In some embodiments of the present invention, each sub-directory includes a plurality of secondary directories corresponding to construction steps in the specific construction process information. In order to quickly check the construction steps in the specific construction process information from the process general directory unit, a plurality of secondary directories are arranged in the subdirectories corresponding to the specific construction process information, the number and the arrangement sequence of the secondary directories are consistent with the construction steps in the specific construction process information, the specific information can be quickly accessed through the secondary directories, and the visual process model can be quickly obtained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the visual building process management method further includes the following steps: importing the construction process video corresponding to each visual process model into a process database for storage; and a process video label used for linking the corresponding construction process video is arranged on each visual process model.
When the drawings are looked up, the condition that the specific process information cannot be read by the look-up personnel can occur, and the process can be intuitively known by watching the construction process video. The process video tags for reading the construction process videos are arranged on each visual process model, so that the construction process videos can be acquired more accurately. Taking the visual process model of the outer wall as an example, referring to fig. 3, the process video label is set at the upper right corner of the drawing.
In some embodiments of the invention, the construction rules include specific construction process information: brick masonry process, constructional column detail joint process, inner wall process, outer wall process, frame column and beam steel bar construction process, elevated layer ground waterproof process, toilet waterproof process, balcony plane waterproof process and cast-in-place roof waterproof process. The specific construction process information basically comprises main process information of building construction, and particularly, in the aspect of waterproofing, different waterproofing process requirements are set for different functional rooms, so that reasonable use of materials is guaranteed, and a waterproofing effect can be guaranteed.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a visual house building process management system comprises: the system comprises a process database, a visualization unit, a general catalog label and a plurality of process labels. The process database is used for storing a process total catalog unit and construction rules; the process general directory unit comprises a plurality of subdirectories which are arranged according to the whole construction sequence, and each subdirectory is linked with a plurality of specific construction process information in the construction rules in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the visualization unit is used for displaying the visualization space and the three-dimensional model of the house structure in the visualization space; the general catalog tag is arranged in the visual space and used for reading the process general catalog unit; and the plurality of process labels are arranged in the three-dimensional model of the house structure and used for acquiring a plurality of specific construction process information in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Referring to fig. 2, the visualization unit is a basis for communicating the visualization house building process management system of the embodiment of the present invention with the outside. The process general catalog unit and the construction rules in the process database are read through the visualization unit. The visualization unit is used for constructing a visualization space, building a three-dimensional model of the house structure in the visualization space, viewing the three-dimensional model of the house structure in the visualization space at different viewing angles, viewing specific construction process information in construction rules in a process database through a plurality of process labels arranged in the three-dimensional model of the house structure, viewing a process general directory unit through a general directory label arranged in the visualization space, and accessing the specific construction process information through subdirectories in the process general directory unit.
According to the visual house construction process management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the data such as the process general catalog unit and the construction rules can be stored in a centralized manner through the process database, and the process general catalog unit and the construction rules have the capacity of being read digitally. The whole three-dimensional model of the house structure can be visually checked through the visualization unit. By arranging the overall catalog label and the plurality of process labels in the visualization unit, data in the process database can be conveniently and directly called from the visualization unit, and dependence on drawing managers and professional ability of professional technicians is greatly reduced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the visual building construction process management system further includes: constructing a visual process model in a visual space according to each specific construction process information; each visual process model is linked with a corresponding subdirectory and a process label; and setting a plurality of step labels corresponding to construction steps in the specific construction process information on each visual process model.
When a drawing is consulted, if all specific construction process information directly refers to the three-dimensional model of the house structure, when structures similar to the nested structures or the seriously shielded structures are encountered, the situation that partial structures cannot be observed easily occurs. At the moment, the structure can be visually observed by observing the independent visual process model, and further, people looking at the picture can know the process more closely. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the viewing of the corresponding specific construction process information when the visual process model is viewed, step labels are arranged at corresponding positions on the visual process model, the number of the step labels is set according to the construction steps in the specific construction process information, and the specific process content of the step can be directly taken out through the process labels. In addition, the subdirectory can also be linked with the visual process model, so that the visual process model can be accessed directly through the subdirectory, and the use experience is improved.
Here, the step labels on the visual process model are briefly described by taking the exterior wall process as an example, specific process information is described with reference to fig. 3, arrows in the figure are all the step labels, adjacent numerical serial numbers represent different steps, the numerical serial numbers in the figure correspond to the following numerical serial numbers, wherein the thicknesses of the paint and the waterproof putty can be adjusted according to specific conditions:
1. 600mm wide steel wire mesh: the basic unit wall body, concrete structure and brick wall handing-over department use the wide wire net of heat preservation nail 600mm, every limit overlap joint width 300mm, the net is not more than 12.7mm, diameter 0.9mm, do the point and prop the muscle, clap thick liquid and get rid of the hair.
2. 1:3 cement mortar: 12mm thick 1:3 cement mortar plastering.
3. 1:2 cement mortar plastering with the thickness of 8 mm.

8. Finishing paint: and (4) finishing agent.
In some embodiments of the invention, the visual building construction process management system further includes: the construction process videos are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the visual process models and are stored in a process database; each process video label is arranged on the corresponding visual process model and used for acquiring the corresponding construction process video and displaying the construction process video in a visual space.

The process video tags for reading the construction process videos are arranged on each visual process model, so that the construction process videos can be acquired more accurately. Taking the visual process model of the outer wall as an example, referring to fig. 3, the process video label is set at the upper right corner of the drawing.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the third aspect of the invention, the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the visual building process management method.
Computer-readable storage media according to embodiments of the present invention may facilitate storage and transfer of computer-executable instructions by the storage media.

Claims (10)

1. A visual building process management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
constructing a visual space and process database;
importing construction details into the process database, wherein the construction details comprise a plurality of specific construction process information;
constructing a process general directory unit in the process database according to the specific construction process information, wherein the process general directory unit comprises a plurality of subdirectories which are arranged according to an overall construction sequence, and the subdirectories are correspondingly linked with the specific construction process information one by one;
setting a general catalog tag correspondingly linked with the process general catalog unit in the visualization space;
building a three-dimensional model of the house structure according to the construction drawing and arranging the three-dimensional model in the visual space;
and setting a process label at a structure corresponding to each specific construction process information in the three-dimensional model of the house structure, wherein the process labels are correspondingly linked with the specific construction process information one by one.
2. The visual building process management method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
a plurality of optional view points are arranged in the visualization space, and the plurality of view points and the corresponding structure of each specific construction process information in the three-dimensional model of the house structure are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
and correspondingly linking the plurality of view points with the plurality of subdirectories one by one.
3. The visual building process management method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the steps of:
constructing a visual process model in the visual space according to each specific construction process information;
linking each visual process model with the corresponding subdirectory and the process label;
and setting a plurality of step labels corresponding to the construction steps in the specific construction process information on each visual process model.
4. A visual building process management method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein each of the sub-directories comprises a plurality of sub-directories corresponding to construction steps in the specific construction process information.
5. The visual building process management method according to claim 3, further comprising the steps of:
importing the construction process video corresponding to each visual process model into the process database for storage;
and arranging a process video label for linking the corresponding construction process video on each visual process model.
6. The visual building process management method according to claim 1, wherein the construction rules include specific construction process information: brick masonry process, constructional column detail joint process, inner wall process, outer wall process, frame column and beam steel bar construction process, elevated layer ground waterproof process, toilet waterproof process, balcony plane waterproof process and cast-in-place roof waterproof process.
7. A visual house construction process management system is characterized by comprising:
the process database is used for storing a process total catalog unit and construction rules; the process general directory unit comprises a plurality of subdirectories which are arranged according to the whole construction sequence, and each subdirectory is correspondingly linked with a plurality of specific construction process information in the construction rules one by one;
the visualization unit is used for displaying a visualization space and a three-dimensional model of the house structure in the visualization space;
the general catalog tag is arranged in the visual space and used for reading the process general catalog unit;
and the plurality of process labels are arranged in the three-dimensional model of the house structure and used for acquiring the specific construction process information in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
8. The visual building construction process management system of claim 7, further comprising: constructing a visual process model in the visual space according to each piece of specific construction process information; each visual process model is linked with the corresponding subdirectory and the process label; and setting a plurality of step labels corresponding to the construction steps in the specific construction process information on each visual process model.
9. The visual building construction process management system of claim 8, further comprising:
a plurality of construction process videos which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of visual process models, wherein the plurality of construction process videos are all stored in the process database;
and each process video label is arranged on the corresponding visual process model and is used for acquiring the corresponding construction process video and displaying the construction process video in the visual space.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform a visual building process management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
