Preparing a standard curve: preparing 0.9% NaCl solution; preparing 0.1mg/mL standard protein solution by using bovine serum albumin; preparing 0.01% Coomassie brilliant blue solution by using 95% ethanol solution and concentrated phosphoric acid; setting a concentration gradient of the standard protein solution as shown in Table 6, proportioning 0.9% NaCl solution with corresponding volume to form 1mL of mixed solution, adding 4mL of 0.01% Coomassie brilliant blue solution, standing at room temperature for 3min, and measuring absorbance at 595 nm; making a standard curve to obtain a standard equation Y which is 0.00976X +0.0522, R2=0.99768。

The preparation process comprises the following steps:
