the demand collection module (1) comprises an information collection unit (11), the information collection unit (11) is used for collecting trade first key parameter information, the first key parameter information comprises contract numbers, product information, purchase quantity and appointed time limit, and the information collection unit (11) sends the key parameter information to the scheduling estimation module (2);
the scheduling estimation module (2) comprises an enterprise information classification library (21), an FTA protocol library (22) and a customs clearance library (23), wherein the enterprise information classification library (21) comprises a configuration sub-strategy and a full-class information sub-library, an enterprise customs template table set is prestored in the full-class information sub-library, the enterprise customs template table set is a plurality of groups of special customs template tables used for customs clearance report of an enterprise, the configuration sub-strategy judges and calls a corresponding special customs template table through first key parameter information, and the first parameter information is keyed in the special customs template table to form a customs characteristic information table;
the FTA protocol library (22) comprises a protocol digital sub-library and a judgment sub-strategy, a first comparison standard is stored in the protocol digital sub-library in advance, the first comparison standard is digital model data of the FTA protocol, and the judgment sub-strategy compares a customs clearance characteristic information table with the first comparison standard and generates a customs clearance detail table and a production and transportation time limit;
the customs time limit base (23) comprises an examination and approval time limit base and a time limit judgment strategy, the examination and approval time limit base derives the average time consumption duration of each examination and approval item, the time limit judgment strategy is used for generating a customs time limit report, and the customs time limit report comprises the average time consumption time value and the customs declaration time limit of each examination and approval item in the customs detail table;
the behavior result module (3) comprises a production and transportation scheme configuration library (31) and a production and transportation configuration strategy, wherein a production scheme set and a transportation scheme set are prestored in the production and transportation scheme configuration library (31), and the production and transportation configuration strategy is used for dispatching a production sub-scheme and a transportation sub-scheme which meet the production and transportation time limit to form a production and transportation execution scheme.

The customs and trade compliance management system based on big data application technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the customs timeframe base (23) further comprises a historical data collecting base (231) and an updating sub-policy, the updating sub-policy is that when the two updating intervals reach the first updating timeframe, the historical data collecting base (231) is enabled to download the time-consuming handling data set corresponding to the product entry procedure, the updating time-consuming data packet is obtained according to the data condition of the time-consuming handling data set, and the updating time-consuming data packet is replaced and updated into the approval timeframe base.
