The lining layer 331 can be made of palm sheet, cotton felt, non-woven fabric, and has strong wear resistance. The sponge layer 332 is resilient and insulative to enhance the comfort of the present invention.
In some embodiments, pressure sensors are respectively disposed between the sponge layer 332 and the cloth layer 333 on the upper side of the left pad 3, and between the sponge layer 332 and the cloth layer 333 on the upper side of the right pad 4, and the pressure sensors are in signal connection with the controller 53.
In the scheme, the body position and the body state of the patient can be judged through the pressure value measured by the pressure sensor, so that the overturning amplitude and the overturning speed of each side pad are controlled according to the real-time pose of the patient to assist the patient to turn over.
In some embodiments, the controller 53 is further provided with a timer, and the timer is in signal connection with the controller 53.
In the scheme, the nursing staff can control the turnover frequency of the patient by presetting the turnover interval time through the timer. Specifically, the turning-over interval time can be preset to be 2 hours according to the habitual frequency during nursing, and the turning-over device turns over the patient according to the sequence of left turning, horizontal turning, right turning, horizontal turning and left turning with the turning-over interval of 2 hours; in order to reduce the disturbance to the rest of the patient and reduce the pain of the patient in frequent turning over, the nursing staff can also set the preset turning-over interval time longer than 2 hours according to the specific condition of the patient without influencing the occurrence rate of pressure sores.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a far infrared heating pad 334 is disposed between the lining 331 and the sponge layer 332 on the upper side of the left pad 3, and a far infrared heating pad 334 is disposed between the lining 331 and the sponge layer 332 on the upper side of the right pad 4, and the far infrared heating pad 334 is in signal connection with the controller 53.
In this scheme, far infrared heating pad 334 heating intensifies evenly fast, through electron striking, frictional brownian motion, has the physiotherapy function to the patient.
When the automatic turnover device is used, a patient lies on the middle cushion 2, a nursing staff can push the left cushion 3 or the right cushion 4 on the side of the telescopic device 5 to turn over by controlling to extend the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 523 on the side of the left cushion 3 or the side of the right cushion 4, so as to drive the middle cushion 2 on the telescopic device to turn over synchronously, and when the middle cushion 2 turns over to a certain angle, the patient on the middle cushion can be turned over; the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 523 on the left pad 3 side or the right pad 4 side can be shortened by controlling, so that the left pad 3 or the right pad 4 can be restored to the sickbed, and the patient on the middle pad 2 can be restored to the horizontal state.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
