the scheduling estimation module (2) comprises an enterprise information classification library (21), an FTA protocol library (22) and a customs clearance library (23), wherein the enterprise information classification library (21) comprises a configuration sub-strategy and a full-class information sub-library, an enterprise customs template table set is prestored in the full-class information sub-library, the enterprise customs template table set is a plurality of groups of special customs template tables used for customs clearance report of an enterprise, the configuration sub-strategy judges and calls a corresponding special customs template table through first key parameter information, and the first parameter information is keyed in the special customs template table to form a customs characteristic information table;
