Abstract

The invention discloses a bridge floor drainage system, which comprises a bridge floor water collecting well for lateral drainage, a transverse drainage pipe, a longitudinal drainage pipe and a drainage pipe, wherein the transverse drainage pipe is arranged on the bridge floor water collecting well; the bridge floor water collecting well comprises a well seat and a well cover; the well cover is provided with a water inlet; a water outlet is formed in the side surface of the well seat; the bridge floor water collecting well is positioned above the main girder box chamber and is communicated with the transverse drain pipe; the transverse drain pipe is communicated with the longitudinal drain pipe; the water drain pipe penetrates through the main beam cantilever arm, the upper end of the water drain pipe is communicated with the longitudinal water drain pipe, and the lower end of the water drain pipe is located below the bridge floor. According to the bridge floor drainage system provided by the invention, the drainage mode of the bridge floor is improved by arranging the water collecting well for lateral drainage and the corresponding drainage pipe, so that the damage to a box chamber structure of a main girder of a bridge caused by vertically arranging the drainage pipe on the bridge with a sidewalk is avoided.

Bridge deck drainage is an important part of the auxiliary design of the bridge and also an important factor influencing the structural performance and the durability of the bridge. At present, most urban bridges except elevated express ways are provided with sidewalks, a bridge floor drainage system is generally provided with a bridge floor water collecting well at the lowest part of a bridge floor cross slope, namely the junction of a roadway and the sidewalks, and corresponding pipelines are laid to lead accumulated water on the bridge floor to ground rainwater wells under the bridge. When the width of the sidewalk is larger than the length of the cantilever arm of the bridge girder structure, if a mode of directly draining water from the bridge floor water collecting well to the bridge bottom vertically is adopted, the water draining pipe needs to penetrate through the girder box chamber structure, the girder is easy to damage, and inconvenience is caused to the maintenance and the repair of a bridge floor drainage system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a bridge floor drainage system in order to overcome the defect that the bridge structure is easily damaged by a water diversion mode of the bridge floor drainage system with a sidewalk in the prior art.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a bridge floor drainage system 1000, a bridge 30 where the bridge floor drainage system 1000 is located is provided with a sidewalk 31, and the bridge floor drainage system 1000 includes a bridge floor sump 1 for laterally draining water, a transverse drainage pipe 5, a longitudinal drainage pipe 6, and a drainage pipe 7;

The bridge floor water collecting well 1 is communicated with a transverse drain pipe 5; the transverse drain pipe 5 is communicated with the longitudinal drain pipe 6; when one span of the bridge is long, a plurality of transverse drain pipes 5 are arranged to be communicated with one longitudinal drain pipe 6, and each transverse drain pipe 5 is correspondingly communicated with one bridge deck water collecting well 1.
In order to fully utilize the space structure of the sidewalk, the transverse drain pipe 5 and the longitudinal drain pipe 6 are laid below the sidewalk. By means of the lateral drainage structure of the bridge floor sump 1, the drain pipe 7 penetrates through the main beam cantilever arm 33, the upper end of the drain pipe 7 is communicated with the longitudinal drain pipe 6, and when the elevations of the two ends of the longitudinal drain pipe 6 are different, the upper end of the drain pipe 7 is communicated with the lower end of the elevation of the longitudinal drain pipe 6. The lower end of the downcomer 7 is located below the deck so that it does not need to pass through the main beam box 32 to disrupt its structure.

In the embodiment, the whole well seat 2 of the bridge floor water collecting well 1 for laterally draining water is a cuboid, and the well seat 2 comprises a rear plate 21; also comprises a front plate 22, a left side plate 23, a right side plate 24 and a bottom plate 25; and comprises a drain board 4 which is independently arranged; the back plate 21 is provided with a water outlet 101, the drain plate 4 is clamped in the water outlet 101, the drain plate 4 is provided with a drain grating for draining, the water inlet grating of the well lid 3 filters water flow, and secondary filtration is carried out when water flow is drained, so that blockage is prevented.
In a preferred embodiment, the drainage plate 4 is an L-shaped member, and the vertical surface of the drainage plate is provided with a drainage grid, and the horizontal surface can support the drainage plate 4 to be vertically placed and clamped in the drainage port 101.
