated staircase, sliding the side mold (3) along the first sliding rail (21) in the direction far away from the prefabricated staircase, sliding the staircase mold (4) along the second sliding rail (22) in the direction far away from the prefabricated staircase, and taking out the prefabricated staircase.
